采用多模NdYAG激光器泵浦非临界相位匹配的KTP-OPO,获得了光束角2.3 mrad、输出能量400 mJ、平均功率12 W、光-光转换效率40%的1 572 nm激光.泵浦源的参数为能量1 J、重复频率30 Hz.分析认为采用KTP OPO将NdYAG激光器的1 μm激光转换到人眼安全波段的方法是获得1.5 μm激光的最有效的手段之一;非临界相位匹配的KTP OPO的主要优点是大的接受角和无走离,因此即使多纵模激光泵浦情况下也可以获得很高的转换效率.  相似文献

通过实验详细测量了水温、工作电流对二极管激光器发射波长的影响;采用光线追踪法模拟计算出在不同泵浦参数下半导体泵浦光在NdYAG棒内的分布情况,得到了圆周上泵浦模块的个数,泵浦光发散角等因素对泵浦光分布均匀性的影响.采用直接泵浦方式,分别设计了二种不同功率水平的半导体泵浦的NdYAG固体激光器聚光腔,得到了170和800 W的输出功率,并对激光器的输出特性进行详细测量,最大光-光转换效率达37%,电-光转换效率约为16%.  相似文献

 开展了二极管泵浦棒状Nd:YAG激光模块技术研究,在数值模拟激光模块增益分布的基础上对耦合结构进行了优化,初步研制出了高增益振荡级激光模块及高储能放大激光模块。实验结果表明,振荡级激光模块泵浦均匀且增益较高,TEM00模输出情况下单脉冲能量为11.8mJ, 光-光效率为 15%;放大模块在500Hz重复频率下获得了单脉冲400mJ的储能。  相似文献

报道了LD侧面泵浦NdYAG/S-KTP腔内倍频高功率660 nm连续红光激光器.泵浦组件(呈三角形等间距分布)由9个20 W的激光二极管组成,最大泵浦功率为180 W.通过对谐振腔参数进行优化设计,用LD连续抽运3 mm×65 mm NdYAG激光棒时,获得了波长为1 319 nm的基频光振荡.利用S-KTP Ⅱ类临界相位匹配腔内倍频技术,当泵浦电流为22 A时,获得了6.8 W的连续红光激光输出,光-光转换效率为4.3%.  相似文献

开展了高储能、高占空比二极管泵浦激光模块的研究工作,针对影响激光介质增益分布的相关因素进行了理论和实验研究,研制出了高占空比、高储能二极管泵浦激光模块.该模块采用了144个激光二极管对直径为8 mm的NdYAG进行泵浦, 获得了均匀的增益分布和单脉冲能量700 mJ的储能.在该研究中,数值模拟了激光介质的增益分布,确定了激光模块的耦合结构,针对二极管线阵的高功率排热需求,研制了高效率微通道冷却结构,并完成了激光模块内部结构的模块化设计和激光模块性能参数的测试.  相似文献

对二极管泵浦NdYAG板条双通放大器进行了理论设计和数值计算.在注入能量1 mJ,小信号增益为0.23 cm-1时理论计算结果为双通放大器输出能量为229.8 mJ.实验在10 Hz时获得单脉冲输出能量216 mJ;400 Hz时获得单脉冲输出能量203.4 mJ,光束质量因子小于5,激光脉宽为16.9 ns.实验结果与理论计算基本吻合.用相位共轭镜取代0°全反镜,超高斯镜取代振荡级输出镜,并采用镜面均匀的光学器件可以改善光束质量及光斑均匀性.  相似文献

激光通过工作物质时所产生的热透镜以及应力双折射两种效应是高功率二极管泵浦激光器(DPL)的设计和优化过程中必需考虑的因素.讨论了采用有限差分光束传播法计算热透镜效应及结合材料的弹光系数矩阵计算应力双折射效应的一般方法,并具体针对长6 cm、均匀泵浦的NdYAG棒,计算了这两种效应对光束的影响.结果表明,由于热透镜的聚焦效应,棒中心的光场振幅在通过棒后增大了6%,棒中心与边缘产生了20个波长的相位差;同时,应力引起的双折射造成了约30%的功率损失.  相似文献

 为探索新的高能激光体系,搭建了二极管泵浦的液体激光器。采用激光二极管作为泵浦光源,单侧泵浦掺钕离子的无机激光液体,进行了出光实验。通过测量输出光束的近场分布、脉冲波形和光谱,证实实现了激光输出,输出激光的波长为1 053 nm。输出的单脉冲激光能量达到47 mJ,光-光转换效率达到14%。其光-光转换效率高出闪光灯泵浦液体条件下2个数量级,说明该激光体系具有向高能激光体系发展的前景。  相似文献

400mJ二极管泵浦Nd:YAG圆棒激光器采用主振荡器 放大器方式。谐振腔采用失调低灵敏度单横模设计,以减少外界环境干扰和机械振动,提高激光器的稳定性。谐振腔采用平凹腔,谐振腔腔长0.6m,Nd:YAG棒为φ2,谐振腔基模腰斑半径为0.5mm。泵浦模块采用5个二极管激光器环形对称泵浦,根据实验测得的泵浦模块热焦距f=0.53m,采用一对平凹负透镜进行补偿,补偿后的泵浦模块热焦距为2.0m,谐振腔全反射镜的曲率半径为1.02m,离泵浦模块中心的距离0.24m。  相似文献

采用定向棱镜谐振腔、半圆柱面LD阵列交错侧向泵浦两根串接NdYAG激光棒、热传导冷却结构,研制出了一台工程实用的全固化激光器.定向棱镜腔内振荡光线平行于光轴的对称位置交换穿行,匀化了增益,降低了模序数;同时,定向棱镜准相位共轭特性和自准直作用在一定程度上修正波前畸变、热光楔以及热致双折射,保证了大的动态范围内热稳定性,改善了光束质量.激光器采用Cr4+YAG被动调Q,在室温条件下,工作电流为53 A、频率10 Hz时,1.06 μm单脉冲激光能量高于150 mJ、脉宽9 ns、输出稳定度±3%、束散度2.5 mrad且光轴指向稳定,远场分布近似相干平顶高斯光束.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The performance of port/starboard discrimination of dual-line array will be seriously degraded when the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. The directivity function of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is deduced and the port/starboard discrimination of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is also studied both under the ideal status and the status under which the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. Analysis results show the delay-subtract beamforming has better performance of port/starboard discrimination. At last, the sea trial results demonstrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献
