In the last decade, the use of acoustic emissions has received growing acceptance for its application in machine condition monitoring. This is because it offers good possibilities to diagnose failures at early stages and low rotational speeds. The use of acoustic emissions for condition monitoring of gears, however, is still an active field of research, because several questions remain unanswered. One of these questions is the effect of operating conditions on the AE generated during gear meshing. In this work, the results of experiments carried out on a non-faulty planetary gearbox test bench are presented. A planetary gearbox is considered, because of its usual application on machines subjected to variable operating conditions. The effects of lubricant temperature, load and rotational speed are investigated. The conclusions obtained from the experiments are used for the analysis of the AE measured on the planetary gearbox of a bucket wheel excavator.  相似文献

The paper presents a methodology for noise and vibration analysis of gear pumps and its application to an external gear pump for automotive applications. The methodology addresses the use of a combined numerical model and experimental analyses. The combined model includes a lumped-parameter model, a finite-element model and a boundary-element model. The lumped-parameter (LP) model regards the interior parts of the pump (bearing blocks and gears loaded by the pressure distribution and the driving torque), the finite element (FE) model regards the external parts of the pump (casing and end plates), while the boundary element (BE) model enables the estimation of the emitted noise in operational conditions. Based on experimental evidences, attention has been devoted to the modelling of the pump lubricant oil: the fluid–structure interaction between the oil and pump casing was taken into account. In the case of gear pumps all these important effects have to be considered in the same model in order to take their interactions into account. The model has been assessed using experiments: the experimental accelerations and acoustic pressure measured in operational conditions have been compared with the simulated data coming from the combined LP/FE/BE model. The combined model can be considered a very useful tool for design optimisation.  相似文献

Vibration-induced gear noise and dynamic loads remain key concerns in many transmission applications that use planetary gears. Tooth separations at large vibrations introduce nonlinearity in geared systems. The present work examines the complex, nonlinear dynamic behavior of spur planetary gears using two models: (i) a lumped-parameter model, and (ii) a finite element model. The two-dimensional (2D) lumped-parameter model represents the gears as lumped inertias, the gear meshes as nonlinear springs with tooth contact loss and periodically varying stiffness due to changing tooth contact conditions, and the supports as linear springs. The 2D finite element model is developed from a unique finite element-contact analysis solver specialized for gear dynamics. Mesh stiffness variation excitation, corner contact, and gear tooth contact loss are all intrinsically considered in the finite element analysis. The dynamics of planetary gears show a rich spectrum of nonlinear phenomena. Nonlinear jumps, chaotic motions, and period-doubling bifurcations occur when the mesh frequency or any of its higher harmonics are near a natural frequency of the system. Responses from the dynamic analysis using analytical and finite element models are successfully compared qualitatively and quantitatively. These comparisons validate the effectiveness of the lumped-parameter model to simulate the dynamics of planetary gears. Mesh phasing rules to suppress rotational and translational vibrations in planetary gears are valid even when nonlinearity from tooth contact loss occurs. These mesh phasing rules, however, are not valid in the chaotic and period-doubling regions.  相似文献

This paper reports an investigation into the use of Acoustic Emission (AE) for monitoring gear teeth defects under varying lubrication regimes in helical gears. The investigation used a back-to-back gearbox test-rig with oil-bath lubrication. Variation in oil film thickness was achieved by decreasing the gear metal temperature with nitrogen gas whilst the gears were in operation. Results demonstrate a clear relationship between AE activity, operating temperature and specific film thickness. In addition, results show that there are lubricating conditions that may prevent AE from identifying the presence of gear defects.  相似文献

