Cationic iminoacyl-carbonyl tungsten complexes of the type [W(CO) (eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (acac = acetylacetonate; R = Ph ( 1a), Me ( 1b)) easily undergo thermal substitution of CO with two-electron donors to yield [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (L = tert-butylisonitrile [R = Ph ( 2a), Me ( 2b)], 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile [R = Me ( 2c)], triphenylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3a), Me ( 3c)], and tricyclohexylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3b)]). Tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b exhibits rapid, reversible phosphine ligand exchange at room temperature on the NMR time scale. Photolytic replacement of carbon monoxide with either phenylacetylene or 2-butyne occurs efficiently to form [W(eta (2)-alkyne)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) complexes ( 5a- d) with a variable electron donor eta (2)-alkyne paired with the eta (2)-iminoacyl ligand in the W(II) coordination sphere. PMe 3 adds to 1a or 5b to form [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNC(PMe 3)Ph)(acac) 2] (+) [L = CO ( 4), MeCCMe ( 6)] via nucleophilic attack at the iminoacyl carbon. Addition of Na[HB(OMe) 3] to 5b yields W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-MeNCHPh)(acac) 2, 8, which exhibits alkyne rotation on the NMR time scale. Addition of MeOTf to 8 places a second methyl group on the nitrogen atom to form an unusual cationic eta (2)-iminium complex [W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-Me 2NCHPh)(acac) 2][OTf] ( 9[OTf], OTf = SO 3CF 3). X-ray structures of 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile complex 2c[BAr' 4 ], tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b[BAr' 4 ], and phenylacetylene complex 5a[BAr' 4 ] confirm replacement of CO by these ligands in the [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) products. X-ray structures of alkyne-imine complexes 6[BAr' 4 ] and 8 show products resulting from nucleophilic addition at the iminoacyl carbon, and the X-ray structure of 9[BAr' 4 ] reflects methylation at the imine nitrogen to form a rare eta (2)-iminium ligand.  相似文献

Complexes [Re(ONCMe2)(CO)3(bipy)] (1) and [Re(ONCMe2)(CO)3(phen)] (2), synthesized by reaction of the respective triflato precursors [Re(OTf)(CO)3(N-N)] (N-N = bipy, phen) with KONCMe2, feature O-bonded monodentate oximato ligands. Compound [Re(CO)3(phen)(HONCMe2)]BAr'4 (3), with a monodentate N-bonded oxime ligand, was prepared by reaction of [Re(OTf)(CO)3(phen)], HONCMe2, and NaBAr'4. Deprotonation of 3 afforded 2. The oximato complexes reacted with p-tolylisocyanate, p-tolylisothiocyanate, maleic anhydride, and tetracyanoethylene, affording the products of the insertion of the electrophile into the Re-O bond, compounds 4-7. One representative of each type of compound was fully characterized, including single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The reactions of 1 and 2 with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate were found to involve first an insertion as the ones mentioned above but followed by incorporation of water, loss of acetone, and formation of the charge-separated neutral amido complexes 9 and 10. The structure of 9 and 10 was determined by X-ray diffraction, and key features of their electronic distribution were studied using a topological analysis of the electron density as obtained from the Fourier map.  相似文献

Reaction of aminophosphinimine [RHN(CH(2))(2)N[double bond, length as m-dash]PPh(3)] (R = H, Et) with Re(2)(CO)(10) provided the NH-functionalized carbene rhenium complex [Re(2)(CNHCH(2)CH(2)NR)(CO)(9)] (3a, R = H, 3b, R = Et). Treatment of 3 with Br(2) provided the mono nuclear [Re(CNHCH(2)CH(2)NR)(CO)(4)Br] (1, R = H, 2, R = Et). However, NH-functionalized carbene complexes 1-3 did not undergo N-alkylation with alkyl halides to yield the N-substituted NHC complexes. The direct ligand substitution of [Re(CO)(5)Br] with a carbene donor was employed to prepare [Re(IMes(2))(CO)(4)Br] (6a, IMes(2) = 1,3-di-mesitylimidazol-2-ylidene; 6b, IMes(2) = 1,3-dimesityl-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene). Analyses of spectroscopic and crystal data of 6a and 6b show similar corresponding data among these complexes, suggesting the saturated and unsaturated NHCs have similar bonding with Re(I) metal centers. Reduction of 6a and 6b with LiEt(3)BH yielded the corresponding hydrido complexes 7a-b [ReH(CO)(4)(IMes(2))], but not 1 and 2. Ligand substitution of 1, 6a and 6b toward 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) was investigated. Crystal structures of 1, 3a-b, 6a-b and 7b were determined for characterization and comparison.