An electrochemical biosensor was fabricated by covalent modification of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The electrode, denoted as 5-HTP/GCE, was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. For comparison, tryptophan modified GCE (TRP/GCE) and serotonin modified GCE (5-HT/GCE) were prepared by the same method. It was found that electrocatalytic ability of these electrodes was in the order of 5-HTP/GCE?>?TRP/GCE?>?5-HT/GCE for the oxidation of dopamine (DA) and 5-HT. The sensor was effective to simultaneously determine DA and 5-HT in a mixture. It can resolve the overlapping anodic peaks into two well-defined voltammetric peaks at 0.24 and 0.39 V (versus SCE). The linear response is in the range of 5.0?×?10?7–3.5?×?10?5 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 3.1?×?10?7 mol L?1 for DA, and in the range of 5.0?×?10?6–3.5?×?10?5 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 1.7?×?10?6 mol L?1 for 5-HT (s/n?=?3), respectively.  相似文献

Graphene nanosheets were directly electrodeposited onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) from the electrolyte solution containing graphene oxide (GO); the resulting electrode (ED-GO/GCE) was characterized with scanning electron microscopy. A simple and rapid electrochemical method was developed for the determination of theophylline (TP), based on the excellent properties of ED-GO film. The result indicated that ED-GO film-modified GCE exhibited efficient electrocatalytic oxidation for TP with relatively high sensitivity and stability. The electrochemical behavior of TP at ED-GO/GCE was investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to the TP concentration in the range of 8.0?×?10?7 to 6.0?×?10?5 mol?L?1 with the detection limit of 1.0?×?10?7 mol?L?1 (S/N?=?3). The proposed method was successfully applied to green tea samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A sensitive electrochemical method was developed for the determination of doxorubicin at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with a nano-titania (nano-TiO2)/nafion composite film. Nano-TiO2 was dispersed into nafion to give a homogeneous suspension. After solvent evaporation, a uniform film of nano-TiO2/nafion composite was obtained on the GCE surface. The nano-TiO2/nafion composite film modified GCE exhibited excellent electrochemical behavior toward the reduction of doxorubicin. Compared to the reduction of doxorubicin at the bare GCE, the reduction current of doxorubicin at the nano-TiO2/nafion composite film modified GCE was greatly enhanced. Based on this, a novel voltammetric method was applied to the determination of doxorubicin. The experimental parameters that influence the reduction current of doxorubicin, were optimized. Under optimal conditions, a linear response of doxorubicin was obtained in the range from 5.0?×?10?9 to 2.0?×?10?6 mol L?1 (R?=?0.998) and with a limit of detection (LOD) of 1.0?×?10?9 mol L?1(S/N?=?3). The RSD of the measurement is 4.7%, and the RSD of the inter-electrode is of 5.1% which indicate the reproducibility of this method. The current response decreased only by around 3.8% of its initial response after 2 weeks exposing the electrode in air. The procedure was applied to assay doxorubicin in human plasma samples with the recoveries of 94.9–104.4%.  相似文献

An electrochemical method for the preparation of poly(pyronin B) film was proposed in this paper. A poly(pyronin B) (poly(PyB)) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) has been fabricated via an electrochemical oxidation procedure and applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). The poly(PyB) film modified electrode surface has been characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), UV‐visible absorption spectrophotometry (UV‐vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). These studies have been used to investigate the poly(PyB) film, which demonstrates the formation of the polymer film and the excellent electroactivity of poly(PyB) in neutral and even in alkaline media. Due to its potent catalytic effects towards the electrooxidation of NADH at lower potential (0.0 V), poly(PyB) film modified electrode can be used for the selective determination of NADH in real samples because of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid oxidation can be avoided at this potential. The catalytic peak currents are linearly dependent on the concentrations of NADH in the range of 1.0×10?6 to 5.0×10?4 mol/L with correlation coefficients of 0.999. The detection limits for NADH is 0.5×10?6 mol/L. Poly(PyB) modified electrode also shows good stability and reproducibility due to the irreversible attachment of polymer film at GCE surface.  相似文献

We have prepared a glassy carbon electrode modified with poly-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and with magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles. This modification enhances the effective surface area and the electrocatalytic oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) in addition to providing positively charged groups for electrostatic assembly of the phosphate group of NADH. The modified electrode responds linearly to NADH in the range from 5?×?10?8 to 2.5?×?10?5?M and gives a lower detection limit of 1?×?10?8?M. It displays satisfactory selectivity and reproducibility. The sensor was applied to rapid screening of plant extracts for their antioxidant properties.

