The synthesis and characterization of aluminum alkoxide and alkyl complexes stabilized by piperazidine‐bridged bis(phenolate) ligands are described. Treatment of ligand precursors H2[ONNO]1 {H2[ONNO]1=1,4‐bis(2‐hydroxy‐3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methylbenzyl)piperazidine} and H2[ONNO]2 {H2[ONNO]2=1,4‐bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzyl)piperazidine} with AlEt2(OCH2Ph) and AlEt2(OPr‐i), which were generated in situ by the reactions of AlEt3 with equivalent of the corresponding alcohols, in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF gave the corresponding aluminum alkoxide complexes [ONNO]1Al(OCH2Ph) ( 1 ) and [ONNO]2Al(OPr‐i) ( 2 ), respectively. The reaction of H2[ONNO]1 with AlEt2(OCH2Ph) in a 1:2 molar ratio in THF afforded a mixture of monometallic aluminum ethyl complex [ONNO]1AlEt ( 3 ) and complex 1 , which can be isolated by stepwise crystallization. Similarly, H2[ONNO]2 reacted with AlEt2(OPr‐i) in a 1:2 molar ratio in THF to give a mixture of aluminum ethyl complex [ONNO]2AlEt ( 4 ) and complex 2 . Complexes 1 and 2 were also available via treatment of complexes 3 and 4 with 1 equiv. of benzyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol, respectively. All of these complexes were fully characterized including X‐ray structural determination. It was found that complexes 1 to 4 can initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone, and complexes 1 and 2 showed higher catalytic activity in comparison with complexes 3 and 4 .  相似文献

Zinc complexes supported by tertiary 1,3,5‐triazapenta‐1,3‐dienate ligand (L1) and N ‐benzoyl‐N′ ‐arylbenzamidinate [aryl =2,6‐diisopropylphenyl (L2), phenyl (L3)] ligands have been synthesized and characterized. The reaction of L1H with ZnEt2 affords a mononuclear zinc complex [L1ZnEt] ( 1 ) in good yield. Tetra nuclear zinc complex [(L1)2Zn4O(OAc)4] ( 2 ) is prepared by treating L1H with one equivalent of Zn(OAc)2 in toluene. Further, dinuclear zinc complexes [L2ZnEt]2 ( 3 ) and [L3ZnEt]2 ( 4 ) are obtained in good yields from L2H and L3H with ZnEt2 in toluene respectively. The complexes 1–4 have been characterized by 1H/13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. All of the complexes have been explored for their catalytic activity toward the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε ‐caprolactone. It has been found that complex 1 is an active catalyst for the polymerization of ε ‐caprolactone in presence of a cocatalyst benzyl alcohol (BnOH). While complex 2 is as active as 1 there is no need for a cocatalyst for the polymerization to proceed. Dinuclear zinc complexes 3 and 4 show very high activity for the ROP of ε ‐caprolactone (CL) and rac ‐lactide (LA) without requiring a cocatalyst. The resultant polymers are found to have very high molecular weight (M n = 296 X 103 g mol−1) and relatively narrow polydispersity index compared to 1 and 2 .  相似文献

The novel dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes with methyl ( 1 ), ethyl ( 2 ), n‐propyl ( 3 ), i‐propyl ( 4 ), n‐butyl ( 5 ) and cyclohexyl ( 6 ) ester of 2‐mercaptonicotinic acid have been prepared in the reactions of MoO2Cl2 and MoO2(acac)2 (acac = 2,4‐pentandionate) with mercaptonicotinic acid in corresponding alcohol. The esterification reaction was catalyzed by MoV originated from the reduction of MoVI with mercaptonicotinic ‐SH group with simultaneous formation of S–S bond resulting from the condensation of two 2‐mercaptonicotinic molecules. The presence of MoV was proved by ESR spectra. The molecular and crystal structures of 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 as well as of the by‐products 1,1′‐dithio‐2,2′‐n‐butylnicotinoate ( 7 ) and tetramethylammonium hexachloromolybdate(V) ( 8 ) have been determined by a X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The complexes 1 – 4 contain MoO22+ core with octahedral coordination of each molybdenum atom complexed by two 2‐mercaptonicotinato N and S donor atoms.  相似文献

