For some large-scale engineering structures in operating conditions, modal parameters estimation must base itself on response-only data. This problem has received a considerable amount of attention in the past few years. It is well known that the cross-correlation function between the measured responses is a sum of complex exponential functions of the same form as the impulse response function of the original system. So this paper presents a time-domain operating modal identification global scheme and a frequency-domain scheme from output-only by coupling the cross-correlation function with conventional modal parameter estimation. The outlined techniques are applied to an airplane model to estimate modal parameters from response-only data.  相似文献

Operational modal analysis techniques allow us to extract the modal properties of structures based on their response to non-measured stationary white noise, i.e., by considering only the system response to operational excitations. In this paper we outline a procedure to deduce modal parameters from operational response measurements. In particular, we discuss a novel approach to analyze operational responses due to unknown harmonic excitation in addition to noise. Structural eigenfrequencies and modal damping are computed using a modified least-squares complex exponential method. Once the poles of the system are identified, mode shapes are obtained by post-processing. The robustness and accuracy of the approach are illustrated by performing tests on a plate structure.  相似文献

根据工程结构的实际情况,建立了非比例阻尼结构体系复模态特性的近似求解方 法------实模态摄动法. 这一方法以复Ritz向量展开原理为基础, 把非比例阻尼结构体系复模态特性的分析过程分解为两个基本步骤,首先以结构体系的实模 态向量构建复Ritz向量的求解子空间,然后通过非线性复代数方程组的求解代替扩阶后的复 特征值方程的求解,从而简化了计算过程.通过两个算例表明: 这一方法不仅计算简便,而且具有较高的计算精度和执行效率, 对于复杂的非比例阻尼系统是很适用的,具有一定的工程应用价值.  相似文献

An accurate prediction for the response of civil and mechanical engineering structures subject to ambient excitation requires the information of dynamic properties of these structures including natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes. Since the excitation force is not available as a measured signal, we need to develop techniques which are capable of accurately extracting the modal parameters from output-only data. This article presents the results of modal parameter identification using two time-domain methods as follows: the autoregressive moving average vector (ARMAV) method and the state–space method. These methods directly work with the recorded time signals and allow the analysis of structures where only the output is measured, while the input is unmeasured and unknown. The equivalence between ARMAV and state–space approaches for the problem of modal parameter identification of vibrating systems is shown in the article. Using only the singular value decomposition of a block Hankel matrix of sample covariances, it is shown that these two approaches give identical modal parameters in the case where the block Hankel matrix has full row rank. The time-domain modal identification algorithms have a serious problem of model order determination: when extracting structural modes these algorithms always generate spurious modes. A modal indicator to differentiate spurious and structural modes is presented. Numerical and experimental examples are given to show the effectiveness of the ARMAV or state–space approaches in modal parameter identification using response data only.  相似文献

A method for determining relative permeabilities from data on unsteady filtration is proposed based on analytical solution of the inverse problem of filtration in the Buckley-Leverett approximation (Johnson-Bossler-Naumann method), verification of the results by numerical solution of the direct problem, and developing recommendations for changing the filtration conditions in subsequent experiments. It is shown that to improve the agreement between natural phase permeabilities and those obtained under laboratory conditions, it is advisable to combine physical and numerical experiments.  相似文献

在实际工程中,由结构动力模型得到的计算值与通过试验获得的测量值间往往存在偏差,为了能够精确预测结构的动力响应,依据测量信息修正存在的动力模型是非常必要的.对现有几种有效的用于结构动力模型修正的理论方法(包括基于敏感性分析的矩阵型法、基于神经网络算法的参数型法和基于遗传优化算法的方法)做了详细的综述;介绍了这些方法的步骤和研究进展;并分析了这些动力模型修正方法在工程运用中存在的一些实际问题,如不完整的模态测量值、模型修正的鲁棒性、模型修正的计算效率和收敛性等.最后,通过对一实际的五层钢框架的动力模型修正,比较了这几种方法的优缺点,提出了今后需要解决的问题.   相似文献

