沙苑子提取液对不同体系中草酸钙晶体生长影响的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过与水、氯化钠、正常人尿液体系的比较,重点研究了结石患者尿液体系中加入中药沙苑子提取液对草酸钙晶体生长的的影响,利用SEM,FTIR和XRD等测试手段对所得晶体进行表征。结果发现:在结石患者尿液体系中形成的草酸钙晶体为一水草酸钙(COM)晶体,而在这4种体系中加入沙苑子提取液后,只形成二水草酸钙(COD)晶体,表明沙苑子提取液能抑制COM晶体生长,并且随着沙苑子提取液浓度增大,抑制作用增强。沙苑子抑制草酸钙晶体生长的可能机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

本文研究了水体系中加入乌梅提取液对草酸钙晶体生长的抑制作用,通过FTIR、SEM及XRD等测试方法对所得晶体进行表征。结果表明,不加乌梅提取液的体系中形成的晶体为一水合草酸钙(COM)晶体,加入乌梅提取液后,形成的是二水合草酸钙(COD)晶体,而且COD晶体的尺寸随着乌梅提取液浓度的增大而减小,直至消失,这说明乌梅提取液具有抑制草酸钙晶体生长的作用,且这种抑制作用随乌梅浓度的增大而增大。本文还通过电导率法研究了草酸钙晶体生长的动力学过程,发现乌梅提取液主要能抑制草酸钙晶体的成核过程。  相似文献

In this paper, we report a biogenic synthesis protocol for preparation of calcium oxalate (CaC2O4, CaOx) crystal at room temperature by a simple protein-mediated reaction of aqueous Ca2+ ions with the C2O42− ions spontaneously released from spinach. The aggregation of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) and calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) with a rod-like morphology was mainly formed in the spinach root lixivium, and the proportion of COM crystal in the aggregation increased with the concentration of Ca2+ ions increasing, however, spindle-shaped crystal was mainly obtained in the spinach leaf lixivium and the content of COM in the product was higher than that obtained in the root lixivium with the similar concentration of Ca2+ ions. COM phase disappeared and only COD crystal with morphology of tetragonal bipyramidal prisms presented in the product when the leaf lixivium was replaced by the leaf broth. The biomolecules such as proteins with molecular weight of 31 kDa liberated from the spinach root are negative-charged, which played important roles for the control of CaOx crystal growth in the root lixivium corresponding to the changes of protein secondary structures after reaction with Ca2+ ions. This research was potentially important for unraveling the biomineralization mechanism of CaOx crystal.  相似文献

CaC2O4 nanotubes were controllably synthesized via the tiny water channels in the bicontinuous microemulsion at room temperature. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results indicate that as-obtained products are calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) crystal. These nanotubes have diameters of about 100 nm and lengths of about 700 nm. The key controlling parameters such as the reactant concentration (ratio) and the aging time have been investigated. The possible formation mechanism of the CaC2O4 nanotubes was also discussed.  相似文献

The effect of concentration of structurally-different carboxylic acids such as ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (H4edta), citric acid (H3cit), tartaric acid (H2tart), and acetic acid (HOAc) on growth and aggregation of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) in gel systems was comparatively investigated. H2tart and H3cit could change the morphology of cal- cium oxalate monohydrate (COM) and induce the formation of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD). H4edta could induce the formation of COD at a lower concentration of 0.33 mmol/L and have the strongest ability to inhibit aggregation of COM. HOAc inhibited COM aggregation only at a higher concentration than 500 mmol/L. With increasing the number of carboxylic groups in an acid or increasing the concentration of carboxylic acid, the capacity of this acid to induce COD formation and to inhibit growth and aggregation of COM crystals increased. That is, this capacity followed the order: H4edta〉H3cit〉H2tart〉 〉HOAc. The result in this work suggested that the presence of H3cit and H2tart in urine played a role in the natural defense against stone formation.  相似文献

Calcium oxalate (CaOx) particles exhibiting different shapes and phase structures were fabricated by a simple precipitation reaction of sodium oxalate with calcium chloride in the absence and presence of poly-(styrene-alt-maleic acid) (PSMA) as a crystal modifier at room temperature. The as-obtained products were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of reaction conditions including pH, [Ca2+]/[C2O42−] ratio and concentration of PSMA and CaC2O4 on the crystal forms and morphologies of the as-obtained calcium oxalate were investigated. The results show that various crystal morphologies of calcium oxalate, such as parallelograms, plates, spheres, bipyramids etc. can be obtained depending on the experimental conditions. Higher polymer concentration favors formation of the metastable calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) crystals. Lower pH is beneficial to the formation of plate-like CaOx crystals. Especially, the monodispersed parallelogram-like CaOx crystals can be produced by PSMA as an additive at pH 2. PSMA may act as a good inhibitor for urolithiasis since it induces the formation of COD and reduces the particle size of CaOx. This research may provide new insight into the morphological control of CaOx particles and the prevention of urolithiasis.  相似文献