A new bridging ligand, 2,3‐di(2‐pyridyl)‐5‐phenylpyrazine (dpppzH), has been synthesized. This ligand was designed so that it could bind two metals through a NN‐CNN‐type coordination mode. The reaction of dpppzH with cis‐[(bpy)2RuCl2] (bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine) affords monoruthenium complex [(bpy)2Ru(dpppzH)]2+ ( 12+ ) in 64 % yield, in which dpppzH behaves as a NN bidentate ligand. The asymmetric biruthenium complex [(bpy)2Ru(dpppz)Ru(Mebip)]3+ ( 23+ ) was prepared from complex 12+ and [(Mebip)RuCl3] (Mebip=bis(N‐methylbenzimidazolyl)pyridine), in which one hydrogen atom on the phenyl ring of dpppzH is lost and the bridging ligand binds to the second ruthenium atom in a CNN tridentate fashion. In addition, the RuPt heterobimetallic complex [(bpy)2Ru(dpppz)Pt(C?CPh)]2+ ( 42+ ) has been prepared from complex 12+ , in which the bridging ligand binds to the platinum atom through a CNN binding mode. The electronic properties of these complexes have been probed by using electrochemical and spectroscopic techniques and studied by theoretical calculations. Complex 12+ is emissive at room temperature, with an emission λmax=695 nm. No emission was detected for complex 23+ at room temperature in MeCN, whereas complex 42+ displayed an emission at about 750 nm. The emission properties of these complexes are compared to those of previously reported Ru and RuPt bimetallic complexes with a related ligand, 2,3‐di(2‐pyridyl)‐5,6‐diphenylpyrazine.  相似文献

The reactions of different nickel(II) salts with a mixed‐donor macrocyclic ligand L (6,7,8,9,10,11,18,19‐octahydro‐5H, 17H‐dibenzo[f,o][1,5,9,13] dioxadiazacyclohexadecin‐18‐ol), potentially pentadentate N2O3 donor sets containing one pendant alcohol function have been investigated. The physical properties and the chemical structures of 1:1 (metal:ligand) NiLX2 (X = Cl?, Br?, NO3?, ClO4?) complexes have been characterized by using IR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy and conductance measurements. The X‐ray determination have been employed to probe the nature of the respective complexes in solid state. The nickel atom in [NiL(NO3)]NO3·0.5H2O complex is six‐coordinate with a distorted octahedral coordination in which the all N2O3 donor atoms are coordinated to the nickel atom. The coordination sphere is completed by a nitrate anion. In contrast to the above nickel complex, in [NiLCl2] complex the pendant hydroxyl arm of macrocycle remains uncoordinated and ligand acts as tetradentate N2O2 donor atoms. The coordination sphere is completed by two chloride anions and the nickel atom is six‐coordinate with a distorted octahedral coordination.  相似文献

