The title compound, {[PtIIPtIVI2(C2H8N2)4](HPO4)(H2PO4)I·3H2O}n, has a chain structure composed of square‐planar [Pt(en)2]2+ and elongated octahedral trans‐[PtI2(en)2]2+ cations (en is ethylenediamine) stacked alternately along the c axis and bridged by the I atoms; a three‐dimensionally valence‐ordered system exists with respect to the Pt sites. The title compound also has a unique cyclic tetramer structure composed of two hydrogenphosphate and two dihydrogenphosphate ions connected by strong hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.522 (10), 2.567 (10) and 2.569 (11) Å]. The Pt and I atoms form a zigzag ⋯I—PtIV—I⋯PtII⋯ chain, with PtIV—I bond distances of 2.6997 (7) and 2.6921 (7) Å, interatomic PtII⋯I distances of 3.3239 (8) and 3.2902 (7) Å, and PtIV—I⋯PtII angles of 154.52 (3) and 163.64 (3)°. The structural parameters indicating the mixed‐valence state of platinum, expressed by δ = (PtIV—I)/(PtII—I), are 0.812 and 0.818 for the two independent I atoms.  相似文献

A new one‐dimensional platinum mixed‐valence complex with nonhalogen bridging ligands, namely catena‐poly[[[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(II)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S‐[bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)platinum(IV)]‐μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2S:S] tetrakis(perchlorate)], {[Pt2(SCN)2(C2H8N2)4](ClO4)4}n, has been isolated. The PtII and PtIV atoms are located on centres of inversion and are stacked alternately, linked by the S atoms of the thiocyanate ligands, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The PtIV—S and PtII...S distances are 2.3933 (10) and 3.4705 (10) Å, respectively, and the PtIV—S...PtII angle is 171.97 (4)°. The introduction of nonhalogen atoms as bridging ligands in this complex extends the chemical modifications possible for controlling the amplitude of the charge‐density wave (CDW) state in one‐dimensional mixed‐valence complexes. The structure of a discrete PtIV thiocyanate compound, bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)bis(thiocyanato‐κS)platinum(IV) bis(perchlorate) 1.5‐hydrate, [Pt(SCN)2(C4H8N2)2](ClO4)2·1.5H2O, has monoclinic (C2) symmetry. Two S‐bound thiocyanate ligands are located in trans positions, with an S—Pt—S angle of 177.56 (3)°.  相似文献

Crystallization experiments with the dinuclear chelate ring complex di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis[(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)platinum(II)], [Pt2(C15H19O4)2Cl2], containing a derivative of the natural compound eugenol as ligand, have been performed. Using five different sets of crystallization conditions resulted in four different complexes which can be further used as starting compounds for the synthesis of Pt complexes with promising anticancer activities. In the case of vapour diffusion with the binary chloroform–diethyl ether or methylene chloride–diethyl ether systems, no change of the molecular structure was observed. Using evaporation from acetonitrile (at room temperature), dimethylformamide (DMF, at 313 K) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, at 313 K), however, resulted in the displacement of a chloride ligand by the solvent, giving, respectively, the mononuclear complexes (acetonitrile‐κN)(η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chloridoplatinum(II) monohydrate, [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(CH3CN)]·H2O, (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethylformamide‐κO)platinum(II), [Pt(C15H19O4)Cl(C2H7NO)], and (η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐{[(propan‐2‐yloxy)carbonyl]methoxy}phenyl‐κC1)chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), determined as the analogue {η2‐2‐allyl‐4‐methoxy‐5‐[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]phenyl‐κC1}chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide‐κS)platinum(II), [Pt(C14H17O4)Cl(C2H6OS)]. The crystal structures confirm that acetonitrile interacts with the PtII atom via its N atom, while for DMSO, the S atom is the coordinating atom. For the replacement, the longest of the two Pt—Cl bonds is cleaved, leading to a cis position of the solvent ligand with respect to the allyl group. The crystal packing of the complexes is characterized by dimer formation via C—H…O and C—H…π interactions, but no π–π interactions are observed despite the presence of the aromatic ring.  相似文献