Poly-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (PDC) was fabricated by electropolymerizing 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid with cyclic voltammetry (CV) on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface. The magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles treated with aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) modified on the PDC/GCE to form APTS-Fe3O4/PDC composite film. The APTS-Fe3O4/PDC film had enhanced the effective electrode surface area and provided positively charged groups for electrostatic assembly of phosphate group of NADH.  相似文献

Cu2O nanoparticles (nano-Cu2O) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and used to investigate the electrochemical behaviour of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) by cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA), chronocoulometry (CC) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Compared with GCE, a remarkable increase in oxidation peak current was observed. It indicates that nano-Cu2O exhibits remarkable enhancement effect on the electrochemical oxidation of 4-NP. Under the optimised experimental conditions, the oxidation peak currents were propotional to 4-NP concentration in the range from 1.0?×?10?6 to 4.0?×?10?4?mol?L?1 with a detection limit of 5.0?×?10?7?mol?L?1 (S/N?=?3). The fabricated electrode presented good repeatability, stability and anti-interference. Finally, the proposed method was applied to determine 4-NP in water samples. The recoveries for these samples were from 94.60% to 105.5%.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was investigated at the gold nanoparticles self‐assembled glassy carbon electrode (GNP/LC/GCE), which was fabricated by self‐assembling gold nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine (LC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via successive cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of DA on the GNP/LC/GCE was obtained at Epa=0.197 V and Epc=0.146 V, respectively. And the peak separation between DA and AA is about 0.2 V, which is enough for simultaneous determination of DA and AA. The peak currents of DA and AA were proportional with their concentrations in the range of 6.0×10?8–8.5×10?5 mol L?1 and 1.0×10?6–2.5×10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 2.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 3.0×10?7 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The modified electrode exhibits an excellent reproducibility, sensibility and stability for simultaneous determination of DA and AA in human serum with satisfactory result.  相似文献

The electrochemistry of uric acid at a gold electrode modified with a self-assembled film of L-cysteine was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Compared to the bare gold electrode, uric acid showed better electrochemical response in that the anodic peak current is stronger and the peak potential is negatively shifted by about 100 mV. The effects of experimental conditions on the oxidation of uric acid were tested and a calibration plot was established. The differential pulse response to uric acid is linear in the concentration range from 1.0?×?10?6 to ~?1.0?×?10?4 mol?L?1 (r?=?0.9995) and from 1.0?×?10?4 to ~?5.0?×?10?4 mol?L?1 (r?=?0.9990), the detection limit being 1.0?×?10?7 mol?L?1 (at S/N?=?3). The high sensitivity and good selectivity of the electrode was demonstrated by its practical application to the determination of uric acid in urine samples.

This paper describes the development a novel ruthenium(II) complex‐ZnO/CNTs modified carbon paste electrode (Ru(II)/ZnO/CNTs/CPE) for the electrocatalytic determination of ascorbic acid (AA). The objective of this novel electrode modification was to seek new electrochemical performances for the detection of AA, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) and folic acid (FA). The peak potentials recorded were 170, 500 and 830 mV vs. Ag/AgCl/KClsat for AA, NADH and FA, respectively. The peak currents were linearly dependent on AA, NADH and FA concentrations using square wave voltammetry (SWV) method at the ranges of 0.008–251, 1.0–650, and 3.0–700 µmol L?1, with detection limits of 0.005, 0.5, and 1.0 µmol L?1, respectively.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI)/Au composite nanotubes were synthesized and developed as an electrode material for a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) sensor. A MnO2 self-degradable template method was used to prepare the tube-like PANI nanomaterial. By introducing PANI nanotubes into Au colloid, Au nanoparticles (NPs) were successfully decorated onto the surface of PANI nanotubes through electrostatic effects. The morphology, composition, and optical properties of the resulting products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In addition, the obtained PANI/Au composites were used as catalysts for the electrochemical oxidation of NADH. Cyclic voltammogram (CV) experiments indicated that PANI/Au-modified glassy carbon electrode showed a higher electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of NADH in a neutral environment. Differential pulse voltammogram (DPV) results illustrated that the fabricated NADH sensor had excellent anti-interference ability and displayed a wide linear range from 4?×?10?4 to 8?×?10?3 M with a detection limit of 0.5?×?10?7 M.  相似文献