The synthesis of enantiomerically pure aluminium, gallium and indium complexes supported by chiral (R,R)‐(HHONNOHH) ( 1 ), (R,R)‐(MeHONNOHMe) ( 2 ), (R,R)‐(tButBuONNOtButBu) ( 3 ), (R,R)‐(MeNO2ONNOMeNO2) ( 4 ), (R,R)‐(HOMeONNOHOMe) ( 5 ) and (R,R)‐(ClClONNOClCl) ( 6 ) (1,2)‐diphenylethylene‐salen ligands is described. Several of these complexes have been crystallographically authenticated, which highlights a diversity of coordination patterns. Whereas all Ga complexes form [Ga2(CH2SiMe3)4(ONNO)] bimetallic species (ONNO= 1 – 3 ), aluminium [AlR(ONNO)] (R=Me, CH2SiMe3) and indium [In(CH2SiMe3)(ONNO)] derivatives are monometallic for ONNO= 1 , 2 and 4 – 6 , and only form the bimetallic complexes [Al2R4(ONNO)] and [In2(CH2SiMe3)4(ONNO)] for the most sterically crowded ligand 3 . The [AlMe(ONNO)] complexes react with iPrOH to give [AlOiPr(ONNO)] complexes that are robust towards further iPrOH. The [In(CH2SiMe3)(ONNO)] congeners are inert towards excess alcohol, whereas the Ga compounds decompose easily. All these alkyl complexes, as well as the [AlOiPr(ONNO)] derivatives, catalyse the ring‐opening polymerisation (ROP) of racemic lactide (rac‐LA). The [AlMe(ONNO)] complexes require additional alcohol to afford controlled reactions, but [AlOiPr(ONNO)] complexes are single‐component catalysts for the isoselective ROP of rac‐LA, with values of Pm in the range 0.80–0.90. Experimental evidence unexpectedly shows that chain‐end control leads to the isoselectivity of these aluminium catalysts; also, the more crowded the coordination sphere, the higher the isoselectivity. The bimetallic Ga complexes do not afford controlled reactions, but the binary [In(ONNO)(CH2SiMe3)/(PhCH2OH)] systems competently mediate non‐stereoselective ROP; evidence is given that an activated monomer mechanism is at work. Kinetic studies show that catalytic activity decreases when electronic density and steric congestion at the metal atom increase.  相似文献

The factors governing the stability and the reactivity towards cyclic esters of heteroleptic complexes of the large alkaline earth metals (Ae) have been probed. The synthesis and stability of a family of heteroleptic silylamido and alkoxide complexes of calcium [{LOi}Ca? Nu(thf)n] supported by mono‐anionic amino ether phenolate ligands (i=1, {LO1}?=4‐(tert‐butyl)‐2,6‐bis(morpholinomethyl)phenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=0, 4 ; i=2, {LO2}?=2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐{[2‐(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidin‐1‐yl]methyl}phenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=0, 5 ; i=4, {LO4}?=2‐{[bis(2‐methoxyethyl)amino]methyl}‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=1, 6 ; Nu?=HC?CCH2O?, n=0, 7 ) and those of the related [{LO3}Ae? N(SiMe2H)2] ({LO3}?=2‐[(1,4,7,10‐tetraoxa‐13‐azacyclopentadecan‐13‐yl)methyl]‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenolate Ae=Ca, 1 ; Sr, 2 ; Ba, 3 ) have been investigated. The molecular structures of 1 , 2 , [( 4 )2], 6 , and [( 7 )2] have been determined by X‐ray diffraction. These highlight Ae???H? Si internal β‐agostic interactions, which play a key role in the stabilization of [{LOi}Ae? N(SiMe2H)2] complexes against ligand redistribution reactions, in contrast to regular [{LOi}Ae? N(SiMe3)2]. Pulse‐gradient spin‐echo (PGSE) NMR measurements showed that 1 , 4 , 6 , and 7 are monomeric in solution. Complexes 1 – 7 mediate the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of L ‐lactide highly efficiently, converting up to 5000 equivalents of monomer at 25 °C in a controlled fashion. In the immortal ROP performed with up to 100 equivalents of exogenous 9‐anthracenylmethanol or benzyl or propargyl alcohols as a transfer agent, the activity of the catalyst increased with the size of the metal ( 1 < 2 < 3 ). For Ca‐based complexes, the enhanced electron‐donating ability of the ancillary ligand favored catalyst activity ( 1 > 6 > 4 ≈ 5 ). The nature of the alcohol had little effect over the activity of the binary catalyst system 1 /ROH; in all cases, both the control and end‐group fidelity were excellent. In the living ROP of L ‐LA, the HC?CCH2O? initiating group (as in 7 ) proved superior to N(SiMe2H)2? or N(SiMe3)2? (as in 6 or [{LO4}Ca? N(SiMe3)2] ( B ), respectively).  相似文献

