碳纳米粒子悬浮液具有良好的光限幅性质,是一种优良的宽波段光限幅材料。通过热传导方程和米氏散射理论建立了微气泡半径与入射光能量、碳纳米粒子悬浮液散射系数和透过率的理论模型。采用Matlab数值模拟了散射系数随微气泡尺寸因子的变化关系,碳纳米粒子悬浮液光限幅性能随入射光能量的变化规律。研究了气泡尺寸因子、入射激光能量以及波长对碳纳米粒子悬浮液光限幅特性的影响。研究发现当激光能量达到一定值时,微气泡的半径保持恒定,不再随入射激光能量的增加而增加。微气泡尺寸的增大对碳纳米粒子悬浮液的透过率有着显著的影响。同时,碳纳米粒子悬浮液对不同入射光波长和光能表现出不同的光限幅性能。研究结果为实验研究提供了理论指导。  相似文献

The classical optical theorem for scattering by compact obstacles is a forward scattering theorem. That is, the total cross section of the obstacle is proportional to the imaginary part of the far field directivity factor evaluated in the forward scattering direction. An analogous theorem is derived in this paper for the scattering of acoustic waves by baffled membranes and plates. In this “optical” theorem the directivity factor is evaluated in the direction of the specularly reflected wave, so that it is a reflected scattering theorem.  相似文献

利用T矩阵和离散坐标法研究了取向比对椭球粒子散射特性的影响, 计算了小尺度范围内椭球粒子的散射特征参量, 包括消光效率因子、不对称因子、单次散射反照率、散射相矩阵及双向反射函数(BRDF). 结果表明, 椭球粒子的散射特性与取向比密切相关, 粒子取向比会影响散射参量的振荡频率和振幅, 与球形粒子散射参量的相对差异也呈周期振荡趋势. 研究还发现, 某些特殊粒子尺寸的散射参量与粒子取向比基本无关. 在多次散射条件下, 分析不同取向比粒子群的BRDF随反射角和光学厚度的变化特性. 结果显示: 不同取向比粒子群的BRDF随反射角的变化趋势基本一致, 球形粒子群比非球形粒子群的BRDF曲线波动振幅更大; 球形-非球形粒子的BRDF相对差异随光学厚度和取向比的增大而减小, 随入射角的增大而增大.  相似文献

Based on a semiclassical Boltzmann transport equation in random phase approximation, we develop a theoretical model to understand low-field carrier transport in biased bilayer graphene, which takes into account the charged impurity scattering, acoustic phonon scattering, and surface polar phonon scattering as three main scattering mechanisms. The surface polar optical phonon scattering of carriers in supported bilayer graphene is thoroughly studied using the Rode iteration method. By considering the metal–BLG contact resistance as the only one free fitting parameter, we find that the carrier density dependence of the calculated total conductivity agrees well with that observed in experiment under different temperatures. The conductivity results also suggest that in high carrier density range, the metal–BLG contact resistance can be a significant factor in determining the BLG conductivity at low temperature, and both acoustic phonon scattering and surface polar phonon scattering play important roles at higher temperature, especially for BLG samples with a low doping concentration, which can compete with charged impurity scattering.  相似文献

散射介质对光的随机散射作用是制约其光学聚焦和成像的重要因素,光学相位共轭技术能够通过对散射光场共轭还原实现透过散射介质的光学聚焦和成像,其中散射光场相位的获取是共轭还原的核心。阐述了偏振相移的基本原理,将偏振相移与相位共轭技术相结合,设计了新的基于偏振相移的数字光学相位共轭系统。采用633 nm的HeNe激光器作为系统光源,毛玻璃作为散射介质开展散射光聚焦实验研究。实验结果表明:该装置能够成功实现透过散射介质的光学聚焦,其中聚焦点与背景光强的比值可达约400倍。  相似文献

At large carrier concentrations and about equally large impurity concentrations in nondegenerate semiconductors, a Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution may be used for the calculation of the warm-carrier coefficient β. Acoustic and optical deformation potential scattering, piezoelectric, and polar optical mode scattering are considered as mechanisms of energy transfer from the carriers to the lattice. In all cases of predominant ionized impurity scattering β is positive, proportional to the product of mobilities with and without impurity scattering, which includes an inverse proportionality to the impurity concentration, and inversely proportional to the square of a velocity. For acoustic scattering this velocity is the sound velocity while for optical mode scattering it is essentially the constant drift velocity of carriers at high field intensities. Since the treatment is based on the simple model of band structure no anisotropy of β or carrier transfer effects are obtained.  相似文献

利用离散偶极子近似法计算分析了随机取向团簇自然气溶胶(包含灰尘和海盐)在等效半径变化范围为0.01~2 m(波长为0.55 m时对应尺度参数为0.1~23)时的光学特性。通过考察成分和形状的影响,计算结果表明:成分对团簇自然气溶胶的散射、后向散射效率因子,不对称因子,以及米散射区范围内的消光效率因子的影响均较小,其中对尺度参数为9~23时的消光效率因子和尺度参数小于2.3时的不对称因子几乎没有影响;成分对瑞利散射区范围内的消光效率因子及吸收效率因子的影响相对较大。形状对团簇自然气溶胶在尺度参数小于0.7时的消光、吸收、散射效率因子及后向散射效率因子的影响可以不计;当尺度参数大于4.6时,粒子的内在对称性和表面的突变会带来明显的影响。另外,团簇自然气溶胶在米散射区内、尺度参数较大时,散射相函数有明显的后向散射加强效应。  相似文献

