广西产湿地松松针挥发性成分的提取及分析   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取湿地松针叶挥发油的油相部分,用乙醚萃取法提取蒸馏残液中的水溶性挥发性组分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用分析比较二者的化学成分。湿地松挥发油油相部分的得油率为0.277%,共分离出86个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的49种化合物,占总含量的92.12%,油相部分的主要成分有β-蒎烯(14.29%)、吉马烯(12.87%)、α-蒎烯(6.79%)、β-石竹烯(6.15%)、α-石竹烯(1.58%);水溶性部分的得油率为0.0682%,鉴定了其中的6种化合物,占水溶性部分总量的60.72%,α-松油醇(24.61%)为水溶性部分的主要成分。由于增加了水溶部分精油的提取,湿地松松针挥发油总的产油率提高到0.3452%,提高率达24.62%。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松和湿地松松针叶挥发油的油相部分,用乙醚萃取法提取蒸馏残液中的水溶性挥发性组分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用分析比较它们的化学成分。由于增加了水溶性部分的提取,马尾松和湿地松挥发油总的得油率提高到0.4709%和0.3452%,提高率分别达19.17%和24.62%。马尾松挥发油的油相成分和水溶性成分组成部分相同,但含量相差较大;而湿地松针叶精油的油相和水相部分成分组成差别较大;马尾松和湿地松相比较,针叶精油(油相部分)的主要化学成分大致相同,都是以单萜和倍半萜为主,但在含量上有较大差别。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法,对红松松塔挥发性成分进行提取和研究,最佳蒸馏时间5.5 h,挥发油提取率1.28%.利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对提取的挥发油成分进行分析,共鉴定出32种化学成分,主要为单萜和倍半萜类化合物,其中相对含量较高的有α-蒎烯(44.258%)、D-柠檬烯(23.426%)、β-蒎烯(8.674%)、石竹烯(3.462%)、β-月桂烯(3.018%)等.研究结果表明红松松塔挥发油中富含α-蒎烯、D-柠檬烯、石竹烯等多种具有药理活性的成分.因此,红松松塔是一种具有较好前景的天然药用资源.  相似文献

研究香青花与叶挥发油的化学成分。采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取香青花与叶中的挥发油,使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)获得总离子流图,各色谱峰相应的质谱图经过NIST11.L标准谱库检索,辅助保留指数比对定性,并采用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析,计算各成分的相对百分含量。从香青花与叶挥发油中共鉴定出41种物质,相同成分有15种,花与叶挥发油的化学成分含量差异较大,其中花挥发油中主要成分为α-葎草烯(13.46%)、环氧化葎草烯II(8.97%)、Ar-姜黄烯(8.50%)、δ-杜松烯(6.99%)等;叶挥发油中主要成分为α-葎草烯(17.47%)、α-蒎烯(15.17%)、Ar-姜黄烯(8.27%)、(E)-石竹烯(6.06%)等。采用GC-MS法结合保留指数鉴别香青花与叶挥发油中的同分异构体,提高了药用植物不同部位挥发油成分定性的准确性,为香青药用价值的开发和应用提供了参考。  相似文献

采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,结合气相色谱/质谱(GC-MS)分析了火炬松枝条和针叶中的挥发性化合物,共鉴定了30种化学成分。其中枝条中分离鉴定出21种挥发性成分。主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-月蒎烯、反式-石竹烯、β-杜松烯、大根叶烯-D;针叶中分离鉴定出24种挥发性成分,主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、β-水芹烯、异长叶烯、反式-石竹烯、α-律草烯、大根叶烯-D、双环吉马烯和双环榄香烯。  相似文献

采用动态顶空吸附/手性毛细管气相色潜-质谱(GC—MS)法,首次分析研究了马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb)、湿地松(Pinus elliottii Engelm)、油松(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)针叶挥发性化合物中主要手性单萜(α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、β-水芹烯、柠檬烯)的组成与相对含量,结果表明其在种间相差较大。马尾松中的(-)-α-蒎烯的含量(55.50%)最高,而其对映异构体(+)-α/-蒎烯在油松中含量(16.86%)最高,(-)β-蒎烯在湿地松中含量(43.38%)最高。马尾松手性单萜的组成和含量在树与树间差异也较大。  相似文献

研讨香格里拉县小叶杜鹃花的挥发油化学成分,为进一步合理开发利用其药用资源提供试验依据。利用水蒸汽同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取小叶杜鹃花的挥发性化学成分,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对各个色谱峰定性,并采用色谱峰面积归一法获得各个化合物的相对含量。从小叶杜鹃花挥发油中共分离鉴定了73个色谱峰,占挥发油总量的85.53%。小叶杜鹃花挥发油主要成分有α-蒎烯(14.00%)、正二十三烷(9.51%)、7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-3-色烯(6.26%)、正二十烷(6.11%)、苯乙醇(5.10%)、1-Heneicosyl formate(4.60%)等。  相似文献

