Diblock copolymerizations of L - or D,L -lactide (LA) with trimethylene carbonate (TMC) or 2,2-dimethyltrimethylene carbonate (2,2-DTMC) with SmMe(C5Me5)2-(tetrahydrofuran) as an initiator and triblock copolymerizations of L - or D,L -LA/cyclic carbonates/L - or D,L -LA with [Sm(C5Me5)2]2(PhCCCCPh) as an initiator generated the desired block copolymers. This article describes the comparison of biodegradabilities by proteinase K and a compost and mechanical properties between the resulting di- or triblock copolymers and random copolymers composed of L - or D,L -LA and cyclic carbonates. The scanning electron microscopic profiles of resulting polymers were measured to understand the morphological change during biodegradation. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测血清中硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)、雄烯二酮(A4)、睾酮(T)、17-羟基孕酮(17-OHP)、双氢睾酮(DHT)5种激素的分析方法。血清样本经蛋白沉淀后,采用固相萃取,经Agela Venusil MP C18色谱柱(3.0 mm×50 mm,3μm)分离,以含0.1%甲酸的甲醇和含0.02%甲酸的水为流动相进行梯度洗脱。使用正-负离子多反应监测模式进行数据采集。结果表明,5种激素在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2>0.995),回收率为96.0%~105%,各激素的批内精密度和批间精密度均小于10%,DHEAS、A4、T、17-OHP、DHT的定量下限(LOQ)分别为5.00、0.05、0.05、0.025、0.025 ng/mL。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适用于临床对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清雄性激素水平的检测。  相似文献

将不同荧光性能的铽(Tb)、镨(Pr)离子分别与铕(Eu)离子混合,以三异丙氧基稀土的形式掺杂P(MMA-CO-St)共聚物,研究Eu^3 /Tb^3 和Eu^3 /pr^3 共掺杂P(MMA-CO-St)的荧光性能的变化情况.结果表明,Eu^3 /Tb^3 掺杂的P(MMA-CO-St)中,Tb^3 作为能量给予体,Eu^3 作为能量接受体,能量转移的结果使Eu^3 特征荧光显增强;Eu^3 /pr^3 掺杂的P(MMA-CO-St)中,Eu^3 的能量向pr^3 转移,致使Eu^3 的特征荧光猝灭,pr^3 的荧光略为增强.  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry conducted with a thin-film rotating disk electrode, or ring-disk electrode (CV-TF-R(R)DE) is a very popular ‘ex situ’ tool for the rapid screening of electrocatalysts for their activity in oxygen reduction reaction. Despite its popularity and broad use, in most instances only a small part of the information that could be accessed by CV-TF-R(R)DE is actually used by scientists in their research. This work outlines both innovative and more traditional (but half-forgotten) ways of using CV-TF-R(R)DE to its optimal or full potential in the ongoing quest to study the most relevant features of oxygen reduction reaction electrocatalysts and quickly identify the most promising candidates for their applications in fuel cells or other electrochemical devices.  相似文献

The cobalt atom in the structures studied is situated in the center of an octahedron involving donor atoms N and 3O organic ligands Heida or Bcegly (ions of hydroxyethyliminodiacetate or bis(carbamoylethyl)aminoacetate, respectively), water molecule oxygen atom, and a carboxylic atom of the neighboring ligand in the trans-position to the N atom, so that each (II) ion is linked with two organic anions. This results in a formation of infinite chains — uncharged [Co(Heida)(H2O)]n or cationic {[Co(Bcegly)(H2O)]+}n. In both cases, a molecule of crystallization water is present, and in the second case, the charge of the chains is compensated by perchlorate ions. Aminoacetic cycle of the Heida ligand is approximately coplanar to another such cycle, while a similar cycle of the Bcegly ligand is in the plane of one of six-membered aminopropionamide cycles.  相似文献

用DSC和傅里叶红外(FTIR)光谱表征PEO/PMMA和PEO/PVA共混体系的结晶行为。发现PEO/PVA体系的结晶度与其组成的变化是一致的;而PEO/PMMA体系的结晶度随非晶组分增加而下降的速度,从与组成变化一致到比后者快,但又随时间而改变。对此结晶/非晶共混体系的结晶度随组成和时间而变化的现象,可用体系的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)来解释。  相似文献

Tridentate bis(oxazolinylpyridine)(1) reacted with nickel chloride or ferrous chloride in anhydrous ethanol to form bis(oxazolinylpyridine) Nickel(Ⅱ) and Iron(Ⅱ) complexes. The stable solid complexes were characterized with IR, UV, MS, XPS and elemental analysis. No stable complexes were formed with bidentate bis(oxazoline)(2) ins- tead of bis(oxazolinylpyridine).  相似文献

