A new one‐dimensional platinum mixed‐valence complex with nonhalogen bridging ligands, namely catena‐poly[[[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S‐[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(IV)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S] tetrakis(perchlorate)], {[Pt2(SCN)2(C2H8N2)4](ClO4)4}n, has been isolated. The PtII and PtIV atoms are located on centres of inversion and are stacked alternately, linked by the S atoms of the thiocyanate ligands, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The PtIV—S and PtII...S distances are 2.3933 (10) and 3.4705 (10) Å, respectively, and the PtIV—S...PtII angle is 171.97 (4)°. The introduction of nonhalogen atoms as bridging ligands in this complex extends the chemical modifications possible for controlling the amplitude of the charge‐density wave (CDW) state in one‐dimensional mixed‐valence complexes. The structure of a discrete PtIV thiocyanate compound, bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)bis(thiocyanato‐κS)platinum(IV) bis(perchlorate) 1.5‐hydrate, [Pt(SCN)2(C4H8N2)2](ClO4)2·1.5H2O, has monoclinic (C2) symmetry. Two S‐bound thiocyanate ligands are located in trans positions, with an S—Pt—S angle of 177.56 (3)°.  相似文献

The preparation of oxovanadium(IV, V) coordination compounds with 2‐acetylpyridine‐2‐furanoylhydrazone (Hapf) is described. [VO(apf)(acac)] was prepared from oxovanadium(IV) diacetylacetonate [VO(acac)2] by reaction with Hapf in methanol or dichloromethane. The complex is paramagnetic and its EPR spectrum is consistent with an octahedral coordination for the vanadium(IV) atom. Voltammetry studies of [VO(apf)(acac)] indicate an irreversible oxidation, in agreement with the chemical behavior of the compound in solution. The vanadium(IV) complex undergoes slow oxidation in alcoholic solution, losing the acetylacetonate ligand to form [VO2(apf)] and [V2O2(μ‐O)2(apf)2]. The crystal structures of these last compounds were determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. [V2O2(μ‐O)2(apf)2] crystallizes monoclinic [P21/c, Z = 2, a = 817.400(10), b = 1650.90(3), c = 984.70(2) pm, β = 112.7190(10)°]. The crystal structure consists of dimeric units, in which two μ‐oxo ligands subtend asymmetric bridges between the vanadium atoms in a very distorted octahedral coordination. In the crystal of [VO2(apf)], orthorhombic [Pnma, Z = 4, a = 1630.000(10), b = 675.10(4), c = 1136.40(2) pm], the vanadium(V) atom is pentacoordinated.  相似文献

The title compound, bis(μ‐1,2‐benzenethiolato)‐1:2κ3S,S′:S′;2:1κ3S,S′:S′‐bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)zinc(II)], [Zn2(μ‐C6H4S2)2(C10H8N2)2], crystallizes with the dinuclear molecule located on a center of symmetry. The coordination geometry about the Zn atom is a modestly distorted trigonal bipyramid, with the axial ligating atoms at an angle of 170.81 (4)° and the angles in the equatorial plane in the range 112.94 (4)–129.95 (4)°. Weak π‐stacking interactions between bipyridine ligands on adjacent molecules [interplanar spacing = 3.315 (3) Å] and a possible weak intermolecular C—H⋯S hydrogen bond (H⋯S = 2.84 Å) are seen in the crystal.  相似文献

Synthesis and Molecular Structure of the Heterobimetallic Sulfidoacetato‐bridged Zr, Mo Complex [Cp°2Zr(OOCCH2S‐κ2O, S)(μ‐O‐OOCCH2S‐κ1O, κ2O′, S)(MoCp′2)] (Cp° = C5EtMe4, Cp′ = C5MeH4) The reaction of [Cp°2Zr(OOCCH2SH‐κ1O)(OOCCH2SH‐κ2O, O′)] with [Cp′2MoH2] yields the dinuclear ZrIV/MoIV complex [Cp°2Zr(OOCCH2S‐κ2O, S)(μ‐O‐OOCCH2S‐κ1O, κ2O′, S)(MoCp′2)] ( 1 ) (Cp° = C5EtMe4, Cp′ = C5MeH4). For comparison of NMR data, [Cp′2Mo(OOCCH2S‐κ2O, S)] ( 2 ) was prepared from [Cp′2MoH2] and mercaptoacetic acid. 1 and 2 were characterized spectroscopically (1H, 13C NMR and IR) and a crystal structure determination was carried out on 1 .  相似文献

