Crystal Structure of 5—（l—Menthyloxy）—3—chloro—4— Pyrrolidinyl—2（5H0—f

The molecular structure of the title compound 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3-chloro-4-pyrrolidinyl-2(5H)-furanone, C18H28ClNO3(Ⅰ), has been determined by X-ray diffraction at 296(1)K. The crystal is monoclinic with space group P21, a=9.457(3), b=10.413(3), c=9.525(2), β=95.19(2)°, V=934(1) 3, Z=2, Mr=341.88, Dx=1.22 g/cm3, μ=2.15 cm-1, F(000)=368. The final R factor is 0.059, and Rw is 0.065 for 1020 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The absolute configuration at C(14) of the acetal carbon was proved to be S, taking into account the known configuration of 1R, 2S, 5R-menthyl moiety. There are three rings in the molecule of this compound: the furanone ring, the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy group ring. The franone ring is connected with the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy ring by N atom and μ2-O bridge atom respectively.

One—Pot Synthese of 3,4—Dihydropyrimidine—2（1H）—thiones Catalyzed by La（OTf）3

A general and practical procedure for the syntheses of 3,4-di-hydropyrimidine-2(1H)-thiones by a one-pot condensation of aldehyde,β-ketoester or β-diketone and thiourea using La(OTf)3 as the catalyst is described.Mild reaction conditions,excellent yields as well as the environmentally friendly character of La(OTf)3 make it an important alternative to the classic acid-catalyzed Biginelli‘s reaction.     

A Practical Synthesis of （S）—（＋）—2—（6′—methoxyl—2—naphthyl） propionic Acid

A simplified procedure for enantioselective synthesis of (S)-( )-2-(6′-methoxyl-2-naphthyl)propionic acid ((S)-( )-naproxen), starting from (6-methoxy-α-naphthyl)-1-propanone,with D-mannitol as auxiliary catalyzed by SmCl3 in one-pot is described. The yield is 87.5%(ee value 99%).     

1，3—Dipolar Cycloaddition of Substituted Benzonitrile Oxide to 5—（R）—（1—Menthyloxy）—2（5H）—furanone

Several isoxazoline compounds were obtained by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to 5-(R)-(1-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-furanone. The reaction condition was investigated preliminarily, the structures of these compounds have been established via the analysis of NMR data (involved NOEID or HMBC) and the reaction seems occurred regioselectively.     

Synthesis,X—Ray Structure and Characterization of a Triruthenium Cluster Complex Ru^Ⅲ3（μ3—O）（μ—CH3COO）6（py）2Cl with Four Steps One—electron Redox Processes

The synthesis and crystal structure of oxo-centered carboxylate-bridge trinuclear ruthenium complex,Ru3O(CH3OO)6(py)2Cl(py=pyridine)(1),are reported herein.The complex 1 has been characterized by IR,cyclic voltammetry (CV),UV-Vis and X-ray crystal analysis.The complex 1 in 0.1 mol/L (n-C4H9)4HPF6-CH2Cl2 solution at room temperature shows four oneelectron redox processes at E1/2=-1.38,1.20,-0.17 and 1.07V vs. Ag/AgCl.     

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.

V（acac）3—AI（i—BU）2CI催化体系相态的研究

研究了V(acac)3-AI(i-BU)2CI催化体系的相态。通过Tyndall效应、电镜观察和超过渡实验,证明了在溶有丁二烯的甲苯溶剂中V(acac)3-AI(i-BU)2CI催化体系以小颗粒分散,粒径在1－100nm之间,为胶体催化剂,属于高度分散的多相催化体系。催化剂颗粒是无定形的,其活性中心位于胶粒表面,以较佳配比所得到的催化剂颗粒较小、分布均匀,对丁二烯聚合反应具有较高的催化活性。
