A simple, fast and reliable method, using high performance anion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection, had been developed for the analysis of neomycin in water samples. The elution and separation were carried out with an isocratic mobile phase, containing 10 mmol/L NaOH. The influence of the concentration and pH of the mobile phase on the separation and detection was investigated. A quadruple-potential waveform used for the detection was optimized. The detection limit of neomycin was down to 0.027μg/mL. The linearity of neomycin calibration curve ranged from 0.050 to 0.505μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9997. R.S.D. The present work refers to high-temperature drop calorimetric measurements on liquid Al–Cu, Al–Sn, and Al–Cu–Sn alloys. The binary systems have been investigated at 973 K, up to 40 at.% Cu in case of Al–Cu, and over the entire concentrational range in case of Al–Sn. Measurements in the ternary Al–Cu–Sn system were performed along the following cross-sections: xAl/xCu = 1:1, xAl/xSn = 1:1, xCu/xSn = 7:3, xCu/xSn = 1:1, and xCu/xSn = 3:7 at 1273 K. Experimental data were used to find ternary interaction parameters by applying the Redlich–Kister–Muggianu model for substitutional solutions, and a full set of parameters describing the concentration dependence of the enthalpy of mixing was derived. From these, the isoenthalpy curves were constructed for 1273 K. The ternary system shows an exothermic enthalpy minimum of approx. ?18,000 J/mol in the Al–Cu binary and a maximum of approx. 4000 J/mol in the Al–Sn binary system. The Al–Cu–Sn system is characterized by considerable repulsive ternary interactions as shown by the positive ternary interaction parameters.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of irradiation temperature on the shelf stability and quality of Kimchi during storage at 35 °C for 30 days. Kimchi samples were N2-packaged and heated at 60 °C and then gamma irradiated at 20 kGy under various temperatures (room temperature, ice, dry ice, and liquid nitrogen). In the results of microbial, pH, and acidity analysis, combination treatment of heating and irradiation was able to sterilize microbes in Kimchi regardless of irradiation temperature. When Kimchi was irradiated under frozen temperatures, especially dry ice, the softening of texture and the deterioration of sensory quality of Kimchi were reduced. Also, ESR signal intensities were weakened due to the decrease of irradiation dose and temperature.  相似文献

The equilibrium solubility of sodium 2-naphthalenesulfonate in binary (sodium chloride + water), (sodium sulfate + water), and (ethanol + water) solvent mixtures was measured at elevated temperatures from (278.15 to 323.15) K using a steady-state method. With increasing temperatures, the solubility increases in aqueous solvent mixtures. The results of these results were regressed by a modified Apelblat equation. The dissolution entropy and enthalpy determined using the method of the least-squares and the change of Gibbs free energy calculated with the values of ΔdiffSo and ΔdiffHo at T = 278.15 K.  相似文献

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of laser phototherapy as preventive and therapeutic regime on induced-oral mucositis in hamsters.DesignThe animals were divided into four groups: preventive cryotherapy, preventive laser, therapeutic laser and therapeutic control group. Mucositis was induced in hamsters by intraperitoneal injection of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and superficial scratching. All preventive treatment was performed on the right cheek pouch mucosa. The left pouch mucosa was used for a spontaneous development of mucositis and did not receive any preventive therapy. Laser parameters were: λ = 660 nm, P = 30 mW, D = 1.2 J/cm2, Δt = 40 s, spot size 3 mm2, I = 1 W/cm2. Cryotherapy was done positioning ice packs in the hamster mucosa 5 min before 5-FU infusion and 10 min afterward. To study the healing of mucositis, the left pouch mucosa of each of the hamsters in the TLG received laser irradiation on the injured area. Irradiation parameters were kept the same as abovementioned. The control hamsters in the TCG did not receive any treatment. The mucositis degree and the animal’s body mass were evaluated. An assessment of blood vessels was made based on immunohistochemical staining.ResultsThe CG animals lost 15.16% of theirs initial body mass while the LG animals lost 8.97% during the first 5 days. The laser treated animals had a better clinical outcome with a faster healing, and more granulation tissue. The quantity of blood vessels at both LG and CG were higher than in healthy mucosa. Regarding the therapeutic analysis, the severity of the mucositis in the TLG was always lower than TCG. TLG presented higher organization of the granulation tissue, parallel collagen fibrils, and increased angiogenesis.ConclusionThe results suggest that laser phototherapy had a positive effect in reducing mucositis severity, and a more pronounced effect in treating established mucositis.  相似文献

