MgB2作为迄今为止超导转变温度最高的合金超导体,由于其具有结构简单、相干长度长、晶界间不存在弱连接、上临界场很高、电-声散射时间短等特点,MgB2超导薄膜在电子学领域有着广阔的的应用前景。拉曼光谱是研究电-声子相互作用和超导能带的一种有效方法,且已广泛用于分析MgB2材料的电子、声子特征以及超导体能带结构,研究表明,样品质量、晶粒尺寸以及测试条件对MgB2拉曼峰的峰位和峰形影响很大,其中拉曼光谱随温度的变化也是一个研究重点,但目前关于MgB2变温拉曼光谱的研究,测试的温度范围相对较小,局限在83 K到室温区域或是转变温度附近。研究了大范围温度区间内MgB2薄膜的拉曼光谱变化,采用混合物理化学沉积法在(0001)SiC衬底上制备了MgB2多晶薄膜,薄膜的晶粒尺寸约为300 nm,超导转变温度为39.3 K,对其在10~293 K之间的拉曼光谱进行了测试,测量的波数范围为20~1 200 cm-1。变温拉曼光谱的测试结果显示,在高频620 cm-1附近以及低频80和110 cm-1附近存在MgB2的拉曼峰。经分析,低频区域出现的两个拉曼峰的频率与超导能隙宽度相对应,表明MgB2的双能隙特性。考虑到MgB2中四种声子模式的拉曼活性,高频620 cm-1附近的拉曼峰应是由E2g振动模所贡献的,且随着测试温度的降低,该拉曼峰的峰位未发生明显的偏移,但半高宽显著变小,从293 K时的380.7 cm-1减小到10 K时的155 .7 cm-1,分析表明E2g声子与电子系统的非线性耦合所引起的非简谐效应可能是拉曼峰半高宽线性变小的主要原因。  相似文献

The effects of Cu doping in MgB2 superconductor has been studied at different processing temperatures. The polycrystalline samples of Mg1−xCuxB2 with x = 0.05 were synthesized through the in-situ solid sate reaction method in argon atmosphere at different temperature range between 800–900 °C. The samples were characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and low temperature RT measurement techniques for the phase verification, microstructure and superconducting transition temperature, respectively. The XRD patterns of Mg1−xCuxB2 (x = 0.05) do not exhibit any impurity traces of MgB4 or MgB6 and they show the sharp transition in the samples prepared at 850 °C. The onset transition temperature of the prepared samples is around 39 K, which is almost the same as that for the pure MgB2. This indicates that Cu doping in MgB2 does not affect the transition temperature. The SEM micrograph of Mg0.95Cu0.05B2 has shown that the sample is dense with grain size smaller than 1 μm.  相似文献

High-quality YBa2Cu3Ox superconducting thin films have been prepared on (100)MgO substrates by the laser ablation technique, and characterized by non-resonant microwave absorption (NRMA) with a field modulation, magnetization and four-probe measurements. The pinning properties derived from the NRMA spectra for various YBa2Cu3Ox films are correlated with the critical current densities Tc. A relatively high-Jc film prepared from YBa2Cu3Ox composition target using a Nd:YAG laser shows a derivative spectrum and a large hysteresis in the NRMA spectra. The highest-Jc film prepared from an YBa2Cu4Ox composition (YBa2Cu3Ox+CuO) target using an ArF excimer laser does not show a derivative NRMA spectrum, suggesting a strong pinning property.  相似文献

Non-resonant microwave absorption (NRMA) studies of superconducting MgB2 and a sample containing ∼10% by weight of MgO in MgB2 are reported. The NRMA results indicate near absence of intergranular weak links in the pure MgB2 sample. A linear temperature dependence of the lower critical field H c1 is observed indicating a non-s wave superconductivity. However, the phase reversal of the NRMA signal which could suggest d wave symmetry is also not observed. In the MgB2 + MgO sample, much larger low field dependent absorption is observed indicating the presence of intergranular weak links. The hysteretic behavior of NRMA is compared and contrasted in the two samples. In the pure MgB2 sample, a large hysteresis is observed between the forward and the reverse scans of the magnetic field indicating strong pinning of flux lines. This hysteresis saturates a few degrees below T c while in the MgB2 + MgO sample, a much slower increase of hysteresis with decreasing temperature is observed, a signature of weaker pinning.  相似文献

