弥散补偿飞秒激光量子理论研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
本文根据我们新建的激光器模型,导出了非线性成形飞秒光脉冲的量子理论锁模方程。在薛定谔表象中,用含时哈特利近似方法求得了脉冲电场及光子数分布的形式解。最后讨论了量子锁模方程过渡到经典情形下稳态时的脉冲能量、脉宽及啁啾参量与飞秒激光器运转参量间的关系,得到了理论与实验一致的结果。 相似文献

飞秒激光双脉冲在研究光泵浦的超快瞬态过程领域具有重要的应用价值,如何实现高准确度的飞秒激光双脉冲的实时测量显得尤为重要.本文提出了一种基于自相关法的飞秒激光双脉冲参量的测量方法,可实现对共光路传输、具有飞秒至皮秒级时间间隔的飞秒激光双脉冲的脉冲间隔、脉冲宽度和强度比的实时测量.实验中采用自相关仪测得了双折射晶体(钒酸钇)分束出的飞秒激光双脉冲的自相关曲线,并用非线性拟合算法求得了飞秒激光双脉冲的脉冲间隔、脉冲宽度和强度比参量.实验结果表明,本文方法与互相关测量方法相比,克服了参考脉冲参量的不确定性对检测准确度的影响,使测量平均准确度提高了48%以上. 相似文献

在超短飞秒激光技术中,基于Ba F2晶体三阶非线性效应的交叉偏振波技术是目前最重要的提高脉冲时域对比度的手段之一.针对不同入射脉冲强度下入射脉冲的线性啁啾对Ba F2晶体交叉偏振波的输出特性,包括转换效率、光谱加宽和时域压缩的影响进行了详细的数值模拟和讨论.特别地,详细对比研究了非饱和及强入射脉冲情况下线性啁啾对交叉偏振波输出脉冲光谱加宽的影响.结果表明,在强入射脉冲情况下,交叉偏振波的光谱加宽量从非饱和情况下相对于零点线性啁啾时的对称结构,变得不再具有对称性,并对产生非对称性的原因进行了详细的物理解释. 相似文献

高集成、高可靠性宽调谐飞秒激光源在超快光谱学、量子光学及生物成像等研究与应用领域具有重要价值.如在生物多光子显微成像中,具有适中能量的宽调谐飞秒激光源不仅可满足多种生物组织荧光激发所需的峰值功率与激发波长,而且也可以显著提升非线性荧光产生效率、成像分辨率以及增大成像穿透深度.采用自主研发的高可靠性全保偏光纤飞秒激光器作为抽运源,基于低色散光纤中高峰值功率飞秒激光脉冲非线性传输引起的光谱加宽机制,本文开展了多波长全光纤飞秒激光产生技术研究.通过采用中心波长在980, 1000,1050, 1070与1100 nm的带通滤波片选择性地对单模光纤输出光谱中最左边与最右边光谱旁瓣进行滤波,在上述中心波长处分别可获得203, 195, 196, 187与194 fs的激光输出.本文提出的基于全光纤飞秒激光脉冲在单模光纤中非线性传输引起的光谱加宽机制与特定光谱选择技术的实验方案为高集成、高可靠性宽调谐飞秒激光源的实现提供了新的研究途径. 相似文献

利用非线性偏振旋转技术实现自起振被动锁模.在掺铒光纤环形腔激光器中产生了中心波长为1563.3 nm、重复频率为12.5 MHz、脉冲宽度为352.0 fs、3 dB光谱宽度为7.8 nm的孤子光脉冲.采用该孤子光脉冲作为抽运光源,经掺铒光纤放大器放大后,输入到101 m长的高非线性光子晶体光纤中,获得了20 dB带宽约为240 nm的超连续激光光谱.实验详细观测了光脉冲随抽运功率的变化及超连续激光光谱的形成过程,分析了其形成机理.研究表明:当抽运功率较低时,光谱加宽主要由高阶孤子的分裂引起;随着抽运功率的增加,高阶孤子分裂成基本孤子的数目逐渐增大,光谱进一步加宽;当抽运功率增加到受激拉曼散射的阈值时,受激拉曼散射成为光谱展宽的主要原因;抽运功率进一步增加时,受激拉曼散射、参量四波混频等非线性的共同作用将使光谱进一步加宽且变得光滑.

