Thieno[2,3-b]pyridines were synthesized from 6-benzofuran-2-yl-4-phenyl-2-sulfanylpyridine-3-carbonitrile and each of chloro acetone, ethyl chloroacetate, ω -bromoacetophenone, and chloroacetonitrile. These compounds were conveniently converted into novel pyrido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidines. Also, 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole was synthesized from hydrazonoyl halides and 2-benzofuran-2-yl-3-(phenylamino)-3-thioxopropanenitrile. The structures of the products have been elucidated by elemental analyses, spectral data studies, and alternative syntheses whenever possible. The newly synthesized compounds were tested towards microorganisms.  相似文献

3‐Iodothyronamine (T1AM) is a novel metabolite of thyroid hormone. In HEK‐293 cells expressing an orphan G‐protein coupled receptor, the trace amine receptor, T1AM, potently increased cAMP accumulation. In mice, T1AM rapidly induced hypothermia and bradycardia within minutes of administration. These results suggest the existence of a new signaling pathway, the stimulation of which leads to rapid physiological and behavioral consequences. Isotope‐labeled T1AM derivatives would be useful to study the biology and pharmacology of T1AM. Herein we describe efficient syntheses of [125I]‐, [2H]‐, and [3H]‐T1AM.  相似文献

[Tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3], [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S4O)3], and [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-diselenolato)stannate]2− [Q]2[Sn(C3S3Se2)3], complexes, have been synthesised and characterised. Crystal structure determinations of [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3] (Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium, monoclinic and orthorhombic forms; NMe4, NEt4, and PPh4) and [NEt4]2[Sn(C3S4O)3] revealed variations in the overall dianion structures. The geometry about tin in each case is essentially octahedral with the chelate bite angles in the range 80.7(5)–87.45(4)°: the range of Sn–S distances is 2.5207(18)–2.571(17) Å. A statistical analysis, carried out on the crystal structure data for the six complexes, indicated that the most critical factors in controlling the overall shape of the dianion were the distances of the Sn atom from the dithiolate ligand planes [Sn–OOP]. Interanionic S⋯S interactions, within the sum of the van der Waals’ radii for two S atoms, are affected by the size of the cation, Q; the secondary connectivity is 3-dimensional for the smallest cations, Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium and NMe4, in chains for the somewhat larger cation, NEt4 and is absent for the still larger, PPh4 cation.  相似文献

Reaction of Hg(NO3)2 with 4 equivalent KI in water afford K2[HgI4]. By using K2[HgI4] as the precursor, three new heterobimetallic compounds [Ni(N-MeIm)6][HgI4] (I), [Co(N-MeIm)6][HgI4] (II), and [Cu(N-MeIm)6][HgI4] (III) have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and the singlecrystal X-ray crystallorgraphy analysis. Three complexes are isomorphous and crystallized in monoclinic symmetry space group P21/c. The coordination around each center metal(II) atom is octahedral with six nitrogen atoms of N-MeIm ligand. Each structure contains one tetrahedral [HgI4]2? as an anion to balance the charge of the molecular. Thermogravimetry analysis indicates these complexes have the similar departure process and cyclic voltammogram exhibits a significant pair of redox peaks.  相似文献

One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4‐dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor‐acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotazane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor‐acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献

Introduction N,N'-Bis[N-(2,2,2-trinitroethyl)-N-nitro]ethyenedi- amine (BTNEDA) is a typical nitramine compound, which is structurally shown in Figure 1. The crystal density is 1.87 gcm-3. The detonation velocity corresponding to r=1.842 gcm-3 is about 8970 ms-1.1 Therefore, BTNEDA is used as high explosive. The binary group 15 polyazides As(N(3))(3), Sb(N(3))(3), and Bi(N(3))(3) were stabilized by either anion or donor-acceptor adduct formation. Crystal structures are reported for [Bi(N(3))(4)](-), [Bi(N(3))(5)](2-), [bipy·Bi(N(3))(5)](2-), [Bi(N(3))(6)](3-), bipy·As(N(3))(3), bipy·Sb(N(3))(3), and [(bipy)(2)·Bi(N(3))(3)](2). The lone valence electron pair on the central atom of these pnictogen(+III) compounds can be either sterically active or inactive. The [Bi(N(3))(5)](2-) anion possesses a sterically active lone pair and a monomeric pseudo-octahedral structure with a coordination number of 6, whereas its 2,2'-bipyridine adduct exhibits a pseudo-monocapped trigonal prismatic structure with CN 7 and a sterically inactive lone pair. Because of the high oxidizing power of Bi(+V), reactions aimed at Bi(N(3))(5) and [Bi(N(3))(6)](-) resulted in the reduction to bismuth(+III) compounds by [N(3)](-). The powder X-ray diffraction pattern of Bi(N(3))(3) was recorded at 298 K and is distinct from that calculated for Sb(N(3))(3) from its single-crystal data at 223 K. The [(bipy)(2)·Bi(N(3))(3)](2) adduct is dimeric and derived from two BiN(8) square antiprisms sharing an edge consisting of two μ(1,1)-bridging N(3) ligands and with bismuth having CN 8 and a sterically inactive lone pair. The novel bipy·As(N(3))(3) and bipy·Sb(N(3))(3) adducts are monomeric and isostructural and contain a sterically active lone pair on their central atom and a CN of 6. A systematic quantum chemical analysis of the structures of these polyazides suggests that the M06-2X density functional is well suited for the prediction of the steric activity of lone pairs in main-group chemistry. Furthermore, it was found that the solid-state structures can strongly differ from those of the free gas-phase species or those in solutions and that lone pairs that are sterically inactive in a chemical surrounding can become activated in the free isolated species.  相似文献

