The volatile fluorofullerene products of high-temperature reactions of C60 with the ternary manganese(III, IV) fluorides KMnF4, KMnF5, A2MnF6 (A+ = Li+, K+, Cs+), and K3MnF6 were monitored as a function of reaction temperature, reaction time, and stoichiometric ratio by in situ Knudsen-cell mass spectrometry. When combined with fluorofullerene product ratios from larger-scale (bulk) screening reactions with the same reagents, an optimized set of conditions was found that yielded the greatest amount of C60F8 (KMnF4/C60 mol ratio 28-30, 470 °C, 4-5 h). Two isomers of C60F8 were purified by HPLC, one of which has not been previously reported. Quantum chemical calculations at the DFT level combined with 1D and 2D 19F NMR, FTIR, and FT-Raman spectroscopy indicate that the C60F8 isomer previously reported to be 1,2,3,8,9,12,15,16-C60F8 is actually 1,2,3,6,9,12,15,18-C60F8, making it the first high-temperature fluorofullerene with non-contiguous fluorine atoms. The new isomer, which was found to be 1,2,7,8,9,12,13,14-C60F8, is predicted to be 5.5 kJ mol−1 more stable than 1,2,3,6,9,12,15,18-C60F8 at the DFT level. In addition, new DFT calculations and spectroscopic data indicate that the compound previously isolated from the high-temperature reaction of C60 and K2PtF6 and reported to be 16-CF3-1,2,3,8,9,12,15-C60F7 is actually 18-CF3-1,2,3,6,8,12,15-C60F7.  相似文献

Ferrocene-bridged NCN pincer complexes of structural type Fe(η5-C5H4-4-NCN-1-MX)2 (X = I: 6, M = Pd; 7, M = Pt; X = Cl: 8, M = Pt; NCN = [4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6]) are accessible by the subsequent reaction of Fe(η5-C5H4-4-NCNH)2 (4) with nBuLi and [PtCl2(SEt2)2] (synthesis of 8) or treatment of Fe(η5-C5H4-4-NCN-1-I)2 (5) with [Pd2(dba)3] (synthesis of 6) or [Pt(tol)2(SEt2)]2 (synthesis of 7) (dba = dibenzylidene acetone, tol = 4-tolyl). In addition, the Sonogashira cross-coupling of Fe(η5-C5H4I)2 (1) with HCC-4-NCNH (2) gives Fe(η5-C5H4-CC-4-NCNH)2 (3). The reaction behavior of 3 towards tBuLi is reported as well.Cyclovoltammetric studies show that the ferrocene entity can be oxidized reversibly. The Fe(II)/Fe(III) potential decreases with increasing electron density at the NCN pincer units due to the presence of the M-halide moiety (M = Pd, Pt).The solid state structure of Fe(η5-C5H4-4-NCN-1-PdI)2 (6) is presented. In 6 the Fe(η5-C5H4)2 unit connects two NCN-PdI pincer entities with palladium in a square-planar environment. The cyclopentadienyl ligands show a staggered conformation. The C6H2 rings are tilted by 23.5(3)° towards the C5H4 entities and the C6H2 plane is almost coplanar with the coordination plane (10.3(3)°).  相似文献

Ampoule reactions of C70 with n- and i-C3F7I were carried out at 250-310 °C. Two step HPLC separations allowed the isolation of several C70(n-C3F7)4-8 and C70(i-C3F7)4 compounds. Crystal and molecular structures of C70(n-C3F7)8-V, C70(n-C3F7)6O, C70(n-C3F7)4, and three isomers of C70(i-C3F7)4 have been determined by X-ray crystallography using synchrotron radiation. Molecular structures of the new compounds were compared with the known examples and discussed in terms of addition patterns and relative energies of their formation.  相似文献

The thermolysis of [(C5H4)SiMe2(N-t-Bu)]TiPh2 in the presence of diphenylacetylene proceeds at 80 °C in cyclohexane solution with the sole formation of the titanacyclic complex [(C5H4)SiMe2(N-t-Bu)]Ti[(o-C6H4)C(Ph)C(Ph)], which has been characterized by solution NMR measurements and X-ray crystallographic analysis. This reaction is accompanied by the elimination of benzene and presumably occurs via coupling of a titanium benzyne intermediate with diphenylacetylene. The two chemically inequivalent Ti-C bonds of 2.081(7) and 2.103(6) Å in [(C5H4)SiMe2(N-t-Bu)]Ti[(o-C6H4)C(Ph)C(Ph)] reflect the increased electrophilicity of the d0 Ti(IV) center arising from the presence of the bifunctional ansa-cyclopentadienyldimethylsilylamido ligand.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the bark of Calocedrus macrolepis var. formosana, an endemic tree in Taiwan, has led to the isolation of a novel terpenoid 1. Compound 1 with a rare C35 skeleton constructed by a diterpene and a sesquiterpene moieties. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic interpretations. The anti-proliferation activity of 1 against human oral epidermoid carcinoma KB cells was evaluated, and the IC50 value was determined to be 9.2 ± 0.4 μM.  相似文献