The compositions of copolymers of diethyldiallylammonium chloride (DEDAAC) with acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) or sodium acrylic acid (NaAA) at low conversion were determined by elemental analysis, and the reactivity ratios of monomers in copolymerization were obtained by Kelen-Tudos method. The results showed that the reactivity ratios rDE and rAM are 0.31 and 5.27 for DEDAAC with AM, rDE and rAA are 0.28 and 5.15 for DEDAAC with AA, and rDE and rNaAA are 0.40 and 3.97 for DEDAAC with NaAA, respectively. The copolymerizations for DEDAAC with AM, AA or NaAA are non-ideal copolymerization and the products are random copolymers.  相似文献

On the Preparation of Larger Amounts of Diphosphane(4) in the Laboratory The preparation of several hundred grammes of diphosphane(4) by hydrolysis of calcium phosphide in a semicontinuous process as well as the handling of larger amounts of this compound are reported. In comparison with earlier results [12], the yield has been raised by 37 percent with simultaneous increase of the accessible total amount. The white solid which is formed in the preparation and purification of diphosphane(4) is not, as was believed in earlier work [25, 8], triphosphane(5) or another, novel phosphorus hydride but is rather a clathrate compound of diphosphane(4) or the phosphanes PnHn+2 (n = 2–4) and water, respectively.  相似文献

Polyetheramides (PEAs) are prepared by polycondensation of N,N′-diacetyl-o-tolidide with Bisphenol A, C, or F, phenolphthalein, resorcinol, catechol, hydroquinone, or 1,5- or 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene or ethylene, butylene, propylene, diethylene, or triethylene glycol. Conjugated polymers (CPs) have long been recognized as an important class of materials. The highly conjugated backbone of the CPs will facilitate the rapid exciton migration and result in amplification of fluorescence signals. However, CPs are likely to aggregate and form excimers in solid states, directly leading to the fluorescence quenching, namely aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ), hence inhibiting their prospective utilizations in a large degree. Since the effect of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) is opposite to that of notorious ACQ, the AIE has raised great attention from scientists. CPs with AIE or aggregation-enhanced emission (AEE) features may help to solve the ACQ problem and meanwhile impart polymers with new properties and practical applications. In this review, we summarize the recent progress on the preparation of CPs with AIE or AEE characteristics, where AIE-active luminogens are located at polymer backbones or pendants. Their potential applications including fluorescent sensors, biological probes, and active layers for the fabrication of light-emitting diodes are also described.  相似文献

From a thorough study of many systems incorporating water, the ionic surfactant sodium dodecylsulfate, straighter or branched alkanols and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, it clearly appears that the molecular structure of the alkanol used as the cosurfactant is the composition factor that primarily determines the configuration of the microemulsion domain and, correlatively, the type of the microemulsion electroconductive and viscous behavior.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy characterization were performed to evaluate the phenomenon of alteration of polymorphism of syndiotactic polystyrene (s-PS) in the presence of other blending miscible polymers: poly(2,6-dimethyl-p-phenylene oxide) (PPO) or atactic polystyrene (a-PS). Both α and β crystal forms were observed in the neat s-PS sample, but only β-form crystal was found in miscible blends of s-PS with a-PS or PPO. The order and neighboring chain segments of neat s-PS are different from those of s-PS/PPO or s-PS/a-PS blends; thus, it is plausible that the greater randomness in the melt state of s-PS/a-PS or s-PS/PPO blends might be unfavorable for formation of α-form crystals from melts. The final spherulitic morphology the s-PS/a-PS or s-PS/PPO blends suggests that the amorphous-state miscibility of does not change much the spherulitic structure of s-PS. The radial growth rate is, in general, depressed with the presence of blending miscible polymers in s-PS of equal Tg or PPO of higher Tg. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The melting and crystallization behavior of polyethylene and isotactic polypropylene containing 1,2‐ or 1,3‐disubstituted cyclopentane units in the main chain has been studied with simultaneous wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimetry. For the ethylene‐based copolymers, the position of a reflection peak in the WAXD patterns shifts to a low angle with the increasing acquired temperature. The temperature dependence on the axial length of the crystal lattice is more marked in the copolymers forming orthorhombic crystals (containing 1,2‐cyclopentane or 5.6 mol % 1,3‐cyclopentane units) than in those forming hexagonal crystals (containing 8.1 mol % 1,3‐cyclopentane units). For the isotactic propylene‐based copolymers, the position of the reflection peaks in the WAXD patterns is independent of the acquired temperature. The proportion of the γ form in the copolymer containing the 1,2‐cyclopentane units is higher than that in the copolymers containing the 1,3‐cyclopentane units. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel approach for the synthesis of cyclic peptides that can exist in either linear or cyclized conformations is described. Synthesis of the peptides was achieved via a modified solid phase methodology. Histone deacetylases (HDACs) remove acetyl groups from acetylated lysine residues and have a large variety of substrates and interaction partners. Therefore, it is not surprising that HDACs are involved in many diseases. Most inhibitors of zinc-dependent HDACs (HDACis) including approved drugs contain a hydroxamate as a zinc-binding group (ZBG), which is by far the biggest contributor to affinity, while chemical variation of the residual molecule is exploited to create more or less selectivity against HDAC isozymes or other metalloproteins. Hydroxamates have a propensity for nonspecificity and have recently come under considerable suspicion because of potential mutagenicity. Therefore, there are significant concerns when applying hydroxamate-containing compounds as therapeutics in chronic diseases beyond oncology due to unwanted toxic side effects. In the last years, several alternative ZBGs have been developed, which can replace the critical hydroxamate group in HDACis, while preserving high potency. Moreover, these compounds can be developed into highly selective inhibitors. This review aims at providing an overview of the progress in the field of non-hydroxamic HDACis in the time period from 2015 to present. Formally, ZBGs are clustered according to their binding mode and structural similarity to provide qualitative assessments and predictions based on available structural information.  相似文献

