Load and stress distribution in screw threads   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The load distribution and the normalized stress distribution in the threads of an ISO metric nut and bolt were found by frozen-stress photoelastic analysis employing a fringe-multiplying polariscope in conjunction with a recording microdensitometer. Previous investigators assumed that these distributions were identical, whereas the present study shows that this is not the case. It has been further shown that deducing the load distribution from measurements of the nut deformation is unsatisfactory. The results of the reported method correlate closely with Sopwith's theoretical load distribution. Three recent finite-element analyses of nut-bolt systems have been compared indirectly to the experimental load distribution. That of Bretl and Cook was found to give the best comparison.  相似文献

研究等截面弯钩受力时的应力分布及承载极限问题,本文以弹性力学的曲梁问题为参考,建立了平面应力条件下的金属弯钩的力学模型,得出了弯钩应力分布解,并通过ANSYS数值模拟进行验证,得出其危险截面。基于极限变形原理、弹性极限设计原理与塑性极限设计原理,提出了等截面弯钩失效的三种准则,为工厂生产不同极限载荷下的弯钩提供了理论依据。  相似文献

以某简支组合梁桥为工程背景,基于现场荷载试验方法,对该桥加固后的实际承载力进行了研究。首先,详细介绍了试验过程中应变和挠度测点的布置方式;然后,利用荷载效应等效原则,结合组合简支梁桥结构的内力分布特点,确定了现场荷载试验中典型截面的最不利荷载工况。最后,将试验结果与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,静载试验的应变实测值和挠度实测值均小于理论计算值,满足相关规范要求;桥梁结构整体强度和刚度满足设计荷载及正常使用的要求;该桥的跨中横向分布系数分布不均匀,且其横向传递剪力能力较弱。  相似文献

通过引入单三角级数形式的位移函数, 求解了法向任意分布载荷作用下对 边简支时圆柱壳的环向弯曲问题, 把线载荷近似为微元矩形区的分布载荷, 推导出了线 载荷作用下圆柱壳的环向弯曲变形计算式, 并给出了线载荷为均布和线性变化时的具体解. 计算表明, 该种边界约束条件下圆柱壳的环向弯曲变形位移分布场的理论计算结果与有限元 分析结果基本吻合.  相似文献

潜射导弹在水中航行时,表面被空泡包围,这就造成其出水时,带来较大的载荷冲击. 出水冲击载荷需要知道整个表面上的压力分布,但是这在工程实践中是不可能实现的. 本文采用有限元流固耦合仿真程序,对潜射导弹整个出水过程进行数值模拟. 根据数值计算结果,依据理论力学的基本原理,计算出潜射导弹所受到的冲击力与冲击力矩,利用NASTRAN 瞬态载荷解算器,计算出潜射导弹各截面最大响应弯矩. 结果表明,本文提出的方法能够对潜射导弹出水过程提供数值预测与安全评估.  相似文献

We study the relationship between the surface mechanical load represented by distributed acoustic impedance and the current density distribution in a shear mode piezoelectric plate acoustic wave resonator. A theoretical analysis based on the theory of piezoelectricity and trigonometric series is performed. In the specific and basic case when the surface load is due to a local mass layer, numerical results show that the current density concentrates under the mass layer and is sensitive to the physical as well as geometric parameters of the mass layer such as its location and size. This provides the theoretical foundation for predicting the surface impedance pattern from the current density distribution, which is fundamental to the relevant acoustic wave sensors.  相似文献

在分离式霍普金森压杆实验装置上进行了花岗岩破坏的动静组合加载实验.通过对受载后岩样破碎块度进行筛分统计,得到了该加载条件下岩石破碎的粒度分布.在此基础上,通过理论计算公式,进一步得到了相应的破碎分形维数,分别探讨了静载荷和冲击载荷对分维数的影响.结果表明,动静组合加载作用下花岗岩破碎分维值在2.0~2.8之间;相同静载不同动载下,花岗岩的破碎分维值与试样的应变率有关,随应变率增大而增大;而在相同冲击动载下,静载荷变化对分形维数的影响不大.  相似文献