A series of tin(II) complexes supported by N2O2 bis(phenol)‐amine ligands were prepared from the reactions of the corresponding ligands with Sn[N(SiMe3)2]2 in benzene at room temperature. The ligands were designed to have different substituted group at the ortho‐position on the aryl rings (R = tBu, CH3) and N‐containing side arm (E = ? CH2NEt2 and pyridine) giving a variation of tin(II) complexes (R = tBu, E = CH2NEt2, 2a ; R = tBu, E = py, 2b ; R = CH3, E = CH2NEt2, 2c ; R = CH3, E = py, 2d ). All complexes were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography revealed that all complexes have a monomeric four‐coordinate tin center with a distorted seesaw structure. All complexes are active for solvent‐free polymerization of l ‐lactide at 120 °C giving poly(l ‐lactide) with narrow to moderate dispersity (Ð = 1.12–1.56). In the presence of benzyl alcohol during the polymerization, the resulting polymer was found to be linear having benzyl alcohol as the end group while, in the absence of benzyl alcohol, the polymer was cyclic. The large tBu group at the ortho‐position was found to decrease polymerization activity while the more basic ? CH2NEt2 group was found to increase the polymerization activity. The polymerization of rac‐lactide under a similar condition gave PLA having a slight heterotactic bias for all catalysts. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. The problems associated with low‐temperature pulsed‐gradient spin‐echo (PGSE) NMR diffusion measurements are discussed. The influence of convection is overcome by employing a coaxial insert inside a normal 5 mm NMR tube. By means of this configuration, correct diffusion constants and temperature‐independent hydrodynamic radii can be obtained. Low‐temperature 1H‐, 19F‐, and 31P‐PGSE measurements on unstable cationic alcohol complexes of palladium and tungsten (in MeOH and CH2Cl2) are reported. For [W(Cp)(adamant‐1‐ol)(CO)3](CF3SO3), a strong hydrogen bond between the alcohol OH group and the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion is demonstrated.  相似文献

Gas‐phase experiments are used to probe the intramolecular scrambling of aryl groups between palladium and phosphorus in organopalladium complexes, [ArPd(PPh3)2]+, generated by means of electrospray ionization (ESI). To this aim, ESI mass spectrometry, including tandem mass spectrometric experiments, were carried out on deuterated, non‐deuterated, and substituted [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ complexes. The fragment ions obtained from the deuterated parent ions clearly show the occurrence of intramolecular scrambling between the aryl group bound to palladium and the phenyl groups of the phosphine in the gas phase. Fragmentation pathways, supported by a statistical model, are proposed to explain these migrations and the implications for the condensed‐phase chemistry are probed experimentally by using ESI mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The synthesis, X‐ray crystal structures, electrochemical, and spectroscopic studies of a series of hexanuclear gold(I) μ3‐ferrocenylmethylphosphido complexes stabilized by bridging phosphine ligands, [Au6(P?P)n(Fc‐CH2‐P)2][PF6]2 (n=3, P?P=dppm (bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) ( 1 ), dppe (1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) ( 2 ), dppp (1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) ( 3 ), Ph2PN(C3H7)‐PPh2 ( 4 ), Ph2PN(Ph‐CH3p)PPh2 ( 5 ), dppf (1,1′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) ( 6 ); n=2, P?P=dpepp (bis(2‐diphenylphosphinoethyl)phenylphosphine) ( 7 )), as platforms for multiple redox‐active ferrocenyl units, are reported. The investigation of the structural changes of the clusters has been probed by introducing different bridging phosphine ligands. This class of gold(I) μ3‐ferrocenylmethylphosphido complexes has been found to exhibit one reversible oxidation couple, suggestive of the absence of electronic communication between the ferrocene units through the Au6P2 cluster core, providing an understanding of the electronic properties of the hexanuclear AuI cluster linkage. The present complexes also serve as an ideal system for the design of multi‐electron reservoir and molecular battery systems.  相似文献