A new cadmium–thiocyanate complex, namely catena‐poly[1‐carboxymethyl‐4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium [cadmium(II)‐tri‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ4N:S2S:N] [[[4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate‐κ2O,O′]cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S2S:N]], {(C9H13N2O2)[Cd(NCS)3][Cd(NCS)2(C9H12N2O2)]}n, was synthesized by the reaction of 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate, cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and potassium thiocyanide in aqueous solution. In the crystal structure, two types of CdII atoms are observed in distorted octahedral coordination environments. One type of CdII atom is coordinated by two O atoms from the carboxylate group of the 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium‐1‐acetate ligand and by two N atoms and two S atoms from four different thiocyanate ligands, while the second type of CdII atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three S atoms from six different thiocyanate ligands. Neighbouring CdII atoms are linked by thiocyanate bridges to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain and a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. Hydrogen‐bond interactions are involved in the formation of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

Reactions of (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] with N‐heterocyclic thiols such as 2‐mercaptobenzimidazole (H2Sbenzim), 2‐mercaptothiazoline (HSthiaz), or 5‐mercapto‐1‐methyltetrazole (HSmetetraz) give rhenium(I) complexes of various compositions: (NEt4)[Re(CO)3Br2(H2Sbenzim)], [Re(CO)3(HSthiaz)3]Br, and (NEt4)[Re2(CO)6(μ‐S‐Smetetraz‐κS)(μ‐N,S‐Smetetraz‐κS,N)2]. Corresponding reactions with 2‐mercaptopyridine (HSpy) and bis(2‐pyridine)diselenide [(Sepy)2] did not give defined products in reasonable yields, whereas [Re(CO)5Br] reacts with HSpy and (Sepy)2 with formation of [Re(CO)3(HSpy)3]Br and [Re2(CO)6(Sepy)2], respectively. All reactions were performed without the addition of a supporting base and the sulfur‐containing organic ligands are coordinated in their thione forms with the exception of Smetetraz in its μS‐bridging coordination mode in (NEt4)[Re2(CO)6(μ‐S‐Smetetraz‐κS)(μ‐N,S‐Smetetraz‐κS,N)2], which can be regarded as thiolate. The bonding mode of the selenium containing ligands in the dimeric compound [Re2(CO)6(Sepy)2] (C–Se distance: 1.93 Å) can also best be described as selenolate. The products are stable on air at an ambient temperature. They were studied spectroscopically and by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The coordination polymers catena‐poly[[[(4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κN1)bis(thiocyanato‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N1:N1′] dihydrate], {[Cu(NCS)2(C4H4N6)2]·2H2O}n, (I), and poly[tetrakis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N1:N1′)bis(μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S)tetrakis(thiocyanato‐κN)tricadmium(II)], [Cd3(NCS)6(C4H4N6)4]n, (II), exhibit chain and two‐dimensional layer structures, respectively. The differentiation of the Lewis acidic nature of CuII and CdII has an influence on the coordination modes of the triazole and thiocyanate ligands, leading to topologically different polymeric motifs. In (I), copper ions are linked by bitriazole N:N′‐bridges into zigzag chains and the tetragonal–pyramidal CuN5 environment is composed of two thiocyanate N atoms and three triazole N atoms [basal Cu—N = 1.9530 (18)–2.0390 (14) Å and apical Cu—N = 2.2637 (15) Å]. The structure of (II) contains two types of crystallographically unique CdII atoms. One type lies on an inversion center in a distorted CdN6 octahedral environment, with bitriazole ligands in the equatorial plane and terminal isothiocyanate N atoms in the axial positions. The other type lies on a general position and forms centrosymmetric binuclear [Cd2(μ‐NCS‐κ2N:S)2(NCS)2] units (tetragonal–pyramidal CdN4S coordination). N:N′‐Bridging bitriazole ligands link the Cd centers into a flat (4,4)‐network.  相似文献