为拓展小波理论在结构工程中的应用,提高结构计算精度,提出了以Daubechies条件小波Ritz法为基础的Daubechies条件小波有限元法。该法结合广义变分原理和拉格朗日乘子法构造修正泛函,根据修正泛函的驻值条件得到全域法求解方程矩阵。根据构件的边界条件,按左右边界对求解矩阵进行相应拆分,构建条件小波单元刚度矩阵,并依据公共节点位移相等原则形成总体刚度矩阵,由此解得各单元的小波基待定系数,即可进一步求解位移场函数、内力分布函数及荷载集度函数。以工程中常见的弹性拉压杆及平面弯曲梁为例,详细阐述了该方法的构造过程。并通过典型算例将Daubechies条件小波有限元法计算值与理论解进行了对比,结果表明:在弹性拉压杆算例中,位移、应力、载荷集度的相对误差均在1.22×10-3%以内;在平面弯曲梁算例中,挠度、弯矩、载荷集度的相对误差均在8.91×10-2%以内。  相似文献

The displacement field in an intact Brazilian disc under the influence of a parabolically varying radial pressure distribution acting along two symmetric arcs of its periphery is studied. The specific loading type closely approaches the actual load-distribution as obtained by considering the specimen and the load platen as a system of two elastic bodies in contact. The problem is solved adopting the complex potentials method and a closed form full-field solution is proposed. The results of the theoretical analysis for discs made either from Dionysos marble or PMMA are considered in juxtaposition to the respective ones obtained for uniform radial pressure as well as for concentrated point load. Critical points related to the variation of the displacement field in the immediate vicinity of the load platen-specimen interface are enlightened. The accuracy of the solution is assessed by comparing the analytic results with the experimental ones obtained from series of Brazilian-disc tests carried out using the standardized device suggested by the international society for rock mechanics. The specimens were made from PMMA and the 3D digital image correlation technique was employed for measuring the components of the displacement field developed. It is proved that the experimental results are in very good qualitative and quantitative agreement with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

对曲边柱壳受轴向非均匀内压作用下的大转动几何非线性3-D动力学行为进行了研究.基于Nayfeh and Pai[1]非线性壳体理论,给出了考虑几何非线性的3-D混合型(含内力与位移)动力学模型.为了克服该强非线性模型难以求解的问题,依据分析获得的结构静动态变形关系,采用Lagrange方程推导建立了基于结构静态解的曲边柱壳多自由度3-D动力学方程,并对其进行了线性化与降阶处理,结合差分法获得了一套高效的求解算法.与LS-DYNA有限元结果的吻合,验证了本文方法的正确性.最后分析了单元数和计算时间步分别对有限元模型和本文方法的影响,发现求解精度随着计算时间步的减小不断提高直至趋于稳定.同时对采用本文方法获得的曲边柱壳动态变形模式的分析表明:结构动态响应与其所受内压载荷沿轴向的分布形式关系紧密,可以通过改变或者设计内压轴向分布形式来影响以及控制结构的动态变形模式,从而应用于曲边柱壳结构设计及优化的工程实际中.  相似文献

提出了减振器环形节流阀片受局部变载荷作用时挠曲变形量的一种研究方法.根据节流阀片物理模型以及薄板力学的相关理论,推导阀片受局部变载荷作用时挠曲变形量的解析式.与有限元计算结果对比验证了公式以及推导过程的正确性,研究了不同载荷、载荷作用半径以及节流阀片相关结构参数和材料特性对其任意半径处变形量的影响规律.得出的解析式和结论为减振装置阻尼阀的精确设计提供了依据.  相似文献

根据两球体单峰同时受法向、切向载荷时微滑切向应力的分布以及MB模型,给出了界面的总切向接触静弹性条件刚度、总条件法向载荷的解析解。将切向接触静弹性条件刚度的解析解嵌入到有限元软件中,获得了整机的理论模态。以一款八四七厂华中工学院XHK5140型自动换刀计算机数控立式镗铣床上的结合部为研究对象,通过实验对解析解进行了定量验证。研究结果表明:在理论振型与实验振型一致的条件下,界面模型的相对误差在-19.2%~16.8%之间。  相似文献

