Compounds [Cu2(CH2FCOO)4· 2CH3CN](CH3CN) (I) and Ag3(CF3COO)3(CH3CN)2(II) were synthesized and studied by X-ray structural analysis. Crystals Iare monoclinic, space group C2/c, a= 27.854(6), b= 8.286(2), c= 19.428(4) Å, = 106.82(3)°, V= 4292(2) Å3, Z= 8, R 1= 0.0426; crystals IIare triclinic, space group , a= 8.676(2), b= 9.819(2), c= 11.961(2) Å, = 95.27(3), = 109.59(3)°, = 104.60(3)°, V= 911.4(3) Å3, Z= 2, R 1= 0.0252. Structure Iis composed of the structural units (lanterns) typical of copper(II) carboxylates. The presence of an additional acetonitrile molecule noncoordinated by the copper atoms makes it possible to consider compound Ias a lattice clathrate. Structure IIhas no analogs among the silver carboxylates. It simultaneously contains silver atoms with coordination numbers varying from 2 to 4.  相似文献

The triisocyanide ligand CH3C(CH2NC)3, time, reacts with metal carbonyls M(CO)x (M = Cr, W, χ = 6; M = Fe, χ = 5) to give the triply metal carbonyl substituted complexes CH3C[CH2NCM(CO)x]3 (M = Cr, W, χ = 5; M = Fe, χ = 4). CH3C[CH2NCW(CO)5]3 was characterized by an X-ray structure determination.  相似文献

The complexes [Cd(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (I) and [Co(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (II) were obtained in the crystalline state by reactions of cobalt chloride and cadmium chloride with ammonium 4-nitro-2,3,5,6-tetraoxopyridinate, (NH4)2 · (C5HO6N2)2. Their cocrystallization gave the heterometallic complex [Cd0.32Co0.68(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (III). The crystal and molecular structures of complexes I-III were determined by X-ray diffraction. It was demonstrated that the complexation reactions occur by replacement of two ammonium cations 4-nitro-2,3,5,6-tetraoxopyridinate by the complex cations [M(H2O)6]2+. The tetraoxopyridinate anions and the complex cations are hydrogen-bonded through the coordinated and crystallization water molecules as well as through the O atoms of the organic anion. The thermolysis of complexes I and II was examined by TGA.  相似文献

Treatment of platinum(II) diamine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Cl2] (I) with pyridine gave tetramine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Py2]Cl2 (II); by oxidation with chlorine this was converted to Pt(IV) triamine, [Pt“(N,N-DimeTm(Py)Cl3]Cl (III) with a six-membered chelate ring. According to X-ray diffraction data, the reaction of complex II with chlorine is accompanied by removal of the pyridine molecule from the trans-position to the NH2 group of N,N-dimethyltrimethylenediamine. The reaction of complex III with chlorine at 20°C afforded a mixture of compounds (IV) and the complex [Pt“(CH3)2N(CH2)2C(O)NH”(Py)Cl3] (V) with an amidate six-membered metal ring, dimethylpropioamide, which was also isolated upon refluxing a mixture of IV in an aqueous solution. The UV/Vis and IR spectra of the obtained complexes were studied, and X-ray diffraction analysis of I, III, and V was performed. The crystals of I are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ ; a = 7.6526(4) Å, b = 11.5571(6) Å, c = 12.4432(7) Å, α = 113.85(1)°, β = 96.54(2)°, γ = 106.78(2)°; Z = 4; R hkl = 0.051. The crystals of III are monoclinic, space group C2/c; a = 36.715(2) Å, b = 7.8179(4) Å, c = 29.721(16) Å, β = 127.80(1)°; Z = 16; R hkl = 0.036. The crystals of V are monoclinic, space group P21/n; a = 7.0398(6) Å, b = 27.458(2) Å, c = 7.687(6) Å, β = 106.270(1)°; Z = 4; R hkl = 0.052.  相似文献

Using ESR and IR spectroscopy, the structures of >Si(O–C·=O)(CH2–CH3) (1) and >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) (2) radicals were deciphered. The directions and kinetic parameters of reactions of intramolecular rearrangements in these radicals were determined. The reactions of hydrogen atom abstraction in radical (1) from the CH2 and CH3 groups were studied. It was found that the endothermic reaction of hydrogen atom abstraction from the methyl group occurs at a higher rate than the exothermic reaction with the methylene group. The differences are determined by changes in the size of a cyclic transition state. Based on the experimental data, the strengths of separate C–H bonds in surface fragments are compared. The rearrangement >Si(CH2–CH·–CH3)(CH2–CH3) >Si(C·(CH3)2)(CH2–CH3) was discovered and its mechanism was determined. One of its steps is the skeletal isomerization Si- (2)- . (1)Si- (1)- . (2). Experimental data are analyzed using the results of quantum-chemical calculations of model systems.  相似文献

