Reaction of AgAc with bzdmpymtH in MeOH resulted in the title compound [Ag(bzdmpymt)]6-2MeOH (1.2MeOH), which was structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 1.2MeOH belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pi, with a = 10.930(2), b = 11.646(2), c = 16.794(3)A, a = 103.97(3), β = 97.07(3), γ = 97.94(3)°, V = 2027.2(7) A3, Z = 1, μ = 1.629 mm^-1, Dc = 1.710 mg/m3, T = 193(2) K, CsoH86Ag6N12O2S6, Mr = 2087.25, F(000) = 1044, S = 1.034, R = 0.0355 and wR = 0.0709. In 1.2MeOH, six silver(I) atoms are held together by six bzdmpymt ligands through N and S atoms to form a water-wheel-shaped structure. Each Ag atom is coordinated by two S atoms from two bzdmpymt ligands and one N atom from the third bzdmpymt ligand, giving a trigonal planar coordination geometry. Interactions between the CH3 group of bzdmpymt ligand and one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom in an adjacent molecule afford a one-dimensional hydrogen-bonding chain running along the b axis. The luminescent property of 1.2MeOH was also investigated.  相似文献

ABSTRACT Monosulfuron is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide with ultra-low dosage invented and patented by Nankai University. Herein its sodium salt was firstly synthesized and crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.306(6), b = 9.446(8), c = 11.872(10)A, α = 76.578(14), β = 78.049(13), γ = 77.620(14)°, V = 767.7(11)A^3, Mr = 377.32, Z = 2, Dc = 1.632 g/cm^3,μ= 0.283 mm^-1, F(000) = 388, R = 0.0444 and wR = 0.1186. In the title compound, Na(1) coordinates with 0(4) and 0(5) from one monosulfuron molecule, N(4A) and O(5A) from the other monosulfuron molecule and the oxygen atom from H2O to give five coordination bonds. The title complex is further linked into a three-dimensional structure through π…π interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the oxygen and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The new title compound N-(5-(4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)furan-2-carbon-yl)- N'-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea (C19H14C1F3N4O2S) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.932(5), b = 33.46(2), c = 7.556(5) A, β = 98.058(9)°, V = 1986(2) A^3 Mr = 454.85, Z = 4, Dc = 1.521 g/cm^3, μ = 0.349 mm^-1 and F(000) = 928. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0724 and wR= 0.1429 for 3494 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the b axis together with the continuous π-π interactions construct the three-dimensional architecture of the title compound. The preliminary biological tests show definite herbicidalactivity for the title compound.  相似文献

A new compound {[Bi(trans-DAM)(cis-DAM)(H2O)]NO3·H2O}n 1 derived from bismuth and the flexible ligand N,N'-diacetic acid imidazolium chloride (H2DAMCl) was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group with a = 9.2298(18), b = 13.339(3), c = 17.090(3) , β = 105.38(2)°, V = 2028.7(7)A^3, Z = 4, C14H18N5O13Bi, Mr = 673.31, Dc = 2.204 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1296, μ = 8.772 mm-1, the final R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.1441 for 4129 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). In 1, the carboxylic groups from DAM- ligands adopt a cheating mode to link bismuth ions to form a 2D sheet network. These sheets are further connected by hydrogen bonding interactions to give an interesting 3D supramolecular framework. 2D correlation analysis of IR of 1 with thermal and magnetic perturbation was introduced to ascertain the characteristic adsorption of the groups overlapped in the 1D IR spectrum. Additionally, compound 1 exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature.  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(4-methylpyridin-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol (C13H10BrClN20), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3-bromo-5- chlorosalicylaldehyde and 4-methylpyridin-2-ylamine in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 6.048(3), b = 14.063(7), c = 7.623(4) A,β = 97.703(7)°, Z = 2, V = 642.5(6)A3, Dc = 1.683 g/cm3, Mr=325.59, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.395 mm^-1, F(000) = 324, R = 0.0370 and wR = 0.0662. A total of 3879 reflections were collected, of which 1970 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The benzene and pyridine rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.031(3)A), with their dihedral angle of 3.3(3)°. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has excellent antibacterial activities.  相似文献

A new mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) dithiocarbamate complex CuI(prdtc)(phen) 1 (prdtc = N-pyrrolidinyldithiocarbamate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.7110(9), b = 14.7143(14), c = 14.8507(15) A, β = 109.721(6)°, V = 1791.9(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.916 g/cm3, CI7H16CulN3S2, Mr = 516.89, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.178 mm^-1, F(000) = 1012, the final R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0987. A total of 4082 unique reflections were collected, of which 2916 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry by one I atom in the apical position, two S atoms from a prdtc ligand and two N atoms from a phen ligand in the basal plane. There exist face-to-face aromatic π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen ligands stabilizing the structure and making the complex assemble into a 1D structure along the a axis. It can be concluded that the difference of the dtc flexibility and reaction conditions result in the structural difference between complex 1 and CuI(dmdtc)(phen) (dmdtc = N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate).  相似文献

