Yb^3 与其它稀土离子相比有最简单的能级结构,这使它具有一些独特的性质,如避免激发态吸收,消除上转换和浓度猝灭等,因此它是高能输出激光器介质的理想掺杂离子。氟磷玻璃综合了氟化物玻璃和磷酸盐玻璃的优点,可降低磷酸盐的声子能量,改善其易吸湿性;提高氟化物玻璃的物理化学性能等,这使它成为稀土掺杂可调谐光纤激光器的很好的掺杂介质。众多研究表明,Yb^3 掺杂氟磷玻璃是一种很有前途的激光工作物质。本文总结了Yb^3 掺杂氟磷玻璃的特点,性质,结构及存在的问题。  相似文献

在氧碘化学激光器(COIL)中,O2(1Δ)与I的近共振传能反应是一个放热反应;它与水汽等的猝灭放热反应一样会对激射过程产生不利影响,而且是不可避免的。计算了猝灭放热效应对光腔气动特性输出功率的影响。得到了近共振传能放热的大小与粒子数反转和激射的光子数相关,即与光腔内的增益、光场强度分布成正比,故主要发生在激光器的上游区前半部分。模型计算表明,其影响程度大致相当于7%水汽所致的对氧碘化学激光器的影响。完善了氧碘化学激光器理论计算模型。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸盐合成法制备了不同粒径的金纳米微粒,用吸收光谱和透射电镜对金纳米微粒进行了表征。研究了不同粒径金纳米微粒与荧光素钠分子的相互作用。发现金纳米微粒对荧光素钠具有荧光猝灭效应, 并且其荧光猝灭程度与金纳米微粒的粒径大小有关。随着金纳米微粒粒径的减小,荧光猝灭程度增大。探讨了金纳米微粒对荧光素钠荧光猝灭的机理,表明该荧光猝灭为动态猝灭。  相似文献

本文用激光光解-荧光猝灭方法测定了CH3Cl对CH(A,B和C)及CH2Cl2、CHCl3和CCl4对CH(C)的猝灭速率常数。结果表明,氯代甲烷分子对CH(C)的猝灭速率常数近似于CH(B)的猝灭速率常数,而比CH(A)的猝灭速率常数大,但都具有与气动速率相当的量线,表明化学反应在其中可能起着重要的作用,且CH(A,B,C)的猝灭速率常数都随氯代甲烷分子中的C-Cl键数的增加而增大。我们用碰撞络  相似文献

本文研究了有机发光二极管(OLED)中的有机薄膜在光泵浦情况下的受激发射行为。发现在比常规结构厚的OLED样品中,器件电致发光亮度较弱,但可观测到放大的自发发射(AES)现象。而在常规结构的OLED样品中,器件亮度较高,但在光泵浦下,观察不到ASE现象,表明金属电极对激子的猝灭作用导致ASE受到抑制。  相似文献

采用传统高温固相法制备了GdNbO_4∶10%Yb~(3+),x%Er~(3+)荧光粉。利用XRD对样品的晶体结构进行了分析,结果表明所得的样品为纯相。在980nm光纤激光器激发下,测量了样品的上转换发射光谱,实验发现样品发生了浓度猝灭。利用荧光强度比(FIR)方法研究了GdNbO_4∶Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+)荧光粉的温度传感特性,结果表明灵敏度随温度的升高先增大后减小。建立了Er~(3+)的两个绿色发射能级的温度猝灭物理模型并用其成功解释了样品的绿色上转换发光温度猝灭现象。  相似文献

使用荧光素钠注射液进行眼底血管造影,显影清晰度和显影持续时间是造影的重要质量指标,荧光猝灭作用直接影响造影质量。本文研究了浓度,酸度,温度及重金属离子与荧光猝灭的关系。结果表明:荧光素浓度大于1.55×10^-5mol·L^-1时,随着浓度增大,荧光猝灭作用增强;酸度对荧光猝灭作用有明显作用,pH值小于8.5时,随着pH值升高而减弱,pH值大于8.5时,随着pH值升高而增强;温度对荧光猝灭作用呈线  相似文献

对掺饵光激光器的自脉冲行为进行了研究。采用半导体激光器连续光泵浦,在较低的泵浦功率下,在掺饵光纤激光器中得到了稳定的1倍周期和2倍周期自脉冲输出,观察到周期性的不等幅脉冲序列输出,在理论上动用光子寿命可变的正交偏振激光场耦合模型对实验进行了分析。结果表明,掺饵光纤激光器中两正交偏振模光子寿命的调节对获得稳定的自脉冲有着十分重要的作用。  相似文献

