N,N-Bis-(3-phthalimidopropyl)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N-propylammonium salts and their hydrates have been characterized by FTIR, Raman and NMR spectroscopy. Also B3LYP and PM5 calculations have been carried out. The optimized bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles calculated by B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) approach have been compared with the spectroscopic data. The screening constants for 13C and 1H atoms have been calculated by the GIAO/B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) approach and analyzed. Linear correlations between the experimental 1H and 13C chemical shifts and the computed screening constants confirm the optimized geometry.  相似文献

Using phosphorus pentachloride as a substrate, a new carbacyclamidophosphate, N,N″-bis (2,6-dimethylmorpholino), N″-dichloroacetyl phosphoric triamide (1) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 31P and 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Due to the presence of methyl disubstituted morpholine rings and the dichloroacetamide group, several conformers can be considered for this molecule. The 31P{1H} NMR spectra for the isomeric mixture of synthesized compound showed four signals with the ratio 67.1; 19.0; 12.2; 1.7, which indicates four independent conformers. The 1H NMR spectra confirmed these results. The conformational space and the molecular geometry of the molecule in the gaseous phase have been studied using the B3LYP method of approximation, with 6-31G and 6-311++G** basis sets.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 2-(hydroxyimino)propanohydroxamic acid (hpha) were measured in DMSO-d6 solution. The set of several monomeric structures along with the cluster of H-bonded hpha with three DMSO molecules were proposed to fit the experimental data. The calculated chemical shifts [B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)] strongly suggested the formation of the cluster in which all the labile protons were H-bonded to the solvent molecules. The comparison between experimental and calculated Raman spectra of hpha in DMSO also suggested that in these conditions the investigated compound forms the proposed cluster rather than dimers. According to our calculations [B3LYP/6-31+G(d)] this cluster was energetically stabilized (84-106 kJ mol-1) compared to postulated dimeric structures. On the other hand, formation of dimers was proposed to be present for hpha in solid state. The comparison of the vibrational data (IR, RS) with the computed harmonic frequencies of three most probable dimers [B3LYP/6-31+G(d)] suggested that the dimer in which molecules adopted the zEe-keto form and were linked by two symmetric, almost linear H-bonds between the carbonyl oxygen atoms and the hydroxamic O-H protons was the predominant species of hpha in the solid state. Thus, the structures of hpha in solid state and DMSO solution appeared to be different.  相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations using density functional theory have been carried out to investigate molecular precursors based on alumatranes which are one of the components with silatranes for the preparation of mesoporous aluminosilicate materials. In the same way, some oligomeric alumatranes of this study take part in chemical syntheses related to materials such as zeolites and alumina composite. Gas phase and solution equilibrium geometries of the alumatrane precursors were fully optimized at B3LYP level, modeling solvent effects using a self-consistent reaction field (SCRF). From these optimized geometries, calculations of the 1H, 13C and 27Al NMR chemical shifts at GIAO/B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) levels of theory have also been performed. This study has shown that the assumed conformations of the alumatrane precursors that have been derived from a previous work on a FAB-MASS analysis (Fast Atomic Bombardment Mass Spectroscopy) are confirmed by DFT calculations. All the conformations of alumatranes show that there would have transannular Al–N bond. Oligomeric alumatranes are composed of one or more two-membered Al2O2 rings where tricoordinated oxygen would be present. A good agreement between the experimental NMR data and the theoretical study on the chemical shifts of nucleus as 13C, 1H and 27Al from full geometry optimizations of the alumatrane precursors seems to corroborate the presence of the alumatrane precursors in the “atrane route”.  相似文献

Stemmosides C and D, two novel pregnane glycosides characterized by an unusual C-17 side chain were isolated from the pericarps of Solenostemma argel. In addition, stemmoside D displays an uncommon 14β proton configuration, apparently being the first pregnane isolated from plants known to have a 15 keto, cis CD ring junction. Their structures have been established by ESIMS and NMR experiments. The relative configuration of the molecules was determined using a strategy based on the simulation of 1H, 13C, and J coupling NMR parameters. DFT calculations of 1H and 13C chemical shifts, and of the 1H homonuclear spin–spin coupling constants were performed with the mPW1PW91 functional using the 6-31G(d,p) basis set on the fully optimized geometries of all the possible stereoisomers.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for six toxaphene congeners: 2-exo,3-endo,6-exo,8,9,10-hexachloro- (1), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,9,9,10,10-heptachloro- (2), 2-exo,3-endo,6-exo,8,9,10,10-heptachloro- (3), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,6-endo,8,9,10-heptachloro- (4), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,6-endo,8,9,9,10-octachlorobornane (5) and 2,5-endo,6-exo,8,9,9,10,10-octachloro-2-bornene (6) are reported. Their chemical shift assignments have been obtained by means of Pulsed Field Gradient (PFG) Double Quantum Filtered (DQF) 1H,1H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), PFG 1H,13C Heteronuclear Multiple Quantum Coherence (HMQC) and PFG 1H,13C Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation (HMBC) experiments. A single crystal X-ray structural analysis was made for compounds 1, 3, 4 and 6. The prevalences of two octachlorobornene rotamers (6a,6b) were elucidated by ab initio MO method and single point DFT/GIAO calculations for 13C chemical shifts. Theoretical calculations proved that the single crystal structure of 6 corresponds its most stable conformer in solution.  相似文献

