Three new polyhydroxylated sterols, 3beta,6alpha,11,20beta,24-pentahydroxy- 9,11-seco-5alpha-24-ethylcholest-7,28-diene-9-one (1), 3-(1',2'-ethandiol)-24- methylcholest-8(9),22E-diene-3beta,5alpha,6alpha,7alpha,11alpha-pentaol (2), 24-methylcholest-7,22 E-diene-3beta,5alpha,6beta,25-tetraol (3) together with five known sterols, were isolated from the EtOH/CH2Cl2 extract of the South China Sea gorgonian Subergorgia suberosa. The complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these new compounds were achieved by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including HSQC, HMBC, 1H--1H COSY, and NOESY spectra.  相似文献

Four 3'-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-isoflavonoids: calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), calycosin (2), pratensein-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), and pratensein (4) were isolated from Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus, among which compound 4 was obtained from this plant for the first time. The solvent effect obscuring (1)H signal patterns of B ring of compounds 1-4 was reported to avoid mis-assignments. Previously reported NMR data of compounds 1 and 2 were corrected based on 1D and 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

Two unusual flavonoids, 3,5,4',5'-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxy-6-[1-(p-hydroxy-phenyl)ethyl]flavanone (1) and 3,5,7,4',5'-pentahydroxy-6-[1-(p-hydroxy-phenyl)ethyl] flavanone (2), were isolated from the kino of Eucalyptus citriodora. Structural elucidation of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data, particularly by the use of 1D NMR and several 2D shift-correlated NMR pulse sequences ((1)H, (1)H-COSY, HMQC, HMBC).  相似文献

Three new arylnaphthalide lignans named 6'-hydroxy justicidin A (1), 6'-hydroxy justicidin B (2) and 6'-hydroxy justicidin C (3) have been isolated from the whole plant of Justicia procumbens, together with four known ones, neojusticin A (4), chinensinaphthol methyl ester (5), isodiphyllin (6) and taiwanin C (7). The complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for the new lignans and the 13C NMR chemical shifts for the known lignans were obtained for the first time by means of 2D NMR techniques, including HSQC and HMBC.  相似文献

The complete assignments of all the (1)H and (13)C NMR signals of three sesquiterpene lactones, 4-oxo-5(6),11-eudesmadiene-8,12-olide (1), 4-oxo-11-eudesmaene-8,12-olide (2) and (1(10)E)-5beta-Hydroxygermacra-1(10),4(15),11-trien-8, 12-olide (3), were carried out by various 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the roots of Inula helenium for the first time. Among them, 1 was identified as a new nor-sesquiterpene lactone, and 2 was isolated from a natural source for the first time. The (13)C-NMR data of compound 3 was also reported for the first time.  相似文献

(1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data for 5alpha-androstanes and halo-5alpha-androstanes with different substituents at positions C-3, C-9, C-11 and C-17 were examined and assigned by a combination of 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The substituent effects on the (13)C chemical shifts were compared with those of epi-androsterone, used as a reference compound. Eight flavonoids were isolated from Sophora flavescens. Among them, three prenylflavanones: (2S)-6[2(3-hydroxyisopropyl)-5-methyl-4-hexenyl]-5-methoxy-7,2', 4'-trihydroxyflavanone (1), (2S)-5, 4'-dimethoxy-8-lavandulyl-7, 2'-dihydroxy flavanone (2) and (2S)-8-(5-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-5-methylhexyl)-7-methoxy-5,2', 4'-trihydroxyflavanone (3) are new compounds. Five new β‐carboline alkaloids, 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(2‐hydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (1), 3,10‐dihydroxy‐β‐carboline (2), 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(1‐hydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (3), 6,12‐dimethoxy‐3‐(1,2‐dihydroxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (4), and 6‐methoxy‐3‐(2‐hydroxyl‐1‐ethoxylethyl)‐β‐carboline (5), and two new natural products, 6‐methoxy‐12‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxycarbonyl‐β‐carboline (6) and 3‐hydroxy‐β‐carboline (7) were isolated from the stems of Picrasma quassioides along with 16 known β‐carboline alkaloids (8–23). The structures of new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses, and the 1D and 2D NMR data of compounds 6, 7 and 10 were reported for the first time. The bioassays showed that only compounds 14 and 16 could enhance the differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadiocytes accompanied by secretion of adiponectin proteins among these 23 compounds. A new pentacyclic triterpenoid, 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and a rarely encountered pentacyclic triterpenoid, 3beta-hydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (2), together with five known compounds, friedelin (3), 3beta-friedelinol (4), betulinic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6) and beta-sitosterol (7) were isolated from the chloroform extract of stem bark of Eugenia grandis (Syn: Syzygium grande). The structure and stereochemistry of the new compound (1) and the rarely encountered compound (2) were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. All the above isolated compounds from this plant are reported for the first time.  相似文献