A new tetrazole–metal supramolecular compound, di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis(trichlorido{1‐[(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl‐κN2)methyl]‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane}cadmium(II)), [Cd2(C8H16N6)2Cl8], has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In the structure, each CdII cation is coordinated by five Cl atoms (two bridging and three terminal) and by one N atom from the 1‐[(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)methyl]‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane ligand, adopting a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The bridging bicyclo[2.2.2]octane and chloride ligands link the CdII cations into one‐dimensional ribbon‐like N—H...Cl hydrogen‐bonded chains along the b axis. An extensive hydrogen‐bonding network formed by N—H...Cl and C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, and interchain π–π stacking interactions between adjacent tetrazole rings, consolidate the crystal packing, linking the poymeric chains into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The cation of the title complex salt, chlorido{2,2‐dimethyl‐N‐[(E)‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethylidene]propane‐1,3‐diamine}platinum(II) tetrafluoridoborate, [PtCl(C12H19N3)]BF4, exhibits a nominally square‐planar PtII ion coordinated to a chloride ion [Pt—Cl = 2.3046 (9) Å] and three unique N‐atom types, viz. pyridine, imine and amine, of the tridentate Schiff base ligand formed by the 1:1 condensation of 1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanone and 2,2‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine. The cations are π‐stacked in inversion‐related pairs (dimers), with a mean plane separation of 3.426 Å, an intradimer Pt...Pt separation of 5.0785 (6) Å and a lateral shift of 3.676 Å. The centroid (Cg) of the pyridine ring is positioned approximately over the PtII ion of the neighbouring cation (Pt...Cg = 3.503 Å).  相似文献

Transition metal complexes of Schiff base ligands have been shown to have particular application in catalysis and magnetism. The chemistry of copper complexes is of interest owing to their importance in biological and industrial processes. The reaction of copper(I) chloride with the bidentate Schiff base N,N′‐bis(trans‐2‐nitrocinnamaldehyde)ethylenediamine {Nca2en, systematic name: (1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]} in a 1:1 molar ratio in dichloromethane without exclusion of air or moisture resulted in the formation of the title complex μ‐chlorido‐μ‐hydroxido‐bis(chlorido{(1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]‐κ2N,N′}copper(II)) dichloromethane sesquisolvate, [Cu2Cl3(OH)(C20H18N4O4)2]·1.5CH2Cl2. The dinuclear complex has a folded four‐membered ring in an unsymmetrical Cu2OCl3 core in which the approximate trigonal bipyramidal coordination displays different angular distortions in the equatorial planes of the two CuII atoms; the chloride bridge is asymmetric, but the hydroxide bridge is symmetric. The chelate rings of the two Nca2en ligands have different conformations, leading to a more marked bowing of one of the ligands compared with the other. This is the first reported dinuclear complex, and the first five‐coordinate complex, of the Nca2en Schiff base ligand. Molecules of the dimer are associated in pairs by ring‐stacking interactions supported by C—H…Cl interactions with solvent molecules; a further ring‐stacking interaction exists between the two Schiff base ligands of each molecule.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, [PtCl2(C14H38B10P2)]·0.5CH2Cl2 or cis‐[PtCl2{1,2‐(PiPr2)2‐1,2‐C2B10H10}]·0.5CH2Cl2, contains one disordered solvent molecule and two molecules of the complex, in which each PtII atom displays slightly distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. The P atoms connected to the cage C atoms are coordinated to the PtII atom. The Pt—P distances vary slightly [2.215 (3) and 2.235 (4) Å] and the Pt—Cl distances are equal [2.348 (3) and 2.353 (5) Å].  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the title Pt2II and Pt2III dimers doubly bridged with N,N‐dimethylguanidinate ligands, namely bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)platinum(II)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) acetonitrile disolvate, [Pt2II(C3H8N3)2(C10H8N2)2](PF6)2·2CH3CN, (I), and guanidinium bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)sulfatoplatinum(III)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) nitrate hexahydrate, (C3H10N3)[PtIII2(C3H8N3)2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2]NO3·6H2O, (II), are reported. The oxidation of the Pt2II dimer into the Pt2III dimer results in a marked shortening of the Pt—Pt distance from 2.8512 (6) to 2.5656 (4) Å. The change is mainly compensated for by the change in the dihedral angle between the two Pt coordination planes upon oxidation, from 21.9 (2) to 16.9 (3)°. We attribute the relatively strong one‐dimensional stack of dimers achieved in the Pt2II compound in part to the strong PtII⋯C(bpy) associations (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) in the crystal structure [Pt⋯C = 3.416 (10) and 3.361 (12) Å].  相似文献

