In the title compound, [RuII(C10H8N2)3]2[FeIII(CN)6]Cl·8H2O, the [Ru(bpy)3]2+ (bpy is 2,2′‐bi­pyridine) cations and water mol­ecules afford intriguing microporous honeycomb layers, while the [Fe(CN)6]3− anions and the remainder of the water mol­ecules form anionic sheets based on extensive hydrogen‐bonding networks. The cationic and anionic layers alternate along the c axis. The Fe atom in [Fe(CN)6]3− lies on an inversion centre and the axial cyano ligands are hydrogen bonded to the water mol­ecules encapsulated within the micropores [N⋯O = 2.788 (5) Å], giving an unusual interpenetration between the cationic and anionic layers. On the other hand, the in‐plane cyano ligands are relatively weakly hydrogen bonded to the water mol­ecules [N⋯O = 2.855 (7) and 2.881 (8) Å] within the anionic sheets.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][Ni(C3HN3O2)2]·H2O, appears to be a modular associate consisting of two complex counter‐ions, containing bivalent nickel as the central atom in both cases, and a solvent water mol­ecule. The NiII ion in the complex cation lies on the C2 crystallographic axis. Its coordination environment is formed by six N atoms of three ethyl­ene­diamine (en) mol­ecules, representing a distorted octa­hedral geometry. The NiII ion in the complex anion occupies a position at the center of inversion. It exhibits a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms belonging to the deprotonated oxidoimine and amide groups of the two doubly charged 2‐cyano‐2‐(oxidoimino)acetamidate anions, situated in trans positions with respect to each other. In the crystal packing, the complex anions are linked by water mol­ecules via hydrogen bonds between the amide O atoms and water H atoms, forming chains translated along the a direction. The [Ni(en)3]2+ cations fill empty spaces between the translational chains, connecting them by hydrogen bonds between the oxime and amide O atoms of the anions and the amine H atoms of the cations, forming layers along the ac plane. The water mol­ecules provide connection between layers through N atoms of the cations, thus forming a three‐dimensional modular structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [FeCl2(C24H21N7)]Cl·C2H5OH·2H2O, comprises an [FeCl2(C24H21N7)]+ cation, a Cl anion, an ethanol mol­ecule and two water mol­ecules. The cations are linked by π–π and C—H⋯π inter­actions into one‐dimensional tapes, and hydrogen bonding between the cations, Cl anions, and ethanol and water mol­ecules links these tapes into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title bimetallic compound, [Yb43‐OH)4(C6H13NO2)7(H2O)7][ZnCl4][ZnCl3(OH)]Cl4·8H2O, was synthesized at near physiological pH (6.0). The compound exhibits some novel structural features, including an asymmetric [Yb43‐OH)4(l ‐leucine)7(H2O)7]8+ complex cation in which four OH groups act as bridging ligands, linking four Yb3+ cations into a Yb4O4 structural unit. Each pair of adjacent Yb3+ ions is further bridged by one carboxy group from a leucine ligand. Water mol­ecules and a monodentate leucine ligand also coordinate to Yb3+ ions, completing their eight‐coordinate square‐antiprismatic coordination. The Yb43‐OH)4(l ‐leu­cine)7(H2O)7]8+ cation, the [ZnCl4]2−, [ZnCl3OH]2− and Cl anions, and the lattice water mol­ecules are linked via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Isomorphous triclinic forms of di­chloro­[phthalocyaninato(2−)]­tin(IV), [Sn(C32H16N8)Cl2], and di­chloro­[phthalocyaninato(2−)]­ger­manium(IV), [Sn(C32H16N8)Cl2], and a monoclinic form of the latter have been obtained from the reaction of pure tin and germanium powder, respectively, with phthalo­nitrile under a stream of ICl vapour. All three crystal structures consist of centrosymmetric [SnPcCl2] and [GePcCl2] [Pc is phthalocyaninate(2−)] mol­ecules, which are separated but interacting. In the triclinic forms (Sn and Ge), the Pc macrocycles are not staggered but slipped, and in the monoclinic form (Ge), the mol­ecules are additionally inclined. In both cases, the central Sn or Ge atom is six‐coordinated by the four iso­indole N atoms of the Pc macrocyclic ligand and by two Cl atoms (located trans) into a tetragonal–bipyramidal structure. The arrangement