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium(II) acetonitrile, pyridine (py), carbonyl, SO2, and nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(L)(PPh3)] (L = NCMe, py, CO, SO2) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(L)(PPh3)]BF4 (L = NO) containing the bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetato (bdmpza) ligand, a N,N,O heteroscorpionate ligand, have been prepared. Starting from ruthenium chlorido, carboxylato, or 2-oxocarboxylato complexes, a variety of acetonitrile complexes [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(NCMe)(PPh3)] (4) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(NCMe)(PPh3)] (R = Me (5a), R = Ph (5b)), as well as the pyridine complexes [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(PPh3)(py)] (6) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(PPh3)(py)] (R = Me (7a), R = Ph (7b), R = (CO)Me (8a), R = (CO)Et (8b), R = (CO)Ph) (8c)), have been synthesized. Treatment of various carboxylato complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(PPh3)2] (R = Me (2a), Ph (2b)) with CO afforded carbonyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(CO)(PPh3)] (9a, 9b). In the same way, the corresponding sulfur dioxide complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10a) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b) were formed in a reaction of the carboxylato complexes with gaseous SO2. None of the 2-oxocarboxylato complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)R)(PPh3)2] (R = Me (3a), Et (3b), Ph (3c)) showed any reactivity toward CO or SO2, whereas the nitrosyl complex cations [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(NO)(PPh3)](+) (11) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)Ph)(NO)(PPh3)](+) (12) were formed in a reaction of the acetato 2a or the benzoylformato complex 3c with an excess of nitric oxide. Similar cationic carboxylato nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CR)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (R = Me (13a), R = Ph (13b)) and 2-oxocarboxylato nitrosyl complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)R)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (R = Me (14a), R = Et (14b), R = Ph (14c)) are also accessible via a reaction with NO[BF4]. X-ray crystal structures of the chlorido acetonitrile complex [Ru(bdmpza)Cl(NCMe)(PPh3)] (4), the pyridine complexes [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CMe)(PPh3)(py)] (7a) and [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CC(O)Et)(PPh3)(py)] (8b), the carbonyl complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(CO)(PPh3)] (9b), the sulfur dioxide complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b), as well as the nitrosyl complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2C(CO)Me)(NO)(PPh3)]BF4 (14a), are reported. The molecular structure of the sulfur dioxide complex [Ru(bdmpza)(O2CPh)(PPh3)(SO2)] (10b) revealed a rather unusual intramolecular SO2-O2CPh Lewis acid-base adduct.  相似文献

The reaction of the complex [Mo(OTf)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1) (OTf = trifluoromethylsulfonate; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) with tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate afforded the fluoride complex [MoF(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (2). The IR spectrum and the oxidation potential of 2 reflect the fact that its metal center is more electron-rich than that of the chloro analogue [MoCl(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)]. Compound 2 reacted with 1 affording the homobinuclear complex [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(mu-F)][OTf] (3), with a fluoride bridge. Compound 2 also reacts with the species generated in situ by triflate abstraction from [M(OTf)(CO)(3)('N-N')] (M = Mn, Re; 'N-N' = 