理论模拟了I类自发参量下转换产生的相关光子光谱圆环的空间辐射角度及光强分布,搭建了相关光子圆环光强分布的实验测量装置,该装置利用355 nm连续激光器泵浦BBO晶体产生I类自发参量下转换相关光子圆环,使用CMOS传感器作为相关光子圆环探测单元,通过2×2维点阵扫描方法探测了完整的相关光子圆环,测量的光谱分布为430~860 nm.实验结果表明:测量的相关光子圆环直径与理论值符合较好;Ⅰ类自发参量下转换过程产生的相关光子在空间呈同心圆环分布;相关光子光谱具有宽光谱分布特点. 相似文献

The propagation of femtosecond laser pulses in N2-filled hollow fibers is studied both theoretically and experimentally. The laser pulse aligns the N2 molecules and changes the refractive index, which meanwhile modulates the spectrum of the pulse in turn. The dependence of the spectral modulation on the gas temperature is investigated. We find that both spectral broadening and frequency red-shift are enhanced at low temperature. The degree of enhancement is found to be dependent on the pulse duration. Based on our findings, we propose a method for femtosecond pulse spectral broadening and few-cycle pulse generation via the molecular alignment. 相似文献

In this paper, the linear propagation characteristics of the exponential optical
pulse with initial linear and nonlinear frequency chirp are numerically studied in a
single mode fibre for \be2<0. It can be found that the temporal full width at
half maximum and time-bandwidth product of exponential pulse monotonically increase
with the increase of propagation distance and decrease with the increase of linear
chirp C for C<0.5, go through an initial decreasing stage near \zeta=1, then
increase with the increase of propagation distance and linear chirp C for
C\geq0.5. The broadening of pulses with negative chirp is faster than that with
positive chirp. The exponential pulse with linear chirp gradually evolves into a
near-Gaussian pulse. The effect of nonlinear chirp on waveform of the pulse is much
greater than that of linear chirp. The temporal waveform breaking of exponential
pulse with nonlinear chirp is first observed in linear propagation. Furthermore, the
expressions of the spectral width and time-bandwidth product of the exponential
optical pulse with the frequency chirp are given by use of the numerical analysis

利用高重复频率(1kHz)、吉瓦级飞秒激光脉冲实验验证了高强度飞秒脉冲在空气中的自 压缩现象,研究了入射脉冲在不同初始啁啾情况下经空气中聚焦成丝后,时域及频域特性随 入射脉冲能量的变化规律.实验结果表明,在无需后继色散补偿情况下,高强度飞秒脉冲仅 通过在空气中的非线性传输过程就可以实现脉冲压缩;在入射脉冲为负啁啾情况下,实验观 察到脉冲光谱及时域宽度同时得到压缩,并可获得比激光源所能提供的更短的近双曲正割型 变换限脉冲.

The performance of quantum well and quantum dot semiconductor optical amplifiers was theoretically investigated. The effects
on subpicosecond pulse propagation due to gain and refractive index dispersion, calculated using a microscopic polarization
equation and a reduced wave equation in the linear regime including the background refractive index dispersion, were used
in the comparison. In particular, the spectral shift and phase modulation imposed on the pulse were compared. It is shown
that quantum dot amplifiers suffer comparable spectral shifts to the quantum well amplifier, strong linear frequency chirp
and large pulse broadening. In quantum dot amplifiers with small inhomogeneous broadening, similar pulse break-up is shown
as that calculated for the quantum well amplifier. In quantum dot amplifiers with large inhomogeneous broadening, the background
refractive index dispersion makes the linear frequency chirp the dominant feature. In the light of our calculations, the advantages
and disadvantages of quantum dot and quantum well amplifiers are discussed. 相似文献

Temporal modification of femtosecond laser pulses reflected from planar periodic metal nanostructures with resonant excitation
of surface plasmon-polaritons is experimentally studied. Spectral time-resolved measurements of the second-order cross-correlation
function performed with the pulse duration comparable with the surface plasmon-polariton relaxation time (about 100 fs) show

We study the Fresnel diffraction of a phase grating under the illumination of a chirped femtosecond laser pulse. Using spatial spectrum theory, first we extract the central wavelength signal from the diffraction wave of the chirped pulse through a diaphragm. Then the central wavelength waves are directed to interfere in remote regions by two reflectors. The interference stripes at different distance will be exactly the same in interference region. Since the intensity distribution of the stripes is related to the chirp parameter of the femtosecond pulse, through measuring the stripe intensity distribution, we can indirectly detect the chirp parameter of the femtosecond pulse. 相似文献

We theoretically study the propagation of a femtosecond laser pulse in negative-index metamaterials, and show that its propagation velocity can be easily controlled at a certain wavelength range simply by changing the initial chirp. This phenomenon may be used as an extremely simple way to control the propagation velocity of a femtosecond laser pulse. 相似文献