A theory of permittivity of suspension-type systems is developed that allows one to calculate such optical parameters of inhomogeneous systems as the length of scattering and the transport length. It is shown that, in the Born approximation, which takes into account two-particle correlations in the arrangement of scattering particles, the theoretical and experimental data are in agreement only to within tens of percent. The contribution of three-particle correlations to the permittivity of a system of solid spheres is determined. It is shown that, in describing the optical properties of suspensions with a large difference between the refractive indices of the medium and the particles, it does not suffice to replace the Rayleigh-Gans form factor by the Mie form factor, even under a restriction to two-particle correlations.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that the small-angle laser beam scattering pattern in liquid depends greatly on the dissolved gas content: the intensity of the scattering steeply drops after degassing doubly distilled water. It was experimentally found that the parameters or small-angle scattering of light correlate strongly with those of optical breakdown in liquid. Namely, the fractal dimension and the gyration radius of scatterers in aqueous KCl solutions behave similar to the optical breakdown probability in those liquids versus salt concentration, while the optical breakdown cannot be induced after degassing. The effect might be associated with the presence of stable gas microbubbles in liquid.  相似文献

利用小角近似方法,分别给出了单次和多次后向散射激光雷达方程.通过引入的多次散射评价参量,分析了接收视场角和光学厚度等因素对多次后向散射信号的影响.理论研究表明:多次后向散射主要与接收视场角和光学厚度密切相关,当接收视场角比发射视场角大10倍,光学厚度超过3时, 多次后向散射信号逐渐增大并占主要优势,当接收视场角比发射视场角大100倍时,光学厚度超过1时,多次后向散射信号开始明显增强.  相似文献

在外加垂直磁场的石墨烯系统中,基于格林函数方法以自能的形式理论研究了电荷杂质散射和光学声子散射中心对朗道能谱的影响,采用久保(Kubo)公式研究了单层石墨烯的磁光电导谱以及跃迁选择定则。具体计算中电子-杂质库仑相互作用考虑了介电环境的屏蔽效应,对由散射引起的自能以及单粒子格林函数做自洽计算,另外在强磁场下单杂质散射是一个很好的近似模型。理论计算结果表明电荷杂质散射引起朗道能级对称展宽;同时考虑电荷杂质和光学声子两类散射后态密度表现为非对称的展宽。研究结果表明磁光电导谱的峰值和强度强烈依赖于填充因子和态密度。  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the hole-interface optical phonon scattering rates for a InGaAs-AlGaAs quantum well structure, taking into account the valence-band mixing. The dispersion relation and the electrostatic potentials for interface optical phonon modes are obtained based on the macroscopic dielectric continuum model. For the hole dispersion relation, the Luttinger-Kohn Hamiltonian is used. The hole-interface optical phonon interaction is evaluated by the Fermi's golden rule taking into account the Bloch overlap factor.Our results show that the hole-interface phonon scattering rates within the parabolic band approximation are different from those including valence band mixing effects. Especially, in the low energy region, the hole-interface phonon scattering rates within the parabolic band approximation are overestimated very significantly.  相似文献

基于多重米氏(Mie)散射理论和蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)方法, 对掺杂硫酸钡(BaSO4)微球体的散射型聚碳酸酯(PC)光散射材料进行了数值模拟。研究了BaSO4粒子粒径、浓度及样品厚度等光学参量对PC材料透光率、扩散率、照度角分布等光学性能的影响, 并进行了设计评估。通过比较不同材料参数下光散射材料光学性能的差别, 总结出了获得良好光学性能所需的合适材料参数。模拟结果为高性能光散射材料的实验制备提供了理论参考。  相似文献

 为了在客体密度重建过程中采用迭代法扣除散射X射线的影响,提出了以散射分布均匀为主要目的的闪光照相系统设计思想。在介绍散射分布均匀性定义的基础上,分析了均匀扣除散射所带来的光程差。采用蒙特卡罗方法研究了系统放大倍数、照相距离以及后防护锥到图像接收系统的距离对散射分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:后防护锥到图像接收系统的距离是影响散射分布形状和散射照射量大小的一个主要因素;当后防护锥到图像接收系统的距离为55 cm左右时,散射分布均匀性近似最佳,而且照相距离越大,散射分布均匀性越好。这些研究结果可用于实际闪光照相系统的优化设计,在图像接收系统的响应范围内达到使散射分布均匀和降低光源模糊影响的目的。  相似文献

The changes in the optical parameters of the human dura mater in the spectral range 400–700 nm caused by the action of an aqueous solution of mannitol with a concentration of 0.16 g/ml are studied in vitro. The diffusion of mannitol into the tissue leads to a partial matching between the refractive indices of the structure-forming elements (the collagen fibrils) and the base substance of the dura mater (the interstitial fluid). As a result, the light scattering by the biological tissue in the entire spectral range under study is decreased, on the average, by a factor of 1.5–2. The immersion of the biological tissue is shown to cause a decrease in the absorption of the dura mater in the range of the blood absorption bands by a factor of 1.2–1.6. The results presented may prove to be useful in the laser therapy and optical diagnostics of brain diseases.  相似文献

人眼视网膜是一种具有高散射特性的生物组织。基于米氏散射理论研究光在视网膜组织中的传输过程对生物组织散射成像具有重要意义。根据解剖学上视网膜结构与细胞分布的特点,引入分子动力学领域的静态结构因子修正辐射传递理论,并采用离散坐标法求解视细胞对散射光偏振性的影响。结果表明散射光偏振性取决于视细胞尺寸与浓度分布等因素。在不同的极角和光程位置,散射光束的偏振性呈现波动性变化,视锥细胞核比视杆细胞核具有更强的散射特性,散射光束的偏振特性变化随散射角的增大而增大。  相似文献