利用柔性板的实验模型研究了一种考虑作动器驱动力故障的鲁棒控制器。首先识别出粘贴压电促动器的柔性板振动控制系统实验模型,基于此利用改变压电片对联接数量来模拟促动器驱动故障,并设计了将驱动力变化提取成正则不确定块对角阵的方法,同时将剩余模态表示成高通滤波器,再通过引入虚拟不确定,构建了考虑外扰抑制和控制增益约束的综合控制器。数值仿真验证了闭环系统理论上的鲁棒稳定性。实测试验结果显示,与一般的μ控制器相比,当闭环过程中出现压电促动器驱动故障时,初始外扰下,控制结束时振幅峰峰值降低了3V,持续随机外扰下,降噪量提高了近3dB。数值仿真验证了闭环系统理论上的鲁棒稳定性。实测试验结果显示,与一般的μ控制器相比,当闭环过程中出现压电促动器驱动故障时,初始外扰下,控制结束时振幅峰峰值降低了3V,持续随机外扰下,降噪量提高近了3dB。  相似文献

针对结构损伤识别中的有限测点问题和测试噪声问题,提出一种基于模型修正法的损伤识别方法,仅利用结构的低阶频率和相应的不完备振型进行损伤识别。基于动力缩聚法构造参数化的振型扩展矩阵,解决振型不完备的问题,然后根据交叉模型交叉模态法CMCM(cross-model cross-mode)构造约束方程,并使用Hestenes-Powell增广拉格朗日乘子法求解约束优化问题,从而根据优化问题的最优解判断出损伤位置和损伤程度。在模态数据包含测试噪声的情况下,提出一种改进的CMCM方法,以减小测试噪声对损伤识别结果的影响。对一个25杆平面桁架进行数值仿真实验,结果表明,在3%的噪声水平下,仅需测得损伤结构的前5阶不完备模态,本文方法就能较准确地识别结构损伤。  相似文献

采用流固耦合方法对跨音速颤振进行了数值模拟。流体方面在非结构网格上用有限体积方法求解了Euler方程;结构方面则求解了后掠机翼典型剖面的结构模态方程。时间推进采用双时间步长:对每一真实时间步,都通过基于聚合多重网格方法的伪时间步推进,对流体和结构方程交替迭代.得到一个稳态的流固耦合的解。文章最后给出了NACA64A010翼型剖面的跨音速颤振边界.与相关文献的计算结果符合良好。  相似文献

用ICM方法建立了静位移及频率约束下、重量最小为目标的连续体结构拓扑优化模型。采用独立于截面及形状参数的连续拓扑变量,借助于过滤函数,位移约束用莫尔定理显式化,频率约束用瑞利商求导数借助模态动能及模态应变能近似显式化。用图形过滤处理的方法解决了棋盘格及网格依赖问题。通过构造适当的过滤函数有效地防止了局部模态问题。动态引入防止模态交换的频率约束条件,使迭代过程不发生振荡。算例表明:用ICM方法建立的模型在处理多工况静位移约束、多频率约束及解决局部模态及模态交换等问题上有优势。  相似文献

The paper discusses the application of dynamic methods for damage detection in the main cables of suspension bridges, using data continuously recorded under wind excitation through permanent monitoring systems and automated operational modal analysis. A continuum model for predicting the vertical aeroelastic response of wind-excited damaged suspension bridges is formulated and presented at first. The model shows that, for a real sample bridge, typical variations of mean wind speed produce variations of natural frequencies, due to aeroelastic effects, that are more significant than those produced by a small damage. A possible solution to this issue, proposed in the paper, consists of removing the dependence on the excitation source by calculating frequency shifts considering frequencies, in reference and damaged states, associated to approximately the same mean wind speed. This task and the necessary estimation of frequency shifts through a statistical analysis of identified natural frequencies outline the need for a continuous dynamic monitoring. The analytical model is finally employed for generating dynamic wind response data that are successively processed by means of an advanced automated modal identification tool. Although based on the simplifications inherently contained in the analytical model, the results show that frequency shifts caused by a relatively small damage can be accurately estimated from response data recorded under wind excitation with a reasonable number of data sets.  相似文献

人工蜂群算法是一种元启发式算法,具有构架简单,易于操作和鲁棒性较好的特点。本文对原始蜂群算法进行了改进,为蜜蜂们提供了更丰富的搜索策略。基于轮盘赌原则选择更优的迭代方式,进而使算法的收敛速度和精度有了显著的提高。基于频率残差和模态置信准则(MAC)建立结构损伤识别问题的目标函数,然后利用ABC算法,QABC算法和本文方法求解该目标函数,得到损伤识别的结果。利用一桁架结构做数值模拟,用简支梁结构进行实验验证。算例表明,改进的算法更能有效地检测出结构的局部损伤,具有对测量噪声不敏感、高效率以及高精度等优点。  相似文献