The title compound (Z)-1-(3-fluorobenzyl)-5-((3-fluorobenzylimino)(2-hydroxy-4- methoxyphenyl)methyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (C27H22F2N2O3,Mr = 460.47) was synthesized and crystallized. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.951(6),b = 10.059(6),c = 12.927(7)A,α = 109.828(7),β = 102.304(7),γ = 104.898(7)°,Z = 2,V = 1110.2(11)A^3,Dc =1.377 Mg/m^3,μ(MoKα) = 0.102 mm^-1,F(000) = 480,the final R = 0.0449 and Rw = 0.1250 for 4595 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that both m-fluorobenzyl groups are diorientationally disordered because of the rotation of C–C single bond which was represented as F(1),F(2) and F(1'),F(2'). The diorientational disorder was refined and gave the occupancies of 0.665(4) and 0.335(4) for F(1) and F(1'),0.631(3) and 0.369(3) for F(2) and F(2'). Hydrogen bonds existing in the cell link different components to stabilize the crystal structure. The active data proved that the title compound has good anti-HBV activity.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(Pybta)Cl2]n (Pybta = 1-(2-pyridylmethyl)benzontriazole), has a zigzag chain structure. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.0103(11), b = 17.0276(18), c = 9.2288(11)A,β = 101.309(6)°, Mr= 346.51, V= 1388.4(3)A^3, Z= 4, De= 1.658 g/cm^3, F(000) = 696,/a = 2.143 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0492 and wR = 0.1236 for 2545 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Reactions between triphenyl bismuth, salicylic acid, and niobium or tantalum ethoxide have been explored. Four new coordination complexes incorporating bismuth and the group 5 metals niobium or tantalum have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically, by elemental analysis, and by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The new complexes are Bi(2)M(2)(mu-O)(sal)(4)(Hsal)(4)(OEt)(2) (1a, M = Nb; 1b, M = Ta) and BiM(4)(mu-O)(4)(sal)(4)(Hsal)(3)(O(i)Pr)(4) (sal = O(2)CC(6)H(4)-2-O, Hsal = O(2)CC(6)H(4)-2-OH) (2a, M = Nb; 2b, M = Ta). Complexes 1a and 1b are isomorphous, as are 2a and 2b. The thermal and hydrolytic decomposition of 1a has been explored by DT/TGA and powder X-ray diffraction, while scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were used to characterize the morphology and composition of the oxides. The heterobimetallic molecules are completely converted to the amorphous bimetallic oxide by heating to 500 degrees C in air. Decomposition of 1a or 1b at 650 degrees C produces the metastable high temperature form of BiNbO(4) as the major crystalline oxide phase. Heating samples of 1a to 850 degrees C favors conversion of the materials to the low temperature phase as well as disproportionation into Bi(5)Nb(3)O(15) and Nb(2)O(5). Thermal decomposition of 1a and 1b produces porous oxides, while hydrolytic decomposition of the complexes has been shown to produce nanometer scale bimetallic oxide particles. The potential of the complexes to act as single-source precursors for ferroelectric materials is considered.  相似文献

The reactions between triphenylbismuth, salicylic acid, and the metal alkoxides M(OCH(2)CH(3))(5) (M = Nb, Ta) or Ti[OCH(CH(3))(2)](4) have been investigated under different reaction conditions and in different stoichiometries. Six novel heterobimetallic bismuth alkoxy-carboxylate complexes have been synthesized in good yield as crystalline solids. These include Bi(2)M(2)(sal)(4)(Hsal)(4)(OR)(4) (M = Nb, Ta; R = CH(2)CH(3), CH(CH(3))(2)), Bi(2)Ti(3)(sal)(8)(Hsal)(2), and Bi(2)Ti(4)(O(i)Pr)(sal)(10)(Hsal) (sal = O(2)CC(6)H(4)-2-O; Hsal = O(2)CC(6)H(4)-2-OH). The complexes have been characterized spectroscopically and by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds of the group V transition metals contain metal ratios appropriate for precursors of ferroelectric materials. The molecules exhibit excellent solubility in common organic solvents and good stability against unwanted hydrolysis. The nature of the thermal decomposition of the complexes has been explored by thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction. We have shown that the complexes are converted to the corresponding oxide by heating in an oxygen atmosphere at 500 degrees C. The mass loss of the complexes, as indicated by thermogravimetric analysis, and the resulting unit cell parameters of the oxides are consistent with the formation of the desired heterobimetallic oxide. The complexes decomposed to form the bismuth-rich phases Bi(4)Ti(3)O(12) and Bi(5)Nb(3)O(15) as well as the expected oxides BiMO(4) (M = Nb, Ta) and Bi(2)Ti(4)O(11).  相似文献

