Abstract

The solid-state structure of (Ph2InOSiMe3)2, 1, has been established by single-crystal X-ray analysis. Monoclinic crystals of 1 belong to space group P21/c, with a = 9.136(1), b = 15.503(2), c = 11.836(1) Å, β=102.46(1)°, Z = 2. Refinement of atomic parameters converged at R = 0.050 (R w = 0.063) over 1718 observed reflections with I > 3.0σ(I). The dimeric molecule lies on a crystallographic centre of symmetry with In-O = 2.159(7) and 2.149(8) Å, O-In-O = 78.9(3)°, and In-O-In = 101.1(3)°. Compound 1 is only the second example of a simple dimeric organoindium alkoxide to be structurally characterized in this manner.  相似文献

Abstract

CuL 5H2O (H2L = 1, 15-diaza-3, 4; 12, 13-dibenzo-5, 8, 11 -trioxacyclo-octadecane-N,N′-diacetic acid) crystallized from water. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and refined in space group Pnma, a = 20.1784(11), b = 15.8745(9), c = 8.9266(5)Å, V = 2859.4(3)Å3, Z = 4, ?(MOKα) = 0.71073, RW . = 0.0294 for 1822 observed reflection [I > 2[sgrave](I)]. The copper atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms, two oxygen atoms from the carboxyl groups in the ligand and one oxygen atom from a coordinated water to form a distorted square pyramidal arrangement. The three ether oxygen atoms in the cycle have no contact with the copper ion.

The stability constant for the 1 :1 complex of copper(II) and protonation constants for the ligand have been determined by potentiometric titration in water (I = 0.1, KNO3) at 25°C. Electronic spectra, conductivity measurements, thermal analysis, and the EPR of the complex are discussed in terms of the crystal structure.  相似文献

The syntheses of the complex copper salt CuL2 · 2H2O (I) and the erbium nitrate complex Er(NO3)3 · 2HL · 2H2O (II) (HL is 2-[2′-(oxymethyldiphenylphosphinyl)phenyldiazenyl]-4-tert-butylphenol) have been described. Basic vibrational frequencies in the IR spectra of I and II have been interpreted. The crystal structure of I has been determined by X-ray crystallography: the crystals are monoclinic, a = 15.157(3) ?, b = 17.080(2) ?, c = 22.451(9) ?, β = 106.09(3)°, V = 5584(3) ?3, Z = 4, space group C2/c, R = 0.0546 (for 1152 reflections with I > 2σ(I)). The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom (symmetry C 2) can be described as a symmetrically elongated square bipyramid (4+2). The basic square of the Cu polyhedron is formed by the oxygen atom of the substituted phenol and one of the nitrogen atoms of the azo group of each of the two deprotonated ligands L (Cu-N, 1.969(6) ?; Cu-O, 1.899(5) ?). The angles between the opposite O and N atoms are 157.6°, and the other equatorial angles are in the range 90.6°–95.9°. The axial positions are occupied by the anisole O(2) and O(2A) atoms (Cu-O, 2.737(6) ?, the O(2)Cu(1)O(2A) angle, 132.3°). In the crystal of I, complex molecules and water molecules of crystallization are combined by a system of hydrogen bonds. IR spectra show that, in complex II, as distinct from compound I, the HL ligand is coordinated to the erbium atom through the phosphoryl oxygen atom. Original Russian Text ? A.Yu. Tsivadze, L.Kh. Bis(citrato)hydroxogermanic(IV) acid was obtained for the first time in the complex [H5O2][Ge(H2Cit)(H2.5Cit)(OH)]2 · 2CH3COOH · 2H2O (H4Cit is citric acid). The complex was characterized by chemical analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, TGA, and IR spectroscopy. Complex I was studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic; a = 10.0651(4) ?, b = 10.1918(4) ?, c = 10.5838(4) ?, α = 85.0110(10)°, β = 85.2170(10)°, γ = 86.7670(10)°, V = 1076.50(7) ?3, Z = 1, space group P[`1]P\bar 1, R1 = 0.0353 for 5709 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex I is composed of centrosymmetric dimeric complex anions [Ge2(H2Cit)2(H2.5Cit)2(OH)2], dioxonium cations [H5O2]+, and acetic acid and water molecules of crystallization. A new cobalt(II) cyanato complex, [Co(NCO)2(H2O)2(hmt)] (I) where hmt is hexamethylenetetramine, has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The electronic spectra of the solid compound suggest octahedral cobalt and IR spectra revealed monodentate N-cyanato groups and aqua ligands, while hmt is a bridging N, N′-bidentate leading to a 1-D infinite polymeric chain. The structure has been confirmed from single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for I : Fw 319.20, a = 9.234(2), b = 11.252(2), c = 12.576(3) Å, β = 107.75(3)°, V = 1244.5(4) Å3, Z = 4, T = 100 K. Crystal system : monoclinic, space group : C2/c. Hydrogen bonds of the type O–H ··· O and O–H ··· N between aqua molecules and O atom of the terminal N-cyanato groups or an N atom of hmt ligands consolidate and extend the structure to a 3-D network. The thermal properties of I are reported.  相似文献