New experimental results on perfluoroalkylation of C60 and C70 with the use of RfI (Rf = CF3, C2F5, n-C3F7, n-C4F9, and n-C6F13), along with a critical overview of the existing synthetic methods, are presented. For the selected new fullerene (Rf)n compounds we report spectroscopic, electrochemical and structural data, including improved crystallographic data for the isomers of C70(C2F5)10 and C60(C2F5)10, and the first X-ray structural data for the dodecasubstituted perfluoethylated C70 fullerene, C70(C2F5)12, which possesses unprecedented addition pattern.  相似文献

Reactions between [Fe(η-C5H5)(MeCO)(CO)(L)], L = PPh3 (1), PMe3 (2), PPhMe2 (3), PCy3 (4), CO (5), and B(C6F5)3 give new complexes [Fe(η-C5H5){MeCOB(C6F5)3}(CO)(L)] L = PPh3 (7), PMe3 (8), PPhMe2 (9), PCy3 (10), CO (11), where B(C6F5)3 coordinates selectively to the O-acyl groups. Hydrolysis of 7 gives [Fe(η-C5H5){HOB(C6F5)3}(CO)(PPh3)] (6). The X-ray structures of 6, 8 and 11 have been determined. Calculations, using density functional theory, demonstrate that the charge transfer to the acyl group on Lewis acid coordination is more significant in the σ than the π system. Both effects lead to a lengthening of the acyl C-O bond thus π populations cannot be inferred from the distance changes.  相似文献

The title compound (1) was prepared by the reaction of 3,5-bis(CF3)C6H3P(i-C3H7)2 (L1) and Co2(CO)8. Its solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide was measured at varying temperatures and pressures using a modified analytical extraction device. Solubility data were determined in the temperature and pressure ranges between 40 and 70 °C and between 100 and 300 bar, respectively. The solubility of 1 is lower compared to (p-CF3C6H4)3P, but much higher than for transition metal complexes bearing phosphines without fluorinated substituents.  相似文献

By hydrothermal reaction of In2O3 with H2C2O4·2H2O in the presence of H3BO3 at 155 °C, an open-framework three-dimensional indium oxalate of formula [In(OH)(C2O4)(H2O)]3·H2O (1) has been obtained. The compound crystallizes in the trigonal system, space group R3c with , , , Z=6, R1=0.0352 at 298 K. The small pores in 1 are filled with water molecules. It loses its filled water at about 180 °C without the change of structure, then the bounded water at 260 °C, and completely decompounds at 324 °C. The residue is confirmed to be In2O3.  相似文献

The coordinating properties of N-o-chlorobenzamido-meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (N-NHCO(o-Cl)C6H4-Htpp; 11) have been investigated for the Zn2+ ion. Insertion of Zn results in the formation of the zinc complex Zn(N-NCO(o-Cl)C6H4-tpp)(MeOH) · MeOH (12 · MeOH). The diamagnetic 12 · MeOH can be transformed into the diamagnetic Zn(N-NHCO(o-Cl)C6H4-tpp)Cl · CH2Cl2 (13 · CH2Cl2) in a reaction with aqueous hydrogen chloride (2%). X-ray structures for 12 · MeOH and 13 · CH2Cl2 have been determined. The coordination sphere around the Zn2+ ion in 12 · MeOH is a distorted trigonal bipyramid with N(2), N(4) and O(2) lying in the equatorial plane, whereas for the Zn2+ ion in 13 · CH2Cl2, it is a square-based pyramid in which the apical site is occupied by the Cl(1) atom.  相似文献

One isomer of C60(i-C3F7)8, three isomers of C60(i-C3F7)6, and the first mixed perfluoroalkylated fullerene, C60(CF3)2(i-C3F7)2, have been isolated by HPLC from a mixture prepared by reaction of C60 with heptafluoroisopropyl iodide in a glass ampoule at 260-290 °C. The molecular structures of the four new compounds have been determined by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction partially also by use of synchrotron radiation. Theoretical calculations at the DFT level of theory have been employed to rationalize the energetics of isomers and of C60-Rf binding.  相似文献

