催化量OP乳化剂促进THF-FER沸石晶化作用的研究

摘    要:以四氢呋喃(THF)为模板剂, 在添加催化剂量OP乳化剂(C8H17C6H5O(CH2CH2O)10OH, 分子量662)的THF-Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O反应物体系中研究纯相FER沸石的结晶, 并通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 13C交叉极化(CP)及27Al魔角旋转核磁共振谱(MAS NMR), X射线荧光散射光谱(XRF), 氮吸附等手段进行表征. 体系中催化剂量OP乳化剂对THF-FER沸石结晶过程具有促进作用, 可明显降低结晶温度, 缩短晶化时间, 有效抑制杂晶相MOR沸石的共生.

Abstract:Pure phase ferrierite (FER) zeolite was hyhrothermally synthesized with tetrahydrofuran (THF) as the template in the presence of catalytic amount of OP emulsion agent in the reactant system of THF-Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), 13C cross polarization (CP) and 27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS NMR), X-ray fluorescence scattering spectroscopy (XRF) and nitrogen sorption were used to characterize the synthesized product. The catalytic amount of OP added in the reactant system has played a promoting role in the zeolite crystallization, reducing the reaction temperature, shortening the synthesis time and restraining the coexis- tence of mordenite (MOR) phase.
