色散平坦渐减光纤中超连续谱的产生   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
对双正交偏振光脉冲在色散平坦渐减光纤中传输时超连续谱的产生进行了计算和分析。结果表明,由于交叉相位调制效应的作用,双光脉冲可以产生比单光脉冲明显展宽且更为平坦的超连续谱。对于双基孤子脉冲,可以得到-20dB谱宽达388nm的平坦宽带超连续谱,比单基孤子脉冲产生的超连续谱谱宽增加72nm,交叉相位调制效应对超连续谱的产生起到增强的效果。当输入脉冲的抽运功率较低时,交叉相位调制效应对超连续谱的产生的增强效果更为显著,它极大地提高了超连续谱的产生的效率。数值计算的结果还表明,与其他高阶非线性效应相比,拉曼自频率移效应对超连续谱产生的影响更为明显。  相似文献

利用非线性薛定谔方程对飞秒脉冲在硅波导中的传输以及超连续谱的产生进行了研究,计算和分析了色散参量及非线性损耗在超连续谱的产生过程中的影响.结果表明,孤子分裂是飞秒脉冲在硅波导中产生超连续谱的主要机理.飞秒脉冲中心波长与波导零色散点的相对位置对超连续谱的产生有极大影响.当中心波长位于近零色散点的反常色散区时,孤子分裂现象最明显,谱宽远大于在零色散波长及正常色散处入射时的情况,并且达到稳定展宽所需波导长度最短.其次,高阶色散的大小也会影响光谱展宽,三阶色散绝对值较小时,能够获得较大的展宽.另外,由于双光子吸收效应带来大量损耗,限制了谱宽,并且随着初始脉冲功率的逐渐增大,展宽出现饱和现象. 关键词: 超连续谱 孤子分裂 色散 硅波导  相似文献

使用复互相干度的定义对时域光波分裂前后以及不同输入噪声、不同初始啁啾和波形下抽运脉冲在高非线性光纤中产生的超连续谱的相干度进行了数值计算,得到了光波分裂前后和不同输入噪声下生成的超连续谱的演化和相干性变化,结果表明:皮秒脉冲在高非线性光纤正常色散区产生超连续谱的相干性主要受到系统中噪声占比的影响,其中由光波分裂生成的频谱旁瓣的相干度低于由自相位调制生成的中心频谱的相干度:抽运脉冲啁啾和波形对在高非线性光纤正常色散区产生超连续谱的相干性的影响不明显,若想获得高相干的超连续谱,需要采用低噪声的脉冲进行抽运;若获得大谱宽高相干度的超连续谱,则需要合理选择皮秒脉冲的功率。  相似文献

基于广义非线性薛定谔方程,通过数值计算对高非线性光纤正常色散区产生超连续谱进行了研究.结果表明,抽运脉冲的峰值功率、脉冲宽度以及脉冲初始啁啾对该光纤正常色散区超连续谱的形成有极其重要的影响;在高非线性光纤正常色散区产生超连续谱的过程中,三、四阶群速度色散甚至更高阶群速度色散对超连续谱的影响完全可以忽略,但与其他高非线性效应相比,自陡峭效应对超连续谱产生的影响更为明显.高功率超短光脉冲在高非线性光纤正常色散区,得到了没有泵浦成份残余、-20 dB谱宽达400 nm以上而频谱强度起伏小于10 dB的超宽而平坦超连续谱.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate high-order harmonic generation(HHG) from a helium ion model in a two-color laser field,which is synthesized by a fundamental pulse and its second harmonic pulse.It is shown that a supercontinuum spectrum can be generated in the two-color field.However,the spectral intensity is very low,limiting the application of the generated attosecond(as) pulse.By adding a static electric field to the synthesized two-color field,not only is the ionization yield of electrons contributing to the harmonic emission remarkably increased,but also the quantum paths of the HHG can be significantly modulated.As a result,the extension and enhancement of the supercontinuum spectrum are achieved,producing an intense isolated 26-as pulse with a bandwidth of about 170.5 eV.In particular,we also analyse the influence of the laser parameters on the ultrabroad supercontinuum spectrum and isolated sub-30-as pulse generation.  相似文献