Abstract

To study the human metabolism of bis (2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate (DEHP) urine samples were analyzed from non-uremic psoriatic patients, uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments and patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The urine of dialyzed non-uremic patients contained phthalic acid, mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. Other compounds identified were p-hydroxy benzoic acid, m-hydroxy benzoic acid, o-hydroxy hippuric acid, o-hydroxy benzoic acid and benzoic acid, which may be either diet dependent normal urinary constituents or metabolites of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. The levels of phthalic acid and bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate found in the urine of patients who were on total body oxygenators containing a membrane during cardiac bypass surgery were comparable to levels obtained from non-uremic psoriatic patients. Significant levels of phthalic acid were detected in the urine of the uremic patients studied while mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and bis (2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate were present only in small amounts or were completely absent. In general, the urinary phthalate content of uremic patients increased with urinary volume.  相似文献

Bio-based polymers have become feasible alternatives to traditional petroleum-based plastics. However, the factors that influence the sustainability of bio-based polymers are often unclear. This paper reviews published life cycle assessments (LCAs) and commonly used LCA databases that quantify the environmental sustainability of bio-based polymers and summarizes the range of findings reported within the literature. LCA is discussed as a means for quantifying environmental impacts for a product from its cradle, or raw materials extraction, to the grave, or end of life. The results of LCAs from existing databases as well as peer-reviewed literature allow for the comparison of environmental impacts. This review compares standard database results for three bio-based polymers, polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), and thermoplastic starch (TPS) with five common petroleum derived polymers. The literature showed that biopolymers, coming out of a relatively new industry, exhibit similar impacts compared to petroleum-based plastics. The studies reviewed herein focused mainly on global warming potential (GWP) and fossil resource depletion while largely ignoring other environmental impacts, some of which result in environmental tradeoffs. The studies reviewed also varied greatly in the scope of their assessment. Studies that included the end of life (EOL) reported much higher GWP results than those that limited the scope to resin or granule production. Including EOL in the LCA provides more comprehensive results for biopolymers, but simultaneously introduces greater amounts of uncertainty and variability. Little life-cycle data is available on the impacts of different manners of disposal, thus it will be critical for future sustainability assessments of biopolymers to include accurate end of life impacts.  相似文献

The morphology and mechanical properties of poly-(3-octylthiophene) P3OT films thin has been studied by scanning force microscopy techniques. On these films we find self-assembled layered structures that appear regardless of the preparation conditions, that is, spin-coating or drop-casting, of the solvent concentration or of the type of substrate. Using the drop-casting method for sample preparation these layered structures are hardly visible due to the high surface roughness, while using spin-coating these structures are the main topographic feature on the surface. These structures have typically one or two layers, even though occasionally up to four layers have been observed. Each layer has a height of 4-5 nm, which is associated to crystalline P3OT domains and lay on the polymer film. The size of these structures increases with increasing concentration of the P3OT in the solvent. We find well differentiated morphological, electrostatic as well as mechanical properties for the self-assembled structures as compared to the rest of the polymer film. Finally, the growth rate of these structures has been studied.  相似文献
