采用风洞试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,对雷诺数Re=55 000条件下细长旋成体有、无横向喷流时大攻角非对称特性进行了分析.通过风洞试验发现了旋成体在法向和侧向进行喷流时其大攻角非对称气动特性与无喷流时的区别,通过数值模拟方法对几个典型工况下旋成体有、无横向喷流时的非对称气动特性进行了分析,揭示了喷流对旋成体非对称流动分离的影响.通过风洞试验发现当细长旋成体进行法向控制时无喷流、喷流位于迎风区和喷流位于背风区的旋成体表现出了不同的非对称流动特性:首先喷流位于迎风区时攻角范围在20°~40°之间有喷流和无喷流旋成体所产生的侧向力方向相反,攻角大于40°之后侧向力系数的方向发生了改变,与无喷流时的侧向力系数方向相同,但是其绝对值要比无喷流时的侧向力系数小.其次喷流位于背风区时攻角在15°~35°之间有喷流时的侧向力系数绝对值要明显比无喷流时大,在随后的40°~70°之间旋成体侧向力系数变化规律与无喷流的趋势相似.当细长旋成体进行侧向控制时由于沿侧向的喷流所产生的直接力使得攻角范围在0°~20°之间和大于45°时有喷流的旋成体侧向力系数绝对值要比无喷流时大,但是攻角在25°~40°之间时旋成体...  相似文献

通过数值方法对大迎角细长体低速湍流流场的模拟,探讨头部顶端极小扰动对细长体非对称绕流形成与发展的影响.结果表明在细长体顶端附近施加极小扰动可以模拟出实验观测到的非对称流场,非对称的涡系结构沿轴向是逐步发展的,截面侧向力沿轴向的分布呈现正弦型曲线的变化特征,扰动能量经过指数增长后达到饱和,有效扰动的规模影响涡流非对称性的大小及分布,单侧扰动产生的流场非对称性随扰动周向位置的变化呈现单周期性规律.小扰动诱发非对称的数值算例表明非对称绕流的形成是源于流场的空间不稳定性机制.  相似文献

结合实验成果,对大迎角细长体绕流结构及其气动特征进行了分析。利用势流理论,探讨了大迎角下非对称侧向力沿物体轴线的变化特征与分离背涡结构之间的关系,得出截面侧向力系数沿轴向呈现正弦型曲线的变化特征是由轴向旋涡不断脱落所形成的多涡系统诱导的结果。对于三涡以上的多涡系统中,对称的物面压强分布并非一定对应对称的涡结构。  相似文献

采用测压、测力以及流动显示方法研究了头部微三角扰动块对飞机大迎角非对称背涡的主控作用和背风侧单孔位微吹气对背涡空间位置及相应侧向力的控制作用,以此为基础提出了基于微三角块扰动和单孔位微吹气扰动的组合扰动主动控制新技术,并在某飞机模型上进行了验证.实验是在北京航空航天大学D4风洞中进行的.研究结果表明:该组合扰动控制技术能够实现对飞机大迎角非对称侧向力的有效主动控制.  相似文献

细长体在大攻角情况下会出现很大的侧向力. 在10°半顶角细长旋成体头部安置涡流发生器(微型三角翼),通过调节涡流发生器相对模型轴线的滚转安装角,实现了对大迎角状态下旋成体侧向力的近似比例控制.研究了涡流发生器半展长、后掠角和攻角等参数对侧向力控制效果的影响. 研究发现半展长为6mm、后掠角为45°的涡流发生器具有较好的控制效果,在一系列攻角下均能够实现侧向力的近似比例控制. 由于该机构非常简单,在工程中具有一定的应用前景.   相似文献

分别运用扇形(Fan)、阶梯形(Ladder)、交界面形(Interface)网格对细长体小攻角对称、大攻角对称、大攻角非对称绕流流场进行了数值研究.通过涡核位置、涡簇显示、物面压力分布、轴向力分布等的计算结果比较了三种网格的计算精度.数值实验表明:细长体分离涡流场对边界层网格非常敏感,应严格控制边界层网格的正交性;随着攻角增大,流场对网格特性的敏感性有增高的趋势;阶梯形网格可能会对流场带入非物理性扰动,交界面网格对流场捕捉有不连续现象;将三种网格得到的物面压力、侧向力、流动分离位置与实验值进行对比,发现扇形网格误差最小、交界面网格误差最大;大攻角非对称流动时,扇形网格计算的侧向力有整体向细长体头部压缩的趋势,涡脱落位置靠前,第二个及第三个极值更大,说明非对称现象有向尾部发展的趋势.  相似文献

以数值计算为手段,分析了带涡襟翼的翼型的流场特性,分别对迎角及扰流板偏角对翼型气动性能的影响做了分析。结果表明,在小迎角来流情况下,保持迎角不变,涡襟翼偏转角度越大,升力越小,阻力越大,呈现较好的线性关系。在大迎角情况下,绕翼型的流动发生分离,通过适当控制涡襟翼的偏转角度,能够有效的改善翼型的失速特性,从而达到流动控制的目的,迎角越大,涡襟翼所需偏转的角度越大。  相似文献