Cs3[UO2(CH3COO)3]2[UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)] (I) and Cs5[UO2(CH3COO)3]3[UO2 (NCS)4(H2O)] · 2H2O (II) have been synthesized via the reaction between uranyl acetate and cesium thiocyanate in aqueous solution. According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, both compounds crystallize in monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 18.7036(5) Å, b = 16.7787(3) Å, c = 12.9636(3) Å, β = 92.532(1)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0434 (I); and a = 21.7843(3) Å, b = 24.6436(5) Å, c = 13.1942(2) Å, β = 126.482(1)°, space group Cc, Z = 4, R = 0.0273 (II). Uranium-containing structural units of compound (I) are mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)]? moieties, which correspond to the AB 3 01 and AB01M 3 1 crystallochemical groups (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?, M1 = NCS? and H2O). The structure of compound II is built of [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(NCS)4(H2O)]2? complexes, which belong to the AB 3 01 and AM 5 1 crystallochemical groups, respectively. Uranium-containing complexes in both structures are linked into a framework by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions with cesium cations. The IR spectra of compounds I and II agree well with X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

The reaction of bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane with 1, 3-bis(3, 5-dimethyl- pyrazol-1-yl)propane in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio yields only 1:1 adduct which partly hydrolyzes to the title complex (C26H38Br6N4O2Sn2, Mr = 1155.42) during crystal growing. The title complex is of triclinic, space group P ī with a = 10.886(1), b = 12.508(1), c = 13.879(1) ?, α = 85.762(2), β = 85.159(2), γ = 84.020(2)°, V = 1868.8(4) ?3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.046 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ?, μ = 7.778 mm-1, F(000) = 1088, R = 0.0488 and wR = 0.1157 for 7560 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The crystal structure analysis indicates that there is no direct interaction between the ligand and bis(dibromophenylstannyl)methane, and two tin atoms are bridged by two bromide atoms from the partial hydrolysis of this adduct.  相似文献

[Ni(CH(3)COO)(2)·(NH(2)CH(2)Ph)(4)] complex was synthesized using benzylamine and nickel acetate. The molecular structure of this complex was obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrometry and thermal analysis. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with cell parameters a=11.234(4)?, b=6.459(2)?, c=22.647(8)?, α=90.00, β=91.149(4)°, γ=90.00, V=1642.8(10)?(3), Z=2. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to R(1)=0.0876 for 6377 observed reflections I>2σ(I). Magnetic studies for complex show the data over the whole temperature range 5-300 K are well fitted to the Curie-Weiss law with C=1.03 cm(3) K mol(-1) and θ=-1.38 K. This fitting indicates antiferromagnetic interaction between the Ni ions and the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination geometries. The thermal analysis was carried out to understand the thermal stability of the title complex.  相似文献

Asymmetric telechelic polyisobutylene, α-PIB-ω), carrying the olefinic head group α = (CH3)2 C[dbnd]CHCH2- and tertiary chlorine endgroup ω = -C(CH3)2Cl has been synthesized by the use of the (CH3)2C[dbnd]CHCH2Cl/BCl3 initiating system. Highest yields were obtained by using methylene chloride diluent at about ?50°C. The presence and position of the olefinic head-group was proven by epoxidation/titration and epoxidation/cleavage. The presence and position of a tertiary chlorine endgroup was proven by initiating block polymerization of a second monomer, such as styrene or α-methylstyrene, by using the asymmetric telechelic polyisobutylene prepolymer in conjunction with Et2AlCl coinitiator. According to I/DP versus 1/[M] plots obtained in model block copolymerization experiments, with the use of the tert-BuCl/Et2AlCl initiating system at ?30°C, significant chain transfer to monomer occurs during blocking of styrene; however, monomer transfer is negligible during blocking of α-methylstyrene. Thus, under suitable conditions head-functionalized block copolymers (CH3)2C[dbnd]CHCH2-PIB-b-PαMeSt virtually free of homopolymer contaminants can be obtained.  相似文献

对PPh2py配合物[M(CO)3(PPh2py)2](M=Fe, Ru)的三种构型的异构体1-6进行了研究. 其中PPh2py以两个P原子与M配位形成HH构型1(Fe)和4(Ru), 以一个P和一个N原子与M配位形成HT构型2(Fe)和5(Ru), 以两个N原子与M配位形成HH’构型3(Fe)和6(Ru). 结果表明, (1) PPh2py中P原子对HOMO轨道的贡献最大, PPh2py作为电子给体时易以P原子与金属原子结合. (2)从分子能量和相互作用能数据表明, 配合物中HH构型最稳定, HH'构型最不稳定, 这与合成产物为HH构型的结果一致. (3) 键长和Wiberg键级均表明P—M键比N—M键结合力强. P、M原子间存在σ键, 而N、Fe原子间仅存在nN→n*M或nN→σ*M-P的电荷转移作用. (4) HH构型中M对HOMO的贡献最大, PPh2py向M的电荷转移最强, 使M的负电荷最大, 故HH构型最易作为电子给体以M原子与第二个金属配位形成双核配合物.  相似文献

