Two new oxo complexes, namely hexa‐μ2‐acetato‐acetatoaquabis(di‐3‐pyridylamine)di‐μ3‐oxo‐tetrairon(III) chloride monohydrate ethanol 1.25‐solvate, [Fe4(C2H3O2)7O2(C10H9N3)2(H2O)]Cl·1.25C2H6O·H2O, (I), containing a tetranuclear [Fe43‐O)2]8+ unit, and 2‐methylimidazolium hexa‐μ2‐acetato‐acetatodiaqua‐μ3‐oxo‐triiron(III) chloride dihydrate, (C4H7N2)[Fe3(C2H3O2)7O(H2O)2]Cl·2H2O, (II), with a trinuclear [Fe33‐O)]7+ unit, are presented. Both structures are formed by two well differentiated entities, viz. a compact isolated cluster composed of FeIII ions coordinated to O2− and CH3CO2 anions, and an external group formed by a central Cl ion surrounded by different solvent groups to which the anion is bound through hydrogen bonding. In the case of (I), charge balance cannot be achieved within the groups, so the structure is macroscopically ionic; in the case of (II), in contrast, each group is locally neutral owing to the internal compensation of charges. The trinuclear complex crystallizes with the metal cluster, chloride anion and 2‐methylimidazolium cation bisected by a crystallographic mirror plane.  相似文献

Two new iron–oxo clusters, viz. di‐μ‐trifluoroacetato‐μ‐oxo‐bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)(trifluoroacetato‐κO)iron(III)], [Fe2O(CF3CO2)4(C10H8N2)2], and bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)di‐μ3‐oxo‐hexa‐μ‐trifluoroacetato‐bis(trifluoroacetato)tetrairon(III) trifluoroacetic acid solvate, [Fe4O2(CF3CO2)8(C10H8N2)2]·CF3CO2H, contain dinuclear and tetranuclear FeIII cores, respectively. The FeIII atoms are in distorted octahedral environments in both compounds and are linked by oxide and trifluoroacetate ions. The trifluoroacetate ions are either bridging (bidentate) or coordinated to the FeIII atoms via one O atom only. The fluorinated peripheries enhance the solubility of these compounds. Formal charges for all the Fe centers were assigned by summing valences of the chemical bonds to the FeIII atom.  相似文献

A novel centrosymmetric chair‐like dimer, bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)‐1κ2N,N′;3κ2N,N′‐tetra‐μ‐chloro‐1:2κ2Cl;2:3κ2Cl;3:4κ2Cl;1:4κ2Cl‐tetracopper(I), [Cu4Cl4(C10H8N2)2], has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex self‐assembles into a three‐dimensional network via C—H?Cl hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking and weak Cu?Cl electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking interaction is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anions.  相似文献

In bis[1,1′,2,2′,3,3′,4,4′‐octamethyl‐5‐(2‐pyridinio)‐5′‐(2‐pyridyl)ferrocene] di‐μ3‐chloro‐hexadeca‐μ2‐chloro‐hexachlorodi‐μ4‐oxo‐di‐μ3‐oxo‐bis[(η5N)‐1,2,3,4‐tetramethyl‐5‐(2‐pyridyl)cyclopentadienyl]octauranium(IV) dichloromethane tetrasolvate, [Fe(C14H17N)(C14H16N)]2[U8Cl24O4(C14H16N)2]·4CH2Cl2, (I), two protonated Fe(cp*py)2 units [cp*py is tetramethyl‐5‐(2‐pyridyl)cyclopentadiene] form an ion pair with the dianionic centrosymmetric cluster U8Cl24O4(cp*py)2. The latter is the highest nuclearity assemblage in the chemistry of uranium (non‐uranyl) compounds reported to date.  相似文献

The preparation and crystal structures of (4,11‐dibenzyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazabicyclo[6.6.2]hexadecane‐κ4N)copper(I) hexa‐fluorophosphate, [Cu(C26H38N4)]PF6, and acetonitrile(4,11‐dibenzyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazabicyclo[6.6.2]hexadecane‐κ4N)‐copper(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Cu(C2H3N)(C26H38‐N4)](PF6)2, are described. The CuI ion is tetracoordinated in a very distorted tetrahedron, while the CuII analogue is pentacoordinated in a square pyramid.  相似文献

