本文讨论了非线性对称平板波导中的TE波的偶模及奇模的传输问题.平板波导的芯区材料是由Pockels介质所构成,包层与衬底是相同的线性材料.Pockels介质的介电系数为ε=n2+α|E|,故问题归结为求解芯区的传输方程.本文给出了芯区、包层及衬底中光波的解析解以及传播常量β的本征值方程等.  相似文献

多层"台阶"近似方法是将平板波导中折射率随厚度变化的曲线近似地用N层台阶形的折线来代替,使每一个小区域内折射率成为常数,由此得到电磁场分布和传播常数.本文从理论上给出了层数N与计算精度之间的关系.推导出在分割成N层和2N层两种近似下的计算值精度的改进.本文结果适用于任何渐变折射率平板光波导.  相似文献

本文提出了一种带栅漏间表面p型外延层的新型MESFET结构并整合了能精确描述4H-SiC MESFET工作机理的数值模型,模型综合考虑了高场载流子饱和、雪崩碰撞离化以及电场调制等效应. 利用所建模型分析了表面外延层对器件沟道表面电场分布的改善作用,并采用突变结近似法对p型外延层参数与器件输出电流(Ids)和击穿电压(VB)的关系进行了研究.结果表明,通过在常规MESFET漏端处引入新的电场峰来降低栅极边缘的强电场峰并在栅漏之间的沟道表面引入p-n结内建电场进一步降低电场峰值,改善了表面电场沿电流方向的分布.通过与常规结构以及场板结构SiC MESFET的特性对比表明,本文提出的结构可以明显改善SiC MESFET的功率特性.此外,针对文中给定的器件结构,获得了优化的设计方案,选择p型外延层厚度为0.12 μupm,掺杂浓度为5× 1015 cm-3,可使器件的VB提高33%而保持Ids基本不变.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe掺杂BaTiO3粉体,在1350℃下烧结成圆片状多晶样品,并与Tb1-xDyxFe2-y胶合成磁电(ME)双层膜或三层膜.实验分析表明Fe:BaTiO3依然是四方相钙钛矿结构,但是居里温度及相变潜热均略低于纯净BaTiO3.研究了Tb1-xDyxFe2-y-Fe∶BaTiO3双层膜和Tb1-xDyxFe2-y-Fe∶BaTiO3-Tb1-xDyxFe2-y三层膜的ME效应.在2.8×104A/m的磁场下,两者的横向ME电压系数均达其峰值,分别为6.225和26.25mV·(A·m-1)-1·cm-1.并且,用掺杂BaTiO3制备的双层膜和三层膜的横向ME电压系数均为相同条件下用纯净BaTiO3制备的双层膜和三层膜的横向ME电压系数的1.5倍.另外由于不含铅,锆等有害物质,符合环保要求,因此采用掺杂BaTiO3制备的磁电效应器件具有深入研究和应用价值.  相似文献

采用ICCD皮秒、飞秒扫描成象光谱装置研究PSⅡ核心复合物激发能传递光谱特性,获得的PSⅡ积分荧光谱从661nm到693nm,峰值波长680nm,有四个组分谱,谱的峰值分别为670nm、676nm、681nm、686nm.CP43有Chla660661、Chla669670和Chla682686三个光谱组分;CP47有Chla660661、Chla669670和Chla680681三个光谱组分.根据吸收光谱和组分光谱分析,PSⅡ核心天线各自有三种不同状态的Chla分子,它们是CP43-Chla660661、CP43-Chla669670、CP43-Chla682686与CP47-Chla660661、CP47-Chla669670、CP47-Chla680681.通过四个光谱组分分析了PSⅡ核心复合物激发能传递的光谱特性.  相似文献