Reaction of cadmium nitrate with diphenylphosphinic acid in dimethylformamide solvent yielded the one‐dimensional coordination polymer catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylformamide‐κO)cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐diphenylphosphinato‐κ2O:O′)], [Cd(C12H10O2P)2(C3H7NO)2]n, (I). Addition of 4,4′‐bipyridine to the synthesis afforded a two‐dimensional extended structure, poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′)bis(μ‐diphenylphosphinato‐κ2O:O′)cadmium(II)] dimethylformamide monosolvate], {[Cd(C12H10O2P)2(C10H8N2)]·C3H7NO}n, (II). In (II), the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules link the CdII centers in the crystallographic a direction, while the phosphinate ligands link the CdII centers in the crystallographic b direction to complete a two‐dimensional sheet structure. Consideration of additional π–π interactions of the phenyl rings in (II) produces a three‐dimensional structure with channels that encapsulate dimethylformamide molecules as solvent of crystallization. Both compounds were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and FT–IR analysis.  相似文献

A new nano‐sized rigid double‐armed oxadiazole‐bridged organic ligand, 2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole, C30H20N4O, L or (I), which adopts a cis conformation in the solid state, has been synthesized and used to create the two novel metallocycle complexes (2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)diiodidocadmium(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CdI2(C30H20N4O)]·CH2Cl2, (II), and di‐μ‐iodido‐bis[(2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)copper(I)], [Cu2I2(C30H20N4O)2], (III). Molecules of complex (II) adopts a 20‐membered `0'‐shaped metallocycle structure with crystallographic mirror symmetry. The discrete units are linked into one‐dimensional chains through intermolecular π–π and C—H...π interactions. In (III), the two I atoms and two CuI atoms form a {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster. One {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster and two L ligands form two 20‐membered monometallic rings in a head‐to‐head fashion, leading to a discrete centrosymmetric `8'‐shaped metallocyclic complex. These metallocycles stack together via two kinds of intermolecular π–π interactions to generate a two‐dimensional network in the ac plane. The luminescence properties of (I)–(III) were investigated in the solid state at room temperature and displayed an obvious red shift.  相似文献

AgI‐containing coordination complexes have attracted attention because of their photoluminescence properties and antimicrobial activities and, in principle, these properties depend on the nature of the structural topologies. A novel two‐dimensional silver(I) complex with the anti‐inflammatory diclofenac molecule, namely bis{μ‐2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ3O,O′:O}bis(μ‐2,5‐dimethylpyrazine‐κ2N:N′)silver(I), [Ag2(C14H10Cl2NO2)2(C6H8N2)]n, (I), has been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, revealing that the AgI ions are chelated by the carboxylate groups of the anionic 2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetate (dicl) ligand in a μ3‐η12 coordination mode. Each dicl ligand links three AgI atoms to generate a one‐dimensional infinite chain. Adjacent chains are connected through 2,5‐dimethylpyrazine (dmpyz) ligands to form a two‐dimensional layer structure parallel to the crystallographic bc plane. The layers are further connected by C—H…π interactions to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. Additionally, the most striking feature is that the structure contains an intramolecular C—H …Ag anagostic interaction. Furthermore, the title complex has been tested for its in vitro antibacterial activity and is determined to be highly effective on the studied microorganisms.  相似文献

