研究了e^ e^-湮没中“初始”轻夸克和胶子劈裂产生的e^-组合为D^-介子(包括D^-,Ds^-,D^-0)或D^-*介子(包括D*^-,Ds^*-,D^-*0)的过程.发现尤其在√s=Mz处,其产额相对较大,当限制D^-或D^-*的能量大于20GeV时,它和c夸克碎裂产物的不变质量谱在稍大于2MD^-附近有一个峰,这是该过程区别于其它D^-或^-*介子产生过程的显著特征.此过程产生的矢量介子基本上是纵向极化的,与实验上观测到的D^-*介子的纵向极化一致.  相似文献

高能重离子碰撞中Λ超子和φ, K*0矢量介子的整体极化的实验数据证实了夸克物质整体极化的新现象,引起了研究人员的广泛关注,成为高能核物理前沿新的热点研究方向.本文主要从实验测量上回顾整体极化研究,着重阐述相对论重离子对撞机(RHIC)上的螺旋径迹探测器(STAR)合作组在不同对撞能量点开展的Λ超子和φ, K*0介子的整体极化测量结果,并拓展到含有多个奇异夸克粒子Ξ,Ω的整体极化测量和Λ沿着束流方向的局域极化研究.本文也将简单点评大型强子对撞机(LHC)能区和HADES实验低能区的测量结果,并对这些实验结果给出的物理信息进行简单描述.  相似文献

在非对心相对论重离子碰撞中,参与反应的系统具有巨大的轨道角动量,从而使产生的夸克胶子等离子体具有极强涡旋场,并通过自旋-轨道相互作用导致部分子的自旋极化,经过强子化导致重子的自旋极化以及矢量介子的自旋排列等可观测效应.矢量介子的自旋排列是指其自旋密度矩阵的00元素ρ00偏离1/3.在矢量介子衰变到两个赝标介子的过程中,衰变产物的极角分布只与ρ00有关,以此可以对自旋排列进行测量.理论研究表明,重离子碰撞过程中,重子的自旋极化反映了夸克自旋极化的时空平均效应,而矢量介子自旋排列则反映了夸克反夸克自旋极化的局域相空间关联.本文回顾了相对论重离子碰撞中矢量介子自旋排列的相关理论工作.重点以非相对论夸克融合模型为例,明确地计入夸克极化的相空间依赖性,展示了矢量介子自旋排列与夸克反夸克自旋极化特别是它们之间相空间关联的关系.本文还讨论了涡旋、电磁场、有效φ介子场以及它们的局域涨落对φ介子自旋排列的贡献,结果显示强作用场的时空关联效应是导致φ介子自旋排列的主要因素.矢量介子自旋排列为探索强相互作用物质和强相互作用场的性质提供了新途径.  相似文献

在手征SU(3)夸克模型和扩展的手征SU(3)夸克模型的框架下,用变分的方法系统地研究了同位旋为0、1,自旋宇称为0~ 、1~ 和2~ 的ud■四夸克系统6个低组态的能量.模型的参数取自以前的工作,它能很好地描述核子-核子散射相移以及核子-超子散射截面.S道相互作用的参数由拟合K介子和K~*介子的质量定出,并且考虑了具有相同量子数的态之间的态混合效应.结果表明,同位旋为0且自旋宇称为1~ 的ud■能量低于相应的K~*K~*的阈能,且该组态中KK~*的成分相当小,因此该组态的宽度可能较小,可视为一个可能的四夸克态的候选者.  相似文献

欧洲核子研究中心LHCb(大型强子对撞机上的一个实验)实验组的工作人员首次在实验测量中明确地观测到D介子从物质到反物质的振荡。以前的实验虽曾观测到过同样的振荡迹象,但是测量结果的统计显著性不高,而新的LHCb结果的统计显著性达到9.1s (s为统计标准偏差),明显好于5s这一粒子物理中作为一项新发现的“黄金标准”。粒子物理标准模型预言了4类介子会发生物质与反物质之间的振荡,如今这些振荡都已经在实验中观察到了。这项新的结果可以为粲介子中电荷守恒的破坏提供更多的证据,
  LHCb 实验所用的探测器如图1所示。LHCb 实验的目的是研究B介子物理。B介子是含有一个底夸克或一个反底夸克的介子。但是在这种实验中发生的粒子碰撞也会产生其他介子,包括由一个粲夸克和一个反上夸克组成的中性的Do介子。Do介子可以振荡成由一个反粲夸克和一个上夸克组成的反粒子。  相似文献

