大直径高能KrF激光束强度分布实验研究

摘    要: 利用阵列探测器测出大直径(φ267mm)、高能量(400J)KrF激光束强度空间分布的均匀性和总能量。随着二极管电压的降低, 双向泵浦的束强度空间分布的均匀性变差,甚至成为马鞍型。二极管的最佳工作电压为550~600kV。

Abstract:The array calorimeter detector was used to measure the uniformity of intensity distribution and output energy for large diameter(φ267mm) and high energy (400J)KrF laser beam. With a decrease of the diode voltage,the distribution becomes worse to have a saddle pattern. The optimum operation voltage of diode are of 580 to 600kV .