The synthesis of ansa complexes has been studied intensively owing to their importance as homogeneous catalysts and as precursors of metal‐containing polymers. However, paramagnetic non‐metallocene derivatives are rare and have been limited to examples with vanadium and titanium. Herein, we report an efficient procedure for the selective dilithiation of paramagnetic sandwich complex [Cr(η5‐C5H5)(η6‐C6H6)], which allows the preparation of a series of [n]chromoarenophanes (n=1, 2, 3) that feature silicon, germanium, and tin atoms at the bridging positions. The electronic and structural properties of these complexes were probed by X‐ray diffraction analysis, cyclic voltammetry, and by UV/Vis and EPR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic parameters for the strained and less strained complexes (i.e., with multiple‐atom linkers) indicate that the unpaired electron resides primarily in a d orbital on chromium(I); this result was also supported by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. We did not observe a correlation between the experimental UV/Vis and EPR data and the degree of molecular distortion in these ansa complexes. The treatment of tin‐bridged complex [Cr(η5‐C5H4)(η6‐C6H5)SntBu2] with [Pt(PEt3)3] results in the non‐regioselective insertion of the low‐valent Pt0 fragment into the Cipso? Sn bonds in both the five‐ and six‐membered rings, thereby furnishing a bimetallic complex. This observed reactivity suggests that ansa complexes of this type are promising starting materials for the synthesis of bimetallic complexes in general and also underline their potential to undergo ring‐opening processes to yield new metal‐containing polymers.  相似文献

Chiral pincer ruthenium complexes of formula [RuCl(CNN)(Josiphos)] ( 2 – 7 ; Josiphos=1‐[1‐(dicyclohexylphosphano)ethyl]‐2‐(diarylphosphano)ferrocene) have been prepared by treating [RuCl2(PPh3)3] with (S,R)‐Josiphos diphosphanes and 1‐substituted‐1‐(6‐arylpyridin‐2‐yl)methanamines (HCNN; substituent=H ( 1 a ), Me ( 1 b ), and tBu ( 1 c )) with NEt3. By using 1 b and 1 c as a racemic mixture, complexes 4 – 7 were obtained through a diastereoselective synthesis promoted by acetic acid. These pincer complexes, which display correctly matched chiral PP and CNN ligands, are remarkably active catalysts for the asymmetric reduction of alkyl aryl ketones in basic alcohol media by both transfer hydrogenation (TH) and hydrogenation (HY), achieving enantioselectivities of up to 99 %. In 2‐propanol, the enantioselective TH of ketones was accomplished by using a catalyst loading as low as 0.002 mol % and afforded a turnover frequency (TOF) of 105–106 h?1 (60 and 82 °C). In methanol/ethanol mixtures, the CNN pincer complexes catalyzed the asymmetric HY of ketones with H2 (5 atm) at 0.01 mol % relative to the complex with a TOF of ≈104 h?1 at 40 °C.  相似文献

Bis‐β‐ketoimine ligands of the form [(CH2)n{N(H)C(Me)?CHC(Me)?O}2] (LnH2, n=2, 3 and 4) were employed in the formation of a range of gallium complexes [Ga(Ln)X] (X=Cl, Me, H), which were characterised by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The β‐ketoimine ligands have also been used for the stabilisation of rare gallium hydride species [Ga(Ln)H] (n=2 ( 7 ); n=3 ( 8 )), which have been structurally characterised for the first time, confirming the formation of five‐coordinate, monomeric species. The stability of these hydrides has been probed through thermal analysis, revealing stability at temperatures in excess of 200 °C. The efficacy of all the gallium β‐ketoiminate complexes as molecular precursors for the deposition of gallium oxide thin films by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) has been investigated through thermogravimetric analysis and deposition studies, with the best results being found for a bimetallic gallium methyl complex [L3{GaMe2}2] ( 5 ) and the hydride [Ga(L3)H] ( 8 ). The resulting films ( F5 and F8 , respectively) were amorphous as‐deposited and thus were characterised primarily by XPS, EDXA and SEM techniques, which showed the formation of stoichiometric ( F5 ) and oxygen‐deficient ( F8 ) Ga2O3 thin films.  相似文献