Bismuth(III) salicylate, [Bi(Hsal)(3)](n), reacts readily with the trivalent metal beta-diketonate compounds M(acac)(3) (acac = acetylacetonate; M = Al, V, Cr, Fe, Co) to produce trinuclear coordination complexes of the general formula Bi(2)(Hsal)(6).M(acac)(3) (M = Al, V, Cr, Fe, Co) in 60-90% yields. Spectroscopic and single crystal X-ray diffraction experiments indicate that these complexes possess an unusual asymmetric nested structure in both solution and solid state. Upon standing in dichloromethane solution, Bi(2)(Hsal)(6).Co(acac)(3) eliminates Bi(Hsal)(3) to give the 1:1 adduct Bi(Hsal)(3).Co(acac)(3). The 2:1 heterobimetallic molecular compounds undergo facile thermal decomposition on heating in air to 475 degrees C to produce heterometallic oxide materials, which upon annealing for 2 h at 700 degrees C form crystalline oxide materials. The synthetic approach detailed here represents a unique, general approach to the formation of heterobimetallic bismuth-based coordination complexes via the coordination of M(acac)(3) complexes to bismuth(III) salicylate.  相似文献

The reaction of bismuth(III) chloride with [PhCH(2)NMe(3)](2)[Fe(CO)(4)] at a ratio of 2:1 in acetonitrile yields the iron carbonyl-bismuth chloride adduct [PhCH(2)NMe(3)](2)[Bi(2)Cl(4)(&mgr;-Cl)(2){&mgr;-Fe(CO)(4)}] cleanly in high yield. The complex consists of two BiCl(3) groups bridged by an [Fe(CO)(4)](2)(-) unit. Two chloride ligands are shared between the Bi atoms, producing square-pyramidal coordination at bismuth and octahedral coordination at the iron center. The production of this complex represents the synthesis of a stable adduct of a highly nucleophilic metal carbonyl anion with a strongly Lewis acidic main group halide. The compound C(24)H(32)N(2)O(4)Bi(2)Cl(6)Fe crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pba2 (No. 32) with cell parameters a = 14.624(3) ?, b = 17.010(3) ?, c = 7.1990(10) ?, V = 1790.8(5) ?(3), and Z = 2.  相似文献

The reactions of the singly deprotonated di-2-pyridylmethanediol ligand (dpmdH(-)) with copper(II) and bismuth(III) have been investigated. A new dinuclear bismuth(III) complex Bi(2)(dpmdH)(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(4)(THF)(2), 1, has been obtained by the reaction of BiPh(3) with di-2-pyridyl ketone in the presence of HO(2)CCF(3) in tetrahydrofuran (THF). The reaction of Cu(OCH(3))(2) with di-2-pyridyl ketone, H(2)O, and acetic acid in a 1:2:2:2 ratio yielded a mononuclear complex Cu[(2-Py)(2)CO(OH)](2)(HO(2)CCH(3))(2), 2, while the reaction of Cu(OAC)(2)(H(2)O) with di-2-pyridyl ketone and acetic acid in a 2:1:1 ratio yielded a tetranuclear complex Cu(4)[(2-Py)(2)CO(OH)](2)(O(2)CCH(3))(6)(H(2)O)(2), 3. The structures of these complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Three different bonding modes of the dpmdH(-) ligand were observed in compounds 1-3. In 2, the dpmdH(-) ligand functions as a tridentate chelate to the copper center and forms a hydrogen bond between the OH group and the noncoordinating HO(2)CCH(3) molecule. In 1 and 3, the dpmdH(-) ligand functions as a bridging ligand to two metal centers through the oxygen atom. The two pyridyl groups of the dpmdH(-) ligand are bound to one bismuth(III) center in 1, while in 3 they are bound two copper(II) centers, respectively. Compound 3 has an unusual one dimensional hydrogen bonded extended structure. The intramolecular magnetic interaction in 3 has been found to be dominated by ferromagnetism. A series of bis(aryl) bismuth compounds containing (N,C,N)-pincer ligands, [2,6-(Me(2)NCH(2))(2)C(6)H(3)](-) (Ar'), have been synthesized and structurally characterized to compare the coordination chemistry of Bi(3+) with similarly sized lanthanide ions, Ln(3+). Treatment of Ar'(2)BiCl, 1, with ClMg(CH(2)CH═CH(2)) affords the allyl complex Ar'(2)Bi(η(1)-CH(2)CH═CH(2)), 2, in which only one allyl carbon atom coordinates to bismuth. Complex 1 reacts with KO(t)Bu and KOC(6)H(3)Me(2)-2,6 to yield the alkoxide Ar'(2)Bi(O(t)Bu), 3, and aryloxide Ar'(2)Bi(OC(6)H(3)Me(2)-2,6), 4, respectively, but the analogous reaction with the larger KOC(6)H(3)(t)Bu(2)-2,6 forms [Ar'(2)Bi][OC(6)H(3)(t)Bu(2)-2,6], 6, in which the aryloxide ligand acts as an outer sphere anion. Chloride is removed from 1 by NaBPh(4) to form [Ar'(2)Bi][BPh(4)], 5, which crystallizes from THF in an unsolvated form with tetraphenylborate as an outer sphere counteranion.  相似文献

