In this Letter,we examine the phantom energy accretion onto a Kehagias-Sfetsos black hole in Horava-Lifshitz gravity. To discuss the accretion process onto the black hole, the equations of phantom flow near the black hole have been derived. It is found that mass of the black hole decreases because of phantom accretion. We discuss the conditions for critical accretion.Graphically,it has been found that the critical accretion phenomena is possible for different values of parameters. The results for the Schwarzschild black hole can be recovered in the limiting case.  相似文献

We consider accretion onto a Kiselev black hole. We obtain the fundamental equations for accretion without the back-reaction. We determine the general analytic expressions for the critical points and the mass accretion rate and find the physical conditions the critical points should fulfill. The case of a polytropic gas are discussed in detail. It turns out that the quintessence parameter plays an important role in the accretion process.  相似文献

We consider the most general static spherically symmetric black hole metric. The accretion of the fluid flow around the Van der Waal's black hole is investigated and we calculate the fluid's four-velocity, the critical point and the speed of sound during the accretion process. We also analyze the nature of the universe's density and the mass of the black hole during accretion of the fluid flow. The density of the fluid flow is also taken into account. We observe that the mass is related to redshift. We compare the accreting power of the Van der Waal's black hole with Schwarzschild black hole for different accreting fluid.  相似文献

The structures of optically-thick accretion discs with radial advection have been investigated by the iteration and integration algorithms. The advective cooling term changes mostly the inner part of disc solution, and even results in an optically-thick advection-dominated accretion flow (ADAF). Three distinct branches-the outer Shakura-Sunyaev disc (SSD), the inner ADAF and the middle transition layer-are found for a super-Eddington disc. The SSD-ADAF transition radius can be estimated as 18(\dot{M}/\dot{M}E)RG where RG is the Schwarzschild radius, \dot{M} is the mass accretion rate and \dot{M}E is the Eddington accretion rate. SSD solutions calculated with the iteration and integration methods are identical, while ADAF solutions obtained by these two methods differ greatly. Detailed algorithms and their differences have been analysed. The iteration algorithm is not self-consistent, since it implies that the dimensionless advection factor ξ is invariant, but in the inner ADAF region the variation of ξ is not negligible. The integration algorithm is always effective for the whole region of an optically-thick disc if the accretion rate is no smaller than 10-4\dot{M}E. For optically-thin discs, the validity of these two algorithms is different. We suggest that the integration method be employed to calculate the global solution of a disc model without assuming ξ to be a constant. We also discuss its application to the emergent continuum spectrum in order to explain observational facts.  相似文献

In this work, we have studied accretion of the dark energies in new variable modified Chaplygin gas (NVMCG) and generalized cosmic Chaplygin gas (GCCG) models onto Schwarzschild and Kerr?CNewman black holes. We find the expression of the critical four velocity component which gradually decreases for the fluid flow towards the Schwarzschild as well as the Kerr?CNewman black hole. We also find the expression for the change of mass of the black hole in both cases. For the Kerr?CNewman black hole, which is rotating and charged, we calculate the specific angular momentum and total angular momentum. We showed that in both cases, due to accretion of dark energy, the mass of the black hole increases and angular momentum increases in the case of a Kerr?CNewman black hole.  相似文献

By analyzing the fifth-order dispersion relation, the influence of coupled magnetic field and self-gravity on the pulsational instability of gas pressure dominated accretion disk is investigated. Our main results are that the viscous modes become more stable with the increase of self-gravity, magnetized field and viscosity, while they enhance the instabilities of acoustic modes. The effect of self-gravity to the instability is much greater than that of magnetic field in transition zone of the accretion disk. Especially, the self-gravity affects the thermal-modes and acoustic modes strongly. Finally, we discuss our results.  相似文献

In this paper we deal with the accretion of phantom energy onto static spherically symmetric Bardeen black hole. It is shown that the mass of black hole reduces with the accretion of phantom energy. We compute accretion rate onto Bardeen black hole at critical point. Furthermore, we obtain the conditions at critical point, under which accretion is possible and also discuss certain relevant cases. Finally, we discuss the validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics at the event horizon of Bardeen black hole.  相似文献

We study the evolution of primordial black holes by considering present universe is no more matter dominated rather vacuum energy dominated. We also consider the accretion of radiation, matter and vacuum energy during respective dominance period. In this scenario, we found that radiation accretion efficiency should be less than 0.366 and accretion rate is much larger than previous analysis by Nayak et al. (2009) [1]. Thus here primordial black holes live longer than previous works Nayak and Singh (2011) [1]. Again matter accretion slightly increases the mass and lifetime of primordial black holes. However, the vacuum energy accretion is slightly complicated one, where accretion is possible only up to a critical time. If a primordial black hole lives beyond critical time, then its? lifespan increases due to vacuum energy accretion. But for presently evaporating primordial black holes, critical time comes much later than their evaporating time and thus vacuum energy could not affect those primordial black holes.  相似文献

The inconsistency of the energy equation used in the literature is pointed out and a new consistent energy equation is given. With this new energy equation, calculations are made for the limit-cycle behaviors of thermally unstable accretion disks around black holes. From the comparison of our numerical results with those obtained using the inconsistent energy equation, it is found that the inconsistent energy equation undervalues the temperature and overvalues the effective optical depth when the accreted gas becomes effectively optically thin. Thus, it is dangerous if the inconsistent energy equation is used in the studies of very hot and optically thin accretion flows such as advection-dominated accretion flows (ADAFs), and our new energy equation is likely to be a better alternative.