Binary complex salts, [Co(En)3][Fe(CN)6] · 2H2O and [Co(En)3]4[Fe(CN)6]3 · 15H2O, are synthesized. The properties of the salts and their thermolysis in air, dihydrogen, and argon are studied. Oxides of the central ions of the binary complex salts are found to be the thermolysis products in an oxidative atmosphere. Solid solutions (intermetallic compounds) CoFe are the thermolysis products in the reductive atmosphere, whereas intermetallides containing considerable amounts of C and N and an impurity of Co and Fe oxides are the thermolysis products in an inert atmosphere. Gaseous thermolysis products in dihydrogen and argon are NH3, hydrocarbons, and ethylenediamine.  相似文献

A new complex of Np(V) with the chromate ion and an organic outer-sphere guanidinium cation is isolated from an aqueous solution. Its composition and structure are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The structure of [C(NH2)3]3[NpO2(CrO4)2](H2O) (I) is based on anionic chains [CpO2(CrO4)2][ n 3nt- between which guanidinium cations and crystallization water molecules are localized. Coordination polyhedra of the Np atoms (pentagonal bipyramids) in the anionic chains are joined in pairs through common equatorial edges. Singularities of the electronic and IR absorption spectra of compound I are discussed.  相似文献

252Cf-Plasma Desorption Mass Spectrometry (252Cf-PDMS) has been used to investigate the [(Ph3PCH2C5H4)Fe(C5H5)]+ salt of the prototype dianionic, platinum carbonyl cluster, [Pt3(CO)3(2-CO)3] 3 2– . An envelope of singly charged [Pt9(CO) x ] ions with the principal peak centered atx=8 was observed in the negative ion mass spectrum as a result of successive losses of the carbonyl ligands from the intact platinum core. Another feature of the negative ion spectrum was the prominent occurrence of other envelopes of multiple peaks which conform to Pt12, Pt15, Pt18, Pt21, and Pt24 singly charged metal cores. An unexpected observation was the presence of singly charged positive ions of the dianionic cluster which were formed without incorporation of the counterion. A similar but, largely unresolvable, broad envelope of singly charged ions containing the Pt9 core resulted with a peak maximum corresponding closely to the completely carbonylated cluster. The peak distribution extended from the fully decarbonylated cluster to well beyond the mass of the fully carbonylated cluster. Analogous peaks attributable to singly charged positive ions of the Pt12, Pt15, and Pt18 clusters were also evident. Very little fragmentation was observed below the molecular ion in either the positive or negative ion mass spectra except for ions associated with the counterion. A detailed analysis of the mass spectra, including the types of ions observed and correlations with the molecular architecture are described.  相似文献

The thermal Diels–Alder cyclo­additon reaction of diethyl 2-­[cyano­(toluene-4-sulfinyl)­methyl­ene]­propane­dioate, C16H17­NO5S, with cyclo­penta­diene gave the pure racemates of two of the four possible diastereomers, with a complete π-facial selectivity and a high (80:20) endo/exo-sulfinyl selectivity. X-ray diffraction studies of diethyl 2-[cyano­(toluene-4-sulfinyl)­methyl­ene]­propane­dioate and the major isomer of the cyclo­addition product, namely diethyl 3-cyano-3-(toluene-4-sulfinyl)­bi­cyclo­[2.2.1]­hepta-5-ene-2,2-di­carboxyl­ate, C21H23­NO5S, reveal that the conformation of the substituents on the acrylo­nitrile moiety produces both steric and electronic effects, which affect the stereoselectivity of the reaction.  相似文献