We have measured the resistivities of Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy and MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy composites with the nominal Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy volume fraction, 2212, ranging from 0.15 to 1.00. For the Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu 2Oy composites, we find for the samples with 2212≥0.6 that the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, is not disturbed by the addition of Al2O3. For 2212<0.3, no zero-resistivity state is observed. For the MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy composites, Tc is barely disturbed for the samples with ρ2212≥0.7. No superconducting state is observed for the samples with ρ2212<0.35. The variation of (300 K) with ρ2212 indicates a three-dimensional percolating Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O matrix occurring at ρ2212≈0.19 and ≈0.15 in Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2 Cu2Oy and MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy, respectively. Both resistivity and magnetization measurements suggest that the reactions of Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy with MgO are weaker than with Al2O3.  相似文献

通过混合物理化学气相沉积法 (hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition, HPCVD), 在(000l) SiC 衬底上制得一系列从10 nm到8 μm的MgB2超导膜样品, 并对它们的形貌、超导转变温度Tc 和临界电流密度Jc与膜厚度的关系进行了研究. 观察到Tc随膜厚度增加上升到最大值后, 尽管膜继续增厚, 但Tc值保持近乎平稳, 而Jc则先随膜厚度增加上升到最高值后, 继而则随膜的厚度的增加而下降. MgB2膜的Tc(0)和Tc(onset)值与膜厚的关系基本一致, Tc(0)在膜厚为230 nm处达到最大值Tc(0)=41.4 K, 而Jc(5K,0T)在膜厚为100 nm时达到最大值, Jc (5 K, 0 T)=2.3×108A·cm-2, 这也说明了我们能用HPCVD方法制备出高质量干净MgB2超导膜. 本文研究的超导膜厚度变化跨度非常大, 从10 nm级的超薄膜到100 nm级的薄膜, 再到几微米的厚膜, 如此TcJc对膜厚度变化的依赖就有了较完整、成体系的研究. 并且本文的工作对MgB2超导薄膜制备的厚度选取具有实际应用意义. 关键词: 2超导膜')" href="#">MgB2超导膜 混合物理化学气相沉积法 厚度 临界电流密度  相似文献

MgB_2材料具备临界转变温度较高、相干长度大、临界电流和临界磁场高等优点,被认为有替代Nb基超导材料的潜力.研究了不同温度下以化学气相沉积法制备的硼(B)薄膜的微观结构.实验结果表明:较低温度沉积的B先驱薄膜为无定形B膜,可以与Mg蒸气反应生成MgB_2超导薄膜;当沉积温度高于550?C时,所得硼薄膜为晶型薄膜;以晶型硼薄膜为先驱膜在镁蒸气中退火,不能生成硼化镁超导薄膜.利用晶型B膜的这一特点,成功制备了以晶型硼薄膜为介质层的硼化镁超导约瑟夫森结.  相似文献

A large positive magnetoresistance (MR) has been found in micro-sized Fex–C1−x composites. At a magnetic field of 5 T, the Fe0.2–C0.8 composite has the largest MR, 53.8% and 190% at room temperature and at 5 K, respectively. The magnetic field dependence of the MR can be described approximately as MR∝Bn, and the value of exponent n is determined by the Fe weight concentration and temperature, ranging from 1/4 to 6/4. It appears that Fex–C1−x has a linear field dependence of the positive MR at different temperatures. The possible mechanism for the positive MR is discussed.  相似文献