The influence of octaethylene glycol mono-n-hexadecyl ether (C16EO8) and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) on the crystallization of calcium oxalate from 0.3 mol dm?3 sodium chloride solutions has been investigated. The critical micellar concentration (CMC) of C16EO8 in water and 0.3 mol dm?3 NaCl was determined by surface tension measurements (CMCH2O=CMCNaCl = 7.2.10?6 mol dm?3). The kinetics of precipitation of calcium oxalate was followed by Coulter counter, and solid phases were characterized by polarized microscopy, thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction patterns. Under the precipitation conditions employed, the thermodynamically stable monohydrate, CaC2O4?H2O (COM) was the predominant crystalline form. In the presence of micellar solutions of C16EO8 precipitation of this phase was facilitated as evidenced by higher initial precipitation rates and higher precipitate volume and number of particles, as compared to the controls. Micellar solutions of 50S retarded precipitation but induced crystallization of calcium oxalate dihydrate, CaC2O4?(2+×)H2O (COD, x≤0.5). Thus at c(SDS>CMC the precipitates contained ≥85 mass % COD. The thermal effects of mixing of aqueous calcium chloride with sodium citrate and ethylenedi-aminetetraacetate in the absence and presence of sodium oxalate have been measured at 25°C. The thermal effects of dilution of aqueous calcium chloride solutions were determined. The thermal effects of calcium oxalate precipitation and formation of calcium complexes with citrate and ethylenediaminetetraacetate ions were calculated. The 1% solution of sodium citrate inhibited the formation of CaC2O4 (s); in a 1% solution of sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate with [Ca2+][C2O 4 2? ] > 10?5, the endothermal formation of the [CaEdta]2? complex quickly changed to exothermal precipitation. The 3 and 5% solutions of complexons showed a pronounced inhibiting effect on the formation of urinary stones even when the concentration of calcium and oxalate ions in solution exceeded the product of solubility of CaC2O4 by four and more orders of magnitude.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition and structural characterization of three human kidney stones (KS1–KS3) extracted from patients of Eastern Bohemia have been carried out using X-ray powder diffraction systems (XRD), scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive X-ray micro analyser (SEM-EDX) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The samples KS1 and KS2 solely consisted of calcium oxalate monohydrate (a.k.a. whewellite, CaC2O4·H2O). The third sample, KS3, was formed from calcium oxalate dihydrate (weddellite, CaC2O4·2H2O), calcium oxalate monohydrate, and hydroxyapatite (HA, Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2). Thermal measurements were carried out in the range between room temperature and 1,230 °C. XRD analysis was utilized to investigate the change of phases at 800 and 1,230 °C.  相似文献

进行了水溶液体系中三价稀土离子(Sm3+)对草酸钙(CaC2O4)结晶过程影响效应的研究. 采用微量热法、X射线衍射(XRD)以及扫描电镜(SEM)法, 研究了Sm3+对草酸钙结晶过程动力学的影响效应及对草酸钙晶体晶型、形貌、尺寸的调控作用. 微量热研究结果表明, Sm3+对草酸钙结晶过程的影响包括对晶体初期成核以及晶体生长过程的影响, 在适宜的浓度(约2.50×10-5 mol•L-1)下达到对晶体成核与生长的最佳抑制效果; XRD研究结果表明, Sm3+的加入有利于草酸钙二水合物(COD)的生成; SEM形貌研究表明, Sm3+对草酸钙晶体的形态、尺寸产生非常显著的调控作用.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to detect the properties of African green monkey renal epithelial cells (Vero) after oxidative injury and to study the mediation of the injured Vero on aggregation and formation of calcium oxalate crystals. This injury model was induced by 0.15 mmol/L H2O2 according to the pretest evaluation. The results suggested that H2O2 could injure Vero significantly and decrease cell viability in a time‐dependent manner for exposure time of 0.5–2 h. After cell injury, the indexes connected with oxidative injury changed. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content and osteopontin (OPN) expression increased, while superoxide dismutase (SOD) level decreased. It resulted in the increase of both the amount of CaOxa crystals and the degree of crystal aggregation on the injured cells. This work indicated that injured cells promoted the formation of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) crystals, thus increased the risk of formation of urinary stone.  相似文献

采用水提法从大豆中提取了大豆多糖(SPS),其多糖百分含量为97.38%;平均相对分子质量为115,200,羧基百分含量为13.8%。采用X射线衍射法(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)研究了水溶性大豆多糖(SPS)对草酸钙晶体生长的调控作用。SPS大豆多糖不但可以抑制一水草酸钙(COM)晶体的聚集,而且可以诱导二水草酸钙(COD)晶体形成。当SPS浓度由0增大到0.50g·L-1时,草酸钙晶体由COM完全转变为COD晶体;并且随着多糖浓度的增大,溶解在溶液中的钙离子(可溶性钙)浓度显著增加,草酸钙沉淀的物质的量逐渐减少。这些结果表明,SPS有望成为预防草酸钙结石的一种绿色药物。  相似文献

Different hydrates of calcium oxalate have been electrodeposited by electrogeneration of acid at the anode from an EDTA-stabilized calcium nitrate bath containing dissolved oxalate ions. The deposition is controlled by varying the bath pH, temperature, and current density. Formation of metastable CaC2O4·2H2O is favored at high current densities at ambient temperature, whereas the thermodynamically stable CaC2O4·H2O is formed at elevated bath temperatures. Both the polymorphs show oriented growth with respect to the substrate normal under different deposition conditions.  相似文献
