研究了一维随机量子XY自旋链中中心两量子位的纠缠特性,在该系统中引入了自旋间的交换耦合杂质、磁杂质和Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用,并且杂质满足高斯分布关系.通过数值计算,求出了自旋的关联函数和平均磁化强度,给出了Concurrence的解析表达式.结果表明:高斯分布和Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用对两量子位的纠缠有重要的影响,选择合适的交换耦合、外界磁场和Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用参数,可以控制和提高中心两量子位的纠缠. 关键词: 纠缠 XY模型')" href="#">随机量子XY模型 高斯分布 Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用  相似文献

The impurities of exchange couplings, external magnetic fields and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction considered as Gaussian distribution, and the entanglement in one-dimensional random XY spin systems is investigated by the method of solving the different spin-spin correlation functions and the average magnetization per spin. The entanglement dynamics at central locations of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic chains have been studied by varying the three impurities and the strength of DM interaction. (i) For the ferromagnetic spin chain, the weak DM interaction can improve the amount of entanglement to a large value, and the impurities have the opposite effect on the entanglement below and above critical DM interaction. (ii) For the antiferromagnetic spin chain, DM interaction can enhance the entanglement to a steady value. Our results imply that DM interaction strength, the impurity and exchange couplings (or magnetic field) play competing roles in enhancing quantum entanglement.  相似文献

Using the method of the Jordan--Wigner transformation for solving different spin--spin correlation functions, we have investigated the generation of next-nearest-neighbouring entanglement in a one-dimensional quantum Ising spin chain with the Gaussian distribution impurities of exchange couplings and external magnetic fields taken into account. The maximal value of entanglement between the next-nearest-neighbouring qubits in the transverse Ising model was analysed in detail by varying the effectively controlled parameters such as interchange coupling, magnetic field and the system impurity. For such systems, where both exchange couplings and external magnetic field disorder appear, we show that it is possible to achieve next-nearest-neighbouring entanglement better than the previously discussed pure Ising spin chain case. We also show that the Gaussian distribution impurity can induce next-nearest-neighbouring entanglement, which can be used as a means to characterize quantum phase transition.  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of random variables on the dynamics of the s=1/2 XY model with the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction are studied. By means of the recurrence relation method in the high-temperature limit, we calculate the spin autocorrelation functions as well as the corresponding spectral densities for the cases that the exchange couplings between spins or external magnetic fields satisfy the double-Gaussian distribution. It is found that when the standard deviation of random exchange coupling δj (or the standard deviation of random external field δB) is small, the dynamics of the system undergoes a crossover from a collective-mode behavior to a central-peak one. However, when δJ (or δB) is large, the crossover vanishes, and the system shows a central-peak behavior or the most disordered one. We also analyze the cases in which the exchange couplings or the external fields satisfy the bimodal and the Gaussian distributions. Our results show that for all the cases considered, the dynamics of the above system is similar to that of the one-dimensional random XY model.  相似文献

研究了热平衡温度,自旋交换相互作用,Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(DM)相互作用及外加非一致性磁场对两比特海森堡XYZ自旋链量子系统的热纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响,对比分析了并发度量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度描述自旋链系统量子关联的差别.结果表明自旋链系统的量子纠缠在热平衡温度,DM相互作用及外加磁场的非一致性参数的变化情况下均会出现纠缠突然死亡的再生现象,而自旋链系统的局域量子不确定度随着这些参数呈连续变化现象.并且,自旋交换相互作用,DM相互作用及外加横向磁场作用强度较小时,他们的变化对自旋链系统的量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响有着明显的差别.  相似文献

By using the method of density-matrix renormalization-group to solve the different spin spin correlation functions, the nearest-neighbouring entanglement (NNE) and the next-nearest-neighbouring entanglement (NNNE) of one-dimensional alternating Heisenberg XY spin chain are investigated in the presence of alternating the-nearestneighbouring interaction of exchange couplings, external magnetic fields and the next-nearest neighbouring interaction. For a dimerised ferromagnetic spin chain, the NNNE appears only above a critical dimerized interaction, meanwhile, the dimerized interaction a effects a quantum phase transition point and improves the NNNE to a large extent. We also study the effect of ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic next-nearest neighbouring (NNN) interaction on the dynamics of NNE and NNNE. The ferromagnetic NNN interaction increases and shrinks the NNE below and above a critical frustrated interaction respectively, while the antiferromagnetic NNN interaction always reduces the NNE. The antiferromagnetic NNN interaction results in a large value of NNNE compared with the case where the NNN interaction is ferromagnetic.  相似文献

