浆纱缠结倾向测试研究

分析了现有浆纱质量检验指标的不足，提出浆纱缠结倾向指标的测试，分析表明浆纱缠结倾向是一项能很好地反映浆纱质量的检测指标。成功研制了DHJSP-1型浆纱缠结倾向测试实验机，基于LabVIEW设计的虚拟仪器，使该仪器的智能化程度、处理能力、性能价格比、可操作性等方面均具有明显的技术优势。采用该机对不同上浆率和不同经纱密度的浆纱进行了测试，测试结果表明该机具有良好的浆纱质量评定效果。

Study of Test for Sizing Yarn Clinging Tendency

This paper presents a study of the defidency of the existing quality index for sizing yarn. The primary purpose of warp sizing is to produce wearability in the yarn or to overcome the inherent deficiendes of the yarn to withstand the stresses and strains of weaving. The results show that there is a very strong association between the test of sizing yarn clinging tendency and weaving performance. A measuring instrument for measuring clinging is described. The instrument is designed based on LabVIEW. Therefor, it has distinct technology advantages, such as extent of intellectualized, processing capability, the ratio of performance/price, operability. Experiments were carried out on cotton, polyester/cotton. Results are reported. Test results show that the DHJSP-1 tester is a good method to estimate sizing yam quality.
