Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for ten phenylpiperazine derivatives

Ten phenylpiperazine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The first complete assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR chemical shifts for these phenylpiperazine derivatives were achieved by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra.     

Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for 10 phenylethanoid glycosides

Ten phenylethanoid glycosides, including two new ones, isolated from the aerial parts of the mangrove plant Acanthus ilicifolius were identified. The first complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these glycosides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra.     

Structure elucidation of a novel group of dithiocarbamate derivatives using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy

Compounds 1-7 form a novel group of dithiocarbamates, first synthesized from the reaction of a series of primary amines with carbon disulfide and 3-bromo ethyl pyruvate in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate. Structure elucidation of this group of compounds was accomplished using extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies, including (1)H, (13)C, COSY, NOESY, HSQC, and gHMBC experiments. The distinction between the linear structures I, II and the cyclic structure III was made mainly on the basis of the analysis of the cross peak between H-2 and H-4a in the COSY spectra, in combination with the long-range correlation between H-2 and C-4, 6 in the gHMBC spectra.     

1H and 13C NMR assignments for four triterpenoid saponins from Albizziae cortex

Four triterpenoid saponins were isolated from Albizziae cortex, and a complete assignment of their (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra was carried out using 1D and 2D NMR ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and HSQC-TOCSY) methods. Their (1)H NMR assignments were reported for the first time and some of their (13)C NMR spectral data reported in literature were corrected.     

Complete 1H and 13C assignments of 8-C-beta-D-[2-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl]glucopyranosyl-2-(2-hydroxy)propyl-7-methoxy-5-methylchromone

1H and 13C NMR spectra of 8-C-beta-D-[2-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl] glucopyranosyl-2-(2-hydroxy)propyl-7-methoxy-5-methylchromone were completely assigned by 2D NMR observations. Especially the 1H assignments of the glucosyl and hydroxyl protons were achieved by utilizing HMQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY and DEPT techniques together with a heavy water exchange 1H NMR experiment.     

Complete assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR data for two 3beta,8beta-epoxymexicanolides from the fruit of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum

Three 3beta,8beta-epoxymexicanolides, including xyloccensin K, 6-acetoxycedrodorin and a new one named xyloccensin W, were isolated from the fruit of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses. The first complete assignment of (1)H and (13)C NMR data for xyloccensin W was achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra. In addition, the confusion of (1)H and (13)C NMR data previously reported for xyloccensin K was clarified.     

Complete assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data for two new triterpenoid saponins from Ilex pernyi

Ilexpernoside A and ilexpernoside B, two new pentacyclic C(4)-nortriterpenoid saponins, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex pernyi Franch. Their chemical structures were determined by MS, NMR spectroscopy and chemical analysis. Complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC, (1)H-(1)H COSY and NOESY).     

六氟磷酸二(2,2'-联吡啶)·(4,4'-二甲基-2,2'-联吡啶) 合钌(Ⅱ)的二维核磁共振谱分析

用一维NMR方法研究了电化学发光物质六氟磷酸二(2,2'-联吡啶)·(4,4'-二甲基-2,2'-联吡啶)合钌(Ⅱ)的立体结构,借助二维1H-1H COSY和1H-13C COSY实验技术对其氢谱和碳谱进行了完全的归属,并给出了其氢谱和碳谱的化学位移值.     

Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data for two new triterpenoid saponins from Ilex hainanensis

Two novel unsaturated E-ring pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins, ilexhainanoside A and ilexhainanoside B, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex hainanensis. Their chemical structures were determined by MS, NMR spectroscopy and chemical analysis. Complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC, ROESY and 1H-1H COSY).     

Structural determination of saponins from Hedysarum polybotrys

Four saponins (1-4) were isolated from the roots of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz. and obtained from Hedysarum (Tourn.) L for the first time. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data. MS, 1D and 2D NMR including HMQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY and NOESY permitted correct assignments of all 1H and 13C signals of 1 and 2, and the 13C NMR data of 2 were reported for the first time.     

Complete assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data of nine surfactin isomers

A new surfactin isomer (1) was isolated from a mangrove bacteria strain 'Bacillus sp'. Its structure was identified, and full assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data were achieved for the first time by a combination of mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D NMR experiments including DEPT, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, ROESY, and HSQC-TOCSY. The NMR spectral data of eight known analogs (2-9) are also reported.