High-pulse-energy supercontinuum radiation with a width exceeding 900 nm in the near-infrared spectral region has been generated in conventional single-mode fibre. The fibre was pumped at 1064 nm which is in the normal dispersion regime, resulting in predominantly red-shifted spectral broadening. Supercontinuum pulse energies exceeding 450 nJ were obtained. The use of conventional fibre allows for inexpensive generation of near-infrared supercontinuum radiation, featuring high pulse energies and good spatial beam quality. This supercontinuum radiation was used to acquire high-resolution (15 pm) broadband absorption spectra of H2O, C2H2 and C2H4 in the near-infrared spectral region (1340–1700 nm), using an optical spectrum analyser for detection. H2O spectra were also recorded at high repetition rates, by dispersing the supercontinuum pulses and detecting the transmitted signal in the time domain. A spectral resolution of 38 pm was obtained employing the dispersed supercontinuum pulses, which is comparable to the H2O line widths at ambient conditions. 利用分步傅里叶变换法对飞秒激光脉冲在纳米光纤中产生超连续谱的过程进行了数值模拟,分析了纳米光纤直径、输入脉冲的峰值功率以及脉冲宽度等对纳米光纤中超连续谱产生的影响。通过模拟分析发现:输入脉冲脉宽越窄,光谱展宽越为明显;输入脉冲峰值功率越高,超连续谱(SC)过程越明显;当输入脉冲一定时,纳米光纤的直径与超连续谱的产生有着至关重要的作用:超连续谱的产生与光纤半径并不成线性关系,当输入脉冲的中心波长与纳米光纤的直径相匹配时,超连续谱产生最为明显。以上结论对进一步研究和利用纳米光纤中的超连续谱有着非常重要的意义。  相似文献

本文报道了采用基于熔石英薄片超连续的少周期飞秒光源驱动高次谐波产生的实验研究.实验中通过将重复频率1kHz的飞秒钛宝石激光放大器所输出的能量0.8mJ、脉宽30fs的脉冲聚焦到7片0.1mm厚的熔融石英片中,得到了覆盖带宽大于倍频程的展宽光谱.利用啁啾镜补偿色散后,经瞬态光栅频率分辨光学开关法测得脉宽为6.3fs,对应约2.3个光学周期.利用压缩后的激光脉冲聚焦作用于惰性气体,并通过调节尖劈插入量改变脉宽,分别测得了分立以及连续的高次谐波截止区信号,结果与6.3fs的脉冲宽度相符合.  相似文献

从脉冲在光纤中传输所遵循的广义非线性薛定谔方程出发,通过数值模拟对色散渐减光纤产生超连续谱(SC)进行了研究.结果表明:色散渐减光纤的色散斜率k、色散参量D0、参量L0和R及脉冲的峰值功率、脉冲宽度对SC谱的产生有着极其重要影响|在色散渐减光纤产生超连续谱的过程中,三、四阶群速度色散甚至更高阶群速度色散对超连续谱的影响完全可以忽略,但高阶非线性效应对SC谱的产生影响很小|计算表明对光纤和脉冲的各参量进行优化选择后,可以获得宽而平坦的超连续谱.  相似文献

利用飞秒激光在熔融石英介质中传输产生能量达数毫焦、波长范围覆盖400-900 nm 且光谱分布较为均匀的超连续白光,实验过程中将熔融石英介质离焦放置以避免被击穿. 研究了入射激光能量以及介质离焦距离对超连续白光特性的影响. 结果表明采用高能量的入射激光脉冲离焦抽运介质的方法能够有效避免介质 击穿损伤并提高超连续白光脉冲的能量输出.  相似文献

孤立阿秒脉冲因可以跟踪和控制原子及分子内电子的运动过程而备受关注.本文从理论上开展了氦原子在3束飞秒脉冲激光组合场辐照下产生的高次谐波和阿秒脉冲辐射的研究.组合激光场由16 fs/1600 nm,15 fs/1100 nm和5.3 fs/800 nm的钛宝石脉冲构成.与前两束脉冲合成的双色场产生谐波谱相比,附加钛宝石脉冲的三色场产生的高次谐波发射谱呈现出高转换效率及宽带超连续特性,超连续谱范围覆盖从230—690次谐波,傅里叶变换后实现了128 as高强度孤立短脉冲的产生.该结果归因于合成的三色场呈现出高功率及少周期的中红外飞秒脉冲激光特性,可以有效控制原子电离以及复合发生在中红外飞秒脉冲的一个有效光学周期内.  相似文献

We report on the development and the demonstration of a two-wavelength single-frequency laser oscillator based on Ho:YLF crystal. This laser is especially suitable for application as a transmitter in differential absorption lidar (DIAL)/integrated path differential absorption (IPDA) measurements of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) using the R30 CO2 absorption line at 2,050.967 nm. The oscillator consists in a fiber-coupled and free-space solid-state hybrid system and can be used in high-energy middle-rate or moderate-energy high-rate configurations. The latter produced On and Off sequentially single-frequency laser pulses with 13 mJ of energy at a repetition rate of 2 kHz and pulse duration of 42 ns. The pulse energy and frequency stabilities are specially documented in free-running, single-frequency and two-frequency seeding single-mode operations. Standard deviation is 7.7 % for pulse energy and 2 MHz for frequency stability for the two-wavelength seeding operation. Allan variance plot shows that frequency fluctuations are reduced below 70 kHz for 10 s of averaging which is suitable for accurate CO2 DIAL or IPDA measurements.  相似文献