of [SnPcCl2] and [GePcCl2] mol­ecules in the crystal structure is determined mainly by intermolecular C—H⃛Cl, π–π and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Ni2(C4H4O6)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, two nickel cations, two tartrate anions and two water mol­ecules form the dimeric complex. Each nickel cation is in a distorted octahedral environment composed of four O atoms of two crystallographically independent tartrate anions, one water mol­ecule and one O atom of a symmetry‐equivalent tartrate anion. In sodium hexa­amminecobalt(III) tetra­kis­(4‐fluoro­benzoate) monohydrate, Na[Co(NH3)6](C7H4FO2)4·H2O, determined at 180 K, [Co(NH3)6]3+ cations lie on centres of inversion and form layers in which their C4 axes lie perpendicular to the layer planes. 4‐Fluoro­benzoate anions lie on twofold axes and general positions and adopt near‐planar geometries. Na+ cations and water mol­ecules lie on twofold axes, forming [NaO5] square pyramids that lie between the [Co(NH3)6]3+ cations. The second‐sphere inter­actions between [Co(NH3)6]3+ cations and 4‐fluorobenzoate anions comprise edge‐to‐face and vertex‐to‐face arrangements. The structure is closely comparable with that of the benzoic acid salt, demonstrating that fluorination of the anion in the para position has no significant influence on the second‐sphere inter­actions and minimal influence on the gross crystal structure.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Ni(C11H16ClN5)2]Cl2·C3H7NO, contains one monomeric nickel(II) com­plex cation, two Cl anions and one di­methyl­form­amide sol­vent mol­ecule. The Ni atom is coordinated to each of two 1‐­(p‐chloro­phenyl)‐5‐iso­propyl­biguanide (proguanil) ligands via two N atoms. The complex exhibits a square‐planar coordination, with the Ni atom lying 0.021 (2) Å out of the basal plane. The crystal packing is characterized by several hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Y(C2H6OS)2(H2O)6]Cl3, contains the cation [Y(H2O)6{(CH3)2SO}2]3+ with a distorted square antiprismatic geometry of the eight coordinated O atoms. The six water mol­ecules are coordinated with an average Y—O distance of 2.38 (2) Å, ranging from 2.360 (3) to 2.404 (3) Å. Each water mol­ecule forms two hydrogen bonds to the chloride anions with O—Cl distances ranging from 3.068 (4) to 3.422 (4) Å. The two di­methyl­ sulfoxide ligands, situated in the cis position with the O—Y—O angle equal to 83.22 (11)°, have Y—O distances of 2.269 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å.  相似文献

In order to model processes of chemisorption in organic salts formed between di­nitro­benzoic acids (DNBH) and secondary amines (R2NH), a series of compounds of composition [MII(3,5‐DNB)2(DMSO)2(H2O)2] (where MII is Zn, Cu, Ni or Co, 3,5‐DNB is the 3,5‐di­nitro­benzoate ion, and DMSO is di­methyl sulfoxide) have been prepared. In di­aqua­bis­(di­methyl sulf­oxide)­bis(3,5‐DNB)­zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3N2O6)2(C2H6OS)2(H2O)2], the 3,5‐DNB ions and mol­ecules of DMSO are monodentate ligands that are coordinated to the Zn atom through their O atoms. These ligands, together with two mol­ecules of water, form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Zn atom, which lies on a center of symmetry.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C8H20N)[CdFe(CN)6(C2H8N2)2]·4H2O}n, was isolated from the aqueous system Cd2+/ethyl­ene­diamine (en)/[Fe(CN)6]3− in the presence of [Et4N]Br. The crystal structure is dominated by a one‐dimensional motif, viz. a negatively charged 2,2‐CT (cistrans) [–Cd(en)2—NC—Fe(CN)4—CN–]nn chain. The Cd and Fe atoms of the anion and the N atom of the cation all lie on twofold axes. The ethyl groups of the cation are equally disordered over two orientations. The cationic building block of the chain consists of a CdII atom coordinated by two chelating en ligands, and the distorted octa­hedral coordination is completed by two bridging cyano ligands in cis positions. The anionic building block is an [Fe(CN)6]3− anion in which the FeIII atom is octa­hedrally coordinated by six cyano ligands; two of the cyano ligands, in trans positions, are bridging. The uncoordinated water mol­ecules link neighbouring