Through the Jordan-Wigner transformation, the entanglement entropy and ground state phase diagrams of exactly solvable spin model with alternating and multiple spin exchange interactions are investigated by means of Green's function theory. In the absence of four-spin interactions, the ground state presents plentiful quantum phases due to the multiple spin interactions and magnetic fields. It is shown that the two-site entanglement entropy is a good indicator of quantum phase transition (QPT). In addition, the alternating interactions can destroy the magnetization plateau and wash out the spin-gap of low-lying excitations. However, in the presence of four-spin interactions, apart from the second order QPTs, the system manifests the first order QPT at the tricritical point and an additional new phase called ``spin waves', which is due to the collapse of the continuous tower-like low-lying excitations modulated by the four-spin interactions for large three-spin couplings.  相似文献

The effects of multi-impurity on the entanglement of anisotropic Heisenberg ring XXZ under a homogeneous magnetic field are studied. The impurities make the equal pairwise entanglement in a ring compete with each other so that the pairwise entanglement exhibits oscillation. If the impurities are of larger couplings, both the critical temperature and pairwise entanglement can be improved.  相似文献

The magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect of an antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic(AFM/FM)BiFeO_3/Co bilayer with mixed-spin(5/2,3/2) have been studied based on Monte Carlo simulation.The magnetization, susceptibility, and critical temperature are investigated under various exchange couplings and an external magnetic field. In particular, the influence of exchange couplings and an external magnetic field on the magnetic entropy change, adiabatic temperature change, and the relative cooling power(RCP) are studied. The simulation results indicated that the decrease of the exchange coupling and the increase of external magnetic fields can cause an increase of magnetic entropy change, adiabatic temperature change, and RCP. In addition, the hysteresis loops of the system are presented for different exchange couplings and temperatures.  相似文献

研究了两量子比特的海森堡XXX自旋链分别处于x方向和y方向均匀外磁场时系统的纠缠特性,并用负度N来度量。得到纠缠度N的解析表达式,并在此基础上进行数值计算。仔细讨论了磁场B、温度T和自旋耦合系数J对纠缠度N的影响。结果表明:纠缠度N会随着磁场|B|和温度T的增大而减小,但会随着自旋耦合系数J的增大而增大。另外,增大的J还会使临界磁场|Bc|和临界温度Tth变大。所以,我们可以通过调节B、T和J来控制热纠缠,这对固态系统中通过构建和选择参数调整系统的纠缠度具有一定的作用和意义。研究还发现,加在x方向均匀外磁场和加在y方向均匀外磁场对两量子比特的海森堡XXX自旋链的作用效果是一样的。  相似文献

The dynamics of genuine three-qubit entanglement in Ising spin model is investigated under the effect of a uniform magnetic field with different direction. The analytic expression for the three-tangle measurement is obtained. Results show that the magnetic parameters (direction and magnitude) exert great effect on the entanglement value. The magnetic relative strength has great negative contribution on entanglement. Regardless of the magnitude of external magnetic relative strength, the entanglement value has the minimum, because of the right angle between the spin direction and external magnetic field. Efficient control of the entanglement by appropriate combinations of the tunable parameters should be possible.  相似文献

The entanglement resonance in anisotropic spin-1/2 Heisenberg chains of different couplings is investigated when the nearest neighbor coupling is periodically modulated with external magnetic field. When the modulation frequency equals twice of the magnetic field, the entanglement resonance is larger than that at other modulation frequencies and decreases as the number of spins in the chain increases. When the modulation frequency equals the
magnetic field, the entanglement resonance can be reduced to a quite low value by varying the coupling along z axis.  相似文献

We propose an experimentally feasible architecture with controllable long-range couplings built up from local exchange interactions. The scheme consists of a spin bus, with strong, always-on interactions, coupled dynamically to external qubits of the Loss and DiVincenzo type. Long-range correlations are enabled by a spectral gap occurring in a finite-size chain. The bus can also form a hub for multiqubit entangling operations. We show how multiqubit gates may be used to efficiently generate W states (an important entanglement resource). The spin bus therefore provides a route for scalable solid-state quantum computation, using currently available experimental resources.  相似文献