DNA was attached on the surface of an ethylenedidamine/polyglutamic(En/PGA) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to create a novel voltammetric sensor (DNA/En/PGA/GCE) for dopamine (DA). This modified electrode exhibited a linear voltammetric response for DA in the range from 1.0×10?7 mol L?1 to 1×10?5 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 2×10?8 mol L?1. The detection of DA was found to be unaffected by the presence of ascorbic acid, uric acid, serotonin and folic acid. The method proposed was applied to detect DA in pharmaceutical dosage and human blood serum with good satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

The reduction of luvastatin (FLV) at a hanging mercury-drop electrode (HMDE) was studied by square-wave adsorptive-stripping voltammetry (SWAdSV). FLV can be accumulated and reduced at the electrode, with a maximum peak current intensity at a potential of approximately ?1.26 V vs. AgCl/Ag, in an aqueous electrolyte solution of pH 5.25. The method shows linearity between peak current intensity and FLV concentration between 1.0 × 10?8 and 2.7 × 10?6 mol L?1. Limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were found to be 9.9 × 10?9 mol L?1 and 3.3 × 10?8 mol L?1, respectively.

Furthermore, FLV oxidation at a glassy carbon electrode surface was used for its hydrodynamic monitoring by amperometric detection in a flow-injection system. The amperometric signal was linear with FLV concentration over the range 1.0 × 10?6 to 1.0 × 10?5 mol L?1, with an LOD of 2.4 × 10?7 mol L?1 and an LOQ of 8.0 × 10?7 mol L?1. A sample rate of 50 injections per hour was achieved.

Both methods were validated and showed to be precise and accurate, being satisfactorily applied to the determination of FLV in a commercial pharmaceutical.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This work was focused in to develop an electroanalytical method based on a direct modification of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the deposition of successive aliquots of diluted dispersions of functionalised carbon nanotubes (MWCNT-COOH) in ethanol (0.1 mg.mL?1) aiming the determination of Diuron into seawater samples, a common antifouling substance, using differential pulse voltammetry as electroanalytical technique. The GCE/MWCNT-COOH showed a sensitivity of 2.20 μA/μmol L?1 about 10 times higher than the unmodified counterpart (GCE) which showed a sensitivity of 0.192 μA/μmol L?1. The limits of detection and quantificationwere 6.88 × 10?8 and 2.29 × 10?7 mol L?1 for GCE/MWCNT-COOH while for GCE were 7.87 × 10?7 and 2.62 × 10?6 mol L?1, respectively. The applicability was evaluated with spiked detectable amounts of Diuron into seawater samples. The recovery results were between 76% and 119%.  相似文献

Abstract

An electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method for reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) was proposed by immobilizing tris(2,2′‐bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)3 2+) in multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/Nafion composite membrane that was formed on glassy carbon electrode surface. The electrochemical and ECL behaviors of the immobilized Ru(bpy)3 2+ were investigated. The cyclic votammogram of the modified electrode in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution showed a couple of redox peaks at +1190 and +1060 mV at 100 mV/s. The composite film had a more open structure and a large surface area allowing faster diffusion of Ru(bpy)3 2+. The presence of MWCNTs resulted in the improved ECL sensitivity and longer‐term stability of the modified electrode. The modified electrode showed a linear response to NADH in the concentration range of 1.0×10?6 to 1.6×10?5 M with a detection limit of 8.2×10?7 M.  相似文献

Abstract

Nano-MnO2/chitosan composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (MnO2/CHIT/GCE) was fabricated and a DNA probe was immobilized on the electrode surface. The immobilization and hybridization events of DNA were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The EIS was applied to the label-free detection of the target DNA. The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) gene fragment was successfully detected by this DNA electrochemical sensor. The dynamic detection range was from 2.0 × 10?11 to 2.0 × 10?6 mol/L, with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10?12 mol/L.  相似文献