In this paper, a finite element formulation, used to analyze the contact-impact behavior of geared rotor systems coupled with the rotational, lateral, and axial vibrations between gears at high rotational speeds, has been developed. A gear impact element to model the contact-impact behavior between gears has been developed and its numerical method is discussed. A relative displacement measurement idea has been proposed to measure vibration parameter for contrast experiment in high rotational geared system. The equations of motion are derived and solved iteratively during each time increment until the unbalanced force decrease to an acceptable tolerance level. Based on the proposed method, an analysis program, GEARS, has been developed. The contact-impact behavior of geared rotor systems is analyzed especially under high rotational speed condition as numerical examples, which are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对传统拖线阵流噪声理论的局限性, 建立了完善的矢量拖线阵流噪声理论分析方法, 可全面准确地揭示矢量拖线阵流噪声响应特性. 基于细长圆柱的湍流边界层压力起伏Carpenter模型, 采用波数-频率谱分析方法对矢量拖线阵流噪声响应特性进行了理论研究, 导出了圆柱形矢量水听器流噪声响应的声压和振速自功率谱及其互功率谱的解析表达式, 定量分析了流噪声响应功率谱与拖曳速度、水听器尺寸、套管尺寸和材料等参数之间变化规律; 另外, 还讨论了圆柱形矢量水听器偏离护套轴线时矢量拖线阵流噪声响应, 导出了流噪声响应的声压、径向和轴向振速自功率谱及其互功率谱的解析表达式, 数值计算结果表明: 轴线偏移距离对声压和轴向振速的高频噪声的影响要大于对低频噪声的影响, 而对径向振速的全频段噪声都有明显影响, 且对振速分量影响要远大于对声压影响.  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical study of the influence of loading conditions on the vibrational and acoustic responses of a disc brake system subjected to squeal. A simplified model composed of a circular disc and a pad is proposed. Nonlinear effects of contact and friction over the frictional interface are modelled with a cubic law and a classical Coulomb?s law with a constant friction coefficient. The stability analysis of this system shows the presence of two instabilities with one and two unstable modes that lead to friction-induced nonlinear vibrations and squeal noise. Nonlinear time analysis by temporal integration is conducted for two cases of loadings and initial conditions: a static load near the associated sliding equilibrium and a slow and a fast ramp loading. The analysis of the time responses shows that a sufficiently fast ramp loading can destabilize a stable configuration and generate nonlinear vibrations. Moreover, the fast ramp loading applied for the two unstable cases generates higher amplitudes of velocity than for the static load cases. The frequency analysis shows that the fast ramp loading generates a more complex spectrum than for the static load with the appearance of new resonance peaks. The acoustic responses for these cases are estimated by applying the multi-frequency acoustic calculation method based on the Fourier series decomposition of the velocity and the Boundary Element Method. Squeal noise emissions for the fast ramp loading present lower or higher levels than for the static load due to the different amplitudes of velocities. Moreover, the directivity is more complex for the fast ramp loading due to the appearance of new harmonic components in the velocity spectrum. Finally, the sound pressure convergence study shows that only the first harmonic components are sufficient to well describe the acoustic response.  相似文献

风洞试验是进行民用飞机机体噪声研究的重要手段。为了满足航空飞行器低噪声设计在大型风洞中进行气动噪声试验的需求,中国航空工业空气动力研究院建设了FL-10大型低速风洞全消声室。通过在FL-10风洞试验大厅壁面安装吸声尖劈、对洞体外表面进行声学处理、对支撑系统进行隔声处理、对消声换气窗进行降噪处理等手段,建成了气动噪声风洞试验所需的声学环境。按照国家标准中给定的方法,利用张线方法实现了校准声源的布置,测量了消声室内沿不同路径、不同频率噪声的衰减规律,表明FL-10风洞消声室自由场特性达到了相应标准的要求,为后续在该风洞中进行大尺寸机体模型噪声试验奠定了基础。  相似文献

为了降低特定工况下减速箱的噪声特性,找到相对最佳的渐开线斜齿轮修形方式,该文基于专业的齿轮修形软件Kisssoft和多学科一体化软件LMS Virtual Lab,根据短齿廓修形可以改变渐开线斜齿轮的端面、轴向重合度的原理,比较了未修形和经过不同短齿廓修形方式达到特定重合度后的渐开线斜齿轮减速箱声功率级的大小。分析了经过短齿廓修形后的减速箱声功率级在转速500~2000 r/min之间显著下降的原因,并对经过短齿廓修形后的减速箱声功率级在2500 r/min和3000 r/min时并未明显下降的原因做了解释。最后根据减速箱声功率级在转速500~2000 r/min之间的平均降幅,认为通过齿形鼓形修形使得渐开线斜齿轮的端面、轴向重合度分别为1.516、0.864时,减速箱声功率级降幅最大,降噪效果最好。  相似文献

In high speed rotating machines such as turbines and generators, vibrations of a rotating shaft often hinder the smooth operation of the machine or even cause failure. Oil whip is one of such vibrations due to oil film action of journal bearing. Its mechanism and preventive method is explained and proposed in this paper. Further theoretical and experimental analyses are made for considering heat generation and temperature rise in hydrodynamic lubrication. The usefulness of the lubrication theory based on the k-epsilon model is also shown for bearings with high eccentricity ratios. In the latter half of this paper, water lubrication, nitrogen gas lubrication and tribo-coated indium lubrication are shown as new promising methods, and their mechanisms are discussed and the importance of tribo-layer is explained. Some mechanisms of wear are introduced for better understanding of tribo-layer. In the last part of this paper, the mechanisms of generating static friction are shown for the cases of plastic contact and elastic contact, which is the base for understanding the mechanism of initiation of macroscopic sliding.  相似文献