Two new indole‐diterpenoids 4b‐deoxy‐1′‐O‐acetylpaxilline (1) and 4b‐deoxypenijanthine A (2) were isolated from the fermentation broth and the mycelia of the soil fungus Penicillium sp. CM‐7, along with three known structurally related compounds, 1′‐O‐acetylpaxilline (3), paspaline (4) and 3‐deoxo‐4b‐deoxypaxilline (5). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR, and their absolute configurations were suggested on the basis of the circular dichroism spectral analysis and the NOESY data. Two novel angular-type furanocoumarin glycosides, peucedanoside A (1) and peucedanoside B (2), along with a known compound apterin (3), were isolated from the roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. Their chemical structures were determined by MS, NMR spectroscopy and chemical analysis. By employing concerted 1 and 2D NMR techniques, exact NMR spectral assignments have been made of the acyl (2-7) and methyl (8 and 9) derivatives of mangiferin (1) isolated from the leaves of Bombax ceiba. Derivatives 2, 8 and 9 have been reported in literature, while 3-7 represent new compounds. The acetates 2 and 3 were found to be unstable and were converted into the same penta-acetate 4 at room temperature. Extensive NMR studies on mangiferin (1) and its derivatives showed that H-4 exchanges with deuterium of the solvent molecule more easily. This exchange under acidic conditions occurred at that position (C-4) where electrophilic substitution reactions can easily take place. This is the first report describing the exchange of C-4 proton of mangiferin (1), or any other xanthone, with deuterium of solvent molecules.  相似文献

1H and 13C NMR spectra of 8-C-beta-D-[2-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl] glucopyranosyl-2-(2-hydroxy)propyl-7-methoxy-5-methylchromone were completely assigned by 2D NMR observations. This article reports the structural elucidation by IR, UV and MS spectroscopic data along with 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift assignments of two benzophenones isolated from the fruit pericarp of Garcinia brasiliensis Mart. (Clusiaceae): garciniaphenone, (1R,5S,7S)-3-benzoyl-4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-di(3-methyl-2-butenyl)bicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-ene-2,9-dione, a novel triprenylated benzophenone; and 7-epi-clusianone, a tetraprenylated benzophenone that has already been extracted from another species of the same family. Furthermore, the keto-enol tautomeric equilibrium at solution-state was described for these compounds by 1D and 2D NMR spectral methods and one attempt to rationalize the different ratios between the noted tautomers was based on stereochemical features.  相似文献

Six pentacyclic triterpenoids, 3beta-stearyloxy-urs-12-ene (1), friedelin (2), 3beta-friedelinol (3), alpha-amyrin (4), beta-amyrin (5), and lupeol (6), have been isolated from the hexane extract of Maytenus salicifolia Reissek (Celastraceae) leaves. The molecular and structural formula as well as the stereochemistry of a new pentacyclic triterpene (1) were determined using data obtained from 1H and 13C NMR spectra, DEPT135 and by 2D HSQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY experiments. The molecular formula C48H84O2 was established using quantitative 13C NMR, and the molecular weight (692 Da) was confirmed by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry (GC-MS).  相似文献

A new 2(3 --> 20)abeotaxane with an unusual 13beta-substitution pattern and a new 6/8/6-ring taxane were isolated from the methanol extract of the needles of Taxus cuspidata.