This paper presents thermo-mechanical post-buckling analysis of cylindrical panels that are made of functionally graded materials (FGMs) with temperature-dependent thermo-elastic properties that are graded in the direction of thickness according to a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. The panel is initially stressed by an axial load, and is then subjected to a uniform temperature change. The theoretical formulations are based on the classical shell theory with von-Karman–Donnell-type nonlinearity. The effect of initial geometric imperfection is also included. A differential quadrature (DQ) based semi-analytical method combined with an iteration process is employed to predict the critical buckling load (where it is applicable) and to trace the post-buckling equilibrium path of FGM cylindrical panels under thermo-mechanical loading. Numerical results are presented for panels with silicon nitride and nickel as the ceramic and metal constituents. The effects of temperature-dependent properties, volume fraction index, axial load, initial imperfection, panel geometry and boundary conditions on the thermo-mechanical post-buckling behavior are evaluated in detail through parametric studies.  相似文献

目前,悬链线在竖向集中力和均布荷载共同作用下的构形分析和受力计算的理论仍不完善。针对这一问题,通过引入悬链线的几何约束方程、力平衡方程和超越方程,建立了竖向集中力与均布荷载共同作用下的非线性方程组。采用牛顿迭代法求解方程组,得到了悬链线的构形和受力情况。为了验证理论计算的正确性,进行了算例和试验验证。结果表明,算例的计算结果与文献结论保持一致,试验测得的构形和水平张力大小与理论计算的构形和水平张力大小吻合较好。本文的理论计算可以更加简单精确地计算出悬链线在竖向集中力和均布荷载共同作用下的构形和受力情况,为实际工程提供重要的理论指导。  相似文献

The asymptotic stress and strain distribution near a crack tip in rubber-like materials is determined by finite element for in-plane mixed mode loading. For large strain, the crack tip field is always in a state of uniaxial tension. The shear load affects only the orientation of the deformed near tip field in the space. 借助PATRAN、NASTRAN有限元分析工具,着重研究机翼结构重量因气动载荷压心变化而产生的影响。气动载荷的压心变化通过在飞机巡航状态中某一个载荷情况下真实的气动载荷基础上叠加一个微小量的分布载荷来实现,保证新得到的气动载荷与原始的气动载荷总载保持一致,从而使得气动载荷的压心位置发生变化。通过理论分析和简单的有限元分析验证,得到了气动载荷压心变化下机翼蒙皮、长桁等单元的应力分布和增长规律,进而得到气动载荷压心变化与机翼结构增重之间的函数关系:气动载荷压心向翼尖方向移动1%,机翼结构重量增重2.46%。该结论可以为其他型号的民机机翼设计提供参考依据。  相似文献

采用电子散斑干涉技术,对外贴碳纤维加固混凝土梁的外贴材料位移的分布特征,进行了全场实时测量,通过实验获得的散斑干涉条纹图可以得到外贴材料与混凝土梁的粘结传力长度随粘结长度及初始载荷之间的关系;了解用于加固的碳纤维材料的应变分布特点和产生梁侧剥离破坏时的碳纤维表面位移(应变)的演化过程。实验还说明了电子散斑干涉技术不仅可用于位移的测量,而且也可用于结构安全监测和破坏预报。文中给出了对C20D、C25A和C60C侧贴碳纤维板加固在不同载荷作用直到构件破坏前的位移测试及对试件C60C轴线上的剪应力分析结果。  相似文献

A small, fixed cylinder attached to a load cell almost touches a larger, rotating cylinder (axes parallel). When a Newtonian liquid is introduced into the gap as a lubricant, the normal load and coefficient of friction are in reasonable agreement with theoretical predictions. When elastico-viscous polymer solutions are used, however, at progressively increasing polymer concentrations, the load increases to over 20 times the theoretical prediction and the coefficient of friction falls to half its theoretical value.It is shown that the changes in load factor are closely related to measured changes in the elasticity of the solutions, obtained by means of the jet thrust method.Finally, it is suggested that polymer-thickened motor oils should be developed with lower viscosity but with satisfactory wear characteristics, in order to reduce the fuel consumptin of the engine.  相似文献

回转窑是冶金、水泥、耐火材料生产中的核心设备,是一种重载、大扭矩、多支点、静不定运行系统,由于其载荷和刚度分布复杂、各支承存在偏移,作用在它托轮上的支承载荷分配严重不均。本文针对回转窑载荷和刚度分布的特点,建立支承载荷求解的力学模型和线性方程组,导出支承载荷分配与支承偏差的关系式;用该方法对现场回转窑进行计算,得出该窑支承载荷分配的线性公式和一些分析结论,为生产中回转窑的状态分析、优化调控提供依据。  相似文献