Unsteady wake from upstream components of landing gear impinging on downstream components could be a strong noise source.The use of a plane jet is proposed to reduce this flow-induced noise.Tandem rods with different gap widths were utilized as the test body.Both acoustic and aerodynamic tests were conducted in order to validate this technique.Acoustic test results proved that overall noise emission from tandem rods could be lowered and tonal noise could be removed with use of the plane jet.However,when the plane jet was turned on,in some frequency range it could be the subsequent main contributor instead of tandem rods to total noise emission whilst in some frequency range rods could still be the main contributor.Moreover,aerodynamic tests fundamentally studied explanations for the noise reduction.Specifically,not only impinging speed to rods but speed and turbulence level to the top edge of the rear rod could be diminished by the upstream plane jet.Consequently,the vortex shedding induced by the rear rod was reduced,which was confirmed by the speed,Reynolds stress as well as the velocity fluctuation spectral measured in its wake.This study confirmed the potential use of a plane jet towards landing gear noise reduction.  相似文献

为了探讨含气泡液体对声波传播的影响, 研究了声波在含气泡液体中的线性传播. 在建立含气泡液体的声学模型时引入气泡含量的影响,建立气泡模型时引用 Keller的气泡振动模型并同时考虑气泡间的声相互作用,得到了经过修正的气泡振动方程. 通过对含气泡液体的声传播方程和气泡振动方程联立并线性化求解,在满足 (ω R0)/c << 1 的前提下,得到了描述含气泡液体对声波传播的衰减系数和传播速度. 通过数值分析发现,在驱动声场频率一定的情况下,气泡含量的增加及气泡的变小均会导致衰减系数增加和声速减小;气泡的体积分数和大小一定时, 驱动声场频率在远小于气泡谐振频率的情况下,声速会随驱动频率的增加而减小; 气泡间的声相互作用对声波传播速度及含气泡液体衰减系数的影响不明显.最终认为气泡的大小、 数量和驱动声场频率是影响声波在含气泡液体中线性传播的主要因素. 关键词: 含气泡液体 线性声波 声衰减系数 声速  相似文献

应用由111个传声器组成的平面传声器阵列对当前流行的民用客机进场着陆过程中的机体噪声源进行了实验测量,本对七架窄体客机和七架宽体客机的起落架噪声进行了分析,得到了起落架噪声的频谱特性、指向特性和声级变化。研究发现,起落架噪声的频谱是由宽频随机噪声与一些较为明显的单噪声源组成,起落架噪声的指向性类似于一个水平放置的偶极子。不同飞机起落架噪声的声级相差较大,这说明可以通过重新结构设计降低起落架噪声。  相似文献

This study concerns the influence of the boundary layer at an aircraft??s fuselage, simulated by an infinite hard cylinder, on propeller noise in the acoustic far field. Also studied is the effect of the boundary layer on noise as a function of the thickness and profile of the mean velocity of the boundary layer, the Mach number of the incident flow, and the rotation speed of the propeller. It is shown that the boundary layer at the fuselage can substantially modify propeller noise in the far field and should therefore be taken into account in calculating community noise.  相似文献

Cost effective methods for identifying and reducing sources of noise have become essential in the design of many modern transport vehicles. Whilst closed-section wind tunnels can readily evaluate aerodynamic performance, obtaining accurate acoustic spectra is often a major challenge because of the poor signal to noise ratios available. In this paper, methods of obtaining absolute spectra from the non-acoustically treated Markham wind tunnel at the University of Cambridge are discussed. Initial measurements with a small monopole source compare well with simulations and show that it is possible to obtain similar spectra from two nested acoustic arrays. However, a series of further experiments with simplified landing gear models show very different spectra from each array. By comparing measurements with simulations, it is shown that negative side lobes affect beamforming source maps. Measurements of an ‘empty tunnel’ cross spectral matrix allow the removal of sidelobes, providing much greater consistency between spectra. Finally, a dipole beamforming vector is used to account for the directivity of the landing gear noise, leading to good agreement between absolute spectra from the differently sized arrays. This analysis demonstrates that data from a phased array in a hard-walled, aerodynamic wind tunnel can provide meaningful acoustic spectra from low-noise models.  相似文献