Two new copper complexes [Cu(Hdpa)2(en)] (1) and [{Cu2(μ-na)4(CH3OH)2}·2CH3OH] (2) (where en is ethylene diamine, Hdpa is 2′-carboxy-[1,10-biphenyl]-2-carboxylate anion and na is 1-naphtalenecarboxylate) have been synthesized and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 was prepared from the reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with ethylene diamine and 2,2′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid in a mixture of water and methanol and complex 2 was prepared from the reaction of CuSO4·5H2O with 1-naphtalenecarboxylic acid in methanol. The two complexes were characterized by IR, UV–vis, luminescence and elemental analysis. Moreover, complex 2 was characterized by EPR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 is a monomer and complex 2 is a dimer with a paddle-wheel structure; both structures are without precedent in the literature.  相似文献

The title complex[NH3CH2CH(NH2)CH3]2[M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2](M=Mo0.6W0.4)was synthesized via a simple solution-phase chemical route. The determination of single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the title compound is crystallized in a monoclinic system with P2(1)/n space group, a=1.0913(10) nm, b=1. 0442(10) nm,c=1.8842(19) nm, α=90°, β=96.530(17)°, γ=90°,Z=4, and V=2. 133(4) nm3. The mononuclear anionic unit [M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2]2- displays chiral pseudo-octahedral [MO6] coordination geometry and is ges show that the title complex is comprised of nano-particles with diameters ranging from 20 to 50 nm. The NMR study shows the 1 H downfield chemical shifts of [NH3CHaHbCH(NH2)CH3] cations in the title complex when it is mixed with adenosine-triphosphate(ATP), and the chemical shift difference between Ha and Hb is increased greatly,and most of the catecholate ligands dissociate from the central metal atoms. The DNA cleavage activity experiment reveals that DNA cleavage promoted by the title complex is lower than that by Na2MoO4 which possesses antitumor property, but higher than that by Na2WO4.  相似文献

Summary The structures of NiII complexes of the macrocyclic ligands 1,4,7,10,13-pentaazacyclopentadecane, [15]aneN5 and 1,5,9,13,17-pentaazacycloeicosane, [20]aneN5 have been determined. [Ni(C10H25N5)H2O]-(NO3)(ClO4) monoclinic, space group P21/n,a=8.265(3)Å,b=6.201(6)Å,c=13.672(4)Å, =93.35(3)°· 2394 unique reflections were used in the structure determination and the refinement proceeded to an R value of 0.045. The ligand is coordinated to the metalvia all five nitrogens in theracemic conformation and a water molecule completes the coordination sphere of the metal ion. The complex cation shows considerable distortion from octahedral geometry which may rationalise the unusual spectroscopic properties and the low enthalpy of formation of the complex cation. [Ni(C15H35N5)](NO3)2·H2O monoclinic, space group P21/n,a=15.437(9)Å,b=9.573(6)Å,c=15.942(8)Å, =109.24(4)°. 2715 unique observed reflections were used in the structure refinement which proceeded to an R value of 0.035. The five nitrogens of the macrocycle are bound to Ni(II) in a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. The NiII lies 0.35Å above the basal plane of the four nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The diamines PtbipyCl2, and PtenCl2 and their aqua and hydroxy derivatives react with acetonitrile to give the Pt(II) acetamidates [Pt(2,2′-bipy)(NHCOCH3)2] · 4.125 H2O (I) and [enPt(μ-NHCOCH3(μ-OH)Pten](NO3)2 · H2O (II), which are characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of I are triclinic, a = 7.137(10) Å, b = 12.655(3) Å, c = 21.914(6) Å, α = 81.82(2)°, β = 82.12(2)°, γ = 77.72(2)°, V = 1908.6(7) Å3, space group P $\overline 1 $ , Z = 4, R = 0.033 for 3700 reflections. Complex I is a mononuclear acetamidate with terminal (NHCOCH3)? ligands. The crystals of II are monoclinic, a = 11.413(2) Å, b = 10.981(2) Å, c = 14.385(3) Å, β = 105.90(3)°, V = 1733.8(6) Å3, space group P21/n, R = 0.028 for 2797 reflections. Complex II is a dimer with bridging (NHCOCH3)? and (OH)? groups. The Pt-Pt distance is 3.1667(7) Å.  相似文献

A Ni(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(bdpm)2(OAc)]2(N3)2·5H2O (bdpm = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-methane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.630(2), b =16.6624(19), c = 19.821(2) (A), β = 90.146(2)°, V = 6152.9(12) (A)3, Z = 4, C48H8oN22Ni2O9, Mr =1226.76, Dc = 1.324 g/cm3, F(000) = 2600 andμ = 0.680 mm-1. The structure was refined to the final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1337 for 10848 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0311) and 6915 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The complex contains two asymmetric molecules in the cell with small difference in bond distances and bond angles. Each Ni(Ⅱ) ion is bound by four nitrogen atoms of two chelating bdpm groups in a six-membered boat conformation and two oxygen atoms from one chelating bidentate acetate group to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex also contains azide anion outside acting as counteranion and two crystalline water molecules to link two discrete mononuclear cations though hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