Abstract

The preparation and characterisation of salts of the complex cation cis-bis(2,2′-bipyridine)-chloro(dimethylsulfoxide-S)ruthenium(IIII), [Ru(bpy)2Cl(dmso)]+, is reported. The complex was prepared by the reaction of 2,2′-bipyridine with RuCl3 · 3H2O in dimethylsulfoxide. The value of this complex arises from its ability to react with suitable bidentate ligands particularly those that could act as DNA intercalators. The structure of [Ru(bpy)2Cl(dmso)][ClO4] · 2H2O has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallises in space group PI with a = 8.205(3), b = 10.448(4), c = 16.769(6) Å; α = 78.99(3)°, γ = 77.47(3)°, γ = 72.20(3)°, Z=2. The structure was refined by least-squares methods using 4070 observed reflections with 196 variable parameters (final R = 0.039).  相似文献

The monomeric octa-aza bis-α-diimine macrocyclic complex [CoII(C10H20N8)(H2O)](ClO4)2 I, undergoes various reactions on the macrocyclic ligand. Reaction of complex I with triethylamine in double molar proportions, followed by slow aerial oxidation, produces a molecular dimeric complex [CoII(C10H14N8)]2, III, and a novel Co(I) complex [CoI(C10H19N8)], IV. Complex III is a staggered cofacial dimer with a cobalt-cobalt bond length 2.86(1) Å. The macrocyclic ligand of the complex contains an a-diimine function in each five-membered chelate ring, and a three-atom N-C-N? delocalized system in each six-membered chelate ring. Complex IV has the 5-5-6-6 chelate arrangement because one α-diimine moiety is rearranged to a syn-anti configuration. In the structure, the two fused six-membered chelate rings are fully conjugated and the two fused five-membered rings are saturated. However, when complex I reacts with excess triethylamine under the similar conditions, a dimeric complex of another type, [CoII(C10Hl6N8)]2, II, was generated, in which one N-N bond of the macrocyclic ligand is broken. Complex IV can be isolated also from the reaction of complex I with excess hydrazine, followed by slow aerial oxidation. When hydrazine in double molar proportions was used, complex [CoI(C10H17N8)(NHNH)] V, which contains a coordinated diazene ligand, was obtained. Only one six-membered chelate ring of complex V is deprotonated and oxidized to form a three-atom N-C-N? delocalized system. The structures of octa-aza complexes I-V are determined by X-ray crystallography: I, orthorhombic, C mca, a = 11.646(4), b = 17.049(3), c = 10.706(3) Å, Z = 4, R = 0.045, Rw = 0.047, based on 1024 reflections with I > 2σ(I); II, monoclinic, P 21/c, a = 9.814(3), b = 22.583(6). c = 14.632(9) Å, β = 98.90(5)°, Z = 4, R = 0.085, Rw = 0.101, based on 2033 reflections with I > 2σ(I); III, tetragonal, P 4/nmm, a = 15.614(3), c = 6.498(2) Å, Z = 4, R = 0.081, Rw = 0.115, based on 340 reflections with I > 2σ(I); IV, orthorhombic, P bca, a = 8.484(1), b = 16.662(3), c = 18.760(2) Å, Z = 8, R = 0.029, Rw = 0.024, based on 1441 reflections with I > 