Synthesis,mesomorphic and dielectric properties of 4-(cyanomethoxy)phenyl 4-alkoxybenzoates, 4-(cyanomethoxy)-4′-alkoxyazo- and -azoxybenzenes

Preparation methods were developed for homologs of 4-(cyanomethoxy)phenyl 4-alkoxybenzoates (C₇, C₈, C₉), 4-(cyanomethoxy)-4′-alkoxyazo (C₂, C₃, C₆), -azoxybenzenes (C₃, C₆) whose composition and structure were proved by elemental analysis and ¹H NMR spectra. 4-(Cyanomethoxy) group destabilizes the mesophase, consequently, only four among the compounds obtained exhibit the thermotropic nematic mesomorphism.     

Synthesis of (−)-(1′S,4aS,8aR)- and (+)-(1′S,4aR,8aS)-4a-ethyl-1-(1′-phenylethyl)-octahydroquinolin-7-ones

A synthesis of the enamine (−)-(1′S)-5-ethyl-1-(1′-phenylethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine 4 and its application in a synthesis of (−)-(1′S,4aS,8aR)- and (+)-(1′S,4aR,8aS)-4a-ethyl-1-(1′-phenylethyl)-octahydroquinolin-7-ones 5 and 6 is described. In addition, an X-ray study of 6 is reported. Finally, the preparation of (+)-(4aS,8aR)-4a-ethyl-octahydroquinolin-7-one 7 is described.     

Synthesis and mesomorphic properties of 4-(4-bromopropyloxy)-4’-(4-alkyloxybenzylidene)anilines

This article describes the preparation and liquid crystalline properties of a new homologous series of 4-（4-bromopropyloxy）-4’- （4-alkyloxybenzylidene）anilines in which the phenyl ring is armed by a bromopropyloxy chain.The thermal behavior and mesomorphic properties of the synthesized compounds were studied with particular attention given to the correlation between their phase transition temperatures and anisotropic change influenced by molecular structure.All the members displayed enantiotropic smectic phase except for the homologue with the longest alkyloxy chain(R = C₁₈H₃₇),exhibiting only monotropic characteristic. The presence of bromine atom from the propyloxy side chain is found to be capable of altering and influencing the mesomorphic properties.     

4, 4, 4-三氟-1-(4′-邻三联苯基)-1, 3-丁二酮邻菲咯啉铕(Ⅲ)配合物的合成及发光

合成了一个新配合物EuL3phen,[HL=4,4,4-三氟-1-(4'-邻三联苯基)-1,3-丁二酮,phen=邻菲咯咻].该化合物在半导体InGaN芯片发出的近紫外光激发下能够发出铕㈢离子特征红光,发光量子效率为9%.将配合物EuL3phen和半导体395 nm发射InGaN芯片组合,成功地制备了红色发光二极管.在配合物和硅胶质量比为1:25时,器件色坐标为x=0.6123,y=0.3128,光效为0.68 Im·W-1.     

1-(4-ANTIPYRINYL)-3-(2, 4-DINITROPHENYL)-TRIAZENE AND ITS COLOUR REACTION WITH CADMIUM

A new reagent,1(4 antipyriny1) 3(2,4-dinitropheny1)triazene(APDNBT), was synthesized in this lab and its analytical properties and its colour reaction with cadmium were studied.

Unexpected retro-Michael reaction of (−)-(1′S,4aS,8aR)- and (+)-(1′S,4aR,8aS)-4a-ethyl-1-(1-phenylethyl)octahydroquinolin-7-ones

An unexpected retro-Michael reaction of (−)-(1′S,4aS,8aR)-and (+)-(1′S,4aR,8aS)-4a-ethyl-1-(1′-phenylethyl)octahydroquinolin-7-ones 1 and 2 is described. In addition, a diastereospecific intramolecular Michael reaction of 3·HCl and 4·HCl is reported.     

4-(4-氨基苯氧基)-2-(烷基氨甲酰基)吡啶的合成

苯氧基胺酰基吡啶兼有芳基吡啶醚结构,因分子中吡啶环的亲脂性、酰胺基团的亲水性及醚键的存在而具有良好的生物活性,是制备抗癌新药索拉非尼[1]、吡啶醚类除草剂[2]等多种医药、农药的重要中间体,该类物质的合成已成为当今化学研究中最活跃和不断扩展的领域之一.     

从(4R)-羟基-(S)-脯氨酸合成4-取代脯氨酸

叙述了以(4R) 羟基 (S) 脯氨酸为原料进行的几种新型手性催化剂的简便合成方法. (4S) 苯氧基 (S) 脯氨酸 1a由N 乙氧羰基 (4R) 羟基 (S) 脯氨酸甲酯经Mitsunobu反应, C 4构型发生翻转, 水解后得到; (4R) 芳甲氧基 (S) 脯氨酸由N 叔丁氧羰基 (4R) 羟基 (S) 脯氨酸用ArCH2X醚化后脱去N 保护基得到, C 4构型不受影响.     