利用一种符合可实现性条件的k-ε两方程模式,通过求解可压缩性Navier-Stokes方程,数值模拟了细长旋成体在M=2.5和0.7、中等大攻角下的湍流绕流流场。定性分析了背风面分离涡的发展过程和湍流粘性比等流动特征,对背风面主涡强度和涡核位置、物面压力分布、集中力和力矩与已有的试验结果进行了细致的定量对比,证实了数值模拟的有效性。  相似文献

使用低耗散的Roe格式,数值模拟了Reynolds数(Re)对大攻角细长旋成体绕流滚转角效应的影响.模型头部加了几何小扰动块以引发流场的不对称.在较大的Re数(Re=10 5)下,本文的计算结果与实验是相符的,此时细长体的滚转会导致双稳态、双周期现象,即侧向力随滚转角呈现类似方波形式的双周期变化,方波中侧向力基本保持不变的状态对应于流场的正则态,且两个正则态的侧向力方向相反,方波中侧向力基本保持不变的状态对应于流场的正则态,且两个正则态的侧向力方向相反;而在较小的Re数(Re=4 000)下,如果扰动足够大,细长体的滚转将导致不同的双稳态现象,此时两个正则态的侧向力方向相同,而在较小扰动下双稳态现象不再出现;Re数更小时(Re=1 000),即使在较大的扰动下,双稳态现象也不再出现,侧向力随滚动角仍是连续变化的.本文的计算结果表明,Re数越小,流场对头部扰动的感受性越弱.  相似文献

The classical slender body theory is generalized to the problems of a slender body of revolution moving with an angle of attack, in very close proximity to curved-ground and waving-water surfaces. The flow problems are reduced to the two-dimensional flow problem of double, circular cylinders, which is then solved by the method of complex variables and Fourier series. The attractive force and pitching moment, and the lateral force and yawing moment acting on the body are derived in terms of integrals over the body length. For a horizontal translation of the body near the curved ground, the attractive force will increase as the body is brought closer to the ground or as the absolute value of the angle of attack increases, and a convex (concave) ground will strengthen (weaken) the ground effect. However, for a horizontal translation of the body near a waving-water surface, the periodic attractive force is nearly in phase with the wave height beneath the body's centre, and its amplitude increases with the relative velocity between the body and the water wave motion.  相似文献

Side forces on slender bodies of revolution at medium to high angles of attack (AOA > 30°) has been known from a large number of investigations. Asymmetric vortex pairs over a slender body are believed to be the principle cause of the side forces. Under some flight conditions, this side force may be as large as the normal force acting on the slender body. In this paper, experimental results are presented for side force control on a cone-cylinder slender body by using microfabricated balloon actuators. The micro balloon actuators are made of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastomer by using micro molding techniques. They can be packaged on curve surfaces of a cone-cylinder slender body. As actuator is actuated, the micro balloon actuator inflates about 1.2 mm vertically, which is about 2.4% of the cylinder diameter D (=50 mm) of the cone-cylinder slender body. Micro balloon actuators are actuated at different roll angles of a cone-cylinder slender body. Aerodynamic force measurement results indicate the effects of micro balloon actuators vary at different actuation locations on the cone-cylinder slender body. The side forces can be significantly reduced if the actuators are actuated in the weak vortex side (the side corresponding to the asymmetric vortex which is far from the surface) and actuation angles are located at about 50–60° (the actuation angle here is measured from stagnation line of the incidence plane toward weak vortex side direction). Significant changes are noticed from the surface pressure, as well as leeside vortex flow field, measurement. Micro balloon actuators change nose shapes of the slender body which decide adverse-pressure-gradient values and directly influence the origin of the separation lines and characteristics of the separated vortices over the leeside surface.  相似文献

A primary jet vectoring using synthetic jet actuators with different exit con- figurations was investigated,and the main physical factors influencing jet vectoring were analyzed and summarized.The physical factors of the pressure difference,the location and area of the lower pressure region,the component of the synthetic jet momentum and the entrainment ratio of the synthetic jet flow to primary jet flow directly control the vectoring force and the vectoring angle.Three characteristic parameters of the syn- thetic jet contribute to the pressure difference and the area of the lower pressure region Both the extension step and slope angle of the actuator exit have functions of regulating the location of the lower pressure region,the area of the lower pressure region,and the entrainment ratio of the synthetic jet flow to primary jet flow.The slope angle of the actuator exit has additional functions of regulating the component of the synthetic jet momentum.Based upon analyzing the physical factors of jet vectoring control with syn- thetic jets,the source variables of the physical factors were established.A preparatory control model of jet vectoring using synthetic jet actuator was presented,and it has the benefit of explaining the efficiency of jet vectoring using synthetic jet actuator with source variables at different values,and it indicates the optimal actuator is taking full advantage of the regulating function.  相似文献