The accretion process is being investigated onto some important black holes such as Born-Infeld-AdS black hole, non-linear charged black hole solution in AdS space-time and Einstein-Yang-Mills massive gravity in the presence of Born-Infeld nonlinear electrodynamics. We find out the relations of radial velocity, energy density and change of mass for mention black holes and analyze their behavior graphically for different values of equation of state parameters $\omega$. We also examine the relations for critical speed for these black holes. It is observed that for different state parameters different fluids exhibit different evolutions in black holes backgrounds. The energy density of some fluids is negative or positive near the black hole while other fluids become cause to increase or decrease in black hole mass.  相似文献

We discuss how the annihilation luminosity of a neutrino-cooled accretion disk in a gamma-ray burst, Lν ν, is determined by the disk’s fundamental parameters, namely, the mass of the central black hole M, the mass accretion rate M, and the viscosity parameter α. It is shown that Lν ν depends mainly on M in evidence, and decreases with increasing M, but is almost independent of α. This result argues additionally that the central black hole in a gamma-ray burst must be with a stellar mass.  相似文献

Correlations of active galactic nuclei (AGNs) with microquasars are discussed based on the coexistence of the Blandford-Znajek (BZ) and magnetic coupling (MC) processes (CEBZMC) in black hole (BH) accretion disk. The proportions of several quantities of BH systems for both AGNs and microquasars are derived by combining the observational data with CEBZMC. It is shown that the square of the magnetic field at the BH horizon is inversely proportional to the BH mass, while the accretion rate of the disk is proportional to the BH mass. In addition, the very steep emissivity indexes from the recent XMM-Newton observations of the nearby bright Seyfert 1 galaxy MCG-6-30-15 and the microquasars XTE J1650-500 are well fitted by considering the MC effects on the disk radiation. These results suggest strongly the correlations of A GNs with microquasars.  相似文献

We study circular time-like geodesics in the spacetime of a black hole including global monopole. We show that when the range of parameter changed the properties of the circular geodesics and the radiation of accretion disks are different. It follows that the properties of the accretion disk around black hole including global monopole can be different from that of a disk around Schwarzschild black hole.  相似文献

We extend the research of axisymmetric waves in accretion discs with three-dimensional structure to the case that vertical self-gravity of the discs is included. We derive and analyze the dispersion relation and solve the eigenfunctions numerically. The following results have been reached: vertical self-gravity expands the forbidden region of the wave propagation. As the influence of the vertical self-gravity increases, the group velocities of the waves get smaller and the vertical nodes of the wave shrink to the middle plane of the disc.  相似文献

This is a general review Oil the observations and physics of black hole X-ray binaries and microquasars, with the emphasize on recent developments in the high energy regime. The focus is put on understanding the accretion flows and measuring the parameters of black holes in them. It includes mainly two parts: i) Brief review of several recent review article on this subject; ii) Further development on several topics, including black hole spin measurements, hot accretion flows, corona formation, state transitions and thermal stability of standard think disk. This is thus not a regular bottom-up approach, which I feel not necessary at this stage. Major effort is made in making and incorporating from many sources useful plots and illustrations, in order to make this article more comprehensible to non-expert readers. In the end I attempt to make a unification scheme on the accretion-outflow (wind/jet) connections of all types of aecreting BHs of all accretion rates and all BH mass scales, and finally provide a brief outlook.  相似文献

We analyze the accretion of charged matter onto a rotating black hole immersed in an aligned dipolar magnetic field. We specialize to motion in the equatorial plane and calculate the ‘Keplerian’ angular momentum distribution, the marginally stable and marginally bound orbits, and the efficiency of mass-to-energy conversion as functions of the angular momentum of the black hole and of the product of the dipole moment and the charge of the infalling matter. Although the detailed results are quite different from those previously obtained in the case of an uniform magnetic field, the astrophysically relevant results are very similar; when hydrodynamical accretion is considered, these effects of the magnetic field are always very small. But for test particles the efficiency can be significantly increased for limited ranges of the parameters.  相似文献

A mathematical multi-zone ice accretion model used in the numerical simulation of icing on airfoil surface based on three water states, namely, continuous film, rivulets and beads is studied in this paper. An improved multi-zone roughness model is proposed. According to the flow state of liquid water and film flow, rivulets flow governing equations are established to calculate film mass distribution, film velocity, rivulet wetness factor and rivulet mass distribution. Force equilibrium equations of droplet are used to establish the critical conditions of water film broken into rivulets and rivulets broken into beads. The temperature conduction inside the water layer and ice layer is considered. Using the proposed model ice accretion on a NACA0012 airfoil profile with a $4^◦$ angle of attack under different icing conditions is simulated. Different ice shapes like glaze ice, mixed ice and rime ice are obtained, and the results agree well with icing wind tunnel experiment data. It can be seen that, water films are formed on the surface, and heights of the films vary with icing time and locations. This results in spatially-temporally varying surface roughness and heat transfer process, ultimately affects the ice prediction. Model simulations indicate that the process of water film formation and evolution cannot be ignored, especially under glaze ice condition.  相似文献