新型1-(4-氨基苯基)-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)哌嗪衍生物的合成

以二乙醇胺为原料,经溴化、环合、N-烷基化和还原4步反应制得关键中间体——4-[4-(4-甲氧基苯基)哌嗪-1-基]苯胺(4);4与酰氯经酰基化反应合成了11个新型的1-(4-氨基苯基)-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)哌嗪衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,FT-IR,ESI-MS和元素分析表征。     

Mesogenic 4-(ω-Hydroxyalkoxy)-4'-formylazobenzenes

Homologs from a series of 4-(-hydroxyalkoxy)-4'-formylbenzenes (C₂,C₃,C₄,C₆ ,C₈) were synthesized. All compounds obtained show properties of thermotropic nematic liquid crystals. The effect of the terminal hydroxy group of the end substituent on the mesomorphous properties of the compounds was analyzed.

Bis(1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenylthiose micarbaznato)palladium(Ⅱ):Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Its Dual Fluorescence Property

The title compound bis(1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenylthiosemicar-bazato)-palladium(Ⅱ)(PdL2) was obtained by reacting 1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazide with dichlorobis(benzonitrile)palladium(Ⅱ) in methanol,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of PdL2 was obtained in dimethyl-formamide(DMF) solvent with solvent molecules involved in the cell and crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2 with a = 18.485(15),b = 7.090(5),c = 17.595(11) ,β = 121.21(3)o,V = 1972(2) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 847.40,Dc = 1.427 g/cm3,μ = 0.624 mm-1,F(000) = 880,R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1358.The Pd atom adopts a distorted square planar coordination geometry with two Pd-N and two Pd-S bonds.The ligand loses a proton from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinates to the Pd atom via mercapto sulfur and the imine nitrogen atom,which binds to palladium as bidentate N,S-donors forming five-membered chelate rings.The complex formed hydrogen bonding interaction with solvent DMF molecules from the hydrogen of phenylamine to the oxygen of DMF and several intramolecular hydrogen bonds.Pd(Ⅱ) perturbed ligand π-π* transition and metal-to-ligand charge transfer(MLCT) transition are observed in its electronic absorption spectra.The complex exhibits intraligand 1π-π*(IL) state and MLCT state dual fluorescent emissions in organic solvent at room temperature.     

Synthesis of (4R,5S)-(−)- and (4S,5S)-(+)-L-Factors and Muricatacin from D-Glucose

Abstract

In connection with our projects on the synthesis of biologically active 5-hydroxyalkan-4-olides which have a chiral 2.3-diol unit,¹ we have carried out the synthesis of (4R,5S)-(?)- and (4R,5S)-(+)-L-factors (1).² the proposed autoregulators from Streptomyees griseus, and muricatacin (2),³ a biologically active constituent from the seeds of Annona muricata L. via 2.3-dihydroxy aldehydes derived from D-glucose. Hex-3-enofuranose4 was prepared by the elimination of thetriflate derived from D-glucose.     

(2R,4S)-4-甲基-2-哌啶甲酸乙酯的合成

以S-(-)-α-苯乙胺为原料,经一锅法制得1-(1-苄基)-6-乙氧羰基-4-甲基-3,4-二氢哌啶(3),收率58.7%。以10%Pd/C为催化剂,3经催化氢化脱苄合成了4-甲基-2-哌啶甲酸乙酯(4),收率96%;4通过减压分馏得(2R,4S)-4,含量95%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证。     

2-(4-甲基苯基)-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)噻唑-5-甲酸乙酯的合成

以对甲氧基苯甲酸为原料,经5步反应合成了新化合物2-(4-甲基苯基)-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)噻唑-5-甲酸乙酯,其结构经1H NMR,MS及X-射线单晶衍射确证。     

Syntheses,characterizations, crystal structures,and in vitro antitumor activities of chiral triorganotin(IV) complexes containing (S)-(+)-2-(4-isobutyl-phenyl)propionic and (R)-(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid ligands

Four new chiral triorganotin(IV) carboxylates, [(R₃Sn)(O₂C₁₃H₁₇)] _n (R?=?Me 1, Ph 2), [(R₃Sn)(O₂C₁₃H₁₇)] (R?=?n-Bu 3), and [(R₃Sn)(O₄C₉H₉)] _n (R?=?Me 4), have been synthesized by reaction of (S)-(+)-2-(4-isobutyl-phenyl)propionic acid and (R)-(+)-2-(4hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid with triorganotin(IV) chloride in the presence of sodium ethoxide. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, NMR (¹H, ¹³C, and ¹¹⁹Sn) spectra, and X-ray crystallography diffraction analyses. Structural analyses show that 1 has a 1-D infinite chiral zigzag chain structure. Complexes 2 and 4 have a 1-D spring-like chiral helical chain with a channel, while 3 is a monomer. Antitumor activities of 1–4 have been studied.     

(4R,5S)-5-羟基-4-甲基-3-己酮的合成

Synthesis of 2-(hydroxyphenylamino)- and 2-(aminophenylamino)-4-methylquinolines and N,N′-bis(4-methylquinolin-2-yl)benzenediamines

2-(Hydroxyphenylamino)- and 2-(aminophenylamino)-4-methylquinolines and N,N′-bis(4-methylquinolin-2-yl)benzenediamines were synthesized by reactions of 2-chloro-4-methylquinolines with o-, m-, and p-aminophenols and o-, m-, and p-phenylenediamines.