The title dinuclear di‐μ‐oxo‐bis[(1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐κ4N)manganese(III,IV)] diperchlorate nitrate complex, [Mn2O2(C10H24N4)2](ClO4)2(NO3) or [(cyclam)MnO]2(ClO4)2(NO3), was self‐assembled by the reaction of Mn2+ with 1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane in aqueous media. The structure of this compound consists of a centrosymmetric binuclear [(cyclam)MnO]3+ unit, two perchlorate anions and one nitrate anion. While the low‐temperature electron paramagnetic resonance spectra show a typical 16‐line signal for a di‐μ‐oxo MnIII/MnIV dimer, the magnetic susceptibility studies also confirm a characteristic antiferromagnetic coupling between the electronic spins of the MnIV and MnIII ions.  相似文献

The title complex, poly[di‐μ3‐oxo‐hepta‐μ2‐oxo‐tetraoxobis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐μ4‐terephthalato‐dicopper(II)tetramolybdate(VI)], [Cu2Mo4(C8H4O4)O13(C12H8N2)2], represents a novel two‐dimensional copper–molybdate compound with mixed ligands. Tetranuclear molybdenum oxide clusters are joined through corner‐sharing into a ribbon‐like chain, with [Cu(phen)]2+ (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) complexes grafted onto either side. The terephthalate ligand lies about an inversion centre and links these chains to form a layer via Cu—O and Mo—O bonds. Face‐to‐face π–π stacking interactions between adjacent phen ligands stabilize the structure.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, tetra‐μ2‐acetato‐diaquadi‐μ2‐chloro‐tetrachlorotetrakis[μ4‐3‐hydroxy‐2,2‐bis(oxidomethyl)propanolato]tetramethanoldi‐μ3‐methanolato‐di‐μ5‐oxo‐octamanganese(II)tetramanganese(III), [Mn4IIIMn8II(CH3O)2(C2H3O2)4(C5H9O4)4Cl6O2(CH4O)4(H2O)2], displays a centre of symmetry. The structure of the {Mn4IIIMn8IIO18Cl2}10− core is composed of three layers and features two oxo ligands binding in a rare μ5‐mode.  相似文献

A new polynuclear titanium(IV) complex, dichlorodeca‐μ2‐oxo‐hexakis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)hexatitanium(IV), [Ti6(C10H15)6Cl2O10], has been synthesized by hydrolysis of a titanium complex bearing an N‐(2‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethylbenzyl)diethanolamine Mannich ligand. The molecule has two O‐bridged Ti3O3 rings linked to two similar rings through a tetrahedrally O‐coordinated Ti atom. All Ti atoms except the central one are coordinated to pentamethylcyclopentadienyl (Cp*) ligands. The Cp* ligands are arranged with approximate symmetry with respect to the Ti/O/Cl core.  相似文献

Two different zinc sulfite compounds have been prepared through the decomposition of pyrosulfite–dithionite ions in aqueous solution, viz. a dimeric complex, di‐μ‐sulfito‐κ3O,O′:O′′;κ3O:O′,O′′‐bis[(4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)zinc(II)] dihydrate, [Zn2(SO3)2(C12H12N2)2]·2H2O, (I), which was solved and refined from a twinned sample, and an extended polymer, poly[[aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)zinc(II)]‐μ3‐sulfito‐κ2O:O′:O′′‐zinc(II)‐μ3‐sulfito‐κ3O:O:O′], [Zn2(SO3)2(C12H10N2)(H2O)]n, (II). In (I), the dinuclear ZnII complex has a center of symmetry. The cation is five‐coordinate in a square‐pyramidal arrangement, the anion fulfilling a bridging chelating role. Compound (II) comprises two different zinc units, one being five‐coordinate (square pyramidal) and the other four‐coordinate (trigonal pyramidal), and two independent sulfite groups with different binding modes to the cationic centers.  相似文献

In the title compound, [SmTi2Cl7O(C4H8O)6], the metal ions are linked by a central μ3‐oxo ion and by three μ2‐chloro ions, giving a planar moiety containing a binary crystallographic axis. The coordination spheres are completed by terminal chloro ligands and tetrahydrofuran molecules, with resulting pentagonal bipyramidal and octahedral environments for the Sm and Ti atoms, respectively.  相似文献