Summary The essential oils of Estonian spruce and pine needles have been analysed by a combination of steam distillation/extraction, GC and GC-MS. According to their monoterpene composition Estonian pines belong to a high carene chemotype with monoterpenes representing up to 85% of total oil. Estonian spruce needle oil contains up to 70% of oxygenated terpenes and more limonene and 1,8-cineole than the same spruce species [Picea abies (L.) Karst.] from other localities.A total of 60 components were identified. Coefficients of variation describe the range of component contents in individual trees within the population.  相似文献

Essential oils isolated from needles of Pinus patula by hydrodistillation were analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Thirty-eight compounds were identified, representing 98.3% of the total oil. The oil was rich in monoterpene hydrocarbons (62.4%), particularly alpha-pinene (35.2%) and beta-phellandrene (19.5%). The in vitro antifungal assay showed that P. patula oil significantly inhibited the growth of 9 plant pathogenic fungi. The oil, when tested on Sinapis arvensis, Lolium rigidum, Phalaris canariensis and Trifolium campestre, completely inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of all species. Our preliminary results showed that P. patula essential oil could be valorized for the control of weeds and fungal plant diseases.  相似文献

Active components from natural sources are the current focus in most pharmacological research to provide new therapeutic agents for clinical use. Essential oils from the Pinus species have been traditionally used in medicine. This study aimed to investigate the chemical profile of two Pinus species, Pinus halepensis L. and Pinus pinea Mill, from different altitudes in Libya and study the effect of environmental conditions on the biological activities of essential oils. A clevenger apparatus was used to prepare the essential oils by hydrodistillation. Analyses were done using GC/MS. Anthelmintic and antimicrobial activities were tested against the earthworm Allolobophora caliginosa, gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, and fungi. Different chemical profiles were observed among all tested essential oils, and terpenes were the most dominant class. All studied essential oils from the Pinus species exhibited a remarkable anthelmintic activity compared to the standard piperazine citrate drug. Pinus halepensis from both altitudes showed broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against all tested microorganisms, while Pinus pinea was effective against only Escherichia coli. From these findings, one can conclude that there are variations between studied species. The essential oil compositions are affected by environmental factors, which consequently affect the anthelmintic and antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Pinus caribaea Morelet is one of pines with the fastest growth rate. Our country began to implant Pinus caribaea Morelet from 1963, which grew well in hainan and distributed widely. The essential oil of its needles is not only used for medicine, but also a kind of important natural perfume. However, the study of its chemical components has not been reported. 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了长白山红松松针中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe和Mn 7种金属元素含量。结果表明,在常量元素中K、Ca含量较高,微量元素中Fe、Zn含量较高,7种金属元素含量由高到低顺序分别为:K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cu。可见松针中含有丰富的与健康密切相关的微量元素,具有较高的食用和药用价值。  相似文献

Increasing heavy metal pollution in the environment and the fact that pine needles are good bio-monitors for air pollutants was the reason to investigate their accumulation in pine needles in Vienna (Austria). Pinus nigra is widespread over the city, thus allowing the study of different parameters influencing metal accumulation. The sampling sites were chosen based on traffic volume (low, medium, high). Fresh shoots were collected alongside one-year-old needles once per week from May to August 2015. The needle samples were washed and dried prior to acidic microwave-assisted digestion followed by quantitative determination using spectrometric methods. The investigation was focused on the following elements: Ag, Al, As, B, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, Pb, Se, Sr, U, V, and Zn. The one-year-old needles mainly contained higher contents of elements than fresh shoots; in many cases, the values differed statistically significantly. By correlating needle elemental contents with the sampling site, statistically significant differences were registered for the majority of the investigated elements. These differences originate from the local traffic situation, soil elemental levels, translocation processes, and not traffic-related sources. No general trend of metal accumulation from spring to summer was registered.  相似文献

The essential oils obtained by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) from the fresh and dried needles and dried berries of Juniperus communis L. of Estonian origin were subjected to GC-FID and GC-MS analyses. The yields of the oils ranged between 0.2% and 0.6% from juniper berries and between 0.5% and 1.0% from needles (dried weight). A total of 87 compounds were identified, representing over 95% of the oil. The major compounds in the needle oil were monoterpenes α-pinene (33.3-45.6%), sabinene (0.2-15.4%), limonene (2.8-4.6%) and sesquiterpenes (E)-β-caryophyllene (0.8-10.3%), α-humulene (0.8-6.2%) and germacrene D (3.0-7.8%). The juniper berry oil was rich in α-pinene (53.6-62.3%), β-myrcene (6.5-6.9%) and germacrene D (4.5-6.1%). The main oxygenated terpenoids found in the needle oil were germacrene D-4-ol (0.4-4.0%) and α-cadinol (to 2.7%). The oil from fresh needles contained high amounts of (E)-2-hexenal (3.7-11.7%).  相似文献

The needle oil of the Algerian maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Ait.) growing in natural habitats in Sidi Feradj (Algiers region) was obtained by hydrodistillation in 0.3% yield and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. More than 46 compounds amounting to 65.2% of the total oil were identified. The needle oils of Pinus sylvestris L. were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. The results showed some qualitative and quantitative variations. Forty-three components were identified in the oils of P. sylvestris. All the samples of essential oils contained α-pinene, camphene, and β-pinene as major constituents.