The structures of five compounds consisting of (prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine complexed with copper in both the CuI and CuII oxidation states are presented, namely chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(I) 0.18‐hydrate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]·0.18H2O, (1), catena‐poly[[copper(I)‐μ2‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ5N,N′,N′′:C2,C3] perchlorate acetonitrile monosolvate], {[Cu(C15H17N3)]ClO4·CH3CN}n, (2), dichlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CuCl2(C15H17N3)]·CH2Cl2, (3), chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) perchlorate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]ClO4, (4), and di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis({(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II)) bis(tetraphenylborate), [Cu2Cl2(C15H17N3)2][(C6H5)4B]2, (5). Systematic variation of the anion from a coordinating chloride to a noncoordinating perchlorate for two CuI complexes results in either a discrete molecular species, as in (1), or a one‐dimensional chain structure, as in (2). In complex (1), there are two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Complex (2) consists of the CuI atom coordinated by the amine and pyridyl N atoms of one ligand and by the vinyl moiety of another unit related by the crystallographic screw axis, yielding a one‐dimensional chain parallel to the crystallographic b axis. Three complexes with CuII show that varying the anion composition from two chlorides, to a chloride and a perchlorate to a chloride and a tetraphenylborate results in discrete molecular species, as in (3) and (4), or a bridged bis‐μ‐chlorido complex, as in (5). Complex (3) shows two strongly bound Cl atoms, while complex (4) has one strongly bound Cl atom and a weaker coordination by one perchlorate O atom. The large noncoordinating tetraphenylborate anion in complex (5) results in the core‐bridged Cu2Cl2 moiety.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [PtCl2(C5H5N)(C2H6S)], consists of discrete molecules in which the Pt‐atom coordination is slightly distorted square planar. The Cl atoms are trans to each other, with a Cl—Pt—Cl angle of 176.60 (7)°. The pyridine ligand is rotated 64.5 (2)° from the Pt square plane and one of the Pt—Cl bonds essentially bisects the C—S—C angle of the dimethyl sulfide ligand. In the crystal structure, there are extensive weak C—H⋯Cl interactions, the shortest of which connects molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. A comparison of the structural trans influence on Pt—S and Pt—N distances for PtS(CH3)2 and Pt(pyridine) fragments, respectively, in square‐planar PtII complexes is presented.  相似文献

Two PtIV and two PtII complexes containing a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand were treated with a short DNA oligonucleotide under light irradiation at 37 °C or in the dark at 37 and 50 °C. Photolysis and thermolysis of the PtIV complexes led to spontaneous reduction of the PtIV to the corresponding PtII complexes and to binding of PtII 2,2′‐bipyridine complexes to N7 of guanine. When the reduction product was [Pt(bpy)Cl2], formation of bis‐oligonucleotide adducts was observed, whereas [Pt(bpy)(MeNH2)Cl]+ gave monoadducts, with chloride ligands substituted in both cases. Neither in the dark nor under light irradiation was the reductive elimination process of these PtIV complexes accompanied by oxidative DNA damage. This work raises the question of the stability of photoactivatable PtIV complexes toward moderate heating conditions.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[dichloridomanganese(II)]‐μ‐1,1‐diphenyl‐3,3′‐[(1R,2R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(azaniumylylidene)]dibut‐1‐en‐1‐olate‐κ2O:O′], [MnCl2(C26H30N2)]n, synthesized by the reaction of the chiral Schiff base ligand 1,1‐diphenyl‐3,3′‐[(1R,2R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(azanediyl)]dibut‐2‐en‐1‐one (L) with MnCl2·4H2O, the asymmetric unit contains one crystallographically unique MnII ion, one unique spacer ligand, L, and two chloride ions. Each MnII ion is four‐coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment by two O atoms from two L ligands and by two chloride ligands. The MnII ions are bridged by L ligands to form a one‐dimensional chain structure along the a axis. The chloride ligands are monodentate (terminal). The ligand is in the zwitterionic enol form and displays intramolecular ionic N+—H...O hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions between pairs of phenyl rings which strengthen the chains.  相似文献

A macrocyclic tetranuclear platinum(II) complex [Pt(en)(4,4′‐bpy)]4(NO3)8 ( 1 ?(NO3)8; en=ethylenediamine, 4,4′‐bpy=4,4′‐bipyridine) and a mononuclear platinum(IV) complex [Pt(en)2Br2]Br2 ( 2 ?Br2) formed two kinds of PtII/PtIV mixed valence assemblies when reacted: a discrete host–guest complex 1 ? 2 ?Br10 ( 3 ) and an extended 1‐D zigzag sheet 1 ?( 2 )3?Br8(NO3)6 ( 4 ). Single crystal X‐ray analysis showed that the dimensions of the assemblies could be stoichiometrically controlled. Resonance Raman spectra suggested the presence of an intervalence interaction, which is typically observed for quasi‐1‐D halogen‐bridged MII/MIV complexes. The intervalence interaction indicates the presence of an isolated {PtII???X? PtIV? X???PtII} moiety in the structure of 4 . On the basis of electronic spectra and polarized reflectance measurements, we conclude that 4 exhibits intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) bands. A Kramers–Kronig transformation was carried out to obtain an optical conductivity spectrum, and two sub‐bands corresponding to slightly different PtII–PtIV distances were observed.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C15H11N4O2S)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of nickel chloride, 4‐{[(1‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)sulfanyl]methyl}benzoic acid (HL) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bpy) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two half NiII ions, each located on an inversion centre, two L ligands, one bpy ligand, two coordinated water molecules and one unligated water molecule. Each NiII centre is six‐coordinated by two monodentate carboxylate O atoms from two different L ligands, two pyridine N atoms from two different bpy ligands and two terminal water molecules, displaying a nearly ideal octahedral geometry. The NiII ions are bridged by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands to afford a linear array, with an Ni...Ni separation of 11.361 (1) Å, which is further decorated by two monodentate L ligands trans to each other, resulting in a one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chain structure. These one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chains are further linked by O—H...O, O—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The thermal stability of the title complex was investigated via thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