The 73Ge, 13C and 1H NMR spectra of methylethynylgermanes have been studied. The chemical shifts were compared with those of the corresponding isostructural tin compounds and a good correlation has been found. The origin of the chemical shifts could not simply be attributed to the electron densities as estimated by MNDO calculations.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of chiral lithium N-alkyl carbamates 1a–4a from chiral pyrrolidines 1–4, LiH and CO2 is described. The yields are good to excellent. A combined experimental (1H, 6Li-HOESY, cryoscopy) and theoretical study (B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)) succeeded in assigning the predominant solution state structure of 1a.  相似文献

The GIAO (Gauge Including Atomic Orbitals) DFT (Density Functional Theory) method is applied at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d), B3LYP/6-311+G (2d,p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d) and B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) levels of theory for the calculation of proton and carbon chemicals shifts and coupling constants for 25 nitro-substituted five-membered heterocycles. Difference (1D NOE) spectra in combination with long-range gHMBC experiments were used as tools for the structural elucidation of nitro-substituted five-membered heterocycles. The assigned NMR data (chemical shifts and coupling constants) for all compounds were found to be in good agreement with theoretical calculations using the GIAO DFT method. The magnitudes of one-bond (1JCH) and long-range (nJCH, n>1) coupling constants were utilized for unambiguous differentiation between regioisomers of nitro-substituted five-membered heterocycles.  相似文献

α-Acyloxycarboxamides are synthesized from three-component Passerini reaction between indane-1,2,3-trione, isocyanides, and thiophenecarboxylic acids in quantitative yields. The structures of the final products were confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The B3LYP/HF calculations for computation of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts have been carried out for the title compounds at the 6-311+G** and 6-311++G** basis set levels within GIAO and CSGT approaches. Predicted 1H and 13C NMR che-mical shifts have been assigned and compared with experimental 1H and 13C NMR spectra and they are supported each other.  相似文献

13C and 1H NMR spectral parameters are investigated for 13CH3Br in gaseous matrices. It is found that both the 13C and 1H chemical shifts of 13CH3Br are linearly dependent on solvent density. Similar dependence is also detected for one-bond spin–spin coupling, 1J(CH). For the first time the 13C and 1H magnetic shielding constants and 1J(CH) spin–spin coupling are obtained for an isolated 13CH3Br molecule together with the coefficients responsible for solute–solvent molecular interactions in gaseous matrices. The present experimental results confirm the accuracy of some recent ab initio calculations of nuclear magnetic shielding performed for bromomethane.  相似文献

The B3LYP/6-31+G(d) molecular geometry optimized structures of 17 five-membered heterocycles were employed together with the gauge including atomic orbitals (GIAO) density functional theory (DFT) method at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p) levels of theory for the calculation of proton and carbon chemicals shifts and coupling constants. The method of geometry optimization for pyrrole (1), N-methylpyrrole (2) and thiophene (7) using the larger 6-311++G(d,p) basis sets at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p), B3LYP/6-31+G(2d,p) and B3LYP/cc-pVTZ levels of theory gave little difference between calculated and experimental values of coupling constants. In general, the (1)H and 13C chemical shifts for all compounds are in good agreement with theoretical calculations using the smaller 6-31 basis set. The values of nJHH(n=3, 4, 5) and rmnJ(CH)(n=1, 2, 3, 4) were predicted well using the larger 6-31+G(d,p) and 6-311++G(d,p) basis sets and at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p), B3LYP/6-31+G(2d,2p) levels of theory. The computed atomic charges [Mülliken; Natural Bond Orbital Analysis (NBO); Merz-Kollman (MK); CHELP and CHELPG] for the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) geometry optimized structures of 1-17 were used to explore correlations with the experimental proton and carbon chemical shifts.  相似文献

