Classical r-Matrices and Novikov Algebras   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We study the existence problem for Novikov algebra structures on finite-dimensional Lie algebras. We show that a Lie algebra admitting a Novikov algebra is necessarily solvable. Conversely we present a 2-step solvable Lie algebra without any Novikov structure. We use extensions and classical r-matrices to construct Novikov structures on certain classes of solvable Lie algebras.  相似文献

A metric Lie algebra is a Lie algebra equipped with an invariant non-degenerate symmetric bilinear form. It is called indecomposable if it is not the direct sum of two metric Lie algebras. We are interested in describing the isomorphism classes of indecomposable metric Lie algebras. In the present paper we restrict ourselves to a certain class of solvable metric Lie algebras which includes all indecomposable metric Lie algebras with maximal isotropic centre. We will see that each metric Lie algebra belonging to this class is a twofold extension associated with an orthogonal representation of an abelian Lie algebra. We will describe equivalence classes of such extensions by a certain cohomology set. In particular we obtain a classification scheme for indecomposable metric Lie algebras with maximal isotropic centre and the classification of metric Lie algebras of index 2.  相似文献

We say that a Lie algebra g is quasi-state rigid if every Ad-invariant continuous Lie quasi-state on it is the directional derivative of a homogeneous quasimorphism. Extending work of Entov and Polterovich, we show that every reductive Lie algebra, as well as the algebras C n ? u(n), n ≥ 1, are rigid. On the other hand, a Lie algebra which surjects onto the three-dimensional Heisenberg algebra is not rigid. For Lie algebras of dimension ≤ 3 and for solvable Lie algebras which split over a codimension one abelian ideal, we show that this is the only obstruction to rigidity.  相似文献

We first prove that a graded, connected, free and cofree Hopf algebra is always self-dual. Then, we prove that two graded, connected, free and cofree Hopf algebras are isomorphic if and only if they have the same Poincaré–Hilbert formal series. If the characteristic of the base field is zero, we prove that the Lie algebra of the primitive elements of such an object is free, and we deduce a characterization of the formal series of free and cofree Hopf algebras by a condition of growth of the coefficients. We finally show that two graded, connected, free and cofree Hopf algebras are isomorphic as (nongraded) Hopf algebras if and only if the Lie algebras of their primitive elements have the same number of generators.  相似文献

We show that, unlike alternative algebras, prime quotients of a nondegenerate Jordan system or a Lie algebra need not be nondegenerate, even if the original Jordan system is primitive, or the Lie algebra is strongly prime, both with nonzero simple hearts. Nevertheless, for Jordan systems and Lie algebras directly linked to associative systems, we prove that even semiprime quotients are necessarily nondegenerate.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the Lie algebras in which every subspace is its subalgebra (denoted by HB Lie algebras). We get that a nonabelian Lie algebra is an HB Lie algebra if and only if it is isomorphic to g+Cidg, where g is an abelian Lie algebra. W. A. Moens proved that a Lie algebra is nilpotent if and only if it admits an invertible Leibniz-derivation. In this paper, using the definition of a Leibniz-derivation from Moens (2010), we show that a similar result for non-Lie Leibniz algebras is not true. Namely, we give an example of non-nilpotent Leibniz algebra that admits an invertible Leibniz-derivation. In order to extend the results of the paper by Moens (2010) for Leibniz algebras, we introduce a definition of a Leibniz-derivation of Leibniz algebras that agrees with Leibniz-derivation of the Lie algebra case. Further, we prove that a Leibniz algebra is nilpotent if and only if it admits an invertible Leibniz-derivation of Definition 3.4. Moreover, the result that a solvable radical of a Lie algebra is invariant with respect to a Leibniz-derivation was extended to the case of Leibniz algebras.  相似文献

Relationships between the structure of a Lie algebra and that of its lattice of ideals is studied for those Lie algebras whose ideal lattice is very close to that of an almost-abelian Lie algebra. It is shown here that if the base field is algebraically closed, finite or the real one, for any n ≥3 the only solvable Lie algebra whose lattice of ideals is isomorphic to that of the (n+l)-dimensional almost-abelian Lie algebra is itself.  相似文献

A Lie algebra endowed with a nondegenerate, symmetric, invariant bilinear form is called a quadratic Lie algebra. In this paper, the author investigates the structure of solvable quadratic Lie algebras, in particular, the solvable quadratic Lie algebras whose Cartan subalgebras consist of semi-simple elements, the author presents a procedure to construct a class of quadratic Lie algebras from the point of view of cohomology and shows that all solvable quadratic Lie algebras can be obtained in this way.  相似文献

We prove first that every (np)-filiform Lie algebra, p ≤ 3, is the nilradical of a solvable, nonnilpotent rigid Lie algebra. We also analize how this result extends to (n — 4)-filiform Lie algebras. For this purpose, we give a classificaction of these algebras and then determine which of the obtained classes appear as the nilradical of a rigid algebra.  相似文献

We introduce bidendriform bialgebras, which are bialgebras such that both product and coproduct can be split into two parts satisfying good compatibilities. For example, the Malvenuto-Reutenauer Hopf algebra and the non-commutative Connes-Kreimer Hopf algebras of planar decorated rooted trees are bidendriform bialgebras. We prove that all connected bidendriform bialgebras are generated by their primitive elements as a dendriform algebra (bidendriform Milnor-Moore theorem) and then is isomorphic to a Connes-Kreimer Hopf algebra. As a corollary, the Hopf algebra of Malvenuto-Reutenauer is isomorphic to the Connes-Kreimer Hopf algebra of planar rooted trees decorated by a certain set. We deduce that the Lie algebra of its primitive elements is free in characteristic zero (G. Duchamp, F. Hivert and J.-Y. Thibon conjecture).  相似文献

All solvable Lie algebras with Heisenberg nilradical have already been classified. We extend this result to a classification of solvable Leibniz algebras with Heisenberg nilradical. As an example, we show the complete classification of all real or complex Leibniz algebras whose nilradical is the 3-dimensional Heisenberg algebra.  相似文献

A structure of a left-symmetric algebra on the set of all derivations of a free algebra is introduced such that its commutator algebra becomes the usual Lie algebra of derivations. Left and right nilpotent elements of left-symmetric algebras of derivations are studied. Simple left-symmetric algebras of derivations and Novikov algebras of derivations are described. It is also proved that the positive part of the left-symmetric algebra of derivations of a free nonassociative symmetric m-ary algebra in one free variable is generated by one derivation and some right nilpotent derivations are described.  相似文献

In this paper we generalize naturally graded filiform Lie algebras as well as filiform Lie algebras admitting a connected gradation of maximal length, by introducing the concept of c-graded complex filiform Lie algebras. We deal with the particular case of 3-graded filiform Lie algebras and we obtain their classification in arbitrary dimension. We finally show a link among derived algebras, graded filiform and rigid solvable Lie algebras.  相似文献