In the cationic complex present in the title compound, chloro[2‐(4‐imidazolyl‐κN1)ethylamine‐κN](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) chloride monohydrate, [CuCl(C5H9N3)(C12H8N2)]Cl·H2O, the metal centre adopts a five‐coordinate geometry, ligated by the two phenanthroline N atoms, two amine N atoms of the histamine ligand (one aliphatic and one from the imidazole ring) and a chloro ligand. The geometry around the Cu atom is a distorted compressed trigonal bipyramid, with one phenanthroline N and one imidazole N atom in the axial positions, and the other phenanthroline N atom, the histamine amine N atom and the chloro ligand in the equatorial positions. The structure includes an uncoordinated water molecule, and a Cl ion to complete the charge. The water molecule is hydrogen bonded to both Cl ions (coordinated and uncoordinated), and exhibits a close Cu⋯H contact in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu4Cl8(C4H9NO2)4], crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c with a unit cell containing two tetranuclear copper(II) complexes sited on crystallographic inversion centres. The coordination geometry around the central Cu atoms is square pyramidal, with four O atoms in the basal plane and a Cl atom in the apical position. The lateral CuCl4 groups are flattened tetrahedral. The bridging dimethylglycine molecules are present in the dipolar zwitterionic form. The tetranuclear copper complexes exist as isolated entities since only intramolecular hydrogen bonds are found.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound [systematic name: diaquabis(6‐methyl‐2,2‐dioxo‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4‐olato‐κO4)bis(3‐methylpyridine‐κN)nickel(II)], [Ni(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2(H2O)2], the NiII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral geometry. The basal plane is formed by two carbonyl O atoms of two monodentate trans‐oriented acesulfamate ligands and two trans aqua ligands. The axial positions in the octahedron are occupied by two N atoms of two trans pyridine ligands. Molecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. There are π–π stacking interactions between the molecules in each column, with a distance of 3.623 (2) Å between the centroids of the pyridine rings. There are also O—H⋯O interactions between the columns.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C6H4N2)2], has the familiar lantern‐type structure that is characteristic of dimetal tetracarboxylates of copper and several other transition elements. The molecule lies about an inversion centre and the Cu atom is present in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment, consisting of four O atoms in equatorial positions and the pyridyl‐N atoms of the two 4‐cyanopyridine ligands in axial positions.  相似文献

The title compounds, bis(μ‐3,5‐dichloro‐2‐oxidobenzoato)‐κ3O1,O2:O23O2:O1,O2‐bis[(3,5‐dichloro‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid‐κO1)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)], [Cu2(C7H2Cl2O3)2(C7H4Cl2O3)2(C12H8N2)2], (I), and bis(μ‐5‐chloro‐2‐oxidobenzoato)‐κ3O1,O2:O13O1:O1,O2‐bis[(5‐chloro‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid‐κO1)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)] ethanol monosolvate, [Cu2(C7H3ClO3)2(C7H5ClO3)2(C12H8N2)2]·C2H6O, (II), contain centrosymmetric dinuclear complex molecules in which Cu2+ cations are surrounded by a chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand, a chelating 3,5‐dichloro‐2‐oxidobenzoate or 5‐chloro‐2‐oxidobenzoate anionic ligand and a monodentate 3,5‐dichloro‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid or 5‐chloro‐2‐hydroxybenzoic acid ligand. The chelating benzoate ligand also bridges to the other Cu2+ ion in the molecule, but the O atom involved in the bridge is different in the two complexes, being the phenolate O atom in (I) and a carboxylate O atom in (II). The bridge completes a 4+1+1 axially elongated tetragonal–bipyramidal arrangement about each Cu2+ cation. The complex molecules of both compounds are linked into one‐dimensional supramolecular chains through O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐1κ6O)‐μ‐oxo‐1:2κ2O:O‐hexakis(tetrahydroborato)‐1κ3H;2κ2H;2κ2H;2κ3H;2κ3H;2κ3H‐diuranium(IV), [U2(BH4)6O(C12H24O6)], one of the U atoms (U1), located at the centre of the crown ether moiety, is bound to the six ether O atoms, and also to a tridentate tetrahydroborate group and a μ‐oxo atom in axial positions. The other U atom (U2) is bound to the same oxo group and to five tetrahydroborate moieties, three of them tridentate and the other two bidentate. The two metal centres are bridged by the μ‐oxo atom in an asymmetric fashion, thus giving the species (18‐crown‐6)(κ3‐BH4)U=(μ‐O)—U(κ3‐BH4)32‐BH4)2, in which the U1=O and U2—O bond lengths to the μ‐O atom [1.979 (5) and 2.187 (5) Å, respectively] are indicative of the presence of positive and negative partial charges on U1 and U2, respectively.  相似文献
