Three new sesquiterpene alkaloids from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii

<正>Three new sesquiterpene alkaloids,1-desacetylwilforgine(1),1-desacetylwilforine(2),and 9′-hydroxy-2-nicotinoylwilforine (3) were isolated from the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f.,along with six known alkaloids.Their structures were established on the basis of spectral analysis.

A new diterpenoid,15-0-accetylspiraminol(1),was isolated from the aerial parts of Spireae japonica L.f.var.ovalifolia.The structure was charaterized mainly based on spectral analysis.

A Novel Diterpenoid from the Soft Coral Sarcophyton crassocaule

A novel hydroperoxide cembrane-type diterpenoid was isolated from the soft coral Sarcophyton crassocaule collected from the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea. The structure of 3 was established by spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis,named as sarcophyocrassolide A. It exhibited strong cytotoxicity against the P-388 cell line with IC50 value of 0.1 μg/mL.

A new diterpenoid dimer annonebinide A has been isolated from the stems of Annona glabra.Its structure was determined to be ent-16α-hydroxykauran-17-yl ent-16β-kauran-17-oate on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence.

<正>A new ent-labdane diterpenoid,19-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-ent-labda-8(17),13-dien-15,16,19-triol,together with six known ent-labdane diterpenoids,was isolated from the aerial parts of Andrographis paniculaia.The structure of the new compound was elucidated by extensive spectral analysis.     

A New Diterpenoid Glucoside from Aster smithianus

A new diterpenoid trisaccharide, smithoside A, was isolated from Aster smithianus. Its structure was identified as pimar- 15 (16)-β-en-3β, 8β, 11α-triol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1→3)- [β-glucopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of the spectral and chemical methods.

A new cassane diterpenoid lactone was isolated from the seed of Caesalpinia minax.On the basis of spectral evidences,its structure was established as 12α-methoxyl,5α,14β-dihydroxy- 1α,6α,7β-triacetoxycass- 13(15)-en- 16,12-olide.     

STUDIES ON DITERPENE-QUINONES OF TRIPTERYGIUM REGELII SPRAGUE

Six new diterpene-quinones were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Tripterygium regelii Sprague and their structures were elucidated through interpretation of their spectroscopic data and chemical correlations. The absolute configuration of triptoquinonoic acid A (1) was determined by X-ray crystallography.     

A New Abietane Diterpenoid from Orthosiphon wulfenioides

A new abietane diterpenoid,orthosiphonol (11-methoxy-12,14-dihydroxy-8,11,13-abieta trien-7-one)(1) together with known 11-hydroxysugiol (2) were isolated from Orthosiphon wulfenioides. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