2σ(I); V, monoclinic, P 21/m, a = 7.892(3), b = 11.713(6), c = 9.326(4) Å, β = 108.03(3), Z = 2, R = 0.047, Rw = 0.056, based on 948 reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction between 10,10′-bis(phenoxarsine) oxide (I) and HI gives 10-iodophenoxarsine. The latter, on treatment with H2Se give 10,10′-bis(phenoxarsine) selenide (II). The crystal structures of I and II have been determined from single crystal X-ray data. The unit cell for I is monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14) with a = 15.976(3) Å, b = 10.582(2) Å, c = 12.581(2) Å, β = 111.70(1)° V = 2018.6 Å3; d(calc.) = 1.65Mg/m3 at 23°C for four molecules per unit cell. From 3279 reflections for which I>0.5σ(I), F>σ(F), R = 0.041 with anisotropic thermal parameters for all non-hydrogen atoms and with fixed positions and thermal parameters for hydrogens. One of the phenoxarsina rings deviates from planarity by approximately 5° while the other deviates by more than 24°. The (As[sbnd]O) distances are 1.810(3) and 1.821(3) Å for the flat and bent ring and the (As[sbnd]O[sbnd]As) angle is 122.3(1)°. The bond distances to As and O from C are nearly the same for both rings, but the bond angles with As and the ring O as the apex are systematically larger for the flat ring. For II the unit cell is triclinic, P1 (No. 2) with a = 9.368(1) Å, b = 14.089 Å, c = 9.269(2) Å, α = 111.37(2), β = 113.11(2), γ = 74.76(1); V = 1037.5 Å3, d(calc) = 1.81 Mg/m3 for two molecules per unit cell at 23°C. From 2945 reflections for which I > 0.5σ(I), F > σ(F), R = 0.055 with anisotropic thermal parameters for all non-hydrogen atoms and with fixed positions and thermal parameters for hydrogen. One of the phenoxarsina rings deviates by 3° from planarity and the other by 8°. The (As[sbnd]Se) bond distances are 2.416(1) and 2.406(1) Å. The (As[sbnd]Se[sbnd]As) bond angle is 96.66(4)° and the corresponding (As[sbnd]C) and (C[sbnd]C) distances in the two rings are nearly the same. In comparison with I, the angles with As or O as the central atoms are about the same in both rings of II.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of [Ru2(CO)4(μ-CO)(μ-dppm)2], dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2, with the alkyne MeO2CC═O2Me gives only the dimetallacyclobutene derivative [Ru2(CO)4(μ-MeO2CC = CCO2Me)(μ-dppm)2], 5b, which has been characterized spectroscopically and by an X-ray structure determination [C60H72O8P4Ru2, monoclinic, P21/c, a = 12.534(2), b = 16.236(3), c = 27.094(6) Å, β = 99.93(1)°, Z = 4, R f , R w = 0.054, 0.046]. The reaction is particularly simple compared to the complex reaction of [Ru2(CO)4(μ-CO)(μ-dmpm)2], dmpm = Me2PCH2PMe2, and possible reasons for this are discussed.  相似文献

IR spectra show characteristic [W3O4]4+ bands at 746–815 cm?1. Thermal analysis reveals that the complex is air stable up to 250°C. Cluster 1 decomposes in hot aqueous 2 M HCl solution to produce discrete [W3O4]4+ units.  相似文献