The complex compound of dithizone-Co(Ⅱ) was separated and concentrated from the aqueous phase to n-octanol by solvent sublation.From the analysis of the coalescence behavior of bubbles on water-organic interface,the conception of critical bubble radius was proposed,and the value of the critical bubble radius in the water-octanol system was obtained:1.196×10~(-3)m.The simulation of the mathematical model using CBR and experimental data is completed with perfect results,and the simulation of the mathematical model using CBR is very different with the classic one.The analytical results proved that the critical bubble radius should be adequately considered in mathematical model of solvent sublation.  相似文献

A new method for the analysis of copper and its speciation in Rhizoma coptidis was proposed using chelatometric dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(cDLLME) followed by capillary electrophoresis. Dithizone was used as a chelating agent for extraction and carbon tetrachloride and ethanol were used as extraction and dispersive solvent,respectively.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5- 20.0μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9990(n = 6) and the average recovery was in the range of 88.26%-94.44%.The method was successfully used to determine the total and water soluble copper in Rhizoma coptidis herbal medicine.The results suggested that it would be reasonable to setting the criterion of heavy metals in an herbal medicine according to the dosage forms.  相似文献

Surfaces of amphiphilic phosphorylcholine polymer (PC1036) prepared by spin-coating were characterized by spectroscopic ellipsometry, water contact angle and atomic force microscopy. The antifouling properties of the PC1036 films to marine benthic diatom Nitzschia closterium MMDL533 were also investigated. The results showed that the dry PC1036 film promoted the adhesion of N. closterium MMDL533 because the hydrophobic lauryl groups were present in the film surface. The 2 h-swelled PC1036 films had excellent anti-fouling properties with extremely low attachment densities and retention densities no matter what the annealing temperature was. The thickness of the coated films lower than 147 Å had a profound effect on the film anti-fouling properties. Otherwise, when the film thickness was higher than that value, there was no more improvement of diatom cell reduction observed. The annealing temperature had only a little effect on the film resistant to diatom adhesion, which might be attributed to two factors including the PC group packing densities in the outer PC layer and the equilibrated water volume fraction in the 2 h-swelled PC1036 films.  相似文献

A sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence method has been developed for the detection of resveratrol in red wine based on the fact that resveratrol can greatly enhance chemiluminescence reaction between KMnO_4 and HCHO in sulfuric acid medium. Analytes were pre-concentrated on solid sorbents (C_(18) solid-phase extraction cartridges).Under the optimum conditions,the proposed method allows the measurement of resveratrol over the range of 1.32×10~(-8) to 1.32×10~(-5) mol/L with a detection limit of 3.30×10~(-9) mol/L,and the relative standard deviation for 1.32×10~(-5) mol/L resveratrol (n=11) is 3.8%.This method has been successfully applied for the determination of the resveratrol in red wine.Furthermore,the possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.  相似文献