The construction and evaluation of a tubular potentiometric detector sensitive to As(V) ions is described. This electrode, with no inner reference solution, is comprised of a FeOOH–SiO2–graphite composite agglutinated with an epoxy resin. For As(V) ion concentrations in the range 1.0?×?10?5 to 1.0?×?10?1?mol?L?1, the sensor is used as the selective electrode in an FIA system along with a commercial Ag/AgCl reference electrode. In optimal conditions, the practical limit of detection is 4?×?10?6?mol?L?1 and a sampling rate of 40?h?1 can be achieved. The system was applied to estimate As(V) levels in sediments of a drinking water distributor in Zimapán (Mexico), an area known to be polluted with this element. The As(V) concentrations detected in the different extracts of sediments generated by the sequential modified BCR three-step extraction procedure (BCR-SEP) were comparable to those obtained by electrothermal atomic absorption spectroscopy (ET-AAS).  相似文献

A voltammetric sensor was fabricated by applying a Nafion and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composite film on the surface of a carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE), which was prepared by mixing 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate with graphite powder. The electrochemical behavior of adenine on the Nafion-MWCNTs/CILE was investigated in pH 5.5 buffer solution. Adenine showed an irreversible adsorption-controlled oxidation reaction with enhanced electrochemical response, which was due to the presence of high conductive MWCNTs on the CILE surface. The electrochemical parameters of adenine electro-oxidation were determined, and the experimental conditions were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the oxidation peak current was linear to the adenine concentration over the range of 1.0?×?10?7 to 7.0?×?10?5 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 3.3?×?10?8 mol L?1 (signal/noise?=?3). The electrode showed good stability and selectivity, and was further applied to milk powder samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) is studied at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with bicontinuous gyroidal mesoporous carbon (BGMC). Due to the large surface area and remarkable electrocatalytic properties of BGMC, the BGMC/GCE exhibits potent electrocatalytic activity toward the electro-oxidation of NADH. A substantial decrease of 649 mV in the overpotential of NADH oxidation reaction is achieved compared with a bare GCE. The anodic peak currents increase steadily with the concentration of NADH in a broad range from 3.0 × 10?6 to 1.4 × 10?3 M with a low detection limit of 1.0 × 10?6 M under the optimal condition.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A simple, highly sensitive voltammetric method for the determination of urapidil at poly(sodium4-styrenesulfonate) functionalized graphene-modified electrode (PSS-Gr/GCE) was described. Based on the PSS-Gr composites-modified glassy carbon electrode as a simple voltammetric sensor, it exhibited good conductivity and high sensitivity to urapidil. Under the optimize condition, a good linear relationship was obtained between peak currents and urapidil concentrations in the wider range of 2.0 × 10?9–8.0 × 10?8 mol L?1 and 2.0 × 10?7–2.0 × 10?5 mol L?1 with detection limit of 8 × 10?10 mol L?1 (S/N = 3). Based on the high sensitivity and good selectivity of the proposed electrode, the proposed method could apply to the detect of urapidil in urapidil sustained release tablets with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, a new amperometric carbon paste enzyme electrode for determination of ethanol was developed. The carbon paste was prepared by mixing alcohol dehydrogenase, its coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (oxidized form, NAD+), poly(vinylferrocene) (PVF) that was used as a mediator, graphite powder and paraffin oil, then the paste was placed into cavity of a glass electrode body. Determination of ethanol was performed by oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (reduced form, NADH) generated enzymatically at +0.7 V. The effects of enzyme, coenzyme and PVF amounts; pH; buffer concentration and temperature were investigated. The linear working range of the enzyme electrode was 4.0×10?4–4.5×10?3 M, determination limit was 3.9×10?4 M and response time was 50 s. The optimum pH, buffer concentration, temperature, and amounts of enzyme, NAD+ and PVF for enzyme electrode were found to be 8.5, 0.10 M, 37°C, 2.0, 6.0, and 12.0 mg, respectively. The storage stability of enzyme electrode at +4°C was 7 days. Enzyme electrode was used for determination of ethanol in two different wine samples and results were in good agreement with those obtained by gas chromatography.  相似文献