The metal-metal bonds of the title compounds have been investigated with the help of energy decomposition analysis at the DFT/TZ2P level. In good agreement with experiment, computations yield Hg-Hg bond distance in [H3SiHg-HgSiH3] of 2.706 Å and Zn-Zn bond distance in [(η5-C5Me5)Zn-Zn(η5-C5Me5)] of 2.281 Å. The Cd-Cd bond distances are longer than the Hg-Hg bond distances. Bond dissociation energies (-BDE) for Zn-Zn bonds in zincocene −70.6 kcal/mol in [(η5-C5H5)2Zn2] and −70.3 kcal/mol in [(η5-C5Me5)2Zn2] are greater amongst the compounds under study. In addition, [(η5-C5H5)2M2] is found to have a binding energy slightly larger than those in [(η5-C5Me5)2M2]. The trend of the M-M bond dissociation energy for the substituents R shows for metals the order GeH3 < SiH3 < CH3 < C5Me5 < C5H5. Electrostatic forces between the metals are always attractive and they are strong (−75.8 to −110.5 kcal/mol). The results demonstrate clearly that the atomic partial charges cannot be taken as a measure of the electrostatic interactions between the atoms. The orbital interaction (covalent bonding) ΔEorb is always smaller than the electrostatic attraction ΔEelstat. The M-M bonding in [RM-M-R] (R = CH3, SiH3, GeH3, C5H5, C5Me5; M = Zn, Cd, Hg) has more than half ionic character (56-64%). The values of Pauli repulsions, ΔEPauli, electrostatic interactions, ΔEelstat, and orbital interactions, ΔEelstat are larger for mercury compounds as compared to zinc and cadmium.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of neat (C2H5)2CO (pentanone) and its binary mixtures with hydrogen donor solvent (CH3OH), [(C2H5)2CO + CH3OH] having different mole fractions of the reference system, (C2H5)2CO in the range 0.1-0.9 at a regular interval of 0.1 were recorded in the CO stretching region. In neat liquid, the Raman peak appears asymmetric. The asymmetric nature of the peak has been attributed to the CO stretching mode of the two conformers of (C2H5)2CO having C2 and C2v point groups and the corresponding bands at ∼1711 and ∼1718 cm−1, respectively. A careful analysis of the Iiso (isotropic component of the Raman scattered intensity) at different concentrations reveals that upon dilution with methanol, at mole fraction C = 0.6, an additional peak in the CO stretching region is observed at ∼1703 cm−1 which is attributed to the hydrogen bonding with methanol. A peculiar feature in this study is that upon dilution, the peak at ∼1718 cm−1 shows a minimum at C = 0.6, but on further dilution it shows a blue shift. However, the other peak at ∼1711 cm−1 shows a continuous red shift with dilution as well as a maximum at C = 0.7 in the linewidth vs. concentration plot, which is essentially due to competition between motional narrowing and diffusion phenomena. A significant amount of narrowing in the Raman band at ∼1718 cm−1 can be understood in terms of caging effect of the reference molecule by the solvent molecules at high dilution. A density functional theoretic (DFT) calculation on optimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of two conformers of neat (C2H5)2CO in C2 ad C2v forms and the complexes with one and two CH3OH molecules with both the conformers was performed. The experimental results and theoretical calculations together indicate a co-existence of two conformers as well as hydrogen bonded complex with methanol in the binary mixture, [(C2H5)2CO + CH3OH] at intermediate concentrations.  相似文献

Novel half-sandwich [C9H5(SiMe3)2]ZrCl3 (3) and sandwich [C9H5(SiMe3)2](C5Me4R)ZrCl2 (R = CH3 (1), CH2CH2NMe2 (2)) complexes were prepared and characterized. The reduction of 2 by Mg in THF lead to (η5-C9H5(SiMe3)2)[η52(C,N)-C5Me4CH2CH2N(Me)CH2]ZrH (7). The structure of 7 was proved by NMR spectroscopy data. Hydrolysis of 2 resulted in the binuclear complex ([C5Me4CH2CH2NMe2]ZrCl2)2O (6). The crystal structures of 1 and 6 were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Using an on-line solution-reaction isoperibol calorimeter, the standard molar enthalpies of reaction for the general thermochemical reaction: LnCl3·6H2O(s) + 2C9H7NO(s) + CH3COONa(s) = Ln(C9H6NO)2(C2H3O2)(s) + NaCl(s) + 2HCl(g) + 6H2O(l) (Ln: Nd, Sm), were determined at T=298.15 K, as  kJ mol−l, respectively. From the mentioned standard molar enthalpies of reaction and other auxiliary thermodynamic quantities, the standard molar enthalpies of formation of Ln(C9H6NO)2(C2H3O2)(s) (Ln: Nd, Sm), at T=298.15 K, have been derived to be: −(1494.7±3.3) and −(1501.5±3.4) kJ mol−l, respectively.  相似文献