Tetrakis[heptadecafluorononyl] substituted phthalocyanine complexes were prepared by template synthesis from 4‐(heptadecafluorononyloxy)phthalonitrile with Co(CH3COO)·2H2O or PdCl2 in 2‐N, N‐dimethylaminoethanol. The corresponding phthalonitrile was obtained from heptadecafluorononan‐1‐ol and 4‐nitrophthalonitrile with K2CO3 in DMF at 50 °C. The structures of the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, UV–vis and MALDI‐TOF MS spectroscopic methods. Metallophthalocyanines are soluble in fluoroalkanes such as perfluoromethylcyclohexane (PFMCH). The complexes were tested as catalysts for benzyl alcohol oxidation with tert‐butylhydroperoxide (TBHP) in an organic–fluorous biphasic system (n‐hexane–PFMCH). The oxidation of benzyl alcohol was also tested with different oxidants, such as hydrogen peroxide, m‐chloroperoxybenzoic acid, molecular oxygen and oxone in n‐hexane–PFMCH. TBHP was found to be the best oxidant for benzyl alcohol oxidation since higher conversion and selectivity were observed when this oxidant was used. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new series of UO2(II) and ZrO(II) azo‐complexes based on 5‐nitro‐8‐hydroxyquinoline; [UO2(H2L1)(NO3)EtOH] (1), [ZrO(H2L1)(NO3)H2O] (2), [UO2(HL2)(NO3)EtOH]3H2O (3), [ZrO(HL2)(NO3)EtOH] (4), [UO2(HL3)(NO3)(H2O)3]2H2O (5) and [ZrO(HL3)(NO3)EtOH] (6); have been synthesized. The structure of these complexes has been characterized using elemental analysis, thermal analysis, molar conductance, UV–vis, IR, electron impact mass, X‐ray powder diffraction and NMR spectra. The results revealed the formation of non‐electrolyte mononuclear complexes via the N atom of the azo group or of the quinoline ring and the oxygen atom of the deprotonated OH. Fluorescence properties of the synthesized complexes have been examined and the fluorescence quantum yield (Φf) has been determined. The complexes have been tested as cell staining and imaging under the fluorescent microscope. The data showed that complexes 1 and 2 efficiently stain the nuclei in addition to some focal cytoplasmic areas. Other than complexes 3 and 4 exclusively stained the nuclei. On the other hand, complexes 5 and 6 stained the cytoplasm exclusively. It has been demonstrated that complex 4 was the most effective in cell staining. The binding constant (Kb) with DNA was calculated using UV–vis absorption titration and fluorescence spectral methods. It was concluded that complex 4 can be used effectively as fluorescent probes in studying cell biology.  相似文献