Three compounds based on polyoxometalate building blocks, [Cu(en)2]{[Cu(en)2]2[MoVI5MoV3VIV8O40(PO4)]} · 4H2O (1), [Co(en)2]{[Co(en)2]2[HMoVI4MoV4VIV8O40(PO4)]} · 5H2O (2) and [Ni(en)2]{[Ni(en)2]2[MoVI5MoV3VIV8O40(VO4)]} · 2H2O (3) (en = ethylenediamine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XPS, XRD, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The result of structure determination shows that isomorphic compounds 1, 2 and 3 feature a one-dimensional chain built from the reduced tetra-capped pseudo-Keggin polyoxoanion, which is further interconnected by [M(en)2]2+ (M = Cu, Co and Ni) groups via the terminal oxygen atoms of polyoxoanions. The crystal data for these compounds are the following: 1, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 26.702(3) Å, b = 13.4539(14) Å, c = 19.5987(19) Å, β = 108.650(2)°, V = 6671.0(12) Å3, Z = 4; 2, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 26.244(3) Å, b = 13.5070(17) Å, c = 19.581(3) Å, β = 106.881(2)°, V = 6641.8(15) Å3, Z = 4; 3, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 26.2789(15) Å, b = 13.5408(6) Å, c = 19.6312(9) Å, β = 106.2590(10)°, V = 6706.1(6) Å3, Z = 4. A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl 16-oxo-platycodigenin 28-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyra-nosyl ester, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, together with three known saponins, including platycodin D, deapio platycoside E and platycoside E. The structure of the new compound, named 16-oxo-platycodin D, was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.  相似文献

The in vitro digestibility of alcalase enzymatic hydrolysates ofβ-conglycinin was studied.The results showed that the zeta potentials ofβ-conglycinin hydrolysates decreased and their electronegativity increased when digested with pepsin and trypsin.Furthermore,the content of peptides with molecular weight from 10 kDa to 20 kDa remained stable,while those with higher molecular weight(>20 kDa) decreased,and those with lower molecular weight(<10 kDa) increased.The proportion of highly hydrophobic peptides decreased in the process of the in vitro digestion,but no significant change in the surface hydropliobicity indices of digestion products was observed(P<0.05).These results indicate that theβ-congiycinin hydrolysates were degraded through in vitro digestion,but the degree of degradation was relatively low.Peptides with molecular weight from 10 kDa to 20 kDa in theβ-conglycinin hydrolysates resisted the digestion by pepsin and trypsin and they remained stable during the in vitro digestion processes.  相似文献

Isovaleraldehyde possesses malty,fruity,cocoa-like odor and is widely used in fruit,chocolate,coffee flavors.The preparation of natural isovaleraldehyde by the Maillard model reaction was studied in this paper.The effects of the ratio of D-glucose/L-leucine, reaction temperature and pH value on the yield of isovaleraldehyde were explored.The optimum conditions were as follows: n(D-glucose):n(L-leucine)=4,temperature 150℃,reaction time 3 h,pH 5.The highest yield of isovaleraldehyde obtained was about 32%.  相似文献

Here we demonstrate the fabrication, electrochemical performance and application of an asymmetric supercapacitor(AS) device constructed with β–Ni(OH)_2/MWCNTs as positive electrode and KOH activated honeycomb-like porous carbon(K-PC) derived from banana fibers as negative electrode. Initially,the electrochemical performance of hydrothermally synthesized β–Ni(OH)_2/MWCNTs nanocomposite and K-PC was studied in a three-electrode system using 1 M KOH. These materials exhibited a specific capacitance(Cs) of 1327 F/g and 324 F/g respectively at a scan rate of 10 m V/s. Further, the AS device i.e.,β–Ni(OH)_2/MWCNTs//K-PC in 1 M KOH solution, demonstrated a Cs of 156 F/g at scan rate of 10 m V/s in a broad cell voltage of 0–2.2 V. The device demonstrated a good rate capability by maintaining a Cs of 59 F/g even at high current density(25 A/g). The device also offered high energy density of 63 Wh/kg with maximum power density of 5.2 kW/kg. The AS device exhibited excellent cycle life with 100% capacitance retention at 5000 th cycle at a high current density of 25 A/g. Two AS devices connected in series were employed for powering a pair of LEDs of different colors and also a mini fan.  相似文献