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), phen) using NaBAr'(4) (Ar' = 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl), affording the heterobinuclear complexes [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](mu-F)[M(CO)(3)('N--N')]][BAr'(4)] (M = Mn, 'N-N' = bipy (4); M = Re, 'N-N' = phen (5)). All new compounds have been characterized by spectroscopic methods (IR and NMR) and, in the case of 1, 2, 3, and 4, also by means of X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The hydroxo compounds [Re(OH)(CO)(3)(N-N)] (N-N=bipy, 2 a; Me(2)-bipy, 2 b) were prepared in a biphasic H(2)O/CH(2)Cl(2) medium by reaction of [Re(OTf)(CO)(3)(N-N)] with KOH. In contrast, when anhydrous CH(2)Cl(2) was used, the binuclear hydroxo-bridged compound [[Re(CO)(3)(bipy)](2)(mu-OH)]OTf (3-OTf) was obtained. Compound [Re(OH)(CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (2 b) reacted with phenyl acetate or vinyl acetate to afford [Re(OAc)(CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (4) and phenol or acetaldehyde, respectively. The reactions of [Mo(OH)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1), 2 a, and 2 b toward several unsaturated organic electrophiles were studied. The reaction of 1 with (p-tolyl)isocyanate afforded an adduct of N,N'-di(p-tolyl)urea and the carbonato-bridged compound [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(mu-eta(1)(O),eta(1)(O)-CO(3))] (5). In contrast, the reaction of 2 a with phenylisocyanate afforded [Re(OC(O)NHPh)(CO)(3)(bipy)] (6); this results from formal PhNCO insertion into the O-H bond. On the other hand, compounds [Mo[SC(O)NH(p-tolyl)](eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (7), [Re[SC(O)NH(p-tolyl)](CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (8 a), and [Re[SC(O)NHEt](CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (8 b) were obtained by reaction of 1 or 2 b with the corresponding alkyl or aryl isothiocyanates. In those cases, RNCS was inserted into the M-O bond. The reactions of 1, 2 a, and 2 b with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) gave the complexes [Mo[C(OH)-C(CO(2)Me)C(CO(2)Me)-O](eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(phen)] (9) and [Re[C(OH)C(CO(2)Me)C(CO(2)Me)O](CO)(2)(N-N)] (N-N=bipy, 10 a; Me(2)-bipy, 10 b). The molecules of these compounds contain five-membered metallacycles that are the result of coupling between the hydroxo ligand, DMAD, and one of the CO ligands. The new compounds were characterized by a combination of IR and NMR spectroscopy, and for [[Re(CO)(3)(bipy)(2)(mu-OH)]BF(4) (3-BF(4)), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 b, 9, and 10 b, also by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of phosphanido complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)(PPh(2))] [L = CO (1), CNXylyl (2)] with early transition metal halides in high oxidation states has been carried out. New bimetallic niobocene complexes [{Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)}(μ-PPh(2))(MCl(5))] [M = Nb, L = CO (3), L = CNXylyl (4); M = Ta, L = CO (5), L = CNXylyl (6)] have been successfully synthesized by the reaction with [MCl(5)](2) (M = Nb or Ta). In a similar way [{Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)}(μ-PPh(2))(MCl(4))] [M = Ti, L = CO (13), CNXylyl (14); M = Zr, L = CO (15), CNXylyl (16)] were synthesized using MCl(4) (M = Ti or Zr). Solutions of complexes 4-6 in chloroform produced new ionic derivatives [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(P(H)Ph(2))(L)] [MCl(6)] [M = Nb, L = CO (7), L = CNXylyl (8); M = Ta, L = CO (9), L = CNXylyl (10)]. Ionic complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(P(Cl)Ph(2))(L)] [NbCl(4)O(thf)] [L = CO (11), CNXylyl (12)] were formed from solutions in thf - rapidly in the case of 3 but more slowly for 4. New heterometallic complexes [Nb(η(5)-C(5)H(4)SiMe(3))(2)(L)(μ-PPh(2)){(Ti(η(5)-C(5)R(5))Cl(3)}] [R = H, L = CO (17), CNXylyl (18); R = CH(3), L = CO (19), CNXylyl (20)] were synthesized by the reaction of 1 or 2 with [Ti(η(5)-C(5)R(5))Cl(3)] (R = H or CH(3)). All of these compounds were characterized by IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular structures of 9 and 12 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A series of mixed bis(μ-silylene) complexes of rhodium and iridium [RhIr(CO)(2)(μ-SiHR)(μ-SiR(1)R(2))(dppm)(2)] (R = R(1) = R(2) = Ph (4); R = R(1) = Ph, R(2) = Cl (5); R = R(1) = Ph, R(2) = Me (6); R = 3,5-C(6)H(3)F(2), R(1) = Ph, R(2) = Me (7); R = 3,5-C(6)H(3)F(2), R(1) = 2,4,6-C(6)H(2)Me(3), R(2) = H (8)) have been synthesized by the reaction of the silylene-bridged dihydride complexes, [RhIr(H)(2)(CO)(2)(μ-SiHR)(dppm)(2)] (1, R = Ph; 2, R = C(6)H(3)F(2)), with a number of secondary or primary silanes (Ph(2)SiH(2), PhClSiH(2), PhMeSiH(2), C(6)H(2)Me(3)SiH(3)). The influence of substituents and π-stacking interactions on the Si···Si distance (determined by X-ray crystallography) in this series and the implications regarding the nature of the Si···Si interactions are discussed. A series of novel (μ-silylene)/(μ-germylene) complexes, [RhIr(CO)(2)(μ-SiHPh)(μ-GePh(2))(dppm)(2)] (9) and [RhIr(CO)(2)(μ-SiR(1)R(2))(μ-GeHPh)(dppm)(2)] (R(1) = Ph, R(2) = H (11); R(1) = R(2) = Ph (12); R(1) = Ph, R(2) = Me (13)), have also been synthesized by reaction of the silylene-bridged dihydride complex, [RhIr(H)(2)(CO)(2)(μ-SiHPh)(dppm)(2)] (1), with 1 equiv of diphenylgermane and by reaction of the germylene-bridged dihydride complex, [RhIr(H)(2)(CO)(2)(μ-GeHPh)(dppm)(2)] (3), with 1 equiv of the respective silanes. These complexes have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Alkoxo complexes [Re(OR)(CO)(3)(N-N)] (R=Me, Et, tBu; N-N=2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'bipyridine (bipy'), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen)) and [M(OMe)(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(phen)] (M=Mo, W) have been synthesized in good yields and using mild conditions by the reaction of sodium alkoxides with [Re(OTf)(CO)(3)(N-N)] and [MCl(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(phen)] precursors. These have been characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy as well as by X-ray diffraction for [W(OMe)(eta(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(phen)] (10). The reactions of the molybdenum and rhenium alkoxo complexes with isocyanates, R'NCO, yield [L(n)M[N(R')C(O)OR]] complexes; the carbamate ligand, which results from an R'NCO insertion into the Mbond;OR bond, is monodentate through the nitrogen atom. The solid-state structures of Mo and Re examples have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The geometry around the carbamate nitrogen of these compounds is planar, and the distances indicate delocalization of the nitrogen lone pair involving mainly the carbonyl groups. Experiments carried out with the Re complexes showed that aryl isocyanates are more reactive than their alkyl counterparts, and that bulky R' groups led to slow rates of insertion. Insertion reactions were also observed with isothiocyanates, although here it is the Sbond;C bond that inserts into the Mbond;OR bond, and the resulting ligand is bound to the metal by sulfur. Competition experiments with the Re compounds indicate that isocyanates are more reactive than isothiocyanates towards the Rebond;OR bonds. Tetracyanoethylene inserts into the Rebond;OMe bond of [Re(OMe)(CO)(3)(bipy')], forming a complex with a 2-methoxytetracyanoethyl ligand; the structure of which was determined by X-ray diffraction. The formation of the xanthato complex [Re(SC(S)OtBu)(CO)(3)(bipy)] (20) by reaction of [Re(OTf)(CO)(3)(bipy)] with CS(2) and NaOtBu, but not by the reaction of CS(2) and [Re(OtBu)(CO)(3)(bipy)] (5 a), suggests that the insertion reactions do not take place by ionization of the alkoxo complexes to give the free alkoxide ion.  相似文献

The triply bonded dirhenium(II) synthons Re(2)X(4)(mu-dppm)(2) (X = Cl, Br; dppm = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2)) react with acetylene at room temperature in CH(2)Cl(2) and acetone to afford the bis(acetylene) complexes Re(2)X(4)(mu-dppm)(2)(mu:eta(2),eta(2)-HCCH)(eta(2)-HCCH) (X = Cl (3), Br(4)). Compound 3 has been derivatized by reaction with RNC ligands in the presence of TlPF(6) to give unsymmetrical complexes of the type [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppm)(2)(mu:eta(2),eta(2)-HCCH)(eta(2)-HCCH)(CNR)]PF(6) (R = Xyl (5), Mes (6), t-Bu (7)), in which the RCN ligand has displaced the chloride ligand cis to the eta(2)-HCCH ligand. The reaction of 3 with an additional 1 equiv of acetylene in the presence of TlPF(6) gives the symmetrical all-cis isomer of [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppm)(2)(mu:eta(2),eta(2)-HCCH)(eta(2)-HCCH)(2)]PF(6) (8). The two terminal eta(2)-HCCH ligands in 8 are very labile and can be displaced by CO and XylNC to give the complexes [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppm)(2)(mu:eta(2),eta(2)-HCCH)(L)(2)]Y (L = CO when Y = PF(6) (9); L = CO when Y = (PF(6))(0.5)/(H(2)PO(4))(0.5) (10); L = XylNC when Y = PF(6) (11)). These substitution reactions proceed with retention of the all-cis stereochemistry. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations have been carried out on complexes 3, 5, 8, 10, and 11. In no instance have we found that the acetylene ligands undergo reductive coupling reactions.  相似文献

[W(H)(NO)(PMe3)4] (1) was prepared by the reaction of [W(Cl)(NO)(PMe3)4] with NaBH4 in the presence of PMe3. The insertion of acetophenone, benzophenone and acetone into the W-H bond of 1 afforded the corresponding alkoxide complexes [W(NO)(PMe3)4(OCHR1R2)](R1 = R2 = Me (2); R1 = Me, R2 = Ph (3); R1 = R2 = Ph (4)), which were however thermally unstable. Insertion of CO2 into the W-H bond of yields the formato-O complex trans-W(NO)(OCHO)(PMe3)4 (5). Reaction of trans-W(NO)(H)(PMe3)4 with CO led to the formation of mer-W(CO)(NO)(H)(PMe3)3 (6) and not the formyl complex W(NO)(CHO)(PMe3)4. Insertion of Fe(CO)(5), Re2(CO)10 and Mn2(CO)10 into trans-W(NO)(H)(PMe3)4 resulted in the formation of trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Fe(CO)4 (7), trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Re2(CO)9 (8) and trans-W(NO)(PMe3)4(mu-OCH)Mn2(CO)9 (9). For Re2(CO)10, an equilibrium was established and the thermodynamic data of the equilibrium reaction have been determined by a variable-temperature NMR experiments (K(298K)= 104 L mol(-1), DeltaH=-37 kJ mol(-1), DeltaS =-86 J K(-1) mol(-1)). Both compounds 7 and 8 were separated in analytically pure form. Complex 9 decomposed slowly into some yet unidentified compounds at room temperature. Insertion of imines into the W-H bond of 1 was also additionally studied. For the reactions of the imines PhCH=NPh, Ph(Me)C=NPh, C6H5CH=NCH2C6H5, and (C6H5)2C=NH with only decomposition products were observed. However, the insertion of C10H7N=CHC6H5 into the W-H bond of led to loss of one PMe3 ligand and at the same time a strong agostic interaction (C17-H...W), which was followed by an oxidative addition of the C-H bond to the tungsten center giving the complex [W(NO)(H)(PMe3)3(C10H6NCH2Ph)] (10). The structures of compounds 1, 4, 7, 8 and 10 were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of fac-[ReBr(CO)3(NCMe)2] (1) with either pyrazole (Hpz) or 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (Hdmpz) in a 1:2 Re/pyrazole ratio affords the known complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hpz)2] (2) and [ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)2] (3). Using a 1:1 ratio, MeCN as solvent, and longer reaction times led to a mixture in which the major components are the pyrazolylamidino complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)] (4) and fac-[ReBr(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)] (5). The complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hpz)(NCMe)] (6) and fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)(NCMe)] (7) (along with 2 and 3) were found to be minor components of these reactions. Analogous reactions of fac-[Re(OClO3)(CO)3(NCMe)2] yielded fac-[Re(NCCH3)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (8), fac-[Re(NCCH3)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (9), fac-[Re(Hpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (10), and fac-[Re(Hdmpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (11). The X-ray structure of 11 showed the perchlorate anion to be hydrogen-bonded by the N-H groups of the pyrazole and pyrazolylamidino ligands. The behavior of the compound fac-[Re(Hdmpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]BAr'4 (13) (synthesized by reaction of [ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)2] (3) with (i) AgOTf and (ii) NaBAr'(4)/MeCN) as an anion receptor has been studied in CD3CN solution. In addition, the structure of the supramolecular adduct fac-[Re(CO)3(Hdmpz)(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)].Cl (14), featuring chloride binding by the two N-H groups, was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The lability of the terminal Re-Cl bond that is cis to the bridging CO ligand in the edge-sharing bioctahedral complexes Re(2)(mu-Cl)(mu-CO)(mu-PP)(2)Cl(3)(L), where PP = Ph(2)PC(=CH(2))PPh(2) (dppE) when L = CO (1) and PP = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2) (dppm) when L = CO (2) or XyINC (3), has been exploited in the preparation of mixed-metal Re(4)Pd(2), Re(2)Ag, Re(2)W, Re(2)Pt, and Re(2)Rh assemblies, in which the dirhenium units are bound to the other metals through NCS or CN bridges. These complexes, which retain the Re=Re bonds of the parent dirhenium complexes, comprise the novel centrosymmetric complex [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2)(mu-NCS)](2)Pd(2)(mu-SCN)(mu-NCS)Cl(2) (9), and the trimetallic complexes Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2)[(mu-NC)Ag(CN)] (10), Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2)[(mu-NC)W(CO)(5)] (11), [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2)[(mu-NC)Pt(CN)(CN-t-Bu)(2)]]PF(6) (12), [Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2)[(mu-N(CN)(2))Rh(CO)(PPh(3))(2)]]O(3)SCF(3) (13), and Re(2)Cl(3)(mu-dppm)(2)(CO)(2)[(mu-NC)W(CO)(5)] (16). The identities of 9 and 16 have been established by X-ray crystallography, and all complexes characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The reactions of the dicarbonyl complex 1, and the isomeric pair of complexes Re(2)Cl(4)(mu-dppm)(2)(CO)(CNXyl), which have edge-sharing bioctahedral (ESBO) (3) and open bioctahedral (OBO) (4) geometries, with Na[N(CN)(2)] and K[C(CN)(3)] have been used to prepare complexes in which the uncoordinated CN groups have the potential to coordinate other mono- or dimetal units to form extended arrays. The complexes which have been prepared and characterized are the monosubstituted species Re(2)Cl(3)(X)(mu-dppE)(2)(CO)(2) (X = N(CN)(2) (14) or C(CN)(3) (15)) and Re(2)Cl(3)(X)(mu-dppm)(2)(CO)(CNXyl) (X = N(CN)(2) (17) or C(CN)(3) (18) with ESBO structures; X = N(CN)(2) (19) or C(CN)(3) (20) with OBO structures), of which 15, 18, and 20 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure determinations. The substitutional labilities of the Re-Cl bonds in the complexes Re(2)Cl(4)(mu-dppm)(2)(CO) (5), Re(2)Cl(4)(mu-dppm)(2)(CNXyl) (6), and Re(2)Cl(4)(mu-dppm)(2) (7) toward Na[N(CN)(2)] and K[C(CN)(3)] have also been explored and the complexes Re(2)Cl(3)(X)(mu-dppm)(2)(CO) (X = N(CN)(2) (21) or C(CN)(3) (22)), Re(2)Cl(3)(X)(mu-dppm)(2)(CNXyl) (X = N(CN)(2) (23) or C(CN)(3) (24)), Re(2)Cl(2)(X)(2)(mu-dppm)(2)(CNXyl) (X = N(CN)(2) (25) or C(CN)(3) (26)), Re(2)[N(CN)(2)](4)(mu-dppm)(2) (27), and Re(2)[C(CN)(3)](4)(mu-dppm)(2) (28) isolated in good yield. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations of 24, 26, and 27 have shown that the Re-Re triple bonds present in the starting materials 5-7 are retained in these products.  相似文献

The ligand substitution behavior of [ReBr3(CO)3](NEt4)2 (1) and [ReBr3(CO)2(NO)]NEt4 (2) in aqueous media was compared. Ligand exchange reactions were performed with multidentate chelating systems such as picolylaminediacetic acid (L1; N,N',O,O'), nitrilotriacetic acid (L2; N,O,O',O'), iminodiacetic acid (L3; N,O,O'), and bis(2-pyridyl)methane (L4; N,N'). The products of the substitution reactions were isolated and characterized by means of IR, NMR, MS, and X-ray structure analysis. NMR and crystallographic analyses confirmed the formation of single structural isomers in all cases with a ligand-to-metal ratio of 1:1. With ligands L1 and L2 and precursor 1 the tridentately coordinated complexes [Re(L1)(CO)3] (7) and [Re(L2)(CO)3]2- (8) were formed. With precursor 2 the same ligands unexpectedly coordinated tetradentately after displacing a CO ligand, yielding complexes [Re(L1)(CO)(NO)] (3) and [Re(L2)(CO)(NO)]- (4). In both complexes NO was found to be coordinated trans to the carboxylate group. Time-dependent IR spectra of the reaction of 2 with ligand L1 and L2 confirmed the loss of one CO during the reaction. The product of the reaction of 2 with L3 was identified as the neutral complex [Re(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (5), again, with the nitrosyl coordinated