以无水乙醇为溶剂,氨水为催化剂,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解,并在500℃下煅烧1h,制备了SiO2粉体.将SiO2粉体作为内核浸渍到以硝酸亚铈、乙酰丙酮和正丙醇为原料制备的铈溶胶中,得到包覆型CeO2@SiO2复合粉体.利用XRD、SEM、TEM和FT-IR等测试手段,对所制备样品的物相结构、形貌、粒径大小、团聚情况进行表征.将所制备的包覆型CeO2@SiO2复合粉体配制成抛光浆料用于砷化镓晶片的化学机械抛光,用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察抛光表面的微观形貌,测量表面粗糙度.结果表明,采用浸渍工艺成功制备出单分散球形,粒径在400~450nm,负载均匀的包覆型CeO2@SiO2复合粉体.复合粉体中CeO2的包覆量随着铈溶胶中铈离子浓度的升高而增大.经包覆型CeO2@SiO2复合磨料抛光后的砷化镓晶片表面的微观起伏更趋于平缓,在1μm×1μm范围内表面粗糙度Ra值为0.819nm,获得了具有亚纳米量级粗糙度的抛光表面.  相似文献

一点的应力状态可由3个主应力$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$来表示, 当规定主应力以压为正时, 沿最大主应力$\sigma_{1}$方向将产生收缩变形, 若中间主应力$\sigma_{2}$和最小主应力$\sigma_{3}$都远小于$\sigma_{1}$, 则沿$\sigma_{2}$和$\sigma_{3}$方向会产生横向扩张变形, 当横向扩张变形达到一定极限时, 将会在平行于$\sigma _{1}$的方向产生张裂破坏. 如何建立这种张裂破坏的强度准则目前尚缺乏研究, 最大拉应变理论(第二强度理论)有时被用来解释张裂破坏, 但最大拉应变理论难以应用于三向受力状态. 本文分别用$\varepsilon_{1}$, $\varepsilon_{2}$表示最大张应变和次大张应变, 则最大拉应变理论认为当$\varepsilon_{1}$达到单向拉伸屈服应变时, 材料将产生破坏. 而本文将根据$\varepsilon_{1}+\varepsilon_{2}$之和达到极限值$\varepsilon_u$来建立张裂破坏准则. 可以证明$\varepsilon_{1} +\varepsilon_{2}$所表示的是$\sigma_{1}$主平面的面积增长率. 当$\sigma_{3}<\sigma_{2} \ll \sigma_{1}$时, 大部分岩石都具有脆性破坏的特点, 所以可将破坏前的岩石视为满足广义胡克定律的线弹性材料, 这样用$\varepsilon_{1}$, $\varepsilon_{2}$表示的强度准则可通过$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$来表示. 在这个过程中还可考虑岩石在拉伸和压缩时具有不同弹性参数和强度的特点, 并可通过单向拉伸和单向压缩的破坏状态来确定$\varepsilon_u$. 不管$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$是压应力, 还是拉应力, 或者$\sigma_{1}$, $\sigma_{2}$, $\sigma_{3}$中有拉有压的情形, 基于$\varepsilon_{1} +\varepsilon_{2} =\varepsilon_u$都可建立相应的强度准则. 所建立的准则可以反映中间应力$\sigma_{2}$对强度的影响规律, 通过建立的强度准则还可以证明: 静水拉力能引起屈服, 而静水压力不能产生屈服; 压缩破坏能使塑性体积增大, 其结果比Mohr-Coulomb准则更能反映实际情形. 并通过拉压应力状态下的试验数据验证了所建立的强度准则, 所得理论计算结果和已有的试验数据吻合得很好. 通过提出的强度准则和圆盘劈裂的试验结果, 可获得更为可靠的岩石单轴抗拉强度.   相似文献

Small RNA has recently drawn more and more attention. In this paper, we concentrate on the influence of noises on gene network regulated by small RNA using chemical Langevin equation. It shows that the noise can cause oscillation when the oscillate does not occur in the corresponding deterministic system. The coherence of the noise induced oscillation reaches a maximum for an optimal intensity of noise, and the coherence resonance appears accordingly. The findings imply probably omnipresent importance of noise in the functioning process of living organism.  相似文献

A genetic regulatory network mediated by small RNA with two time delays is investigated. We show by mathematical analysis and simulation that time delays can provide a mechanism for the intracellular oscillator. By linearizing the system at the positive equilibrium and analyzing the associated characteristic equation, the asymptotic stability of the positive equilibrium is investigated and Hopf bifurcations are demonstrated. Furthermore, the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are determined by the normal form theory and the center manifold theorem for functional differential equations. Finally, some numerical simulations are carried out for illustrating the theoretical results.  相似文献

相对于有限元法,边界单元法在求解断裂问题上有着独特的优势,现有的边界单元法中主要有子区域法和双边界积分方程法.采用一种改进的双边界积分方程法求解二维、三维断裂问题的应力强度因子,对非裂纹边界采用传统的位移边界积分方程,只需对裂纹面中的一面采用面力边界积分方程,并以裂纹间断位移为未知量直接用于计算应力强度因子.采用一种高阶奇异积分的直接法计算面力边界积分方程中的超强奇异积分;对于裂纹尖端单元,提供了三种不同形式的间断位移插值函数,采用两点公式计算应力强度因子.给出了多个具体的算例,与现存的精确解或参考解对比,可得到高精度的计算结果.   相似文献

2008年5月12日,汶川M80地震在四川省绵竹市清平乡文家沟内诱发一巨型滑坡。通过现场调查得知,滑坡前后缘高差455m,厚度20~30m,滑面为基岩层面,初始方量2750×107m3。滑体在运动中转化为碎屑流。滑坡-碎屑流总的水平运动距离为4022m,垂直运动距离为1443m,遗留的堆积物体积达5×107m3。滑坡距映秀—北川断裂仅36km,位于其下盘,地震烈度达XI度。滑坡导致文家沟中48人遇害,并形成一条完整的地震次生地质灾害链。初步分析表明滑坡启动速度快,滑坡向碎屑流转化过程明显、地点明确。碎屑流运动过程复杂,伴有强烈的“气垫效应”和“前缘气浪冲击效应”。作者认为,文家沟滑坡的高启动速度是长持时强烈地震动作用的结果,与山体的猛烈碰撞是导致滑体解体并转化为碎屑流的原因。  相似文献

One of the core issues in modern celestial mechanics is the orbital dynamics in the near-regime gravitational field of as- teroids, which provides deep insights into the mathematical nature of a class of nonlinear systems, and plays as a critical basis for in situ explorations of different science goals.
