Synthesis of thiopyrano[4″,3″:4′,5′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]furo[3,2-d]pyrimidines

<正>Reactions of the 6-hydroxy-thiopyrano[3,4-c]pyridine-5-carbonitrile derivative 1 withα-halo-carbonyl compounds gave the ortho-substituted intermediates 2a-c which were converted into furo[2,3-b]thiopyrano[4,3-d]pyridines 3a-c by fusion of a furan moiety under basic conditions.Further cyclization of 3a-c led to a fusion of a pyrimidine ring,yielding the tetracyclic products 6,7 and 8.In addition,condensation of 6 with various aromatic aldehydes afforded the corresponding imines 9a,b.Mannich reaction of 7 gave products 10a,b.

Facile synthesis and platinum complexes of 4',5,5'-trisubstituted-2,2':6',2'-terpyridines

The synthesis of trisubstituted 4',5,5' terpyridines is described. The strategy begins with synthesis of 2-acetyl-5-bromopyridine (3) from 2,5-dibromopyridine, substitution of the bromine in 3 using a variety of metal-catalyzed reactions and then formation of the terpyridine using the Krohnke reaction. The complexes have been prepared by reaction of [Pt(PhCN)(2)Cl(2)] with the appropriate silver salt followed by addition of the terpyridyl ligand. The crystal structure of two complexes have been determined via X-ray diffraction and the MLCT (metal-to-ligand charge-transfer) emissions determined by UV/Vis spectroscopy.

以甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐与取代的苯甲醛为原料,制得了一系列亚胺,然后用亚胺与C(60)反应,得到带有不同取代基的吡咯烷骈[60]富勒烯衍生物.经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,FT-IR,UV-vis以及TOF-SIMS等方法对所得化合物结构进行了表征,并进行了产物的生物活性测试.     

Ligand substituent effect observed for ytterbocene 4'-cyano-2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine

A new N-heterocyclic complex of ytterbocene (Cp(2)Yb(II), Cp = C(5)Me(5)) has been prepared by the addition of 4'-cyano-2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine (tpyCN) to Cp(2)Yb(II)(OEt(2)) in toluene to give a dark blue species designated as Cp(2)Yb(tpyCN). The effect of the electron-withdrawing group (-CN) on the redox potentials of the charge-transfer form of this complex [in which an electron is transferred from the f(14) metal center to the lowest unoccupied (pi) molecular orbital of the tpyCN ligand to give a 4f(13)-pi(1) electronic configuration] has been quantified by cyclic voltammetry. The tpyCN ligand stabilizes this configuration by 60 mV more than that in the unsubstituted tpy ligand complex and by 110 mV more than that in the unsubstituted bpy ligand complex. Magnetic susceptibility measurements corroborate the enhanced stabilization of the 4f(13)-pi(1) configuration by the substituted terpyridyl ligand complex. Furthermore, the temperature dependence of the magnetic data is most consistent with a thermally induced valence tautomeric equilibrium between this paramagnetic 4f(13)-pi(1) form that dominates near room temperature and the diamagnetic 4f(14)-pi(0) form that dominates at low temperature. Differing coordination modes for the tpyCN ligand to the ytterbocene center have also been confirmed by isolation and X-ray crystallographic characterization of complexes binding through either the cyano nitrogen of tpyCN or the three terpyridyl nitrogen atoms of tpyCN.     

Solid-state synthesis of poly(3',4'-dimethoxy-2,2':5',2"- terthiophene): comparison with poly(terthiophene) and poly(3',4'-ethylenedioxy-2,2':5',2"- terthiophene)

A new terthiophene monomer: 3',4'-dimethoxy-2,2':5',2"-terthiophene (TMT) was synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FTIR. The solid-state oxidative polymerizations of TMT were performed in various ratios of oxidant (FeCl?) to monomer (TMT). The resulting polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR, FTIR, UV-vis-NIR, GPC, X-ray diffraction, CV, as well as TGA and conductivity measurements. The structure and properties of poly (TMT) were compared with those of polyterthiophene [poly(TT)] and poly (3',4'-ethylenedioxy-2,2':5',2"-terthiophene) [poly(TET)] prepared under the same polymerization conditions. After comparative analysis with poly(TT) and poly(TET), the effects of the dimethoxy substituent and FeCl? on the structural and physicochemical properties of the poly(TMT)s were discussed in depth. The comparison suggested that the dimethoxy-substituted polymer did not display higher crystallinity, thermal stability, conductivity and electrochemical activity than ethylenedioxy substituted one. The results also showed that the effect of FeCl? on poly(TMT) was similar that seen with the poly(TT), in which the oxidation degree, electrochemical activity and conductivity increased steadily with increasing [FeCl?/[TT] ratio. Furthermore, the poly(TMT) and poly(TT) are mostly made up of dimers with a small amount of higher molecular weight components.     

Synthesis of Conformationally Locked 2＇-Deoxy-2＇-nucleobase-5＇- Isonucleosides: 2＇-Deoxy-2＇-nucleobase-5＇ deoxy-1＇, 4＇ :3＇, 6＇-dianhydro-D-mannitol

Novel bicyclic isonucleosides, 2＇ -deoxy- 2＇ -nucleobase- 5＇ -deoxy- 1＇ , 4＇ : 3＇ , 6＇ -dianhydro D-mannitol 10a-10c, were synthesized from D-glucose. The computer-assisted molecular simu lation indicated that the sugar conformations of compounds 10a-10c were restricted to N-con formation.

Condensed Thienopyrimidines. 14. Synthesis of 10H-Thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines

Reaction of a substituted 2-aminothienothiopyran with methyl(phenyl) isothiocyanate, intramolecular cyclization of the obtained N'-methyl(phenyl) thioureido derivatives, and work up of the cyclization products with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-hydrazinodihydrothiopyranothienopyrimidines. Treatment of the latter with pyruvic acid gave the novel 10H-thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines.