trans to the carboxylate. With 1, ligand L3 formed the anionic complex [Re(L3)(CO)3]- (9). Finally the reactions with L4 yielded the complexes [ReBr(L4)(CO)2(NO)]Br (6) and [ReBr(L4)(CO)3] (10), in which bromide was found to be coordinated trans to the NO and CO, respectively. The X-ray structures of 3, 5-7, and 10 are discussed: 3, monoclinic P2(1)/n, with a = 14.6071(6) A, b = 8.0573(3) A, c = 24.7210(11) A, beta = 107.117(5) degrees, and Z = 4; 5, triclinic P1, with a = 6.9091(5) A, b = 9.8828(7) A, c = 14.2834(10) A, alpha = 89.246(9) degrees, beta = 89.420(9) degrees, gamma = 86.196(9) degrees, and Z = 4; 6, triclinic P1, with a = 9.8236(8) A, b = 10.0949(8) A, c = 12.5346(10) A, alpha = 108.679(9) degrees, beta = 111.992(9) degrees, gamma = 95.426(10) degrees, and Z = 2; 10, monoclinic P2(1)/c, with a = 12.7491(12) A, b = 13.3015(13) A, c = 9.0112(9) A, beta = 107.195(2) degrees, and Z = 7.  相似文献

Acid-assisted reductive elimination of hydrogen from Tp'PtH(3) and of methane and hydrogen from Tp'PtMeH(2) (Tp' = hydridotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate) is examined herein. Loss of H(2) is observed from solutions containing platinum(IV) complexes of the type Tp'Pt(R)(H)(2) (R = Me, H) upon protonation and addition of a ligand such as CO. Results of kinetic studies on reductive elimination of H(2) and formation of [kappa(2)-(HTp')Pt(R)(L)][BAr'(4)] products from intermediates derived from Tp'Pt(R)(H)(2) precursors are described. Elimination appears to occur from cationic 6-coordinate [kappa(2)-(HTp')Pt(R)(H)(2)(L)][BAr'(4)] species.  相似文献

Reactions of the lithiated diamido-pyridine or diamido-amine ligands Li(2)N(2)N(py) or Li(2)N(2)N(am) with [W(NAr)Cl(4)(THF)] (Ar = Ph or 2,6-C(6)H(3)Me(2); THF = tetrahydrofuran) afforded the corresponding imido-dichloride complexes [W(NAr)(N(2)N(py))Cl(2)] (R = Ph, 1, or 2,6-C(6)H(3)Me(2), 2) or [W(NAr)(N(2)N(am))Cl(2)] (R = Ph, 3, or 2,6-C(6)H(3)Me(2), 4), respectively, where N(2)N(py) = MeC(2-C(5)H(4)N)(CH(2)NSiMe(3))(2) and N(2)N(am) = Me(3)SiN(CH(2)CH(2)NSiMe(3))(2). Subsequent reactions of 1 with MeMgBr or PhMgCl afforded the dimethyl or diphenyl complexes [W(NPh)(N(2)N(py))R(2)] (R = Me, 5, or Ph, 6), respectively, which have both been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Reactions of Li(2)N(2)N(py) or Li(2)N(2)N(am) with [Mo(NR)(2)Cl(2)(DME)] (R = (t)Bu or Ph; DME = 1,2-dimethoxyethane) afforded the corresponding bis(imido) complexes [Mo(NR)(2)(N(2)N(py))] (R = (t)Bu, 7, or Ph, 8) and [Mo(N(t)Bu)(2)(N(2)N(am))] (9).  相似文献

Compound cis,fac-[Mo(eta3-allyl)(CO)2(Hdmpz)3]BAr'4 (1) (Hdmpz = 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, Ar' = 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl) undergoes rapid substitution of one of the pyrazole ligands by anions, including the low nucleophilic ReO4-, a reaction that afforded [Mo(OReO3)(eta3-allyl)(CO)2(Hdmpz)2] (2), structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The new compounds fac-[Mn(CO)3(Hdmpz)3]BAr'4 (4a) and fac-[Mn(CO)3(HtBupz)3]BAr'4 (4b) (HtBupz = 3(5)-tert-butylpyrazole) also undergo pyrazole substitution with most anions, and the product from the reaction with nitrate was crystallographically characterized. Compounds 4a,b were found to be substitutionally stable toward perrhenate, and the adducts [Mn(CO)3(Hdmpz)3].[ReO4] (7a) and [Mn(CO)3(HtBupz)3].[ReO4].[Bu4N].[BAr'4] (7b), crystallographically characterized, display hydrogen bonds between one of the perrhenate oxygens and the N-H groups of two of the pyrazole ligands. The structurally similar adduct [Re(CO)3(Hdmpz)3].[ReO4] (8) was found to result from the interaction of [Re(CO)3(Hdmpz)3]BAr'4 with perrhenate. The reaction of [Re(OTf)(CO)5] with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (Hdmpz) afforded [Re(CO)5(Hdmpz)]OTf (9). The reaction of 9 with Hdmpz and NaBAr'4 yielded [Re(CO)4(Hdmpz)2]BAr'4 (10), which was found to be unstable toward chloride anion. In contrast, the new compound fac,cis-[Re(CO)3(CNtBu)(Hdmpz)2]BAr'4 (11) is stable in solution in the presence of different anions. Binding constants for 11 with chloride, bromide, and nitrate are 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than those found for these anions and rhenium tris(pyrazole) hosts, indicating that the presence of the third pyrazole ligand is crucial. Compounds fac-[Re(CO)3(HPhpz)3]BAr'4 (14) (HPhpz = 3(5)-phenylpyrazole) and fac-[Re(CO)3(HIndz)3]BAr'4 (15) (HIndz = indazole) are, in terms of anion binding strength and selectivity, inferior to those with dimethylpyrazole or tert-butylpyrazole ligands.  相似文献