In the three title complexes, namely (2,2′‐biquinoline‐κ2N,N′)dichloropalladium(II), [PdCl2(C18H12N2)], (I), and the corresponding copper(II), [CuCl2(C18H12N2)], (II), and zinc(II) complexes, [ZnCl2(C18H12N2)], (III), each metal atom is four‐coordinate and bonded by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐biquinoline molecule and two Cl atoms. The PdII atom has a distorted cis‐square‐planar coordination geometry, whereas the CuII and ZnII atoms both have a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The dihedral angles between the N—M—N and Cl—M—Cl planes are 14.53 (13), 65.42 (15) and 85.19 (9)° for (I), (II) and (III), respectively. The structure of (II) has twofold imposed symmetry.  相似文献

The reaction of dichlorido(cod)palladium(II) (cod = 1,5‐cyclooctadiene) with 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline followed by heating in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) produces the linear trinuclear Pd3 complex bis(μ2‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolato)bis[μ2‐2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinido]dichloridotripalladium(II) N,N‐dimethylformamide disolvate, [Pd3(C7H4NS2)2(C13H12NS)2Cl2]·2C3H7NO. The molecule has symmetry and a Pd...Pd separation of 3.2012 (4) Å. The outer PdII atoms have a square‐planar geometry formed by an N,S‐chelating 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinide ligand, a chloride ligand and the thiolate S atom of a bridging 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligand, while the central PdII core shows an all N‐coordinated square‐planar geometry. The geometry is perfectly planar within the PdN4 core and the N—Pd—N bond angles differ significantly [84.72 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to the same outer Pd atom and 95.28 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to different outer Pd atoms]. This trinuclear Pd3 complex is the first example of one in which 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands are only N‐coordinated to one Pd centre. The 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands were formed in situ from 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N4O)Cl(C12H8N2)]n or [Cu(tcnoet)Cl(phen)]n, where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline and tcnoet is 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide, the axially elongated (4 + 2) coordination polyhedron around the CuII centre contains N atoms from three different tcnoet ligands. The resulting coordination polymer takes the form of sheets which are linked in pairs by a single C—H...N hydrogen bond to form bilayers. The bond lengths provide evidence for significant bond fixation in the phen ligand and extensive electronic delocalization in the tcnoet ligand, where the two –C(CN)2 units are rotated, in conrotatory fashion, out of the plane of the central C3O fragment.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, {[CuCl(C15H16N4O2)]Cl·0.61H2O}n, is a one‐dimensional zigzag coordination polymer structure extending along the (010) direction. The CuII atom has a square‐pyramidal geometry, where the basal plane is formed by two cis N atoms and one O atom from the ligand, and by a Cl atom. The apical position is occupied by a carbonyl O atom from a symmetry‐related molecule. In the crystal structure, there are O—H...Cl and N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, which link parallel polymer chains along the c direction, so building a two‐dimensional structure via the interstitial Cl atoms.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand in the title complex, [Pt(C9H8BrN2S2)2], is deprotonated from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinated to PtIIvia the mercapto S and β–N atoms. The configuration about PtII is a perfect square‐planar, with two equivalent Pt—N [2.023 (3) Å] and Pt—S [2.293 (1) Å] bonds. The phenyl ring is twisted against the coordination moiety Pt1/N1/N1′/S2′/S2 by 31.8 (2)°, due to the steric hindrance induced by ortho‐substituted bulky Br atom.  相似文献

The title compound, trans‐[RuIICl2(N1‐mepym)4] (mepym is 4‐methylpyrimidine, C5H6N2), obtained from the reaction of trans,cis,cis‐[RuIICl2(N1‐mepym)2(SbPh3)2] (Ph is phenyl) with excess mepym in ethanol, has fourfold crystallographic symmetry and has the four pyrimidine bases coordinated through N1 and arranged in a propeller‐like orientation. The Ru—N and Ru—Cl bond distances are 2.082 (2) and 2.400 (4) Å, respectively. The methyl group, and the N3 and Cl atoms are involved in intermolecular C—H?N and C—H?Cl hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献