Successful replacement of B by C in the series MgB2−xCx for values of x upto 0.3 is reported. Resistivity and ac susceptibility measurements have been carried out in the samples. Solubility of carbon, inferred from the observed change in the lattice parameter with carbon content indicates that carbon substitutes upto x=0.30 into the MgB2 lattice. The superconducting transition temperature, Tc measured both by zero resistivity and the onset of the diamagnetic signal shows a systematic decrease with increase in carbon content upto x=0.30, beyond which the volume fraction decreases drastically. The temperature dependence of resistivity in the normal state fits to the Bloch–Gruneisen formula for all the carbon compositions studied. The Debye temperature, θD, extracted from the fit, is seen to decrease with carbon content from 900 to 525 K, whereas the electron–phonon interaction parameter, λ, obtained from the McMillan equation using the measured Tc and θD, is seen to increase monotonically from 0.8 in MgB2 to 0.9 in the x=0.50 sample. The ratio of the resistivities between 300 and 40 K versus Tc is seen to follow the Testardi correlation for the C substituted samples. The decrease in Tc is argued to mainly arise due to large decrease in θD with C concentration and a decrease in the hole density of states at N(EF).  相似文献

The elastic constants of superconducting MgB2 are calculated using a molecular dynamics method (MD) with shell model. The lattice parameters, five independent elastic constants, equations of state (EOS), Debye temperature, and bulk modulus of MgB2 are obtained. Meanwhile, the dependence of the bulk modulus B, the lattice parameters a and c, and the unit cell volume V on the applied pressure are presented. It is demonstrated that the method introduced here can well reproduce the experimental results with a reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

The comparative study of MgB2 film growth on Al2O3 and glass substrate by electrocrystallization technique is discussed. The precursor magnesium films were deposited by vacuum evaporation method. These magnesium films were then used as electrode for the growth of MgB2 films by electrocrystallization. The structural, morphological and superconducting properties of the electrocrystallized MgB2 films on Al2O3 substrate were examined by using XRD, SEM and electrical resistivity measurement techniques and compared with that of MgB2 films grown on glass substrate. The films deposited on Al2O3 substrates showed enhanced crystallinity and relatively higher Tc value compared to films deposited on glass substrates.  相似文献

以B4C和Mg为原料合成的MgB2-B4C复相超导体具有高的临界电流密度(Jc)和高的超导转变温度(Tc),是一种有潜力的实用MgB2超导材料,其成相机理对复相MgB2超导体的相含量调控和磁通钉扎研究具有重要意义。结合经典烧结理论,研究了B4C-Mg真空固相烧结制备MgB2-B4C复相超导体的超导相形成和晶粒生长过程,给出了B4C-Mg的金斯特林格扩散模型和MgB2晶粒生长过程。通过选择B4C原料粒径,MgB2-B4C复相超导体超导相体积相含量在18%-88%范围可控。相含量88%的MgB2-B4C复相超导体临界转变温度达33.5K,转变宽度1.5K。10 K环境6T外场下电流密度可以达到1×104A/cm2,表明MgB2-B4C复相超导体具有良好的磁通钉扎行为。  相似文献

Some recent results of magnetic and transport measurements on single crystals of the Er(Ni,Co)2B2C series will be presented and discussed, in particular, possible evidence of a superzone gap formation at the antiferromagnetic phase transition in pure ErNi2B2C, detailed anisotropic HT phase diagrams and their modification with Co doping, and enhancement of the superconducting critical current in the weak ferromagnetic phase.  相似文献

The densification behaviour of MgB2 was studied when commercial powder was hot-pressed in the temperature range 1070–1190 °C. The mechanisms active during sintering were investigated by continuously recording the shrinkage vs. time and elaborating the data on the basis of Kingery’s model for liquid phase sintering. XRD and SEM analysis on final dense bodies were used to evaluate secondary phases formation during sintering and the effect of magnesium sublimation. AC magnetic susceptibility measurements were also performed to correlate the microstructural and morphological modifications induced by hot-pressing and the superconducting properties.  相似文献