A new family of heterobifunctional linkers (L1-L9) containing a terminus consisting of a tridentate donor set for coordination of the {M(CO)(3)}(+) core (M = Tc, Re), and a thiol reactive maleimide group has been prepared conveniently and in high yield under Mitsunobu reaction conditions by the coupling of an appropriate alcohol derivative with maleimide. The rhenium complexes [Re(CO)(3)(Lx)]Br (x= 1-9) were prepared in good yields from the reactions of the ligands and (NEt(4))(2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] in refluxing methanol. The ligands and their Re complexes were characterized by (1)H and (13)C NMR, IR, and ESI-MS. Ligand L4 and [Re(CO)(3)(L5)]Br have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Photoexcitation of solutions of the complexes [Re(CO)(3)(Lx)]Br (x= 4-6) gives rise to intense and prolonged luminescence at room temperature (fluorescence lifetimes of ca. 16 micros). The ligands and their Re complexes react smoothly at the maleimide linker with sulfhydryl groups of peptides and proteins at room temperature in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) to form stable thioether bioconjugates. The photoluminescence properties of the labeled conjugates are similar to those of the parent complexes, but with even longer lifetimes. The ligands can also be labeled at room temperature with (99m)Tc to give chemically robust complexes. The corresponding hydrazinonicotinamide derivative N-[5-(6'-hydrazinopyridine-3'-carbonyl)aminopentyl]maleimide (L10) was also prepared. While coupling of L10 to cysteine ethylester and synthesis of the rhenium derivative [ReCl(3)(HYNIC-maleimide)(2)] were successfully accomplished, attempts to couple [ReCl(3)(HYNIC-maleimide)(2)] to glutathione or BSA yielded intractable mixtures.  相似文献

A series of cyanide-bridged complexes that combine a low-valent photoacceptor rhenium(I) metal center with an electroactive midvalent rhenium(V) complex were prepared. The synthesis involved the preparation of novel asymmetric rhenium(V) oxo compounds, cis-Re(V)O(CN)(acac(2)en) (1) and cis-Re(V)O(CN)(acac(2)pn) (2), formed by reacting trans-[Re(V)O(OH(2))(acac(2)en)]Cl or trans-Re(V)O(acac(2)pn)Cl with [NBu(4)][CN]. The μ-bridged cyanide mixed-oxidation Re(V)-Re(I) complexes were prepared by incubating the asymmetric complexes, 1 or 2, with fac-[Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][OTf] to yield cis-[Re(V)O(acac(2)en)(μ-CN-1κC:2κN)-fac-Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][PF(6)] (3) and [cis-Re(V)O(acac(2)pn)(μ-CN-1κC:2κN)-fac-Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][PF(6)] (4), respectively.  相似文献

Excited-state properties of fac-[Re(dmb)(CO)(3)(CH(3)CN)]PF(6), [Re(dmb)(CO)(3)](2) (where dmb = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine), and other tricarbonyl rhenium(I) complexes were investigated by transient FTIR and UV-vis spectroscopy in CH(3)CN or THF. The one-electron reduced monomer, Re(dmb)(CO)(3)S (S = CH(3)CN or THF), can be prepared either by reductive quenching of the excited states of fac-[Re(dmb)(CO)(3)(CH(3)CN)]PF(6) or by homolysis of [Re(dmb)(CO)(3)](2). In the reduced monomer's ground state, the odd electron resides on the dmb ligand rather than on the metal center. Re(dmb)(CO)(3)S dimerizes slowly in THF, k(d) = 40 +/- 5 M(-1) s(-1). This rate constant is much smaller than those of other organometallic radicals which are typically 10(9) M(-1) s(-1). The slower rate suggests that the equilibrium between the ligand-centered and metal-centered radicals is very unfavorable (K approximately 10(-4)). The reaction of Re(dmb)(CO)(3)S with CO(2) is slow and competes with the dimerization. Photolysis of [Re(dmb)(CO)(3)](2) in the presence of CO(2) produces CO with a 25-50% yield based on [Re]. A CO(2) bridged dimer, (CO)(3)(dmb)Re-CO(O)-Re(dmb)(CO)(3) is identified as an intermediate. Both [Re(dmb)(CO)(3)](2)(OCO(2)) and Re(dmb)(CO)(3)(OC(O)OH) are detected as oxidation products; however, the previously reported formato-rhenium species is not detected.  相似文献
