水热压缩增强实木木材陶瓷的研究

摘    要:通过对典型品种的实木水热条件下的压缩,探索了木材陶瓷强化的新工艺.结果表明,水热压缩导致木材陶瓷的微观结构明显改变,密度与弯曲强度同比增长约1倍,分别可达855kg/m3和33.6MPa,同时避免了其他强化方式的主要缺陷.而不同的材质强化效果明显差异,整体而言,原来较为疏松而均匀的材质明显更适于水热压缩强化.

Abstract:Several typical woods have been compressed in hydrothermal condition and converted to woodceramics to test some physical properties. The results show the woodceramics microstructures have been changed obviously by the hydrothermal compress. The density and the bending strength double compared to uncompressed ones, which reach 855 kg/m~3 and 33.6 MPa respectively. At the same time some main defects in other intensifying technologies have been avoided. Different woods have very different intensifying effects, in which the loose and even ones are more suitable for hydrothermal compress.