Erbium photoluminescence in GaN:Er was studied with above-band-gap excitation, provided by a He–Cd laser and below-band-gap excitation by a tunable Ti–Sa laser. The spectra obtained with these two lasers exhibit different spectral shapes. When both lasers are used at the same time, we observe that the Er3+ photoluminescence induced by each of the lasers is partly quenched by the illumination of the other laser. In this experiment, one of the lasers is modulated and a lock-in amplifier is used to filter the corresponding photoluminescence signal. The spectra recorded this way are found to be linear combinations of spectra obtained with each of the lasers used separately. This effect is explained by the presence of defects mediating the excitation towards the Er3+ ions. These defects act as electron traps, which can be populated by one specific laser excitation and are photo-ionized by the other laser leading to a large quenching of Er3+ emission.  相似文献

The structure and properties of laser quenched 4Cr13 steel were reported. The results show that: (1) Fine martensite is obtained after laser quenching. The highest content of retained austenite in the surface area 10 μm thick of laser hardened zone is 47. 13 percent, but only 3.6 percent of retained austenite is measured inside the laser hardened layer after the surface layer 10μm thick is worn off. (2) The hardness of laser quenched layer is much higher (HV_(0.1) 690) than that of the substrate (HV_(0.1) 237). (3) The wear resistance of laser quenched layer is 3.3 times higher than that of traditionally treated specimen and the corrosion resistance of 4Cr13 steel is also improved greatly by laser quenching.  相似文献

Measurements have been carried out to gain information on the mechanism of the cw 9 m sodium-vapor/hydrogen laser [2]. Observations were carried out on the laser excited with both cw and pulsed discharges and the low-power gain of various gas mixtures was measured using tunable diode lasers. The laser was found to oscillate with mixtures of sodium vapor with H2, D2 and HD, but with no other gas. On substituting D2 for H2 a more than three-fold increase in laser gain was observed. The results showed that most of the processes used to explain lasing action in other metal-vapor lasers were not applicable to the present case. It was concluded that the primary process which leads to the production of the population inversion involves differential quenching of the laser levels by molecular hydrogen, with the lower 3D level being quenched more efficiently than the upper 4P level. Measurements carried out on the calcium/hydrogen laser [21] with D2 supported these conclusions.  相似文献

While micro-ring lasers is a step forward for the miniaturization of fiber lasers, up-conversion quenching due to ion energy transfer may limit the device size and deteriorate system performance. The effect of Er3+ concentration quenching on the characteristics of silica-based Er-doped fiber (EDF) micro-ring laser was investigated. In particular, the dependence on Er3+ concentration and laser size of threshold pump power and quantum efficiency is discussed. To achieve high laser efficiency, it was found that ring diameter has to be ∼150 μm with ∼5 wt.% erbium concentration. The threshold value is increased by a factor of 340, for such laser characteristics compared with threshold power when up-conversion is not considered. Moreover, we show that detrimental effect due to up-conversion quenching can be reduced by careful micro-ring laser design.  相似文献

We report (theory, experimental check) an improved approach for generation of a tunable, subnanosecond pulse (0.1–0.4 ns), based on a single pulsation (“spike”) separation from the transient oscillations in a dye laser with active mirror (AMIR). A pumping by 20–50 ns pulses from Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is considered. The separation is in original, two-spectral selective channels cavity, where the forced by AMIR quenched generation at one of the wavelength stops initially started spiking generation at the other wavelength after the first spike development. The AMIR quickly starts the quenching generation at a precisely controlled moment and with necessary intensity thus assuring the desired separation. An advantage is a high reproducibility of the separation for high (~250%) pump power fluctuations combined with tuning in large range (~20 nm). To obtain such an operation we form ~1 ns leading front pump pulse by electrooptical temporal cutting of the input pump pulse and use an optical delay line. This increases also a few times the power in the separated spike (to be ~100 kW). Our approach widens the combinations of lasers for effective applications of spike separation technique (dye lasers excited by Q-switched solid-state or Cu-vapor lasers).  相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a simple approach to lower the thermal quenching effect and improve the output power of Cr:LiSAF lasers, which is accomplished by employing two laser rods. The resonator contains two laser rods and is designed by using two ``X' folding cavities in cascade. A tunable laser output of $\sim $ 180\,mW has been achieved with the pump of single-striped laser diodes. Compared with lasers using single gain rod, the laser with dual rods shows less severe thermal effect and increases the output by more than two times.  相似文献

Experiments on pressure dependence of a CF4 laser have been carried out to elucidate dynamic characteristics of CF4 molecules pumped by CO2 lasers. The results are followed by a model calculation which characterizes collisional quenching of the energy levels related to the stimulated emission. The enhancement of the laser output induced by buffer-gas addition, which was found under specific conditions, is discussed in relation to the competition between laser and superfluorescent emissions.  相似文献

Quenching treatments were performed on CuCl microcrystallite-doped glasses prepared by a melting method. Radiative decay time measurement and χ(3) measurement for the quenched glasses were performed using ps and ns laser. The glasses showed that the radiative decay time were shortened by one order of magnitude without a decrease of third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) after the quenching treatment from above 300°C. The distorted structure of CuCl microcrystallites quenched from high temperature was considered to be most effective for the shortening of the lifetime of Z3 exciton.  相似文献