含穴醚N8O3配体的金属大环化合物的NMR研究

在溶液中,室温下对含有穴醚Ｎ８Ｏ３配体（Ｈ３Ｌ）的金属大环化合物［Ｎａ（Ｈ３Ｌ）］（ＣｌＯ４）３Ｈ２Ｏ（２）和［Ｌａ（Ｈ３Ｌ）（ＯＨ）２］（ＣｌＯ４）３（３）,作了１ＨＮＭＲ谱的测定,在化合物（２）－乙腈溶液中加入过量Ｌａ（ＣｌＯ４）３后的（２＋Ｌａ）和化合物（３）还作了１３Ｃ和１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ（氢－氢相关二维谱）、１Ｈ－１３ＣＨＭＱＣ（氢核检测的异核多量子相干相关谱）及１Ｈ－１３ＣＨＭＢＣ（氢核检测的异核多键相关谱）的ＮＭＲ谱测定,归属了所有１Ｈ,１３Ｃ的谱线。对其配位行为通过１ＨＮＭＲ试验作了简单的讨论。     

2,2'-二(对胺苯甲酯)-1,1'联萘的核磁共振谱解析

利用~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR谱研究了2,2’-二(对胺苯甲酯)-1,1’联萘的结构,并通过~1H-~1HCOSY,~(13)C-~1H异核相关及~(13)C-~1H异核远程相关谱进一步地确定了~1H谱和~(13)C谱中各谱峰的归属,为同类化合物的表征提供了一个依据.     

一种新的六氢嘧啶并嘧啶二酮衍生物的核磁共振分析

采用氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)、梯度场氢氢化学位移相关谱(1H-1H COSY)、梯度场质子检测异核单量子化学位移相关谱(HSQC)、梯度场质子检测异核多重键化学位移相关谱(HMBC)等多种NMR分析方法,确证了8a-对甲氧苯基-4,5-双(对氯苯基)六氢嘧啶[4,5-d]并嘧啶-2,7(1H,3H)-二酮的结构,对它的1H和13C NMR谱信号进行了归属,为其结构鉴定提供了重要依据。     

Xylocarpins A and B, two new mexicanolides from the seeds of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum: NMR investigation in mixture

Xylocarpins A and B, two new mexicanolides with a tiglate group at C-3, have been identified in the mixture using NMR spectroscopy. Both compounds were isolated in the mixture from the seeds of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum. The first complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for these mexicanolides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra. In order to separate xylocarpins A (1) and B (2) by chemical method, the mixture of two compounds was reduced with sodium borohydride in anhydrous methanol. However, the reduction led to the opening of the delta-lactone ring in xylocarpin B and afforded compound 3 as the main product. The complete NMR assignments of compound 3 were also achieved by means of the above 2D NMR techniques. Moreover, xylocarpin A was easily transformed into xylocarpin B during our normal liquid column chromatography. From this point of view, xylocarpin A was deemed to be the genuine natural product and xylocarpin B might be an artifact.     

Analysis of human urine metabolites using SPE and NMR spectroscopy

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic analysis of metabonome/metabolome has widespread applications in biomedical science researches. However, most of NMR resonances for urinary metabolites remain to be fully assigned. In the present study, human urine samples from two healthy volunteers were pre-treated with C18 solid-phase extraction and the resultant 5 sub-fractions were subjected to one- and two-dimensional NMR studies, including 1H J-Resolved, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H TOCSY, 1H-13C HSQC, and HMBC 2D NMR. More than 70 low molecular weight metabolites were identified, and complete assignments of 1H and 13C resonances including many complex coupled spin systems were obtained.     

Complete 1H and 13C NMR spectral assignment of symmetric and asymmetric bis-spiropyran derivatives

(1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of symmetric and asymmetric bis-spiropyrans, Series 1-3, were completely assigned. Especially, the (1)H assignment of asymmetric spiropyrans was achieved by utilizing (1)H-(1)H COSY and nOe experiments. All of the carbons in the dye molecules were investigated through a combination of heteronuclear 2D-shift correlation spectroscopy (HETCOR), together with an attached proton test (APT).     

Complete 1H- and 13C NMR assignments of saponins from roots of Gypsophila trichotoma Wend

The assignments of 1H and 13C NMR spectra of two new aminoacyl triterpene saponins from roots of Gypsophila trichotoma Wend. are reported. In addition to 1D NMR methods, 2D NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HSQC, HMBC, and HSQC-TOCSY) were used for the assignments. The structures were completed by analysis of HR-ESI-MS and ESI-MS(n).     

聚芳醚酮大环化合物的核磁共振谱解析

利用一维ＮＭＲ方法研究了新型聚芳醚酮大环化合物的影响，用二维同核＾１Ｈ－＾１Ｈ ＣＯＳＹ和＾１３Ｃ－＾１Ｈ ＣＯＳＹ实验方法以及类似物质标准谱图的比较，对一维ＮＭＲ谱峰进行了归属。