计算了InGaAsPSBH激光器的TE00模,并利用非傍轴矢量矩理论,分析了平行于p-n结方向上的光学质量因子My2在以往有关M2的计算中,往往忽略了包层中光场的贡献,因此得出M2小于1的结论当半导体激光器的激活层的尺寸远小于发射波长时,大部分光场将渗透到包层中,因此,包层的光场是不能忽略的考虑到激活层和包层中的光场对M2的影响,给出了非傍轴半导体激光M2的精确表达式结果表明,My大于1.  相似文献

针对单光子源对高性能纳米腔的需要, 采用“柔性束缚"光子限制结构和时域有限差分法, 通过把时域和频域的光电场分布与理想高斯函数进行比较, 设计出一种高品质因子的光子晶体缺三腔(L3), 其Q值达Q=2.8×105, 有效模式体积为Veff=0.1813(λ/n)3, 相应的Purcell因子超过F=1.2×105. 此外, 提出一种定量描述腔性能优劣程度的能量系数分析法, 通过定量对比二维高斯分布下的场分布能量与总能量, 提高了腔的优化速度与准确性. 计算结果表明, 随着腔性能的优化, Q值正比于能量系数γ值直至饱和.  相似文献

本文报告HD+离子在波长λ=306.7nm的三倍频超短脉冲弱光场E3和不同延时的二倍频超短脉冲强光场E2作用下解离几率分布的定量计算结果。E3E2的脉冲宽度均为10fs.E3先行,E2延时取0、4、8、12、16、20、24、28fs.计算结果用三维图表出。图中看到,沿相对动量坐标有三个峰,分别位于动量2.1×10-18、4.4×10-18、5.8×10-18g·cm/s处,依次称为1号峰、2号峰、3号峰,位置各是λ=306.7nm的单光子能量、双光子能量、三光子能量消耗于解离能之后离子碎片具有相对动量。据分析,1号峰来源于E2场引起的受激发射作用。  相似文献

Optimal shape design problems of steady-state radiative heat transfer are considered. The optimal shape design problem (in the three-dimensional space) is formulated as an inverse one, i.e., in the form of an operator equation of the first kind with respect to a surface to be optimized. The operator equation is reduced to a minimization problem via a least-squares objective functional. The minimization problem has to be solved numerically. Gradient minimization methods need the gradient of a functional to be minimized. In this paper the shape gradient of the least-squares objective functional is derived with the help of the shape sensitivity analysis and adjoint problem method. In practice a surface to be optimized may be (or, most likely, is to be) given in a parametric form by a finite number of parameters. In this case the objective functional is, in fact, a function in a finite-dimensional space and the shape gradient becomes an ordinary gradient. The gradient of the objective functional, in the case that the surface to be optimized is given in a finite-parametric form, is derived from the shape gradient. A particular case, that a surface to be optimized is a “two-dimensional” polyhedral one, is considered. The technique, developed in the paper, is applied to a synthetic problem of designing a “two-dimensional” radiant enclosure.  相似文献

研发的超快电子衍射系统由超快电子枪、样品室、超快读出系统、电源系统,以及真空系统等组成,该超快电子衍射系统具有较高的时间分辩能力和较强的探测能力.光电阴极是蒸镀于MgFB2窗上的35 nm的银膜,该阴极对266 nm的紫外光比较敏感,有较高的量子效率,又具有很好的化学稳定性.用短磁聚焦系统来实现对光电子的聚焦,有两对偏转板,其中的一对在测量时间脉宽时用作扫描板.用双MCP探测器来增强电子图像的强度,其增益在104以上,具有单电子探测能力.系统的总时间脉宽设计为358 fs.  相似文献

在中空的柱状有机玻璃中充入Intralipid-10%溶液构成单层圆柱模拟样品.在会聚单色光入射Intralipid-10%溶液的情况下,利用特制的光纤探头、锁相放大器、斩波器和微动平台等组成测试装置,测量了柱状Intralipid-10%溶液内后向散射光、能流率的空间分布情况,并对测量结果进行分析.对参量不同的溶液中的光分布进行了比较,得出了柱状溶液中光分布的初步规律.  相似文献

