In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Co(C6H8N3S)3], the CoIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by three monodeprotonated bidentate 3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐1‐thiocarboxamide ligands with two thiocarboxamide N atoms in axial positions. The asymmetric unit contains two molecules (A and B) and these molecules are arranged in chains in an alternating fashion connected by N—H⋯S interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C12H6N2O4)(H2O)2]n, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. It consists of polymeric chains of [Co{μ‐(2,2′‐bipyridyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4N,N′:O,O′)}(H2O)2] units, in which each CoII cation is octahedrally coordinated by two chelating pyridyl N atoms, two chelating carboxyl O atoms from different carboxylate groups of another bipyridyl ligand, and two water molecules as terminal ligands. A crystallographic twofold axis parallel to the chain axis, passes through the Co atom.  相似文献

The title compound, μ‐aqua‐1:2κ2O‐pentaaqua‐1κ2O,2κ3O‐μ‐3,6‐bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)pyridazine‐1κ2N1,N6:2κ2N2,N3‐chloro‐1κCl‐dinickel(II) trichloride trihydrate, [Ni2Cl(C16H14N4)(H2O)6]Cl3·3H2O, consists of two NiII atoms, a 3,6‐bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)pyridazine molecule, four Cl atoms and nine water molecules. The two Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by N and Cl atoms, and by water molecules, and the three six‐membered rings, a pyridazine and two picolines, are planar to within 0.181 (3) Å. The crystal structure is stabilized by an intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding scheme involving water–water and water–chlorine interactions.  相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis.  相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (II), are reported. They are essentially isomorphous. Complex (I) displays distorted octahedral geometry, with the Co atom coordinated by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Co—N = 2.098 (3) and 2.104 (3) Å] in the basal plane, along with two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Co—N = 2.257 (2) Å] in the apical positions. In complex (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Cu—N = 2.003 (3) and 2.005 (3) Å] in the equatorial plane and two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Cu—N = 2.479 (3) Å] in the axial sites, to form a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal geometry. The metal atoms reside on twofold axes of rotation. Neighbouring metal atoms are connected via double dicyanamide bridges to form one‐dimensional infinite chains. Adjacent chains are then linked by π–π stacking interactions of the quinoxaline molecules, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The CoII atoms are bridged by four bbtz ligands to form a two‐dimensional [4,4]‐network.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoII(C10H8O6)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of CoSO4 with benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate [systematic name: p‐phenylenebis(oxyacetate)] and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy). The Co atom lies at an inversion center and the benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate and 4,4′‐bipyridine moieties lie about other inversion centers. The benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate ligands bridge the octahedral CoII coordination centers, forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. The chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bpy ligands, forming a novel two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the coordinated water molecules and the carboxylate O atoms lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(C7H7N2O2)2]·H2O}n, the CoII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two O atoms in axial positions and four N atoms in equatorial sites from six different 3,5‐diaminobenzoate ligands. Each 3,5‐diaminobenzoate anion acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand, linking three adjacent CoII ions through one O atom and two N atoms to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C6H9O4)2(C12H12N2)(H2O)2]n, crystallizes in the space group P. The Co atom is on a center of symmetry and the 1,2‐di‐4‐pyridylethane (bpe) ligand also sits across a crystallographic inversion center. The Co atom is octahedrally coordinated by two aqua ligands, two carboxylate O atoms and two pyridyl N atoms, and is bridged by the anti‐bpe ligands to generate one‐dimensional {[Co(Hadip)2(H2O)2](bpe)2/2} chains (Hadip is 5‐carboxypentanoate), which are further interlinked by O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into two‐dimensional layers.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title polymeric compound, catena‐poly[dipotassium [bis[μ‐N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato(2−)]‐κ4O,N,O′:O′′;κ4O′′:O,N,O′‐dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐isothiocyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N], {K[Cu(NCS)(C10H9NO3)]}n, consists of [isothiocyanato(N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato)copper(II)] anions connected through the two three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) and the two anti, anti‐μ‐carboxylate bridges into infinite one‐dimensional polymeric anions, with coulombically interacting K+ counter‐ions with coordination number 7 constrained between the chains. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The first axial position is occupied by a thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related μ‐NCS ligand at an apical distance of 2.9770 (8) Å, and the second position is occupied by an O atom of a bridging carboxylate group from an adjacent coordination unit at a distance of 2.639 (2) Å.  相似文献

The structure of the polymeric title compound, [CaCo(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, consists of CaO8 and CoO6 polyhedra linked together by malonate groups. The Co atom lies on a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, and is coordinated by four malonate O atoms in a planar arrangement and two water molecules in a trans conformation. The geometry around the Ca atom, which lies on a twofold axis, may be described as a distorted square antiprism, which involves two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Co—O and Ca—O bond lengths are in the ranges 2.0711 (12)–2.1004 (14) and 2.3775 (12)–2.6329 (12) Å, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H7O2)2(C13H14N2)]n or [Co(acac)2(dadpm)]n, where acac is acetylacetonate and dadpm is 4,4′‐methylenedianiline, the Co atom is on a centre of symmetry and is octahedrally coordinated by four O atoms from two acac anions and by two N atoms from two dadpm ligands. Each dadpm ligand, which has a twofold axis passing through its methylene C atom, bridges two Co atoms to form a spiral polymeric chain. Neighbouring chains connect via hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water molecules. The carboxylate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐nds dianions.  相似文献
