An efficient and single frequency Er:YAG laser pumped by an MGo:PPLN laser locked at 1532 nm with double F-P etalons was reported. The Er:YAG laser operated at 1645 nm, 550 mW of 1645 nm output was achieved under total incident pump power of 7 W. Using the etalons, 45 mW single frequency 1645.1 nm laser was achieved.  相似文献

A CW, DCM dye laser has been used to pump a RbCl:Li crystal in a color center laser. The DCM dye laser was pumped by the 488 nm and 514.5 nm lines of an argon ion laser. When used in a broad band configuration the dye laser had a power output in the TEM00 mode in excess of 600 mW at a wavelength of 655 nm. An output power in excess of 10 mW at 2.73 μm was possible from the RbCl:Li crystal in a Burleigh FCL for an input power of 600 mW at 655 nm. This method of pumping for the RbCl:Li alleviates the need for both argon ion and krypton ion laser pumps for the Burleigh FCL. All three crystals can be pumped to the specification power levels with a single argon ion laser.  相似文献

报道国内第一台用670nm激光二极管泵浦的准连续锁模运转的Cr:LiSAF激光器。对于连续运转,泵浦阈值功率240mW,当吸收功率为368mW的输出,输出波长850nm,斜效率为3.5%。在准连续运转(100HZ,占空比1/5时),泵清阈值功率45mW,斜效率为9.8%,用染料作为锁模妄动介质,实现了准连续锁模运转,光脉冲输出的中心波长为850nm。  相似文献

Single-frequency operation in the range of 2102.45-2102.54 nm and 2130.72-2130.82 nm is demonstrated from a Tm,Ho:YAP laser at room temperature. To our knowledge, this is the first time a room temperature single-frequency Tm,Ho:YAP laser of up to 72.6 mW at 2102.5 nm with Fabry-Perot etalons has been obtained. Regulating the elevation angle of the two etalons, 42.0 mW at 2130.8 nm was obtained. The single-longitudinal-mode laser can be used as a seed laser for coherent wind measurements and differential absorption lidar systems.  相似文献

测量了Yb:YAG晶体的光谱特性,用Ar+离子泵浦钛宝石激光器作为泵浦源泵浦Yb:YAG晶体,采用平平腔设计,当输出耦合镜T1.053μm=4.26%,泵浦功率为1410mW时,得到320mW1.053μm的高效CW激光输出,斜率效率为54%,外推阈值功率为203mW。  相似文献

用半导体激光器抽运的调Q YLF倍频激光器抽运掺钛蓝宝石激光器,用LBO晶体在腔内产生二次谐波,再聚焦到BBO晶体上产生四次谐波深紫外激光。为了提高谐波转换效率,在腔内分别插入了单片、组合双折射滤光片和聚焦透镜,在平均功率为3.6W,波长为527nm的抽运光下得到410mW,417nm的蓝光。用长焦距的透镜聚焦二次谐波,得到34mW,208nm的紫外脉冲激光。从实验上详细研究了基频光的线宽对二次谐波效率的影响,二次谐波的线宽对四次谐波效率的影响、基频光的波长对四次谐波产生效率的影响。全面地分析了单片和组合大拆射滤光片及抽运功率对钛蓝宝石激光器基频光的脉宽、线宽等参量的影响。  相似文献

In this paper, a microchip laser consisted of 2.2% doped Cr:LiSAF crystal and NCPM KN(KNbO3) crystal and pumped by a 679 nm laser diode is reported. The maximal output of TEM00 4.76 mW of blue laser at 431.7 nm is obtained with the absorption power of 304.6 mW. The laser shows a threshold of 76.2 mW and slope efficiency of 2.08%. Continuous-wave tunable output is demonstrated in the blue region of 423.4~445.5 nm through only changing temperature of KN crystal controlled by PID controller.  相似文献

A dual-wavelength continuous-wave (CW) diode end-pumped gadolinium scandium aluminum garnet (Nd:GSAG) laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 1061 and 942 nm is demonstrated. A total output power of 589 mW (476 mW at 1061 nm and 113 mW at 942 nm) for the dual-wave-length was achieved at the incident pump power of 18.2 W. The M 2 values for 942 and 1061 nm lights were found to be around 1.18 and 1.37, respectively.  相似文献