The cross sections for e+e-→π+π-J/ψ, π+π-ψ(2S), K+K-J/ψ, DD, D0D-π++c.c., D*D+c.c., and D*D-* are measured using data sample collected on or near the T(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at KEKB. A peak near 4.25 GeV/c2, corresponding to the so called Y(4260), is observed in π+π-J/ψ final state. In addition, there is another cluster of events at around 4.05 GeV/c2. Two resonant structures are observed in the π+π-J/ψ(2S) invariant mass distribution, one at 4361±9±9 MeV/c2 with a width of 74±15±10 MeV/c2, and another at 4664±11±5 MeV/c2 with a width of 48±15±3 MeV/c2. The rich structures observed in all these final states indicate that our understanding of the vector charmonium states above the open charm threshold is still poor, let alone the other possible dynamics such as charmonium hybrids or final state re-scattering and so on.  相似文献

Measurement of the production cross section of the D+s D- s in e+e- annihilation at the Center-of-Mass Energy of s=4.03 GeV is reported in the paper. The cross section for the D+s D- s production has been measured using a data sample of 22.3 pb-1 collected with BES detector at BEPC e+e- collider. The D+ s measons are reconstructed in the π+,K*0 K+ and K0K+ decay modes. A total number of 94±13 singly tagged D+ s events is obtained from the three modes. This yelds the cross section value σ prod D+s D- s=(451±63±118)pb for D+ s D- s production. Based on the numbers of singly tagged D+ s events for each of the three decay modes,the decay branching fractions for D+ s→K *0 K+ and K0K+ have been determined to be (3.02±0.94±0.91)% and (3.28±1.22±0.94)%,respectively.  相似文献

We report the first observation of a charmoniumlike state recoiling from the J/psi in the inclusive process e+e- -->J/psi+anything at a mass of (3.943+/-0.006+/-0.006) GeV/c{2}. We also observe the decay of this state into D*D[over ] and determine its intrinsic width to be less than 52 MeV/c{2} at the 90% C.L. These results are obtained from a 357 fb{-1} data sample collected with the Belle detector near the Upsilon(4S) resonance, at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider.  相似文献

We present a measurement of the shape of the Z/gamma* boson transverse momentum (q(T)) distribution in pp --> Z/gamma* --> e(+)e(-) + X events at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV using 0.98 fb(-1) of data collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The data are found to be consistent with the resummation prediction at low q(T), but above the perturbative QCD calculation in the region of q(T)>30 GeV/c. Using events with q(T)<30 GeV/c, we extract the value of g(2), one of the nonperturbative parameters for the resummation calculation. Data at large boson rapidity y are compared with the prediction of resummation and with alternative models that employ a resummed form factor with modifications in the small Bjorken x region of the proton wave function.  相似文献

We present updated measurements of CP-violating asymmetries in the decays B0-->D*(+/-)D(-/+) and B0-->D+D- using (383+/-4) x 10(6)B(B) pairs collected by the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II B factory. We determine the time-integrated CP asymmetry A(D*(+/-)D(-/+))=0.12+/-0.06+/-0.02, and the time-dependent asymmetry parameters to be C(D*+D-)=0.18+/-0.15+/-0.04, S(D*+D-)=-0.79+/-0.21+/-0.06, C(D*-D+)=0.23+/-0.15+/-0.04, S(D*-D+)=-0.44+/-0.22+/-0.06, C(D+D-)=0.11+/-0.22+/-0.07, and S(D+D-)=-0.54+/-0.34+/-0.06, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic.  相似文献

We present the results of a search for leptoquark (LQ) pairs in (85.2+/-3.7) pb(-1) of pp* collider data collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron. We observe no evidence for leptoquark production and set a limit on sigma(pp*-->LQLQ-->nunu+jets) as a function of the mass of the leptoquark (m(LQ)). Assuming the decay LQ-->nuq, we exclude scalar leptoquarks for m(LQ) < 98 GeV/c(2), and vector leptoquarks for m(LQ) < 200 GeV/c(2) and coupling which produces the minimum cross section, at a 95% confidence level.  相似文献

We present a search for associated Higgs boson production in the process pp-->WH-->WWW*-->l;+/-nul'+/-nu'+X in final states containing two like-sign isolated electrons or muons (e+/-e;+/-, e+/-micro+/-, or micro+/-micro+/-). The search is based on D0 run II data samples corresponding to integrated luminosities of 360-380 pb-1. No excess is observed over the predicted standard model background. We set 95% C.L. upper limits on sigma(pp-->WH)xBr(H-->WW*) between 3.2 and 2.8 pb for Higgs boson masses from 115 to 175 GeV.  相似文献

We present a search for the standard model Higgs boson produced in association with a Z boson in 4.2 fb(-1) of pp collisions, collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron at sqrt[s] =1 .96 TeV. Selected events contain one reconstructed Z → e+ e- or Z → μ+ μ- candidate and at least two jets, including at least one b-tagged jet. In the absence of an excess over the background expected from other standard model processes, limits on the ZH cross section multiplied by the branching ratios are set. The limit at M(H) = 115 GeV is a factor of 5.9 larger than the standard model prediction.  相似文献