It is found that supercritical fluids are a unique source of multioctave supercontinuum radiation, which is generated upon filamentation of an intense femtosecond laser pulse. If the laser pulse power significantly exceeds the critical power of self-focusing, then a supercontinuum with a width of three and a half spectral octaves (from 350 to 2000 nm) is generated in supercritical xenon. The red wing of supercontinuum generated in supercritical carbon dioxide has the form of a plateau in the range from 1400 to 1900 nm, while the blue wing of the spectrum is almost completely attenuated.  相似文献

Numerical simulations are used to study how fiber supercontinuum generation seeded by picosecond pulses can be actively controlled through the use of input pulse modulation. By carrying out multiple simulations in the presence of noise, we show how tailored supercontinuum spectra with increased bandwidth and improved stability can be generated using an input envelope modulation of appropriate frequency and depth. The results are discussed in terms of the nonlinear propagation dynamics and pump depletion.  相似文献

The possibility of generating a terahertz spectral supercontinuum in the regime of the optical rectification of a femtosecond optical pulse is predicted. The transient and asymptotic stages of generation are distinguished. The supercontinuum consists of the soliton and nonsoliton components of a terahertz signal at the asymptotic stage. It is shown that the formation of supercontinuums is accompanied by a redshift of the median of the opticalpulse spectrum.  相似文献

A method for switching the regime of single-frequency generation of nanosecond pulses to a train of picosecond pulses in the Nd:YAG laser with an electro-optic Pockels Q-switch without changing cavity elements is proposed. The single-frequency regime was provided by aligning an active element which played the role of a longitudinal cavity mode selector. The lasing spectrum was measured using a Fabry-Perot interferometer with simultaneous recording of pulse oscillograms.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate high-order harmonic and attosecond pulse generation from helium atom in a three-color laser field, which is synthesized by 10 fs/800 nm Ti-sapphire laser and a two-color field consisting of 30 fs/532 nm and30 fs/1330 nm pulses. Compared with harmonic spectrum generated by a monochromatic field, the harmonics generated from the synthesized three-color field show a supercontinuum spectrum with a bandwidth of 235 eV, ranging from the 154 th to the 306 th order harmonic. This phenomenon can be attributed to the fact that the ionization of atoms as well as motion of ionized electron can be effectively controlled in the three-color field. Therefore, an isolated 46-as pulse can be generated by superposing supercontinuum from the 160 th to the 210 th order harmonics.  相似文献

We have analysed the output pulse characteristics of semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). It is shown that they can be modified due to the variation of input parameters, such as, gain, input pulsewidth, input pulse energy and effects imposed by the medium. Therefore, the influence of these parameters are analysed on the output pulse shape, spectrum, chirp and pulsewidth. We have used the nonlinear propagation equation taking into account the gain spectrum dynamics, gain saturation which depends on carrier depletion, carrier heating, spectral hole-burning, group velocity dispersion, self-phase modulation and two photon absorption. We have used the finite-difference beam propagation method to simulate the wave evolution both in time and spectral domain in the SOA. We have also simulated the four-wave mixing characteristics between pulses for various input pulses. An accurate output pulse shape can be achieved by controlling the mentioned parameters. To the authors knowledge, pulse shaping in co-propagation regime due to medium effect and input pulse shapes in presence of all nonlinear effects relevant to picosecond regime have been studied comprehensively, for the first time in this work.  相似文献

We present results on supercontinuum generation extended up to 230 nm in air during the propagation of a powerful femtosecond laser pulse. The broad supercontinuum generated in air is contributed by self-phase modulation and self-steepening of the fundamental laser pulse, the third-harmonic pulse and their interaction. In particular, the strong interaction between the fundamental and the third-harmonic pulses leads to broad and efficient continuum generation of the third-harmonic pulse itself. The spectrum of the third-harmonic generated in air extends over several tens of nm and overlaps with the shorter wavelength extent of the fundamental continuum. 研究了在中红外偏振态门驱动下高效产生极宽超连续谱的过程.利用波长为2000 nm的偏振态门激光场可以将电子的回复控制在半个光周期内,并且将谐波谱的截止区拓展到270 eV.在偏振态门中加入0.5 fs的紫外控制脉冲,可以对谐波的电离过程进行控制,把谐波的强度提高了4—5个数量级,并得到了谱宽为240 eV的极宽超连续谱.该极宽超连续谱在傅里叶变换极限下支持脉宽仅为16 as的单个脉冲的产生.通过过滤超连续谱中不同次数的谐波,可以得到一系列波长可调的110 as的高强度单脉冲. 关键词: 高次谐波 阿秒 偏振态门 超连续谱  相似文献