We report the first observation to our knowledge of room-temperature continuous-wave laser operation of a Pr(3+):KY(3)F(10) single crystal at 644.5 nm, pumped by a blue GaN laser diode emitting at 446 nm. With a 2.5% transmission output coupler and a nonoptimized optical cavity, an output power of 39 mW was obtained at 644.5 nm with a laser threshold of 125 mW and a differential slope efficiency of 23%.  相似文献

We present what is, to the best of our knowledge, the first diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser emitting at 899 nm and below, based on the (4)F(3/2) - (4)I(9/2) transition, generally used for a 946 nm emission. A power of 630 mW at 899 nm has been achieved in cw operation and 16 mW at 884 nm with a fiber-coupled laser diode emitting 9 W at 808 nm. Intracavity second-harmonic generation in cw mode has also been demonstrated with a power of 100 mW at 450 nm by using a LiB(3)O(5) nonlinear crystal.  相似文献

Red laser radiation at 693 nm has been obtained from a LiNbO:ZnO:Nd crystal by self-frequency-doubling its fundamental laser line at 1386 nm. Pumping was achieved by means of a Ti:sapphire laser. In preliminary experiments a red laser power of 2.3 mW has been obtained for a total absorbed pump power of 800 mW. External second-harmonic experiments (1386–693 nm) are used to investigate some basic non-linear properties such as phase-matching angle, angular and thermal acceptances of this process. 采用国产LD泵浦Nd:YAG晶体,通过谐振腔镜的膜系选择获得了Nd3+离子中波长为1319 nm的受激辐射振荡,首次用I类临界位相匹配LBO进行腔内倍频,实现了660 nm红色激光的高效倍频输出.当泵浦注入功率为800 mW时,660 nm激光基横模(TEM00)输出功率为46 mW,光光转换效率高达5.75%.  相似文献

One-dimensional deposition of a neutral chromium atomic beam focused by a near-resonant Gaussian standing- laser field is discussed by using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta type algorithm. The deposition pattern of neutral chromium atoms in a laser standing wave with different laser power is discussed and the simulation result shows that the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of a nanometer stripe is 115nm and the contrast is 2.5:1 with laser power 3.93mW; the FWHM is 0.8nm and the contrast is 27:1 with laser power 16mW, the optimal laser power; but with laser power increasing to 50mW, the nanometer structure forms multi-crests and the quality worsens quickly with increasing laser power.  相似文献

A continuous-wave laser oscillation was demonstrated with a Yb-doped fluorapatite (FAP) crystal pumped with a 905 nm Ti:sapphire laser. The output characteristics for different output couplers were investigated. A maximum power of 67mW at a 1043nm wavelength was obtained with 10% output coupler, pumped by a Ti:sapphire laser with 910mW power. This corresponds to a slope efficiency of 26.5%.  相似文献

A laser diode directly end-pumped, passively Q-switched Nd:YVO4/Cr:YAG laser is presented in this paper. With 600 mW incident pump laser, Q-switched 1064 nm laser with an average power of 138 mW, pulse width of 19.8 ns, repetition rate of 170.1 kHz and peak power of 40.96 W is obtained. When a KTP crystal was inserted into the cavity, Q-switched 532 nm laser with an average power of 56 mW, pulse width of 28.4 ns, repetition rate of 118.2 kHz and peak power of 16.7 W is obtained at last.  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1048 nm transition in Yb:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 968 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Yb:YAG crystal yielded 787 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 9.1 W of absorbed pump power. Furthermore, 104 mW 524 nm green light was acquired by frequency doubling. Comparative results obtained for the pump with diode laser at 940 nm are given in order to prove the advantages of the in-band pumping.  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped by a 946 nm diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser. A 809 nm laser diode is used to pump the first Nd:YAG crystal emitting at 946 nm, and the second Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped at 946 nm. Intracavity sumfrequency mixing at 946 and 1319 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow range. We obtained a continuous-wave output power of 158 mW at 551 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 18.7 W at 809 nm.  相似文献