The goal of this paper is to show that the space-time geodesic approach of classical mechanics can be used to generate a time adaptive variational integration scheme. The only assumption we make is that the Lagrangian for the system is in a separable form. The geometric structure which is preserved in the integration scheme is made explicit and the algorithm is illustrated with simulation for a compact case, a non-compact case, a chaotic system which arises as a perturbation of an integrable system and the figure eight solution for a three body problem.  相似文献

The general theory of gauge fields is used to develop a theory of electrodynamics in which the fundamental structure is non-Abelian and in which the internal gauge field symmetry is O(3), based on the existence of circular polarization and the third Stokes parameter. The theory is used to provide an explanation for the Sagnac effect with platform at rest and in motion. The Sagnac formula is obtained by considering the platform in motion to be a gauge transformation. The topological phases can be described straightforwardly with non Abelian electrodynamics, which produces a novel magnetic field component for all types of radiation, a component which is proportional to the third Stokes parameter. The theory provides a natural explanation for the inverse Faraday effect without phenomenology.  相似文献

利用改进的Ginder-Epstein模型研究聚苯胺黑的双极化子态, 给出其键序波幅、芳环扭角、电子能级、理论吸收谱和电荷分布,并与极化子进行对比。结果发现双极化子激发能为3.08eV, 晶格驰豫宽度涉及12格点与极化子相当;键交错驰豫深度大约为极化子的2倍,畸变中心芳环扭角高达68.35°大于极化子中心扭角的2倍。两个能隙态几乎简并,吸收谱低能峰为1.6eV。  相似文献

The semi-classical equations for the electric field and population inversion in a two-level medium are simplified for the case of a saturable absorber cell which is shorter than the length of fluctuations in the optical-pulse envelope. The spatial coordinates in the cell are effectively lumped, and the integration is reduced to the one dimension of time. The pulse is passed through an amplifying medium and frequency selective elements by a fast Fourier transform into its spectral components. The case of pulse formation in a ruby laser, starting from a noise fluctuation is computed for the parameters of a recently reported accurate measurement of pulse duration. Good agreement is obtained with experiment. Finally, a pulse length is predicted for a cavity containing an etalon which cancels gain narrowing.  相似文献

How do living systems process information? The search for an answer to this question is ongoing. We have developed an intelligent video analytics system. The process of the formation of detectors for content-based image retrieval aimed at detecting objects of various types simulates the operation of the structural and functional modules for image processing in living systems. The process of detector construction is, in fact, a model of the formation (or activation) of connections in the cortical column (structural and functional unit of information processing in the human and animal brain). The process of content-based image retrieval, that is, the detection of various types of images in the developed system, reproduces the process of “triggering” a model biomorphic column, i.e., a detector in which connections are formed during the learning process. The recognition process is a reaction of the receptive field of the column to the activation by a given signal. Since the learning process of the detector can be visualized, it is possible to see how a column (a detector of specific stimuli) is formed: a face, a digit, a number, etc. The created artificial cognitive system is a biomorphic model of the recognition column of living systems.  相似文献

 设计了一种可调谐频率的高功率宽谱微波辐射装置,装置由可调谐长度的1/4波长低阻同轴谐振器、环形开关、电容耦合器和宽谱辐射天线组成,中心频率调谐为200~400 MHz。低阻传输线与环形开关构成1/4波长短路谐振器,它产生的宽谱微波振荡通过耦合器耦合到宽谱辐射天线上辐射,而耦合器由集中电容与分布电感组成,实现宽谱微波在频率调谐范围内以较为一致的耦合度提取微波能量。通过转动螺杆滑动安装在同轴谐振器内芯上的环形开关,达到改变谐振频率的目的。最后,将可调频宽谱辐射装置与输出电压为500 kV的Tesla变压器脉冲功率源联试,得到200~400 MHz宽谱微波辐射,辐射因子为95~130 kV,频谱百分比带宽为10%~30%。  相似文献