A rapid headspace single-drop micro-extraction(mix) gas chromatography mass spectrometry(SDMEGC -MS) for the analysis of the volatile compounds in Herba Asari was developed in this study.A mixed solvent of n-tridecane and butyl acetate(1:1) was finally used for the extraction at 70 C for 15 min with sample amount of 0.750 g and 100 mesh particle size.Under the determined conditions,the pound samples of Herba Asari were directly applied for the analysis.SDME-GC-MS,SPME-GC-MS and SD-GCMS methods were compared and the results showed that SDME-GC-MS method was a simple, inexpensive and effective way to measure the volatile compounds in Herba Asari and could be used for the analysis of volatile compounds in complex samples.  相似文献

In this paper,we developed and validated a simple,sensitive,and selective high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) method to identify and measure the following prohibited substances that may be found in cosmetic products:minoxidil,hydrocortisone, spironolactone,estrone,canrenone,triamcinolone acetonide and progesterone.Chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,3.5μm particle size) with a gradient elution system composed of 0.2%(v/v) formic acid aqueous solution and methanol containing 0.2%(v/v) formic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The substances were detected using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in the multiple reaction monitoring mode with an electrospray ionization source.All of the calibration curves showed good linearity(r > 0.999) within the tested concentration ranges.The limit of detection was <25 pg.The relative standard deviations for intraday precision for each of the prohibited substances were <3.5%at two concentration levels(2μg/g,10μg/g). The relative recovery rate for each of the prohibited substances ranged from 91.8%to 111%at three concentration levels(0.1μg/g,2μg/g,10μg/g),including the limit of quantification.In conclusion,we have developed and validated a method that can identify seven prohibited substances in cosmetic products.  相似文献

Carbon deposition during methanol to hydrocarbons leads to the quick deactivation of ZSM-5 catalyst and it is one of the major problems for this technology. Decreasing the crystal size or introducing mesopores into ZSM-5 zeolites can improve its diffusion property and decrease the coke formation. In this paper, nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores combining the mesoporous and nanosized structure was fabricated. For comparison, the mesoporous ZSM-5 and nano-sized ZSM-5 were also prepared. These catalyst samples were characterized by XRD, BET, NH3-TPD, TEM, Py-IR and TG techniques and used on the conversion of methanol to gasoline in a fixed-bed reactor at T = 405 °C, WHSV = 4.74 h-1and P = 1.0 MPa. It was found that the external surface area of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores reached 104 m2/g, larger than that of mesoporous ZSM-5(66 m2/g) and nanosized ZSM-5(76 m2/g). Catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores was 93 h, which was only longer than that of mesoporous ZSM-5(86 h), but shorter than that of nanosized ZSM-5(104 h). Strong acidity promoted the coke formation and thus decreased the catalytic lifetime of the nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with intercrystalline mesopores though it presented large external surface that could improve the diffusion property. The special zeolite catalyst was further dealuminated to decrease the strong acidity. After this, its coke formation rate was slowed and catalytic lifetime was prolonged to 106 h because of the large external surface area and decreased weak acidity. This special structural zeolite is a potential catalyst for methanol to gasoline reaction.  相似文献

A new method to determine the concentration of amikacin(AMK)using methyl blue(MB)as electrochemical probe was developed in this paper.In pH 4.5 Britton-Robinson(B-R)buffer solution,the MB reacted with AMK to form ion association complexes,which led to the reductive peak current of MB at-0.275 V(versus SCE)to decrease,and the decreases were linear with the concentration of AMK in the range of 1.0-60.0 mg/L,the regression of equation isΔIp(nA)=-8.48 102.36c(mg/L), correlation coefficientγis 0.997.The conditions for determining the concentration of AMK using linear sweep voltammetry(SLV) were optimized.The method was used to determine the content of amikacin commercially available with satisfactory results.  相似文献