Abstract

A cobalt(III) complex containing (R)-2-methylaziridine (R-meaz), [Co(R-meaz)(NH3)5]3+, was prepared and the two diastereomers arising from the presence of the chiral nitrogen atom (N(R) and N(S)) were separated by column chromatography. Molecular mechanics calculations estimated the N(R)-isomer to be more stable. This result was supported by the x-ray structure determination of the more abundant (ca. 94%) isomer, N(R)-[Co(R-meaz)(NH3)5]Br3H2O. Crystal data: monoclinic, P21, a = 7.357(1), b = 9.780(1), c = 10.426(1) Å, μ = 93.58(1)°, V= 748.7(3) Å3, Z= 2. Kinetic studies of isomerization (epimerization) between the two isomers revealed that inversion at the nitrogen center was very slow (5 × 10?2 M?1 S?1at 25 °C). The small rate constant seems to be related to the strained three-membered structure of the meaz ligand. The reaction of Na3[Co(N02)6] and R-meaz yielded a complex containing two dimerized R-meaz chelates, trans-[Co(NO2)2(di-R-meaz)2] (di-R-meaz =RR)-α,2-dimethyl-l-aziridineethanamine). The crystal strucrure of trans-[Co(NO2)2 (di-R-meaz)2]C1O4H2O was established by x-ray crystallography. Crystal data: orthorhombic, P212121, a = 11.784(6), b = 21.023(9), c = 8.608(7) Å, V = 2133(2) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

A cyanide-containing cobalt(III) complex, [Co(phen)2(CN)2][Co(phen)(CN)4]?·?4.5H2O (1: phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized by hydrothermal techniques and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV–vis spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The complex is triclinic, space group P 1 , with a?=?11.0047(16), b?=?12.9587(19), c?=?15.076(2)?Å, α?=?100.060(2), β?=?102.061(2), γ?=?91.803(2)°, V?=?2065.0(5)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R 1 [I?>?2σ(I)]?=?0.0481. The molecular unit of 1 consists of a cation/anion pair with interstitial water molecules in the crystal lattice. The combination of coordinative, hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions results in the stabilization of a supramolecular solid-state architecture.  相似文献

A zinc(II) coordination polymer, [Zn4(o-bda)4(p-pbim)4] n (1) (p-pbim = 4-pyridylbenzimidazole, o-bda2? = o-phenylenediacetic acid dianion), has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, photoluminescence and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in a monoclinic system and space group P21 /n, with a = 14.231(3) Å, b = 16.257(4) Å, c = 16.794(4) Å, β = 100.262(1)°, and Z = 8; R 1 for 6475 observed reflections [I > 2σ(I)] was 0.0420. Complex 1 shows a bi-chain structure fabricated by the tetranuclear zinc unit. Two zinc(II) ions are five coordinate with distorted trigonal-bipyramid geometry; the other two zinc(II) ions are four coordinate with distorted tetrahedral geometry. Complex 1 builds the 1-D bi-chain structure with two different subrings A and B, which are 32-member and 14-member rings, respectively. There exists a 2-D supramolecular network linked by hydrogen-bonding interactions (2.695 and 2.807 Å). A 3-D supramolecular network is further constructed by non-covalent interactions between the 1-D bi-chain structure. The TG/DTG shows that the chain skeleton is thermally stable to 356°C. Blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 404 nm in the solid state with short decay lifetime of 1.67 ns.  相似文献

The crystal structure and triboluminescence spectrum of a μ2-(ONC5H5) bridging dinuclear europium(III) complex, Eu2(TTA)6(PyO)2 where HTTA=2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone, PyO=pyridine N-oxide, are reported. It is centrosymmetric and two Eu(III) atoms are bridged by two pyridine oxide oxygen atoms. The Eu……Eu distance is 4.2137(9) Å. The triboluminescence maximum is similar to that of the photoluminescence and the disorder of the thienyl rings and CF3 groups may be responsible for its triboluminescent activity. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&1macron; with cell parameters a = 12.239(1), b = 12.614(2), c = 14.048(2) Å, α = 110.31(1), β = 112.05(1), γ = 99.23(1)°, V = 1776.6(4) Å 3 and Z = 2. The strcutre was refined by full-matrix least squares methods to R = 0.0451 and R w = 0.01170.  相似文献