The complexes [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)cobalt(II), [Co(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], and [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], are isomorphous. The central ZnII/CoII ions are surrounded by two S atoms from the tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolate ligand and by two N atoms from the chelating histamine ligand in a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with two intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the histamine NH2 groups and tert‐butoxy O atoms. Molecules of the complexes are joined into dimers via two intermolecular bifurcated N—H...(S,O) hydrogen bonds. The ZnII atom in [(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)methanol]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κ2O,S)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C4H6N2O)], is five‐coordinated by two O and two S atoms from the O,S‐chelating silanethiolate ligand and by one N atom from (1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)methanol; the hydroxy group forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with sulfur. Molecules of this complex pack as zigzag chains linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. These structures provide reference details for cysteine‐ and histidine‐ligated metal centers in proteins.  相似文献

Many factors, such as temperature, solvent, the central metal atom and the type of coligands, may affect the nature of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and the framework formation in the self‐assembly process, which results in the complexity of these compounds and the uncertainty of their structures. Two new isomeric ZnII metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) based on mixed ligands, namely, poly[[μ‐1,5‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)pentane‐κ2N 3:N 3′](μ‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ2O 1:O 3)zinc(II)], [Zn(C9H6O4)(C13H20N4)]n , (I), and poly[[μ‐1,5‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)pentane‐κ2N 3:N 3′](μ3‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ3O 1:O 1′:O 3)(μ3‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ4O 1:O 1′:O 3,O 3′)dizinc(II)], [Zn2(C9H6O4)2(C13H20N4)]n , (II), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex (I) displays a two‐dimensional layer net, while complex (II) exhibits a twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional framework. Both complexes show high stability and good fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[[bis(ethylenediamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II)]‐ μ‐chlorido‐[bis(ethylenediamine)platinum(IV)]‐μ‐chlorido] tetrakis{4‐[(4‐hydroxyphenyl)diazenyl]benzenesulfonate} dihydrate], {[PtIIPtIVCl2(C2H8N2)4](HOC6H4N=NC6H4SO3)4·2H2O}n, has a linear chain structure composed of square‐planar [Pt(en)2]2+ (en is ethylenediamine) and elongated octahedral trans‐[PtCl2(en)2]2+ cations stacked alternately, bridged by Cl atoms, along the b axis. The Pt atoms are located on an inversion centre, while the Cl atoms are disordered over two sites and form a zigzag ...Cl—PtIV—Cl...PtII... chain, with a PtIV—Cl bond length of 2.3140 (14) Å, an interatomic PtII...Cl distance of 3.5969 (15) Å and a PtIV—Cl...PtII angle of 170.66 (6)°. The structural parameter indicating the mixed‐valence state of the Pt atom, expressed by δ = (PtIV—Cl)/(PtII...Cl), is 0.643.  相似文献

The asymmetric binuclear copper(I) complex [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)](NO3) (dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2, C7H7N=4‐vinyl‐pyridine) has been prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The complex is photoluminescent at room temperature. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P‐1 with a= 1.2719(3) nm, b=1.8637(4) nm, c=1.1656(2) nm, a=97.16(3)°, β= 104.94(3)″, γ=89.39(3)°, V=2.648.1(9) nm3, Dc= 1.390 g.m?3, Z=2, μ=0.974 mm?1, R=0.0483 for 5716 independently observed reflections with I>2δ(I). The structure consists of [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H7N)(μ‐HCOO)]+cations and nitrate anions. The copper atoms show different coordination modes: Cu(1) displays a distorted trigonal and Cu(2) a tetrahedred geometry.  相似文献