本文提出了一套求解船用燃气轮机进气滤清器流道流场的数值方法,成功地计算了流道内流场的状态,给出了各种不同型号流道的气动特性,对指导滤清器的设计有较大的现实意义, 在这套方法中,我们应用上风差分来逼近二维、非定常、粘性、不可压缩流体非守恒型的N-S方程,提出了一种可计算雷诺数高达上万的粘性流的差分方程,考察了这种差分方程的稳定性,收敛性、精度和人工粘性,本文还提出了处理一些边界拐点处壁涡的计算方法,实际算例表明,使用本文提出的差分方程和壁涡处理方法给出的计算结果和实验吻合良好。  相似文献

Accurate knowledge of the rigid body properties of a structure including the mass, the location of mass center and the moments of inertia is important in machine design, vibration analysis, optimization and modeling of mechanical systems. However, estimation of these properties through theoretical methods is difficult when the structure has a complicated shape. In practice, the inertia properties can be estimated using the conventional modal testing methods by extracting the rigid body modes when the structure is tested in free-free boundary condition. However, all the rigid body modes are not always detectable, due to this fact that the structure is not excited at all degrees of freedom. In order to obtain all of the rigid body modes, many activities have been conducted for selecting the type and location of excitation without much success. In operational modal analysis (OMA), the structure can be excited at any arbitrary point and in different directions. In this paper, a new approach is introduced for estimation of the inertia properties from OMA. The data from OMA are adequate to extract all the rigid body modes of structure. A modal method is used for estimating the inertia properties from the rigid body modes extracted from OMA. The suggested approach is applied to a numerical model of a two-dimensional steel beam as well as a numerical model of a 3D frame and the accuracy of results is evaluated. It is shown that OMA can provide enough data to extract the inertia properties. A real beam is also tested in order to evaluate the performance of the method in practice, needless of a complicated procedure as for conventional methods.  相似文献

The cleaning of gases with low concentrations of small ferromagnetic or paramagnetic particles is a difficult task for conventional filtration. A new alternative procedure, magnetic filtration, is used in this work. Iron oxide aerosol was generated by elutriation of iron oxide particles from a fluidized bed consisting of a mixture of Geldart-C iron oxide powder and large spherical Geldart-B sand particles. The aerosol was filtered by means of a magnetic filter which consisted of one, two or three iron grates staggered to each other. The experimental installation contained also an isokinetic sampling system and a Microtrac SRA 150 Particle Analyser. A theoretical expression for filtration efficiency was deduced from a previous model taking into account the different forces acting on the iron oxide particles. Experimental filtration efficiency matches quite well calculated theoretical efficiency. It was found that an increase in particle size, in thee number of grates or in the applied magnetic field produced higher filtration efficiencies up to 100% in some cases. In all filtration experiments pressure drop through the magnetic filter was very small.  相似文献

The paper deals with the numerical method of the compressible gas flow through a porous filter emphasizing the treatment of the interface between a pure gaseous phase and a solid phase. An incident shock wave is initiated in the gaseous phase interacting with a porous filter inducing a transmitted and a reflected wave. To take into account the discontinuity jump in the porosity between the gaseous phase and the porous filter, an approximate Riemann solver is used to compute homogeneous non-conservative Euler equations in porous media using ideal gas state law. The discretization of this problem is based on a finite volume method where the fluxes are evaluated by a “volumes finis Roe” (VFRoe) scheme. A stationary solution is determined with a continuous variable porosity in order to test the numerical scheme. Numerical results are compared with the two-phase shock tube experiments and simulations of a shock wave attenuation and gas filtration in porous filters are presented.   相似文献

研究了实测侵彻过载数据分析处理方法,提出了对试验弹及测试装置进行模态分析和实测数据频谱分析相结合的方法,选择低通滤波截止频率对测试数据进行滤波,获得相应的刚体过载。用该方法对实测数据进行分析处理得到的刚体过载与柱形空腔膨胀理论(CCET)计算结果吻合较好;对滤波后的刚体过载进行积分得到的弹体侵彻速度和位移与实测结果吻合较好。  相似文献
