| 摘 要： | 采用CR-I(+)手性冠醚柱串联C18柱的反相高效液相色谱法,对米类样品中游离的手性芳香族氨基酸进行分离测定。色谱条件为流动相为pH2.0的高氯酸溶液-乙腈(85∶15,V/V),流速为0.4mL·min^-1,柱温为21℃时,该方法能够检测出样品中的手性芳香族氨基酸,其含量在17.83μg·g^-1~32.66μg·g^-1之间,加标回收率在92.35%~106.4%之间。