The tetraphenylimidodiphosphinate [N-(P,P-diphenylphosphinoyl)-P,P-diphenylphosphinimidate] ion forms stable tris-chelates with the Bi(III), In(III), and Ga(III) cations. The crystal and molecular structures of [M{(OPPh(2))(2)N}(3)] (M = Ga, In, Bi) were determined by X-ray diffractometry. The geometry around the bismuth atom in compound 3 displays an approximately C(3)(v)() symmetry. This arrangement suggests the presence of a stereoactive lone pair of electrons, which is located in one of the triangular octahedral faces. Derivative 3 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with Z = 2, a = 14.006(6) ?, b = 14.185(4) ?, c = 17.609(8) ?, alpha = 88.45(2) degrees, beta = 79.34(2) degrees, and gamma = 78.23(2) degrees. The structures of the gallium(III) and indium(III) tris-chelate oxygen-based complexes (1 and 2, respectively) were compared with the bismuth analogue in order to determine the ligand steric bulk influence on the coordination sphere in the absence of the electron lone pair. Complex 1 crystallizes as the [Ga{(OPPh(2))(2)N}(3)].CH(2)Cl(2) solvate in the triclinic space group P&onemacr;; Z = 2, a = 13.534(4) ?, b = 13.855(4) ?, c = 18.732(7) ?, alpha = 95.48(2) degrees, beta = 98.26(2) degrees, and gamma = 97.84(2) degrees. A basic bismuth(III) nitrate with the composition [Bi(6)O(4)(OH)(4)](0.5)[Bi(6)O(5)(OH)(3)](0.5)(NO(3))(5.5) formed in a slow crystal growth mode has an ordered crystal structure with the monoclinic space group P2(1) and lattice parameters a = 15.850(3), b = 14.986(3), c = 18.230(4) ?, β = 107.329(17)° and volume V = 4133.6 ?(3) (Henry et al. 2003). In a very fast crystal growth mode the complex ions disorder in another P2(1) cell with slightly different lattice parameters a = 15.8404(1), b = 15.1982(1), c = 18.3122(1) ?, β = 106.829(1)° and V = 4219.8 ?(3). This cell can be related to two smaller cells: a monoclinic C2/m cell with a = 13.7161(1), b = 15.1943(1), c = 10.2399(1) ?, β = 98.586(1)° and V = 2110.1 ?(3) and a trigonal R3 cell with a = 15.18650(6), c = 15.8416(1) ? (hexagonal setting) and V = 3164.1 ?(3). These smaller cells correspond to average structures and hence the X-ray data do not account for the difference in the structures of the two different complex ions. However, when analysing neutron powder diffraction data, it is possible to distinguish between the two complex ions using a trigonal R3 cell with a = 15.1865(1) and c = 15.8416(1) ? (hexagonal setting). In a Rietveld type structure model refinement with a total of 28 atom sites (4 Bi, 3 N, 15 O and 6 H), the composition of this sample is determined to be [Bi(6)O(4)(OH)(4)](0.54(1))[Bi(6)O(5)(OH)(3)](0.46(1))(NO(3))(5.54(1)).  相似文献

The reaction of molybdenum hexacarbonyl with C6H5CH2OC6H4ONa and Et4NBr in CH3CN at 60 ℃ afforded the di-nuclear Mo(0) compound [Et4N]3[Mo2(CO)6(μ-OC6H4OCH2- C6H5)3] 1. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=15.359(2), b=18.378(3), c=24.952(2)(A), β=102.268(4)°, V=6882.3(16) (A)3, Mr=1348.34, Z=4, Dc=1.301 g/cm3, F(000)=2832 and μ= 0.424 mm-1. The final R=0.0606 and wR=0.1552 for 9396 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ)). 1 contains a [Mo2O3]3- core in triangular bi-pyramidal configuration and each Mo atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry with three carbon atoms from carbonyls and three μ-O atoms from C6H5CH2OC6H4O- bridging ligands. The Mo…Mo distance is 3.30(8) (A), indicating no metalmetal bonding. A formation pathway via forming a di-molybdenum(0) di-bridging OR compound [Mo2(μ-OR)2(CO)8]2- has been figured out and the reaction of Mo(CO)6 with alkoxide has also been discussed.  相似文献