Measurements of the superconducting transition temperatures for Al-doped, C-doped and neutron-damaged–annealed MgB2 samples under pressure up to 8 kbar are presented. The dTc/dP values change systematically with the decrease of the ambient pressure Tc in a regular fashion. The evolution of the pressure derivatives can be understood assuming that the change in phonon spectrum is a dominant contribution to dTc/dP.  相似文献

In this paper, green and red up-conversion emissions of Er3+–Yb3+ co-doped TiO2 nanocrystals were reported. The phase structure, particle size and optical properties of Er3+–Yb3+ co-doped TiO2 nanocrystals samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV–vis–NIR absorption spectra and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. Green and red up-conversion emissions in the range of 520–570 nm (2H11/2, 4S3/24I15/2) and 640–690 nm (4F9/24I15/2) were observed for the Er3+–Yb3+ co-doped TiO2 nanocrystals. The visible up-conversion mechanism and temperature dependence of up-conversion emission for Er3+ in TiO2 nanocrystals were discussed in detail.  相似文献

Nd2O3-doped 43Bi2O3xB2O3–(57−x)SiO2–1.0Nd2O3 (x=57, 47, 39, 28.5, 19.5, 10, 0 mol%) bismuth glasses were prepared by the conventional melt-quenching method, and the Nd3+: 4F3/24I13/2 fluorescence properties had been studied in an oxide system Bi2O3–B2O3–SiO2. The Judd–Ofelt analysis for Nd3+ ions in bismuth boron silicate glasses was also performed on the basis of absorption spectrum, and the transition probabilities, excited-state lifetimes, the fluorescence branching ratios, quantum efficiency and the stimulated emission cross-sections of 4F3/24I13/2 transition were calculated and discussed. The stimulated emission cross-sections of 1.3 μm were quite large due to a large refractive index of the host. Although the effective bandwidths decreased with increasing SiO2 content, quantum efficiencies and stimulated emission cross-sections enhanced largely with increasing SiO2 content.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped Bi2O3–B2O3–WO3 (BBW) glasses were analyzed and discussed. The effect of WO3 content on the absorption spectra, the Judd–Ofelt parameters Ωt (t=2, 4, 6), emission spectra and the lifetime of the 4I13/2 level and the quantum efficiency of Er3+:4I13/24I15/2 transition were also investigated. With the substitution of WO3 for B2O3, the measured lifetime of the 4I13/2 level and the quantum efficiency of Er3+:4I13/24I15/2 transition increase from 0.98 to 1.31 ms and from 38.2% to 49.2%, respectively. The effective width of emission band and the emission cross-section both decrease slightly. And the emission spectra is analyzed via the different curve (σeσa) of BBW glasses, the influence of OHis also discussed.  相似文献

利用混合物理化学气相沉积法在石墨衬底上制备出了晶形为六角结构、厚度不同、径向尺寸不一的MgB2单晶纳米晶片. 利用纳米定向转移技术将此晶片转移到了碳支持膜铜网上, 以便对其精细结构等物性进行表征. 电输运测量和磁性测量结果都表明晶片具有超导电性: Tconset=38 K, Tc(0)=33 K. 扫描电子显微镜图像表明, 晶片表面平整、厚度分布在几个纳米到200 nm之间, 宽度从几微米到上百微米; 高分辨透射电镜图像显示出晶片具有周期性晶格条纹. 选区电子衍射数据与MgB2已有的单晶衍射数据相符. 这些测量结果证实了其确为高质量单晶MgB2超导纳米晶片. 本文不仅提出了一种全新的制备单晶MgB2的方法, 也观察到了纳米尺度MgB2单晶的零电阻现象, 为后续的磁通钉扎、纳米力学性能等领域的深入研究提供了合适的素材. 关键词: 2')" href="#">单晶MgB2 超导纳米晶片 零电阻 混合物理化学气相沉积法  相似文献