Three new diclofenac‐based copper(II) complexes, namely tetrakis{μ‐2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O:O′}bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu2(μ‐dicl)4(CH3OH)2] ( 1 ), bis{2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O,O′}bis(1‐vinyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN3)copper(II), [Cu(dicl)2(vim)2] ( 2 ), and bis{2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O,O′}bis(1H‐imidazole‐κN3)copper(II), [Cu(dicl)2(im)2] ( 3 ) [dicl is diclofenac (C14H10Cl2NO2), vim is 1‐vinylimidazole (C5H6N2) and im is imidazole (C3H4N2)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT–IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. X‐ray diffraction analysis shows that complex 1 consists of dimeric units in which the dicl ligand exhibits a bidentate syn,syn‐μ2 coordination mode linking two copper(II) centres. Complexes 2 and 3 have mononuclear units with the general formula [Cu(dicl)2L2] (L is vim or im) in which the CuII ions are octahedrally coordinated by two L and two dicl chelating ligands. The L and dicl ligands both occupy the trans positions of the coordination octahedron. The different coordination modes of dicl in the title complexes were revealed by Fourier transform IR (FT–IR) spectroscopy. The spin matching between the copper(II) centres in the dimeric [Cu2(μ‐dicl)4(CH3OH)2] units was also confirmed by magnetic data to be lower than the spin‐only value and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra. The thermal properties of the complexes were investigated by thermogravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques.  相似文献

Two noble metal complexes involving ancillary chloride ligands and chelating 2,2′‐bipyridylamine (Hdpa) or its deprotonated derivative (dpa), namely [bis(pyridin‐2‐yl‐κN)amine]tetrachloridoplatinum(IV), [PtCl4(C10H9N3)], and [bis(pyridin‐2‐yl‐κN)aminido]dichloridogold(III), [AuCl2(C10H8N3)], are presented and structurally characterized. The metal atom in the former has a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment, formed by four chloride ligands and two pyridyl N atoms of Hdpa, while the metal atom in the latter has a slightly distorted square‐planar coordination environment, formed by two chloride ligands and two pyridyl N atoms of dpa. The difference in conjugation between the pyridine rings in normal and deprotonated 2,2′‐dipyridylamine is discussed on the basis of the structural features of these complexes. The influence of weak interactions on the supramolecular structures of the complexes, providing one‐dimensional chains of [PtCl4(C10H9N3)] and dimers of [AuCl2(C10H8N3)], are discussed.  相似文献

π‐Conjugated organic materials exhibit high and tunable nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, and fast response times. 4′‐Phenyl‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine (PTP) is an important N‐heterocyclic ligand involving π‐conjugated systems, however, studies concerning the third‐order NLO properties of terpyridine transition metal complexes are limited. The title binuclear terpyridine CoII complex, bis(μ‐4,4′‐oxydibenzoato)‐κ3O,O′:O′′;κ3O′′:O,O′‐bis[(4′‐phenyl‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N,N′,N′′)cobalt(II)], [Co2(C14H8O5)2(C21H15N3)2], (1), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. In the crystal structure, each CoII cation is surrounded by three N atoms of a PTP ligand and three O atoms, two from a bidentate and one from a symmetry‐related monodentate 4,4′‐oxydibenzoate (ODA2−) ligand, completing a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Neighbouring [Co(PTP)]2+ units are bridged by ODA2− ligands to form a ring‐like structure. The third‐order nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of (1) and PTP were determined in thin films using the Z‐scan technique. The title compound shows a strong third‐order NLO saturable absorption (SA), while PTP exhibits a third‐order NLO reverse saturable absorption (RSA). The absorptive coefficient β of (1) is −37.3 × 10−7 m W−1, which is larger than that (8.96 × 10−7 m W−1) of PTP. The third‐order NLO susceptibility χ(3) values are calculated as 6.01 × 10−8 e.s.u. for (1) and 1.44 × 10−8 e.s.u. for PTP.  相似文献