The influence of nose perturbations on the behaviors of asymmetric vortices over a slender body with a three-caliber ogive nose is studied in this paper. The tests of a nose-disturbed slender body with surface pressure measurement were conducted at a low speed wind tunnel with subcritical Reynolds number of 1×105 at angle of attack α=50°. The experiment results show that the behaviors and structure of asymmetric vortices over the slender body are mainly controlled by manual perturbation on the nose of body as compared with geometrical minute irregularities on the test model from the machining tolerances. The effect of the perturbation axial location on asymmetric vortices is the strongest if its location is near the model apex. There are four sensitive circumferential locations of manual perturbation at which bistable vortices over the slender body are switched by the perturbation. The flowfield near the reattachment line of lee side is more sensitive to the perturbation, because the saddle point to saddle point topological structure in this reattachment flowfield is unstable. Various types of perturbation do not change the perturbation effect on the behaviors of bistable asymmetric vortices. An aerodynamic jet steering scheme using a combination of blowing and suction near the exit plane of the primary jet is demonstrated. Previous studies involving synthetic jet actuators have shown that jet steering or vectoring is achieved when primary jet fluid is drawn into the suction slot, and that the vectoring force increases with primary jet speed. These studies were limited by the high-actuation frequencies required to maintain vectoring at high primary jet speeds. The present steady technique does not suffer from this limitation, and requires suction and blowing flow rates which are a small fraction of that of the primary jet. This arrangement is studied experimentally and numerically. The results are presented primarily in terms of turning angle. It is found that for sufficient blowing flow rates (similar to the suction flow rate) the resultant turning angle increases linearly with the suction flow rate regardless of Reynolds number (up to 21,000). An experimental demonstration of a jet vectoring technique used in our novel spray method called Coanda-assisted Spray Manipulation (CSM) is presented. CSM makes use of the Coanda effect on axisymmetric geometries through the interaction of two jets: a primary jet and a control jet. The primary jet has larger volume flow rate but generally a smaller momentum flux than the control jet. The primary jet flows through the center of a rounded collar. The control jet is parallel to the primary and is adjacent to the convex collar. The Reynolds number range for the primary jet at the exit plane was between 20,000 and 80,000. The flow was in the incompressible Mach number range (Mach < 0.3). The control jet attaches to the convex wall and vectors according to known Coanda effect principles, entraining and vectoring the primary jet, resulting in controllable r − θ directional spraying. Several annular control slots and collar radii were tested over a range of momentum flux ratios to determine the effects of these variables on the vectored jet angle and spreading. Two and Three-component Particle Image Velocimetry systems were used to determine the vectoring angle and the profile of the combined jet in each experiment. The experiments show that the control slot and expansion radius, along with the momentum ratios of the two jets predominantly affected the vectoring angle and profile of the combined jets.  相似文献

在南航3m低速风洞内,利用一套两自由度动态试验机构,通过测力实验研究了某飞机模型静态和俯仰动态过程中大迎角下的横侧向气动特性,分析比较了在模型头部加上扰动片后,对横侧向气动特性产生的影响.研究结果表明,模型在静态大迎角下会产生较大的侧向力和偏航力矩,而模型的快速上仰过程则进一步加剧了模型头部流动的非对称性,在大迎角下产生较大的偏航力矩迟滞环;当在模型头部加扰动片后,不论是静态过程还是动态过程,都使得模型的侧向力和偏航力矩减小,从而改善了俯仰运动过程中大迎角下的横侧向气动特性.  相似文献

内孤立波沿山脊地形传播过程中的结构变化使得影响海洋结构物及水下航行器安全的不确定因素增加,用大型重力式分层流试验水槽系统研究内孤立波过山脊地形及其对细长潜体作用力特性,可有效提高对其危害性机理的认识.为此,利用电导率探头阵列,结合染色标识方法,测量内孤立波演变特性,同时利用三分量传感器测量水下细长体模型受力特性.研究结果表明:山脊地形显著改变下凹型内孤立波结构,表现为坡前波幅增大,坡顶背风波面抬升,坡后波长变长;内波结构变化直接影响细长体受力特性,表现为坡前向下作用力明显增强,坡顶向上作用力突显,坡后作用力持续时间变长;细长体受力特性变化影响其运动趋势,坡前下沉运动增强、朝山脊方向纵荡运动显著.  相似文献

The transonic flowfields and vortex-breakdown over a slender wing with the angle of attack from 10° to 28° are studied numerically, and the emphasis is on the secondary separation and the charateristics of vortex-breakdown. The results indicated that: (a) TVD schemes have strong capability for capturing vortices in three-dimensional transonic separated flow at large angle of attack. (b) The development of secondary vortices is more complex than that of leading-edge ones, and is affected by wing's configuration, angle of attack and compressibility simultaneously, and the effect of compressibility is more severe at low angle of attack. (c) The starting angle of attack for vortex-breakdown (when vortex bursting point crosses trailing-edge) is about 18° forM∞=0.85, then the bursting point moves upstream quickly with increasing angle of attack. (d) At α=24°, breakdown occurs over most part of upper side, and the wing begins to stall. Therefore, there is a large lag of angle of attack between the beginning of vortex-breakdown and the stall of the wing. (e) This lag increase with the decreasing of Mach number.  相似文献