为了测量ARJ21客机的起落架噪声,在飞行现场分别采用改进的频域波束形成和解卷积算法对降落阶段的起落架噪声进行了测量。通过比较两种算法发现,解卷积算法比改进的频域波束形成算法具有更好的声源识别能力。为了提高传声器的利用率,设计了多臂螺旋阵,并且利用线性插值消除了多普勒效应。根据主起落架和前起落架的分布位置不同,将声源识别区域划分为两部分,在140—800Hz范围内对不同频段的1/3倍频程的起落架噪声进行了测量。结果发现:在250 Hz以上频段,主起落架为主要噪声源,且在中心频率500 Hz的1/3倍频程内为唯一强声源;前起落架在中心频率630 Hz的1/3倍频程内为主要噪声源。通过试验得到了主起落架和前起落架噪声在不同频段的分布特点,为起落架降噪设计提供了支持。   相似文献

A practical two-stage method for optimising an acoustic liner divided into axial segments for aeroengine broadband noise is presented. The principles are explained based on a three segment design but extension to more segments is straightforward. Initially, the optimisation focuses on the material properties of the individual segments. The second stage determines the optimum axial segment lengths and the optimum permutation of segments along the duct by evaluating the fully scattered acoustic field. This method is deployed to optimise an absorber for a broadband source noise of bandwidth 900 Hz-1.8 kHz. The axial order of the segments is found to have a dramatic influence on the optimum axial segment lengths. In the case study, comparisons with optimised uniform liners over this frequency range demonstrate only a small noise reduction. A simple optimisation that neglects scattering between axial segments significantly overestimates the available attenuation and provides a poor estimate of the optimum segment lengths.  相似文献

In this paper, a passive approach to reduce transmitted vibration generated by gear mesh contact dynamics is presented. The approach utilizes the property of periodic structural components that creates stop band and pass band regions in the frequency spectra. The stop band regions can be tailored to correspond to regions of the frequency spectra that contain harmonics and sub-harmonics of the gear mesh frequency, attenuating the response in those regions. A periodic structural component is comprised of a repeating array of cells, which are themselves an assembly of elements. The elements may have differing material properties as well as geometric variations. For the purpose of this research, only geometric variations are considered and each cell is assumed to be identical. A periodic shaft is designed and machined in order to reduce transmitted vibration of a pair of spur gears. Analytical and experimental results indicate that transmitted vibrations from gear mesh contact to the bearing supports are reduced at a variety of operational speeds under static torque preload.  相似文献

深度学习输入特征的选择直接影响其分类性能,为了进一步提高基于深度学习的鸟类物种识别模型的分类性能,该文提出一种多特征融合识别方法。该方法首先通过短时傅里叶变换、梅尔倒谱变换和线性调频小波变换分别计算得到鸣声信号的3种语图样本集,然后分别利用3种语图样本集训练3个基于VGG16迁移的单一特征模型,将3个模型的输出进行自适应加权求和实现融合,并修正了加权交叉熵函数以克服样本不平衡的问题,最后对语图进行分类实现鸟类物种的识别。以ICML4B鸣声库的35种鸟类为研究对象,对比了4种模型的平均识别准确率(MAP),结果表明特征融合模型较单一特征模型的MAP最大提高了0.307;选择输入语图的持续时间分别为100 ms、300 ms以及500 ms,对比不同持续时间下4种模型的测试MAP值,结果表明持续时间为300 ms时4种模型的MAP值均为最高;对比了不同信噪比下4种模型的识别效果,多特征融合模型的识别准确率随着信噪比的下降降低最少。说明在选择合适的语图持续时间后,该文提出的特征融合模型能得到更高的识别准确率,具有一定的抗噪能力,且训练参数少,更适合于少样本鸟类的识别。  相似文献

为了确定不同车型在不同行车速度下的噪声频率分布特性及等效频率值,更加准确的对交通噪声的影响进行评估,本文对单车稳态辐射噪声的频率特性进行了现场测定,并对不同类型车辆的频率特性数据进行了分析。结果表明,不同类型车辆车速与频带声压级之间的相关性随频带中心频率的变化而变化。FHWA模型对公路交通噪声中介于500 Hz~2000 Hz频段的噪声有较好的预测效果,而对低于500 Hz和高于2000 Hz的交通噪声的预测精度较差。车辆类型不同,车辆产生噪声的中心频率、声能量集中分布的频率范围以及等效频率均不相同。  相似文献