The title compounds, bis{μ‐N‐[(diphenylphosphanyl)methyl]pyridin‐4‐amine‐κ2N1:P}disilver bis(perchlorate) acetonitrile monosolvate, [Ag2(C18H17N2P)2](ClO4)2·CH3CN, (1), and bis{μ‐N‐[(diphenylphosphanyl)methyl]pyridin‐4‐amine‐κ2N1:P}bis[(nitrato‐κ2O,O)silver], [Ag2(C18H17N2P)2(NO3)2], (2), each contain disilver macrocyclic [Ag2(C18H17N2P)2]2+ cations lying about inversion centres. The cations are constructed by two N‐[(diphenylphosphanyl)methyl]pyridin‐4‐amine (DPP) ligands linking two Ag+ cations in a head‐to‐tail fashion. In (1), the unique Ag+ cation has a near‐linear coordination geometry consisting of one pyridine N atom and one P atom from two different DPP ligands. Two ClO4 anions doubly bridge two metallomacrocycles through Ag...O and N—H...O weak interactions to form a chain extending in the c direction. The half‐occupancy acetonitrile molecule lies with its methyl C atom on a twofold axis and makes a weak N...Ag contact. In (2), there are two independent [Ag(C18H17N2P)]+ cations. The nitrate anions weakly chelate to each Ag+ cation, leading to each Ag+ cation having a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry consisting of one pyridine N atom and one P atom from two different DPP ligands, and two chelating nitrate O atoms. Each dinuclear [Ag2(C18H17N2P)2(NO3)2] molecule acts as a four‐node to bridge four adjacent equivalent molecules through N—H...O interactions, forming a two‐dimensional sheet parallel to the bc plane. Each sheet contains dinuclear molecules involving just Ag1 or Ag2 and these two types of sheet are stacked in an alternating fashion. The sheets containing Ag1 all lie near x = , , etc, while those containing Ag2 all lie near x = 0, 1, 2 etc. Thus, the two independent sheets are arranged in an alternating sequence at x = 0, , 1, etc. These two different supramolecular structures result from the different geometric conformations of the templating anions which direct the self‐assembly of the cations and anions.  相似文献

There are intra‐chain and inter‐chain hydrogen bonds in the structures, the former providing cohesion of the linear arrays and the latter promoting the formation of broad planes parallel to (010).  相似文献

As an important class of heterocyclic compounds, 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles have a broad range of potential applications in medicine, agriculture and materials chemistry, and were found to be excellent precursors for the crystal engineering of organometallic materials. The coordinating behaviour of allyl derivatives of 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles with respect to transition metal ions has been little studied. Five new crystalline copper(I) π‐complexes have been obtained by means of an alternating current electrochemical technique and have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The compounds are bis[μ‐5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine]bis[nitratocopper(I)], [Cu2(NO3)2(C6H9N3S)2], (1), bis[μ‐5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine]bis[(tetrafluoroborato)copper(I)], [Cu2(BF4)2(C6H9N3S)2], (2), μ‐aqua‐bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}bis[nitratocopper(I)], [Cu2(NO3)2(C5H7N3S2)2(H2O)], (3), μ‐aqua‐(hexafluorosilicato)bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}dicopper(I)–acetonitrile–water (2/1/4), [Cu2(SiF6)(C5H7N3S2)2(H2O)]·0.5CH3CN·2H2O, (4), and μ‐benzenesulfonato‐bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}dicopper(I) benzenesulfonate–methanol–water (1/1/1), [Cu2(C6H5O3S)(C5H7N3S2)2](C6H5O3S)·CH3OH·H2O, (5). The structure of the ligand 5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine (Mepeta ), C6H9N3S, was also structurally characterized. Both Mepeta and 5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine (Pesta ) (denoted L ) reveal a strong tendency to form dimeric {Cu2L 2}2+ fragments, being attached to the metal atom in a chelating–bridging mode via two thiadiazole N atoms and an allylic C=C bond. Flexibility of the {Cu2(Pesta )2}2+ unit allows the CuI atom site to be split into two positions with different metal‐coordination environments, thus enabling the competitive participation of different molecules in bonding to the metal centre. The Pesta ligand in (4) allows the CuI atom to vary between water O‐atom and hexafluorosilicate F‐atom coordination, resulting in the rare case of a direct CuI…FSiF52− interaction. Extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding patterns are formed in the reported crystal structures. Complex (5) should be considered as the first known example of a CuI(C6H5SO3) coordination compound. To determine the hydrogen‐bond interactions in the structures of (1) and (2), a Hirshfeld surface analysis has been performed.  相似文献
