结合近年来开展有机化学本科教学的经验和体会,提出了在教学活动中开展师生之间有效互动的必要性。对实际教学过程中的课前互动、课堂互动和课后互动的几种情况进行了分析,并对面对面互动和在线互动的效果进行了比较。实践表明,每一种师生互动的形式都有其自身优点和固有缺陷,只有将其结合起来综合利用,开展混合式互动的教学模式,才能最大程度地实现教学相长的目的。在有机化学教学活动中,高效的师生互动有助于学生培养有机化学的思维方法,增强其独立思考和解决问题的能力,为将来成为创新性的有机化学人才打下坚实的基础。 相似文献

Understanding the ignition behaviour of coal is of utmost importance for the design of boilers and control of the combustion
process. In recent years there has been an increasing utilisation of coal blends for combustion, but information on the possible
interactive effects during ignition of the individual components is scarce. In this work the ignition behaviour of a series
of coal blends, made up from three coals of different rank, sub-bituminous, high volatile and low volatile bituminous, was
studied. To this end a thermogravimetric analyser linked to a mass spectrometer for evolved gas analysis was used. Different
ignition behaviour was observed for the coals studied; the sub-bituminous and low volatile bituminous coals ignited heterogeneously,
while homogeneous ignition occurred for the high volatile bituminous coal. In the case of blends of the low and high volatile
bituminous coals, different mechanisms of ignition were observed depending on the blends composition.

We describe ProteinShop, a new visualization tool that streamlines and simplifies the process of determining optimal protein folds. ProteinShop may be used at different stages of a protein structure prediction process. First, it can create protein configurations containing secondary structures specified by the user. Second, it can interactively manipulate protein fragments to achieve desired folds by adjusting the dihedral angles of selected coil regions using an Inverse Kinematics method. Last, it serves as a visual framework to monitor and steer a protein structure prediction process that may be running on a remote machine. ProteinShop was used to create initial configurations for a protein structure prediction method developed by a team that competed in CASP5. ProteinShop's use accelerated the process of generating initial configurations, reducing the time required from days to hours. This paper describes the structure of ProteinShop and discusses its main features. 相似文献

针对学生对化学热力学中熵差计算公式难以准确记忆和掌握的问题,提出了一种通过计算公式交互验证来强化公式记忆的方法。先介绍了从熵变定义出发的常规演绎法,再介绍了另外一种从热力学基本方程和全微分出发的微分演绎法,并对2种演绎法得到的熵差计算结果进行了交叉验证。此外,对理想气体绝热过程方程和相应的熵差计算公式也进行了相互推证。 相似文献

Bismuth–oxygen moieties are beneficial for high-efficiency electrochemical CO2 reduction (CO2RR) to produce formate; however, preserving bismuth-oxygen moieties while applying a cathodic potential is challenging. This work reports the preparation of ultrathin Bi2O2O/Bi2O2(OH)(NO3) nanosheets (BiON-uts) by in-situ tailoring of hydrogen bonds in a Bi2O2(OH)(NO3) precursor. The BiON-uts exhibits a formate faradaic efficiency of 98 % with higher partial current density than that of most reported bismuth-based catalysts. Mechanistic studies demonstrate that the ultrathin nanosheet morphology facilitates ion-exchange between BiON-uts and the electrolyte to produce Bi2O2CO3 as intermediate, and adsorption of CO2 with surface Bi2O2O. DFT calculations reveal that the rate-limiting first electron transfer is effectively improved by the high electron affinity of Bi2O2CO3. More importantly, high-efficiency CO2RR in turn protects the bismuth–oxygen moieties from being reduced and thus helps to maintain the excellent CO2RR activity. This work offers an interactive mechanism of CO2RR promotion and bismuth–oxygen moiety preservation, opening up new opportunities for developing high-performance catalysts. 相似文献