The infrared and Raman spectra of 2-chloro-2,2-difluoroacetamide (ClF2CC(O)NH2) have been recorded and analyzed with the complement of results derived from computational chemistry calculations. Thus, delocalization effects and stabilization energies have been computed for the title molecule and a complete assignment has been also proposed. 13C, 19F and 1H NMR chemical shifts and coupling constants have been also measured for this substance.  相似文献

Four of the most stable conformers of 2-amino-pyridine betaine (1-carboxymethyl-2-amino-pyridinium inner salt) monohydrates, 2-NH2PB·H2O, and one anhydrous were analyzed by the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) calculations and compared with the X-ray data. Two types of optimized conformers can be distinguished: (a) with NH2 and COO groups and (b) an imino tautomer with NH and COOH groups. A common feature of the optimized molecules are intramolecular hydrogen bonds between the COO and H2N or COOH and HN groups. In the crystal both NH2 and COO groups participate in intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The probable assignments of the anharmonic experimental solid state vibrational frequencies of 2-NH2PB·H2O and 2-ND2PB·D2O (conformer 2) based on the calculated B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) harmonic frequencies have been made. Correlations between experimental chemical shifts for 2-NH2PB, its hydrochloride and 1-carboxyethyl-2-amino-pyridinium inner salt (13C and 1H in D2O) and GIAO/B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) calculated isotropic shielding constants, δexp=a+calc, are reported. Good linear regression between experimental and theoretical results for 13C was obtained. Only in 2-NH2PB the hydrogen at -position is outside the linear correlation.  相似文献

A rather neglected family of heterocyclic compounds, the 3-pyrazolines or 2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles, has been studied theoretically at the B3LYP/6–311++G(d,p) level to obtain geometries and energies and at the GIAO/B3LYP/6–311++G(d,p) level for NMR chemical shifts. The calculated barriers of inversion of the N-substituents reproduce adequately the scarce experimental data. The calculated 1H and 13C chemical shifts are consistent with those reported in the literature. A combination of both results, geometries, and 13C chemical shifts, shed light on the conformation of N-phenyl groups.  相似文献

对14个合成的B环对位取代异黄酮化合物核磁共振氢谱进行了研究.利用超导核磁共振归属了B环无取代异黄酮质子的化学位移,根据取代基化学位移的变化影响规律考察了取代基对分子的影响方式.研究结果表明,2'(6'),3'(5')位质子共振迁移分别与取代基参数σp和So线性相关,说明4'位取代基主要通过电子效应影响其间位质子,其磁各向异性仅影响邻位质子,该取代基对A环质子影响不大,而对C环尤其是对2-H影响较明显.  相似文献

The condensation products of 5-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-indole-2-carbohydrazide (1) with 2-butanone, 3-pentanone and cyclopentanone were prepared. The adducts (2a-c) were characterized by microanalysis, UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and EI mass spectrometry. 1H NMR spectra of 2a and 2b revealed rotational restriction about the C–N bond in solution (DMSO-d6) and displayed double resonances associated with the CH3 and CH2CH3 residues of the alkylidene moieties. A variable temperature 1H NMR experiment was run on 2a to overcome the rotational barriers and thus determine the coalescence temperature but no coalescence was observed up to 77 °C. The structural analysis of 2a and 2c were also carried out by single crystal X-ray diffraction and confirmed by theoretical calculations (semiempirical PM3 and ab initio RHF/6-31G(d)).  相似文献

The reaction of N-benzoylphosphoramidic dichloride with piperidine and 4-methylpiperidine lead to PhC(O)N(H)P(O)R2 with R=piperidine (1) and R=4-methylpiperidine (2) as N-benzoyl-N′,N″-bis(piperidine) phosphoric triamide and N-benzoyl-N′,N″-bis(4-methylpiperidine) phosphoric triamide, respectively. The products have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectra, and by elemental analysis. The crystalline solid for (1) and (2) consists surprisingly of four and two independent molecules, respectively. There is a disorder in one amine group due to ring inversion in each conformer in compound 1. In the solid state, comparable magnitudes for the stabilization of the stable conformers for the more or less discrete molecules, the polarization effects, hydrogen bonding and the packing effects could be anticipated.

The geometry of compound (1) optimized by density functional calculations at the B3LYP/6-31++G* (d,p) level, is in good agreement with data obtained from X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