chains through O—H⋯N and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In hexa­aqua­iron(II) bis­(4′,7‐diethoxy­isoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate) tetra­hydrate, [Fe(H2O)6](C19H17O7S)2·4H2O, 12 hydrogen bonds exist between the centrosymmetric [Fe(H2O)6]2+ cation, the isoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate anions and the solvent water mol­ecules. The crystallization behavior of the title compound, [Co(C2H8N2)3](C2O4)(ClO4)·2H2O, has been studied in order to evaluate the effect of the counter‐anion on the crystalline structures of [Co(en)3](C2O4X (en = ethyl­enedi­amine). Two‐dimensional intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding networks are formed between the amine protons of the [Co(en)3]3+ cations and the O atoms of the oxalate anions. Perchlorate and water mol­ecules fill in the channels between the two‐dimensional networks and form hydrogen‐bonding interactions with the two‐dimensional layers, thus constructing a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

In the title complex salt, tetra­kis[hexa­ammine­cobalt(III)] hexa­chloro­cadmate(II) bis­[aqua­tetra­chloro­thio­cyanato­cad­mate(II)] dichloride dihydrate, the discrete ions, i.e. [Co(NH3)6]3+, Cl, [CdCl6]4− (located on an inversion centre) and [CdCl4(SCN)(H2O)]3−, together with cocrystallized water mol­ecules, are assembled by means of a network of hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions. The title compound, [Cu(C7H3O6S)2(C10H9N3)2][CuI(C10H9N3)2]2·2H2O, consists of anionic CuII moieties, cationic CuI species and uncoordinated water mol­ecules. The anionic dimeric unit consists of one crystallographically independent fully deprotonated 5‐sulfosalicylate (2‐oxido‐5‐sulfonatobenzoate) anion, a di‐2‐pyridylamine group and a CuII atom. Each CuII atom is five‐coordinate within a square‐pyramidal geometry. The anion lies on a special position of site symmetry. In the cationic monomer, the CuI atom adopts tetra­hedral geometry. The title compound, [Ru2(C13H11N2)3(C2H3O2)(C2H3N)]BF4·0.5CH2Cl2 or [Ru2(μ‐DPhF)3(μ‐O2CMe)(MeCN)]BF4·0.5CH2Cl2, where DPhF is N,N′‐diphenyl­formamidinate, crystallized as dark‐blue block‐shaped crystals. In the unit cell, the diruthenium cation lies on a general position, and the BF4 anions reside on two independent special positions with crystallographic twofold symmetry. Disorder was observed for one of the phenyl groups in the formamidinate ligand, the axial aceto­nitrile mol­ecule and the interstitial di­chloro­methane mol­ecule. The compound, which exhibits a long Ru—Ru bond of 2.4131 (5) Å, is the first {Ru2}5+ formamidin­ate species that is both equatorially and axially functionalized so that it can be used as a precursor for polymeric paramagnetic supramolecular assemblies.  相似文献

The title salt, [Zn(C2N2H8)3]2[CdI4]I2, conventionally abbreviated [Zn(en)3]2[CdI4]I2, where en is ethyl­enediamine, contains discrete [Zn(en)3]2+ cations and [CdI4]2− anions with distorted octa­hedral and nearly tetra­hedral geometries, respectively, as well as uncoordinated I ions. The cation and the free I anion lie on twofold rotation axes and the [CdI4]2− anion lies on a axis in the space group I2d. The structure exhibits numerous weak inter‐ionic hydrogen bonds of two types, viz. N—H⋯I(free ion) and N—H⋯I([CdI4]2−), which support the resulting three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The crystal structure of racemic Venlafaxine hydro­chloride, C17H28NO2+·Cl?, consists of two types of parallel chains formed by translated Venlafaxine+ cations, hydrogen bonded by Cl? anions, and characterized by the opposite chirality of their constituent mol­ecules. X‐ray data were obtained for the monoclinic polymorph of rac‐5,7,7,12,12,14‐hexa­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazonia­cyclo­tetra­decane bis­(hexa­fluoro­germanate) tetrahydrate, (C16H40N4)[GeF6]2·4H2O. The tetra­aza‐macrocyclic cations lie across inversion centers in space group P21/c. Water mol­ecules and [GeF6]2− anions form zigzag chains, which alternate in a three‐dimensional network with the macrocyclic cations. The structure is sustained by multiple hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