The oxime-substituted NCN-pincer molecules HONCH-1-C6H3(CH2NMe2)2-3,5 (2a) and HONCH-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6-Br-1 (2b) were accessible by treatment of the benzaldehydes H(O)C-4-C6H3(CH2NMe2)2-3,5 (1a) and H(O)C-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6-Br-1 (1b) with an excess of hydroxylamine. In the solid state both compounds are forming polymers with intermolecular O-H?N connectivities between the Me2NCH2 substituents and the oxime entity of further molecules of 2a and 2b, respectively. Characteristic for 2a and 2b is a helically arrangement involving a crystallographic 21 screw axis of the HONCH-1-C6H3(CH2NMe2)2-3,5 and HONCH-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6-Br-1 building blocks.The reaction of 2b with equimolar amounts of [Pd2(dba)3 · CHCl3] (3) (dba = dibenzylidene acetone) or [Pt(tol)2(SEt2)]2 (4) (tol = 4-tolyl) gave by an oxidative addition of the C-Br unit to M coordination polymers with a [(HONCH-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6)MBr] repeating unit (5: M = Pd, 6: M = Pt). Complexes 5 and 6 are in the solid state linear hydrogen-bridged polymers with O-H?Br contacts between the oxime entities and the metal-bonded bromide.  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of cobalt (II) oxalate, phosphorous acid, piperazine and water at 150 °C for 96 h followed by heating at 180 °C for 24 h gave rise to a new inorganic-organic hybrid solid, [C4N2H12][Co4(HPO3)2(C2O4)3], I. The structure consists of edge-shared CoO6 octahedra forming a [Co2O10] dimers that are connected by HPO3 and C2O4 units forming a three-dimensional structure with one-dimensional channels. The amine molecules are positioned within these channels. The oxalate units have a dual role of connecting within the plane of the layer as well as out of the plane. Magnetic susceptibility measurement shows the compound orders antiferromagnetically at low temperature (). Structures and IR absorption spectra of the conformational isomers of perfluorinated aldehyde hydrates, n-CxF2x+1CH(OH)2, (x = 1-4) have been calculated using density functional theory (DFT) and compared to experimental FT-IR measurements. Two absorption peaks around 3600-3700 cm−1 were observed and are assigned to OH stretching modes of OH groups with, and without, intramolecular hydrogen bonding. For n-C3F7CH(OH)2, two absorption bands around 900-1000 cm−1 were observed in the experimental spectra, whereas only a single in-phase stretching mode of the (CF3)(C2F4CH(OH)2) and (C3F7)(CH(OH)2) bonds was calculated for each conformer. The experimental spectra were well described by composite spectra of the thermal equilibrium mixture of different conformational isomers of n-CxF2x+1CH(OH)2 calculated by DFT.  相似文献

Two hetero-binuclear complexes [CpCoS2C2(B9H10)][Rh(COD)] (2a) and [CpCoSe2C2(B10H10)][Rh(COD)] (2b) [Cp = η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, COD = cyclo-octa-1,5-diene (C8H12)] were synthesized by the reactions of half-sandwich complexes [CpCoE2C2(B10H10)] [E = S (1a), Se (1b)] with low valent transition metal complexes [Rh(COD)(OEt)]2 and [Rh(COD)(OMe)]2. Although the reaction conditions are the same, the structures of two products for dithiolato carborane and diselenolato carborane are different. The cage of the carborane in 2a was opened; However, the carborane cage in 2b was intact. Complexes 2a and 2b have been fully characterized by 1H, 11B NMR and IR spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analyses. The molecular structures of 2a and 2b have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and strong metal-metal interactions between cobalt and rhodium atoms (2.6260 Å (2a) and 2.7057 Å (2b)) are existent.  相似文献
