木糖醇的结晶动力学

摘    要:应用粒数衡算理论模型,研究了木糖醇的结晶过程,分析了结晶过程的成核、生长机理和影响因素,采用间歇动态法测定了木糖醇的结晶动力学数据,回归了木糖醇的结晶动力学方程参数.研究表明升高温度有利于晶体成核,而且对于晶体生长的影响十分显著,同时当搅拌桨的形式一定时,成核速率随搅拌速率的增加而增大,晶体生长速率取决于溶质扩散速率和表面反应速率的综合作用.本研究为进一步提高木糖醇的工业结晶水平提供了理论依据.

Abstract:With the application of granule population balance model,the crystallization processes of xylitol were studied.The crystal formation,growth mechanisms and influencing factors of the processes were analyzed.Using the interrupter dynamic standard,the kinetic data of the crystallization processes and the regression of the parameters of kinetic crystallization equation of xylitol were confirmed.The studies indicated that increasing in temperature will improve the crystal formation,and the influence of the granule growth is obvious.At the same time,when the timing of the stirrer's oars is formed, the size of the crystal formation increases as the stirrer's speed increases.The crystal growth speed depends on the mix reaction of the proliferation and surface reaction speed of the solution.This study further improved the standard and theory of industrial crystallization processes of xylitol.