Piano‐stool ([(p‐cymene)Ru(thz)Cl], 2 ) and six‐coordinated ([Ru(thz)2(PPh3)2], 3 ) ruthenium complexes derived from 2‐phenylthiazoline‐4‐carboxylic acid (Hthz, 1 ) were synthesized for the first time, and fully characterized using conventional methods. Also, the molecular structure of complex 3 was determined using X‐ray analysis. These complexes were evaluated as catalysts for transfer hydrogenation of carbonyl compounds in the presence of isopropyl alcohol and KOtBu. Complex 2 was found to be more active than 3 in transfer hydrogenation. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of bimetallic silyl halido cuprates consisting of the new tripodal silicon‐based metalloligand [κ3N‐Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3Mo(CO)3]? is presented (pz=pyrazolyl). This metalloligand is straightforwardly accessible by reacting the ambidentate ligand tris(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)silanide ({Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3}?) with [Mo(CO)36‐toluene)]. The compound features a fac‐coordinated tripodal chelating ligand and an outward pointing, “free” pyramidal silyl donor, which is easily accessible for a secondary coordination to other metal centers. Several bimetallic silyl halido cuprates of the general formula [CuX{μ‐κ1Si3N‐Si(3,5‐Me2pz)3Mo(CO)3}]? (X=Cl, Br, I) have been synthesized. The electronic and structural properties of these complexes were probed in detail by X‐ray diffraction analysis, electrospray mass spectrometry, infrared‐induced multiphoton dissociation studies, cyclic voltammetry, spectroelectrochemistry, gas‐phase photoelectron spectroscopy, as well as UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The heterobimetallic complexes contain linear two‐coordinate copper(I) entities with the shortest silicon–copper distances reported so far. Oxidation of the anionic complexes in methylene chloride and acetonitrile solutions at ${E{{0\hfill \atop 1/2\hfill}}}$ =?0.60 and ?0.44 V (vs. ferrocene/ferrocenium (Fc/Fc+)), respectively, shows substantial reversibility. Based on various results obtained from different characterization methods, as well as density functional theory calculations, these oxidation events were attributed to the Mo0/MoI redox couple.  相似文献

The effect of intermolecular hydrogen bonding on the photophysical properties of N‐methyl‐1,8‐naphthalimide ( 2 ) has been investigated by time‐dependent density functional theory (TD‐DFT) method. The UV and IR spectra of 2 monomer and its hydrogen‐bonded complexes formed with 2,2,2‐trifluoroethanol (TFE) 2 +TFE and 2 +2TFE have been calculated, which confirm the presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between the carbonyl groups of the aromatic imide and the hydroxyl group of the polyfluorinated alcohol. The absorption and fluorescence intensities going from 2 monomer via hydrogen‐bonded complex 2 +TFE to 2 +2TFE were found to be gradually enhanced with the wavelength gradually red‐shifted. The enhancements of the fluorescence intensities from 2 monomer to hydrogen‐bonded complexes 2 +TFE and 2 +2TFE were attributed to the decrease of the intersystem crossing (ISC) efficiency from the first excited singlet state S1 1(ππ*) to the second excited triplet state T2 3(nπ*), whose energy was increased relative to its ground state due to the intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Production of hybrid organic/inorganic complexes such as lanthanide phosphors in the nanodomain for human fingerprint visualization and anti‐counterfeiting ink under biocompatible UVA and blue light has not yet been studied that thoroughly. This paper presents the preparation of novel, bifunctional, green and red nanophosphors based on Eu3+ and Tb3+ complexes with quinolinone ligand (H2L). They have been prepared and characterized for latent fingerprint detection and anti‐counterfeiting ink applications. The analytical data confirm that the ligand acts in a monoanionic bidentate manner through OO donor sites, forming mononuclear complexes, formulated as [Ln(HL)3(C2H5OH)3] (Ln = Eu3+ or Tb3+; L = 1‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐3‐(nitroacetyl)quinolin‐2‐(1H)‐one). The Eu3+ and Tb3+ complexes have nanospherical morphologies with average particle sizes of 17 and 5 nm, respectively. Pure red and green photoluminescence with long lifetime values has been obtained from the Eu3+ and Tb3+ complexes, respectively, under non‐harmful UVA and blue illumination. Latent fingerprint details, including their characteristic three levels, have been clearly identified from various forensic (non‐porous, semi‐porous, highly fluorescent porous) substrates using red (Eu3+) and green (Tb3+) nanophosphors. The green nanophosphor powder has a greater capability for visualizing latent fingerprints from highly fluorescent porous surfaces as compared to the red one. Both nanophosphor complexes have been used to develop luminescent ink for anti‐counterfeiting applications.  相似文献
