In the condensation of 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-4-oxobenzo[g]quinollne with ammonia, which leads to the formation of 4-aminobenzo[g]quinoline, the by-products are benzo[g]quinoline (V) and 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydrobenzo]quinoline (VI), which are also obtained from 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-4hydroxybenzo[g]quinoline by its dehydration and the subsequent disproportionation of the dihydrobenzo[g]quinoline formed.For communication II, see [1].  相似文献

N-(-Chloro--hydroxy)propyl derivatives of 5-chloro-1-naphthylamine, 8-chloro-1-naphthylamine, and 5-cyano-1-naphthylamine were obtained. They were cyclized to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-7-chlorobenzo[f]quinoline (II), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-10-chlorobenzo-[fJquinoline (VII), and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-7-cyanobenzo[f]quinoline (X). Chlorination at the 6 position to form 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-6,7-dichlorobenzo[f]quinoline occurs under the action of thionyl chloride on II at room temperature. The action of thionyl chloride on II, VII, and X at elevated temperatures leads not only to chlorination at the 6 position but also to aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring to form, respectively, 6,7-dichlorobenzo[f]quinoline (V), 6,10-dichlorobenzo[f]quinoline (VIII), and 6-chloro-7-cyanobenzo[f]quinoline (XIII).See [5] for Communication V.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 11, pp. 1522–1525, November, 1970.  相似文献

Treatment of 2-(4-chlorobutanoyl)- and 2-(5-chloropentanoyl)-1, 2-dihydroisoquinaldonitrile with sodium hydride gave rise to tricyclic benzoquinolizone and azepino[1,2-α]isoquinoline derivatives. A similar reaction was observed in the quinoline series. Several reactions of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-oxo-11bH-benzo[α]quinolizine-11b-carbonitrile are reported.  相似文献

The halogenation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and of 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and its O-benzoyl and N,O-dibenzoyl derivatives has been studied. The action of thionyl chloride or bromide on 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline at room temperature gives 6-chloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and 6-bromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline. When 6-chloro-3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline is heated with thionyl chloride, aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring takes place, and when 6-bromo-3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline is heated with thionyl chloride, in addition to the aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring the bromine atom is replaced by a chlorine atom with the formation of 6-chlorobenzo[h]quinoline. 6-Bromobenzo[h]quinolme has been obtained by heating 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline with thionyl bromide.For Communication IV, see [6].Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii.Vol. 6,No.7, pp. 969–973, July, 1970.  相似文献

Heating 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline with phosphorus oxychloride gave a mixture of isomeric 3-chloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and 2-(chloromethyl)-benz[g]indoline, which are converted to a mixture of 3-benzoyloxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo-[h]quinoline and 2-(benzoyloxymethyl)benz[g]indoline on reaction with potassium benzoate. Saponification of 2-(benzoyloxymethyl)benz[g]indoline gave 2-(hydroxymethyl)benz[g]indoline. Aryl amines react with endocyclic ene-carbamates such as tert-butyl 2,3-dihydro-1H-1-pyrrolecarboxylate and tert-butyl 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-pyridinecarboxylate, on the surface of montmorillonite KSF clay under mild conditions to afford the corresponding 3-aminopropylhexahydropyrrolo[3,2-c]quinoline or 4-aminobutyloctahydrobenzo[h][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives in excellent yields with moderate diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

Thionyl chloride chlorinates 3-phenoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines in the 6 position at room temperature, but at 75–80°C it also partially chlorinates these compounds in the 4 position, which is accompanied by aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring. In the case of 3-(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline, a tribromophenol residue is partially split out to give 4,6-dichlorobenzo[h]quinoline.  相似文献

The alkylation and acylation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-methylspiro[quinoline-2-cyclohexane] and its bromo (methyl) derivatives substituted in the benzene ring, as well as 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-methylspiro[benzo(h)quinoline-2-cyclohexane], were studied. It was established that the N-allyl derivatives ofspiro[tetrahydroquinolinecyclohexanes] are converted to their 8-allyl-substituted analogs by the action of sulfuric acid, boron trifluoride etherate, and aluminum chloride. 11H-Benzo[a]carbazole was prepared from 5-acetamido-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene in four steps. A Goldberg arylation followed by hydrolysis afforded N-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5-naphthylarnine ( 3 ). Intramolecular cyclization of the diamides and N,N-dimethylamides of -[indan-1,3-dion-2-yl]benzylmalonic acids (I) has given 1-aryl-2-carbamoyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-azafluorene-3, 9-diones and 1-aryl-4-methyl-2-methylcarbamoyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-azafluorene-3,9-diones (II). 4-Hydroxy- and 4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines were synthesized. Synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-ones via a Pechmann condensation of 3-carbethoxy-1-methyl-4-piperidone with various phenols is described. The limitations of this method are discussed. Synthesis of the parent ring system 3a via reduction of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-(phenylmethyl)-8-[(1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)oxy]-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-one ( 5 ) is also described.  相似文献

Photocyclization reactions were carried out on 8-alkoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthalenones (six-membered ring ketones) 4a-g and 4-alkoxy-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-benzocyclohepten-5-ones (seven-membered ring ketones) 5a -e in acetonitrile. Irradiation of 4a-f gave rearranged naphthyl alcohols 8a-f as major products. In the case of 4g , 2a,3,4,5-tetrahydronaphtho[1,8-bc]furan-2a-ol 6g was obtained. In contrast, irradiation of 5a-e afforded 2,2a,3,4,5,6-hexahydrocyclohepta[cd]benzofuran-2a-ols 9a-e in good yields. The difference in reactivities between 4a-g and 5a-e is attributed to the conformation of six- and seven-membered rings. Conformational and substituent effects in cyclization step of 1,5-biradicals are discussed along with reaction pathways.  相似文献

The action of hydrogen halides on 7a,8-dihydro-7H-azirino[1,2-]benz[g]indole gives 2-halomethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indoles and 3-halo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines, which were converted to the corresponding N-nitroso derivatives and then to the isonitroso derivatives. 2-(Benzoxymethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indole hydrohalides were obtained by heating 1-benzoyl-2-halomethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indoles.
