| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收分光光度法对同一块地里的青辣椒、红辣椒中的微量元素进行了测定。结果表明,辣椒含有人体所必需的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Na、Mg七种微量元素,但青辣椒、红辣椒中微量元素的含量各不相同。