利用稳态量子replica对称自旋玻璃理论,研究了具有Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(缩写为DM)各向异性相互作用的Sherrington-Kirkpatrick自旋玻璃在外场中的热力学性质。数值计算了不同外场和各向异性作用的自旋为1/2和1的熵、比热、局域磁化率和相应的序参数随温度的变化。发现局域磁化率与热场动力学的结果相符合。特别地,本文的比热-温度曲线能满意地解释Brodale等实验观察到的不同磁场下的交叉特征。 关键词:  相似文献

The magnon energy spectra, the sublayer magnetization and the quantum fluctuations in a ferrimagnetic superlattice consisting of four different magnetic sublayers are studied by employing the linear spin-wave approach and Green's function technique. The effects of the interlayer exchange couplings and the spin quantum numbers on the sublayer magnetization and the quantum fluctuations of the systems are discussed for three different spin configurations. The roles of quantum competitions among the interlayer exchange couplings and the symmetry of the different spin configurations have been understood. The magnetizations of some sublayers increase monotonously, while those of others can exhibit their maximum, and the quantum fluctuations of the whole superlattice system can show a minimum when one of the antiferromagnetic interlayer exchange couplings increases. This is due to the quantum competition/transmission of effects of the interlayer exchange couplings. When the spin quantum number of sublayers varies, the system goes through from a quantum region of small spin numbers to a classical region of large spin numbers. The quantum fluctuations of the system exhibit a maximum as a function of the spin quantum number of a sublayer, which is related with higher symmetry of the system. It belongs to the type III Shubnikov group of magnetic groups. This magnetically structural symmetry consists of not only the symmetry of space group, but also the symmetry of the direction and strength of spins.  相似文献

The entanglement dynamics of two qubits coupled to a two-leg spin ladder with cyclic interaction is investigated. The entanglement is a periodic function of time and is affected by both the cyclic interaction in the ladder and the exchange interaction between the qubits and the ladder. If the number of spins in the ladder is increased with suitable external magnetic field, the maximum entanglement can exist for quite long time. Thus the entangled states can be stored and even can be “trapped” with high entanglement. The quantum manipulation of quantum states is possible in such systems.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations are performed in the framework of density functional theory on Mn-doped boron nitride sheets, which are candidates for two-dimensional diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs). Each type of substitution reveals a qualitatively different magnetic behavior encompassing ferromagnetic, anti-ferromagnetic and spin glass ordering. The ability of formation of these defects is also discussed. We analyze the dependence of the exchange couplings on the distance between impurities and the typical range and distribution are extracted. Multiple-impurity configurations are considered and the results are mapped on an Ising-type Hamiltonian with higher order exchange interactions, revealing deviations from the standard two-spin models. The percolation of interacting magnetic moments is discussed and the critical concentration is determined for the underlying transition from a ferromagnetic to a super-paramagnetic state. We conclude our study by providing the optimal conditions for doping in order to obtain a ferromagnetic DMS.  相似文献

We study systematically the entanglement of a two-qubit Heisenberg XY model in thermal equilibrium in the presence of an external arbitrarily-directed static magnetic field, thereby generalizing our prior work [G. Lagmago Kamta, A.F. Starace, Phys. Rev. Lett. 88, 107901 (2002)]. We show that a magnetic field having a component in the xy-plane containing the spin-spin interaction components produces different entanglement for ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) couplings. In particular, quantum phase transitions induced by the magnetic field-driven level crossings always occur for the AFM-coupled qubits, but only occur in FM-coupled qubits when the coupling is of Ising type or when the magnetic field has a component perpendicular to the xy-plane. When the magnetic field has a component in the xy-plane, the cut-off temperature above which the entanglement of both the FM- and AFM-coupled qubits vanishes can always be controlled using the magnetic field for any value of the XY coupling anisotropy parameter. Thus, by adjusting the magnetic field, an entangled state of two spins can be produced at any finite temperature. Finally, we find that a higher level of entanglement is achieved when the in-plane component of the magnetic field is parallel to the direction in which the XY exchange coupling is smaller.  相似文献

We consider the ferromagnetic Ising model with Glauber spin flip dynamics in one dimension. The external magnetic field vanishes and the couplings are i.i.d. random variables. If their distribution has compact support, the disorder averaged spin auto-correlation function has an exponential decay in time. We prove that, if the couplings are unbounded, the decay switches to either a power law or a stretched exponential, in general.  相似文献
